        일반직 종사자의 직무소진과 건강상태

        In this paper, the purpose was to identify burnout, health behaviors and health status as well as associations between burnout factor and heath behaviors and health status among general employees. The sample consisted of 200 general employees recruited at five worksites in three city. A descriptive survey study was conducted using structured questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS/WIN 21.0. As a results of study, the mean score of burnout was 39.3±7.15(total score 75) in the general employees. The burnout was identified as the factor affecting depression(B=0.620, R2=29.2) and perceived health(OR=1.14, CI=1.06-1.22). In conclusion, it is necessary to develop health program and intervention against burnout for employees’ health. 본 연구는 일반직 종사자의 직무소진과 건강행위, 건강상태를 파악하고, 직무소진이 건강행위 및 건강상태에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 하였다. 자료수집은 3개 도시, 5개 회사, 200명의 일반직 종사자를 대상으로 설문 조사에 의해 이루어졌으며 SPSS/WIN 21.0을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 대상자의 직무소진 평균점수는 39.3/75점으로 직무소진은 우울(B=0.620, R2=29.2)과 주관적 건강(OR=1.14, CI=1.06-1.22)에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 우울은 직무소진 요인에 의해 29.2% 설명되며, 주관적 건강상태가 좋은 사람에 비해 나쁜 사람의 경우 직무소진이 1.14배 높은 것으로 나타났다 결론적으로 직무소진은 직장인의 정신적 건강에 중요한 위험요인으로서 직장인을 위한 직무소진 예방과 중재를 위한 프로그램 개발이 필요하다.

        The Christian Mission of Reconciliation : “Word Made Flesh Methodology” and the Spirituality of Mary

        The ministry of reconciliation is a vocation for all Christians. Reconciliation is the language of God toward the broken world. “Word made flesh” reconciliation pedagogy formed by Chris Rice emphasizes that the way of reconciliation is not an achievement of human beings but the work of God. In this article, I have tried to introduce the principle of “word made flesh” methodology and explore some elements of the spirituality of reconciliation through the life of Mary of Nazareth, whose example we may follow in order to live out the spirituality of reconciliation in our daily life. The way of reconciliation is the gift of God and a long journey with God. The vision of “new creation” accomplished by Jesus Christ enables us to lament and to cherish the hope from a place of deep suffering. In order to pursue the ministry of reconciliation continuously, we will get the will to live out the spirituality of reconciliation in our daily life. In the scriptures, Mary is a strong and courageous woman of faith who listens to the words of God, puts them into practice, and explores her own life with a clear identity and a sense of vocation. Mary is also a servant leader in the community, expanding her horizon beyond her personal life. Mary reveals herself as a model of transformational and servant leadership who can lead us to the ministry of reconciliation over the long haul.

        Philippine Duchesne: Ambassador of Reconciliation and Peace

        2018 marks the bicentenary of Sister Philippine Duchesne’s landing in America. Born in Gronoble, France, she began her missionary life at the age of forty-nine in the harsh and poor surroundings of St. Charles, Missouri. Philippine’s lifelong wish, to live with Native American Indians, was finally realized at age seventy-one after retiring in poor health among the Potawatomi Tribe. Philippine Duchesne, a pioneering missionary and educator, was canonized in 1988 because of her witness to the values of the spirit of poverty, humility and love of God. This paper interprets Philippine’s spirituality from the perspective of a theology of reconciliation and explores possible ways of following her in today’s world through the lens of the 2016 General Chapter of the Society of the Sacred Heart. From the perspective of a theology of reconciliation, particular characteristics of Philippine Duchesne’s spirituality are as follows: ① Fortitude and persistence (in relationship with God); ② Humility and self-emptying (in relationship with herself); ③ A spirit of poverty and compassion for the poor (in relationship with others); ④ Inner Peace: All-encompassing unity (in relationship with creation). Philippine Duchesne's call to become ambassadors of reconciliation and peace overlaps with the four calls of the 2016 General Chapter of the Society of the Sacred Heart: ① To reach new frontiers, ② To live more humanly, ③ To create silence, ④ To be and to act as one body.

        ZrO2 나노결정의 상구조 변화에 따른 Eu3+와 Tb3+의 형광특성

        Eu$^{3+}$ (or Tb$^{3+}$)-doped ZrO$_2$ nanoparticles with average sizes of 3 $\sim$ 4 nm were synthesized by using a solvothermal method at 250 $^\circ$C. X-ray diffraction (XRD) measurement showed that the crystal structures of the nanoparticles were cubic, tetragonal, and monoclinic phases at room temperature after calcination at 400 $^\circ$C, 700 $\sim$ 900 $^\circ$C, and 1200 $^\circ$C, respectively. The photoluminescence (PL), the photoluminescence excitation, and the decay curves were measured. From Eu$^{3+}$-doped ZrO$_2$ nanoparticles, not only the oscillator strength calculated from the lifetime but also the PL intensity obtained from the experiment on the monoclinic phase was found to be 5 $\sim$ 6 times greater than for the cubic or the tetragonal phase. On the contrary, the PL intensity of Tb$^{3+}$ from Tb$^{3+}$-doped ZrO$_2$ nanoparticles. Fianlly, dramatically decreased with increasing calcination temperature. PL emitted from Tb$^{3+}$ could not be found in the monoclinic phase. Solvothermal 방법에 의해 250 $^\circ$C의 낮은 온도에서 Eu$^{3+}$ 와 Tb$^{3+}$를 첨가한 ZrO$_2$ 나노결정을 합성하였다. 합성된 시료는 소결온도를 400, 700, 900, 1200 $^\circ$C로 달리하여 준비하였으며, XRD와 SEM 사진을 통하여 각 시료의 구조 변화와 크기 변화 등을 조사하였다. ZrO$_2$ 나노 결정은 크기가 약 3 $\sim$ 4 nm이고 입방구조를 가지고 있었다. 소결온도가 400 $^\circ$C에서 1200 $^\circ$C로 높아짐에 따라 입자의 결정성은 입방구조 및 정방구조를 거쳐서 단사구조로 변하였고, 입자의 크기는 약 38 nm 로 커졌다. Eu$^{3+}$가 첨가된 ZrO$_2$ 결정의 형광은 소결온도가 높아짐에 따라 형광의 세기가 점점 커져 단사구조를 가지는 1200 $^\circ$C에서 소결된 시료는 형광의 세기가 입방구조에서 보다 5배 이상 커지는 것을 확인하였다. 반면 Tb$^{3+}$가 첨가된 ZrO$_2$ 나노결정의 형광은 단사구조에서 형광의 세기가 급격히 감소하였다.

        Er3+ 농도에 따른 YAP:Er 나노형광체의 Upconversion 형광특성

        Er3+의 농도를 달리하여 (1, 2, 3, 5, 7 mol%) 첨가한 YAlO3 (Yttrium Aluminum Perovskite: YAP) 나노형광체를 solvo-thermal 방법으로 합성하였으며 X-ray 회절상을 측정하여 YAP:Er3+나노형광체가 사방정계 구조를 가짐을 확인하였다. YAP:Er3+ 나노형광체를 975 nm laser diode로 여기하여 강한 녹색과 적색의 upconversion(UC) 형광을 관찰하였다. Er3+ 이온의 농도가 1 mol%에서 5 mol%로 증가하면 적색형광의 세기는 크게 증가하여 100배가량 커졌다. UC형광의 메커니즘을 이해하기 위해 UC형광의 시간적 거동과 펌프광세기 의존을 측정하였으며 적색UC 형광을 교차이완 (cross relaxation)과 에너지 전달과정으로 설명하였다. Er3+-doped yttrium-aluminum perovskite (YAP:YAlO3) nanophosphors with different concentrations (1, 2, 3, 5, and 7 mol%) were synthesized by using the solvo-thermal reaction method. The XRD patterns confirmed that the YAP:Er3+nanophosphors had an orthorhombic crystal phase. The green and the red upconversion (UC) emissions of the YAP:Er nanophosphors were measured under excitation with a laser diode having a wavelength of 975 nm, and its dynamics and pump power dependence were investigated. As the Er3+ ion concentration was increased from 1 to 7 mol%, the red UC emission was enhanced by a factor of 20, which is attributed to the energy transfer (4I11/2→4I15/2:4I13/2→4F9/2) and the enhanced cross relaxation (4S3/2→4I9/2:4I15/2→4I13/2) between Er3+ ions.
