        Ketorolac의 약물사용평가

        Ketorolac is an nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug(NSAID) which is usually prescribed in short-term management of pain. But ketorolac occurs adverse reaction of prolonged bleeding-time and peptic ulcer. This study was conducted through retrospective chart review of eighty nine inpatients who received ketorolac injection to manage pain in Korea university Kuro hospital from March to July 1998. We applied the modification of the ASHP DUE criteria which is composed of justification for use, critical indicators, complications and outcome measures and added to the Korea Medical Insurance Standard. As a result, only 27.0%(24 patients) of the patients met with the criteria for justification for use. In analysis critical indicators, measurement of SCr within 48 hours before initial ketorolac dose was acceptable 52.8%(47 patients). In contraindication including history of peptic ulcer, breast-feeding, pregnant patient, children showed the acceptable levels 92.1%, 98.9%, 84.3%, 95.5%, respectively. In appropriated dosage, 87.6% of the patients received under 120㎎ which is maximum daily dosage in ASHP criteria and 84.3% of the patients received under 90㎎ which is maximum daily dosage in Korea Medical Insurance Standard. In duration for therapy, 82.0% of the patients received within five days in ASHP criteria, but only 33.7% of the patients received within two days in Korea Medical Insurance Standard. The complication occurred fifteen cases(16.8%) including nausea(5 cases), headache(1 case), hematuria(3 cases), edema(2 cases). In the outcome measurements, the case of decrease in pain severity or increase in time until pain recurs and control of pain at tolerable level was 98.9%. In this research, we concluded that justification for use was inadequate and consideration for contraindication was insufficient. And we found that the duration for therapy in Korea Medical Insurance Standard was unacceptable, especially. Therefore Korea Medical Insurance Standard must to be widely and a hospital wide medication use evaluation and education effort is necessary.

        데이터 내용 보호를 위한 이미지 특징 기반의 보안 접근 제어

        데이터의 보안은 항상 중요한 문제이다. 특히 현재 각광받고 있는 클라우드 컴퓨팅 시스템은 필연적으로 데 이터 보안의 문제가 제기되고 있다. 그러나 단순한 보안방법으로는 더 이상 데이터가 안전하지 않으며, 데이터 보안 을 위해서 보다 진보된 방법을 요구하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 텍스트 기반의 암호 방식보다 더 높은 레벨의 보안방식을 제시하기 위해 이미지 정보 기반의 데이터 내용 접근 제어 방식에 관하여 연구하였다. 원본 이미지에서 히스토그램 값을 이용하여 칼라키를 생성하고 이미지를 변환시켜 위치정보와 색상정보를 추출하여 보안 키를 생성하 여 보안처리된 데이터 내용을 접근한다. 끝으로 본 몬문은 제안한 기법를 평가하기 위해 데이터 내용의 접근을 제어 할 수 있는 인터페이스를 설계하고 구현하였다. Data security is always an important issue. In particular, the current emerging cloud computing system inevitably raises the issue of data security. However, data security is no longer safe with a simple way, but requires rather advanced method to secure the data. In this paper, instead of exploiting the existing text-based cryptography approach an image-based access control of data content is studied to present a higher level of data security. Color key chain is generated both using histogram value of the original image, and the location information and featured color information extracted by geometric transformation to form the security key to access secure data content. Finally, the paper addresses design interface and implementation for data content access control for evaluation of the proposed scheme.

        QR 코드 기반 마이크로 웹페이지 설계 및 구현

        기존 일차원 바코드의 용량과 기능을 확장한 이차원 바코드인 QR(Quick Response) 코드가 보급되었다. 카메라를 내장한 모바일 기기 사용자의 증가로 QR 코드가 모바일 비즈니스에서 중요한 요소가 되었다. 일반적으로 QR 코드는 더 다양한 정보를 제공하기 위해 웹페이지 URL 주소를 저장하여 사용한다. 그러나, 이러한 간접 코드 방식은 서버 연결이 필수적으로 요구되어 사용자에게 데이터 통신을 유발하여 비용을 증가시킬 수 있다. 그 결과, 통신 인프라가 낙후된 지역 및 국가에 서비스가 불가하여 글로벌 비지니스에 적합하지 않다. 본 논문에서는 대용량의 웹페이지 정보를 경량화 된 웹 서비스로 제공하는 마이크로 웹페이지 기법을 제안한다. 제안 기법은 웹페이지에서 HTML 태그와 리소스 정보들을 분리하여 소량의 필수 컨텐츠만 QR 코드에 압축 저장하는 방법을 사용한다. 안드로이드 모바일 기기에 구현하였으며 구현 결과 별도의 서버 운영없이 웹서비스가 가능하며 데이터 통신의 유발 없이 효율적인 저장 방법을 제공함을 확인한다. QR(Quick Response) Code has been developed to provide greater storage capacity and more functionality compared to 1D bar codes. With the emergence of increasingly mobile devices equipped with cameras such as smart-phones and tablets, QR codes have become very popular and more important in mobile businesses. Typically, most QR codes are used as a URL link for redirecting users to webpages. However, the URL based QR codes are required to be connected over the internet and to be run a server. This can incur unnecessary traffics in the Internet. Furthermore, it is not suitable for the country lagging behind others in its network infrastructure. In this paper, we propose a server-less μ-webpage to provide mobile web services and be optimized for the capabilities and limitations of QR Code. We have implemented the μ-webpage in Android, and the results showed that the proposed mechanism can provide web-services without requiring extra servers or incurring mobile traffic data compared to the URL-based QR Codes.

      • 노인의 국가건강검진결과 분석: 보건소 방문건강관리사업과 관련된 함의

        In Korea, reliable and affordable individual health information is obtained through national health examinations, which can be actively utilized in community health services based on examination data. The purpose of this study is to analyze national health examination data in order to identify the health behavior and health status of the elderly, and to incorporate the examination results into home visiting healthcare services provided at health centers. Methods: This study is a cross-sectional survey that analyzed the national health examination data of 2018 using the National Health Insurance Service-National Health Information Database. Data analysis was conducted using the SAS program. The overall results of the health examinations were presented in terms of frequency and percentage. Results: The national health examination rate was 72.6%, and 97% of the examinees had health needs such as improving health behavior and managing diseases. It was found that 52.2% of patients had high blood pressure, followed by diabetes and dyslipidemia. The health data generated from the national health examination includes information relevant to home visiting healthcare services. Conclusion: By utilizing health data generated from national health examinations, the process of collecting data in home visiting healthcare services can be simplified. By focusing on providing customized services, it will be possible to increase the efficiency of home visiting healthcare services.

        CVR 수술 환자에 있어 항생제가 warfarin의 prothrombin response에 미치는 영향 : Epocelin versus Tienam

        For patients undergoing prosthetic cardiac valve replacement surgery, adequate anticoagulation is of vital importance in the prevention of thromboembolic complications. The type of prophylactic antibiotic administered to these patients during and after surgery could influence their response to subsequent warfarin anticogulation therapy. So to evaluate the response of epocelin® (E) and tienam® (T), we reviewed retrospectively fifty three cases of patients who undergone cardiac valve replacement surgery in Korea University Guro Hospital from January 1. 1993 to June 30. 1997. Thirty-nine of the 53 patients studied were given epocelin® as the prophylactic antibiotic and fourteen of the 53 patients received tienam®. The prothrombin (PT) response to warfarin (W) was assessed until the third day of anticoagulant therapy. Their PTs were not significantly different at 48hrs before operation and 24hrs after operation and the morning before W was begun. The two groups received similar W doses for 2days. The PT on the morning of the third day demonstrated that T (13.9±2.1sec) was significantly greater (p<0.05) than E (11.5±1.0sec). The percentage of activity (PT%A) on the morning of the third day demonstrated that E (96.0±8.1%) was significantly greater (p<0.05) than T (78.9±16.3%). T had a significantly greater percentage of change (PT%C) in PT%A (19.5±17.3%, p<0.05) from the first to third day than E (4.1±7.4%, p<0.05). The data suggests that tienam® increases warfarin sensitivity early in the postoperative course of oral anticoagulation therapy, which may lead to excessively high prothrombin times with the possibility for serious bleeding. From the result, using tienam® on CVR surgery must be under drastic care and using antibiotics to prevent infection on CVR surgery needs the advice of the pharmacist in order to select safer and cheaper antibiotic which has less interaction with warfarin.

        스마트 메모리 태그를 위한 Touch & Play 기반 저전력 소모 관리 기법

        QR/NFC tags have been utilized in various fields like exhibition, museum, and so on, but they have a drawback that they are read-only fundamentally. We devise a novel device called a smart memory tag (below mem-tag) which is supplemented with the write function through combining a flash memory into a NFC tag. A mem-tag is composed of an NFC tag, an MCU, a flash memory, a bluetooth module, and a battery, and is inter-operating with smartphones via bluetooth communication. It can be used in a bulletin board to support writing replies and in a check-in service to verify the presence of the site. What matters is that users' inter-operations are borne to be asynchronous, which leads to the energy consumption to wait for users' actions. Sleep mechanisms and asynchronous MAC protocols used in ubiquotous sensor networks cannot avoid the consumption of battery. In this paper, we propose a touch and play scheme for minimizing the consumption of battery that the MCU wakes up and PLAY when a user TOUCH the mem-tag. We implemented the system to show that our scheme lets the mem-tag work 50 times longer than the sleep and wake-up scheme.

        보안 마이크로 웹페이지 기반 전장 스마트 지도

        GPS was developed for military purposes. As a result, it is used as a military important means such as guided weapons and strategy / tactics. However, GPS depends on the communication infrastructure and is affected by interference signals. In this paper, we propose a secure micro - web page - based smart map that can enhance security without relying on communication infrastructure on the battlefield. The proposed system consists of general smartphone, security QR, central server and smart map. Only use the network when downloading the security key and SmartMap before the task starts. During operation, the smartphone transmits and receives data using a secure QR. The security QR inserts the security code to prevent forgery and falsification and confirms whether the data is authentic by checking whether the smart phone is forged or not. As a result of implementation, we solved communication security problem of existing technology by using location based service without relying on communication infrastructure.
