충청지역 판소리 문화 유적 현황 연구

본 논의는 충청지역의 판소리와 관련된 인물들과 지역을 살피고, 발굴해야 할 문화유적과 기초자료의 중요성을 강조한 글이다. 특히 충남지역의 판소리적 위상을 살피면서 현장 답사를 시행하였고, 판소리 지형도를 살펴, 시급히 조사 연구해야 할 명창과 유적에 대해 논하였다. 먼저 조선창극사에 나타난 충청지역의 명창 23명과 후대의 주요 명창, 명고 등 35명의 생애과 정보, 의의를 정리하고 충남지역이 판소리 발생기와 일제강점기에 매우 중요한 역할을 하였음을 밝혔다. 다음으로는 현지 답사를 중심으로 홍성, 서산, 서천, 공주, 논산 지역의 명창 관련 정보와 문화유적 등을 조사하여 보고하였다. 홍성에서는 판소리의 시조 최선달의 가계와 묘역이 밝혀졌으며, 김창룡의 주거지 등이 남아있음을 알 수 있었다. 한성준 관련 여러 유적도 제대로 보전되어야 할 필요성이 있다. 또한 동편제의 다른 맥을 만든 정춘풍에 대한 지역조사가 시급하다. 서산에서는 심정순 일가와 연관되어 낙원식당 등이 중요한 유적지가 될 수 있으며, 이를 활용할 필요가 있다고 보았다. 고수관 등의 유적지를 조사하였고 방만춘 일가 조사의 필요성을 제기하였다. 서천에서는 이동백과 김창룡 관련 유적지가 발굴되고 보호되어야 한다. 공주에서는 박동진 전수관의 현황을 둘러보았고, 황호통이 중요한 명창으로 활약했음을 밝혔다. 이와 함께 황해천, 김석창, 박상도, 이동백과 김창룡, 고수관 등이 활약했고 거주했던 지역으로 공주의 판소리 문화를 함께 연구할 필요성을 논했다. 논산은 중고제의 시조라 불리는 김성옥이 태어난 곳이고, 그의 생가터가 추정 발굴되고 있다. 이에 대한 관심이 필요할 것이다. 초기 판소리는 충남지역을 중심으로 위로는 경기권, 아래로는 전라권으로 뻗어나가 판소리 문화를 확산 개발시킨 중요한 역사적 사명을 감당하였다. 현재적 의미에서 중고제는 충청지역을 중심으로 발굴, 보전되어야 할 필요가 절실하며 이를 위한 기초연구가 시급히 시행되어야 한다. 흩어져 있는 중고제 관련 명창과 유적지의 정보를 최대한 모아서 충청도 판소리의 위상을 세우는 작업을 하는 일이 필요하다. 중고제 소리를 제대로 전승할 수 있는 실력있는 명창을 보호하고 육성할 필요도 있다. This article emphasizes the importance of cultural heritages that should be developed upon reviewing persons related to Joonggoje Pansori in the Choongchung area and its basic data. It reviews, in particular, the position of Pansori in South Choongchung by dividing the territory of Pansori, and discussing the master singers and heritages that should be prioritized. First, it summarizes the information about 23 master singers in Choongchung, the history of Chosun traditional opera, and 35 masters in the late period, including their lifetime achievements and meanings, and reveals that they played a crucial role in the development period of Pansori in South Choongchung, and in the Japanese colonial period. Next, it is reported that the information and cultural heritages relate to the master singers in Hongsung, Seosan, Seochun, Gongju, and Nonsan, focusing on field visits. In Hongsung, the family history and the boundaries of Sun Dal Choi’s grave, the founder of Pansori, were found, and Chang Ryong Kim’s residence was revealed. It is necessary to conserve a variety of heritages related to Sung Jun Han. In addition, it is urgent tolocally investigate Choonpoong Jung who developed the different roots of Dongpyunje. In Seosan, the Nakwon restaurant, and so on, relate to the family of Jung Soon Shim, and could be an important historical place, which should be utilized. A historical place, such as Gosoogwan, was investigated, suggesting the needs to investigate the family of Man Choon Bang. In Seochun, the historical places related to Dong Baik Lee and Chang Ryong Kim should be developed and conserved. In Gongju, the statuses of Dong Jin Park and Soo Gwan Go were reviewed, and it was revealed that Ho Tong Hwang had been performed as an important master singer. Together with this, further studies are required on Pasori culture in Gongju, where Hae Chon Hwang, Suk Chang Kim, Sang Do Park, Dong Baik Lee, Chang Ryong Kim, and Soo Gwan Go were actively performed and lived. Nonsan is where Sung Ok Kim, a founder of Joonggoje, was born, and his place of residence is under development. Hence, attention in this is required. Joonggoje Pansori took part in the important historical mission to expand and develop Pansori culture up to the Gyunggi area, to the North, and Cholla area, to the South, in the center of South Choongchung. It is urgently required that Joonggoje Pansori is developed and conserved in the center of the Choongchung area, which requires basic research on this. It is necessary to establish the position of Choongchung Pansori by collecting the information of master singers and historical places related to Joonggoje, which are scattered around. Also, it is necessary to protect and develop the master singers who are well placed to succeed Joonggoje Pansori.

참돌꽃 (Rhodiola sachalinensis A. Bor) 현탁세포배양에서 Salidroside 생산을 위한 외재 호르몬의 영향 및 처리 농도의 최적화

참돌꽃 (Rhodiola sachalinensis A. Bor) 현탁배양에서 salidroside 생산성을 개선하고자 auxin인 NAA와 cytokinin인 BA와 kinetin, 그 외에 $GA_3$, TDZ, zeatin, spermine과spermidine을 조합하여 조사하였다. NAA/BA 조합은 NAA/kinetin조합과 비교했을 때 생장과 salidroside 함량이 증가하였다. Salidroside 함량의 증가에 의한 생산성 ($64.6{\pm}8.9$ mg/L medium)은 1 mg/L. NAA와 5 mg/L BA가 첨가된 $2B_5$ 배지에서 높게 나타났으며, 최대 salidroside 의 생산성은 1 mg/L NAA, 5 mg/L BA와 1 mg/L $GA_3$이 첨가된$2B_5$ 배지에서 $90.3{\pm}8.34$ mg/L로 나타났다. 그 밖의 TDZ. zeatin, spermine과 spermidine 처리에서는 생산성에 있어서 증가를 보이지 않았으며, spermidine의 경우에 약간의 유의적인 생산성 증가를 보였다. To enhance salidroside productivity from a cell suspension cultures of Rhodiola sachalinensis, various combinations of auxin (NAA) and cytokinins (BA, Kinetin) concentration and addition of $GA_3$, TDZ, zeatin, spermine and spermidine at a hormone combination to be established were examined. NAA/BA combination is superior to NAA/kinetin combination in biomass and salidroside content. Maximum salidroside production ($64.6{\pm}8.9\;mg/L$ medium) was obtained from $2B_5$ medium with 1 mg/L NAA and 5 mg/L BA. The adding of $GA_3$ ($0.01\;mg/L{\sim}5\;mg/L$) was beneficial for salidroside accumulation and the highest productivity of salidroside, $90.3{\pm}8.34\;mg/L$, was obtained from $2B_5$ medium supplemented with 1 mg/L NAA, 5 mg/L BA and 0.1 mg/L $GA_3$. On TDZ, zeatin, spermine and spermidine, expectant results were not obtained except a little affirmative effect of spermidine ($69{\pm}2.88$ at 1 mg/L).

박동진 <심청가>의 전승 맥락과 중고제적 특징

본 연구는 박동진 명창이 보유했던 바탕소리 중 <심청가>를 대상으로 중고제적 특성과 전승 맥락을 살펴보고자 한 것이다. 이를 위해 우선 박동진 명창의 스승 김창진에 대한 정보와 학습 내력, 활동상황 등을 알아보았다. 김창진은 김창룡의 <심청가>를 바탕으로 당대 명창이 되었으나, 말년에 서천에서 불우하게 생을 마감하였다. 박동진은 그의 <심청가>를 전승했는데, 1970년 최초로 <심청가> 완창을 하였으며, 1976년 뿌리깊은나무 감상회를 통해 전편을 다시 완창(연창)한 바 있다. 박동진의 <심청가>는 중고제적 특성이 강하게 드러나고 있는데, 심정순본, 김창룡본, 허흥식본 등의 창본과 매우 비슷한 부분이 많음을 확인할 수 있었다. 서사적인 면에서 박동진의 <심청가>는 심봉사의 서사를 강화하고 심봉사의 몰락과 회복의 과정을 중요한 축으로 설정하고 있다. 한편으로 운명론적 세계에 맞서는 적극적인 심청을 형상화하고 있다. 사설이 풍부하고 극적 묘사가 매우 뛰어나다. 박동진의 <심청가>는 개안초로 눈을 뜨는 환상적 결말을 지향하였으나 여러 맹인들과의 축제나 잔치가 축소되고, 교훈적인 사설로 마무리되고 있다는 점에서 보수적 세계관을 보여준다. 이러한 점은 중고제의 전통 속에서 전승된 것이라 할 수 있다. 중고제적 전통과 박동진 특유의 사설을 통해 박동진 명창이 중고제 <심청가>를 창의적이고 유연성있게 전승하였음도 확인할 수 있었다. The purpose of this study is to examine the characteristics of Junggoje school and the transmission context of Shimcheongga among Pansori by master singer Park Dong-jin. To this end, we first looked into information about Kim Chang-jin, the master of Park Dong-jin's master, his learning history, and his activities. Kim Chang-jin became a master singer of his time based on Kim Chang-ryong's Shimcheongga, but unfortunately, he passed away in Seocheon in his later years. Park Dong-jin handed down his Shimcheongga, and completed the first Shimcheongga in 1970, and performed the full part again at the Deep Rooted Tree appreciation party in 1976. Park Dong-jin's Shimcheongga has strong middle-class characteristics, and it can be confirmed that there are many parts that are very similar to those of Sim Jeong-soon, Kim Chang-ryong, and Heo Heung-sik. In terms of narrative, Park Dong-jin's Shimcheongga strengthens the narrative of Mr Shim(Shimcheong’s father) and sets the process of his downfall and recovery as an important axis. It embodies the active Shimcheong against the fatalistic world. The editorial is rich and the dramatic depiction is excellent. Park Dong-jin's Shimcheongga aims for a fantastic ending that awakens the eyes with plants that see again, but shows a conservative worldview in that festivals and feasts with various blind people are reduced in number and ended with a didactic editorial. This point can be said to have been handed down in the tradition of the middle class. It was also confirmed that the master singer Dong-jin Park transmitted Shimcheongga creatively and flexibly through the middle-class tradition and editorial peculiar to Park Dong-jin.

명창 박초월론

감성적 리더십과 운동만족의 관계

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships between emotional leadership and exercise satisfaction sports. Judo players participated for this research objective and analytic tools were t-test, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. first male athletes perceived higher than female athletes in terms of emotional leadership and exercise satisfaction. Second, emotional leadership which indicated affiliation was which indicated affiliation was significantly related to self-awareness, self-regulation and relationship management except social skill. Third, exercise satisfaction which indicated affiliation was significantly related to athletes` satisfaction, social approval except environmental satisfaction. Fourth, there was low or mid correlation between emotional leadership and exercise satisfaction. Finally, sub-factors of self-awareness and relationship management were the best predictors of environmental satisfaction and social approval in exercise satisfaction.

예비유아교사의 자아존중감과 방어적 비관주의 성향이 자기조절학습능력에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 예비유아교사의 자아존중감과 방어적 비관주의 성향이 자기조절학습능력에 미치는 영향을 알아봄으로써 지식기반 사회에 잘 적응할 수 있는 건강한 유아교사를 기르는데 시사점을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 G도의 유아교육과에 재학 중인 1∼4학년 학생 215명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하고 연구문제에 따라 기술통계, 상관분석, 단계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 예비유아교사들의 자아존중감, 방어적 비관주의 성향, 자기조절학습능력은 보통보다 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 예비유아교사들의 자아존중감과 자기조절학습능력 하위요인들 모두에서 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 방어적 비관주의 성향의 하위요인인 부정적 기대와 자기조절학습능력 하위요인 모두에서 부적 상관이 나타났으며, 숙고와는 인지조절능력, 행동조절능력에서 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 예비유아교사들의 자아존중감과 방어적 비관주의 성향은 자기조절학습능력의 하위요인인 인지조절을 44%, 동기조절을 35%, 행동조절을 31% 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 예비유아교사의 자아존중감을 향상시키고 부정적 결과에 대한 걱정 불안을 줄임으로써 자기조절학습능력을 향상시키기 위한 방안을 모색할 필요가 있다. The purposes of this study were to examine the effects of self-esteem and dispositional defensive pessimism on self-regulated learning ability among pre-service early childhood teachers and thus provide basic data to promote their self-regulated learning ability. For these purposes, the study collected data from 215 students in the Department of Early Childhood Education ranging from the freshman to senior year in G Province and carried out descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and stepwise regression analysis according to the research questions. The findings were as follows: first, the pre-service early childhood teachers recorded a level of self-esteem, dispositional defensive pessimism and self-regulated learning ability above the average. Second, there were positive correlations between all the subfactors of self-esteem and those of self-regulated learning ability. Negative expectations, a subfactor of dispositional defensive pessimism, had negative correlations with all the subfactors of self-regulated learning ability. Deliberation had positive correlations with cognitive and behavioral regulation ability. Finally, their self-esteem and dispositional defensive pessimism explained 44%, 35%, and 31% of cognitive, motivational, and behavioral regulation, which are subfactors of self-regulated learning ability, respectively.

유치원 교사와 보육 교사의 자기평가에 대한 비교연구

본 연구는 유아교사 자기평가척도를 유치원 교사와 보육 교사에게 적용해 봄으로써 기관유형에 따라 유아교사의 자기평가에 차이가 있는지를 알아보고 유아교사의 자기평가 척도의 바람직한 활용방안을 모색해 보고자 하였다. 본 연구에서 나타난 결과는 첫째, 유치원 교사와 보육 교사의 교사자질의 중요성에 대한 평가는 일반적 특성에 대해서는 차이가 없었으나 전문적 특성의 하위 문항에 대한 중요성에는 차이가 있는 문항들이 나타났다. 둘째, 기관 유형별로 자기평가 결과에 차이기 있는지를 알아본 결과 전문적 특성 중 교육기술 영역에서 유치원 교사들이 더 높은 자기평가를 하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 기관유형 및 배경변인에 따른 자기평가 결과는 교사의 학력, 경력, 연령에 따라 주효과 및 상호작용 효과가 나타나는 영역들이 있었다. This research is performed that a self-evaluation scale of an early childhood teacher is importance as the scale for a self-evaluation of teachers with applying a self-evaluation scale to both kindergarten and child care teachers. Also, this research is accomplished for finding the well-applying method of a self-evaluation scale of an early childhood teacher after searching the differences of self-evaluation results by the valuables like organization types, a school career, a work career, ages and etc. For this purpose, the importance of the scale and the self-evaluation of teachers should be evaluated by applying self-evaluation of an early childhood teachers to 223 teachers who are working for kindergarten and child care center. As the results of the research, the conclusions are as below. Firstly, there are the differences of the importance and the results of the self-evaluation in accordance with each item of a questionnaire. Secondly, there's no differences of the self-evaluation results for the kindergarten teachers and the nursery school teachers by the organization types except educational skill. Moreover, as the results of self-evaluation due to the organization types and factor changes, there's no differences of the results by organization types and school careers. However, the domain by the correlation effects with organization types, careers and ages was found.

심정순 창본 <흥보가>의 판소리적 특징과 의미

본 연구는 심정순 구술을 바탕으로 연재된 ??매일신보?? <연의각>을 바탕으로 중고제 <흥보가>의 특성과 판소리사적 위상을 밝히고자 하였다. 이해조가 ??매일신보??에 연재한 심정순 구술의 <박타령>은 현존 유일한 중고제 <흥보가>라고 할 수 있다. 심정순은 충남 서산 출신의 명창으로 내포권의 중고제를 전승한 명창이라고 볼 수 있다. 그가 불렀을 <흥보가>의 소리는 전승이 끊어졌지만, 그의 사설은 <경판본> <이선유본>과 친연성을 가지면서 형성되어 이해조에 의해 구활자 소설본으로 전승되었다. 본고에서는 심정순의 활동과 사설의 특징, 장단의 특징 등을 <경판본> <이선유본>과 비교 검토함으로써 그 특징을 추출하려고 하였다. 심정순의 점잖고 단정한 성격은 그의 사설에 반영되어 흥보 놀보의 우애를 강조하는 방향으로 나아갔고, 그 주제의식도 매우 교훈적인 방향으로 설계되었음을 알 수 있다. 장단은 고제 소리에서 쓰는 평타령, 엇중모리 등이 사용되었으며, 사설 대목이 한 장단에 길게 이어지는 특징을 보이고 있음도 지적하였다. 특히 심정순의 <흥보가>는 충청지역 명창들의 장기였던 레파토리 중의 하나로, 충청권을 기반으로 형성, 전승되고 이북쪽으로 유통을 뻗어나간 작품으로 이해하였다. 충청지역의 판소리가 형성기의 판소리를 반영하고 있었다는 점에서 중고제 소리의 지역적 연관성은 앞으로 더 정밀히 연구되어야 할 필요가 있다. <Baktaryeong> sung by Jeong-soon Shim which was serially published in ??Maeil Shinbo?? by Hae-jo Lee under the title of <Yeonnuigak> can be determined to be the one and only <Heungboga> in Junggoje version. As the master singer from Seosan Chungnam, Jeong-soon Shim is believed to be a singer who has inherited Junggoje in Naepokwon. <Heungboga> that Shim might have sung is no longer passed down but in terms of Shim’s lyrics, while they had formed affinity with <Kyeongpanbon> and <Yiseonyubon>, they were finally inherited as a copy of a novel by Hae-jo Lee. In the concerned study, by comparing and reviewing Jeong-soon Shim’s career and characteristics of the lyrics and rhythms, the study tried to learn other characteristics of <Heungboga> by Jeong-soon Shim. With the gentle, decent personality of Jeong-soon Shim reflected, the lyrics were developed as they emphasized the brotherly love between Heungbo and Nolbo and even in terms of how to understand the topic, the lyrics were observed to sing in a very much moral way. For the rhythms, pyeongtaryeong, utjungmori and others used in old style pansori were borrowed and how long the lyrics sing to one individual rhythm turned out to a feature which was, at the same time, pointed out in the study. In particular, as one of the repertories which were the favorite of the master singers of pansori in Chungcheong area, <Heungboga> by Jeong-soon Shim was understood as a work that had first created in Chungcheong area and, that afterwards, had sung in northern areas. Considering how pansori in Chungcheong area reflects pansori from the formative period, regional associations of Junggoje pansori should be studied even more profoundly.

증례 : 혈액종양 ; 비인두암 환자 중 동시항암화학방사선요법 후 발생한 단순 헤르페스 뇌염

동시항암화학방사선요법 또는 전뇌방사선 치료 등을 시행하는 환자의 경우 면역 반응의 저하로 인하여 HSE가 발병할 확률이 증가하며 임상증상 및 검사 소견이 비특이적이다. 따라서 발열 및 의식 변화가 나타나는 환자에서는 HSE를 감별진단 중 하나로 고려해야 한다. 본 증례에서는 즉각적인 항바이러스 치료에 좋은 반응을 보였으며 비교적 양호한 임상경과를 보인, 동시항암화학방사선요법 시행 중에 병발한 HSE를 경험하였기에 이를 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Herpes simplex encephalitis (HSE) is a rare viral encephalitis in adults. A high (70%) mortality rate with serious complications has been reported even after active, appropriate management. The association between HSE and immune suppression is unclear, but there are case reports of cancer patients in which HSE concomitantly developed after whole brain radiation or high-dose steroid treatment. The clinical manifestations and laboratory findings of these patients are atypical compared to the general population. Although brain magnetic resonance images reveal typical HSE findings, cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) analysis might be normal in cancer patients. We report a case of HSE in a 48-year-old male diagnosed with nasopharyngeal cancer and treated with concurrent chemoradiation. This patient had a normal cell count in CSF, but HSE was finally diagnosed from positive polymerase chain reaction test results. After administration of acyclovir and systemic steroid treatment, the patient had a good clinical course with few neurologic sequelae. (Korean J Med 2015;88:602-607)
