        초등학생의 식사 및 수면실태가 ADHD 증상에 미치는 영향분석

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the influences of eating and sleep practice of elementary school students on their ADHD symptoms and to find the differences of these influences based on their gender and grade. In the elementary schools of Seoul and Gyeonggi educational regions, 769 4-6th sixth grade students were examined regarding their eating and sleep practice, and inattention and hyperactivity/impulsiveness symptoms. Results were as follows: First, the eating practice of the students had significant impacts on their ADHD symptoms. All the sub-areas of eating practice(Irregular meal, instant meal, healthy meal, and improper eating attitude) could influence inattention symptom. Especially, the influence of improper eating attitude on inattention was the most significant. And, irregular meal and improper eating attitudes could influence hyperactivity/impulsiveness symptoms. The influence of improper eating attitudes on hyperactivity/impulsiveness was the most significant as well. Compared to male students, in female students, instant meal and improper eating attitude were more likely to influence their inattention symptoms sensitively. Second, the sleep practice (problems of sleep process, fatigue after sleep) of the elementary school students could increase their inattention and hyperactivity/impulsiveness symptoms. The influence of the fatigue after sleep on inattention and hyperactivity/impulsiveness symptoms was greater than that of the problems of sleep process. Also, the fatigue after sleep of the female students was more likely to influence their inattention symptoms sensitively than that of male students. 본 연구는 초등학생들의 식사 및 수면실태가 ADHD의 하위증상인 주의력결핍, 과잉행동/충동성 증상에 어떠한 영항을 미치는지 분석하고, 식사 또는 수면실태가 ADHD증상에 미치는 영향이 대상아동의 성별과 학년에 따라 어떻게 다른지 알아보는데 그 목적이 있다. 서울, 경기지역 초등학교 769명을 대상으로 식사 및 수면실태, 주의력결핍, 과잉행동/충동성 증상을 측정하였다. 분석된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 초등학생들의 식사실태는 주의력결핍, 과잉행동/충동성 증상에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 우선, 주의력결핍 증상에 있어서는 식사실태의 모든 하위영역(불규칙한 식사, 인스턴트 식사, 건강한 식사, 부적절한 식사태도)이 유의한 영향을 미칠 수 있는 것으로 나타났으며 특히 부적절한 식사태도의 영향이 가장 큰 것으로 분석되었다. 과잉행동/충동성 증상에 있어서는 불규칙한 식사와 부적절한 식사태도가 유의한 영향을 미칠 수 있는 것으로 나타났는데 마찬가지로 부적절한 식사태도의 영향이 가장 큰 것으로 분석되었다. 식사실태가 주의력결핍 증상에 미치는 영향은 성별에 따라 다른 차이를 나타내었는데 특히, 여학생들의 주의력결핍 증상이 인스턴트식사와 부적절한 식사태도에 민감하게 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 초등학생들의 수면실태는 주의력결핍, 과잉행동/충동성 증상에 유의한 영향을 미칠 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 수면실태의 하위영역인 수면과정상의 문제와 수면 후 피로감 모두 주의력결핍, 과잉행동/충동성 증상에 유의한 영향을 미칠 수 있는 것으로 나타났는데 특히, 수면 후 피로감의 영향이 수면과정상의 문제보다 더 큰 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 수면실태가 주의력결핍 증상에 미치는 영향은 성별에 따라 다른 차이를 나타내었는데 남학생들에 비해 여학생들의 주의력결핍 증상이 수면 후 피로감에 더 민감하게 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다.

        Normal Echocardiographic Measurements in a Korean Population Study: Part I. Cardiac Chamber and Great Artery Evaluation

        Background: Measurement of the cardiac chamber is essential, and current guidelines recommend measuring and reportingvalues for both sides of the cardiac chamber during echocardiographic evaluation. Normal echocardiographic reference values havebeen suggested previously, but detailed information about right-sided chambers and values according to gender was not included. Methods: This is a prospective multicenter (23 centers) study evaluating normal Korean adult subjects using comprehensiveechocardiography. We included normal adult subjects (age; 20–79 years old) who had no significant cardiac disorders or illnesses, annusuchas hypertension or diabetes, which could affect cardiac structure and function. We measured the cardiac chamber includingboth right and left ventricles as well as atria according to current echocardiography guidelines and compared values according togender and age groups. Results: A total of 1003 subjects were evaluated and the mean age was 48 ± 16 years. Left ventricular (LV) dimensions increased,but LV volume decreased in older subjects. Right ventricular (RV) area decreased in women and older subjects, and theRV long-axis dimension showed a similar trend. Left atrial (LA) volume increased in men but there were no differences in LA volumeindex between men and women. The dimension of great arteries increased in men and older subjects. Conclusion: Since there were considerable differences between men and women and in the different age groups, and thetrends differed significantly between different echo variables, normal echocardiographic cutoff values should be differentially appliedbased on age and gender.

        지하수 함양시 최대 주입압력 결정을 위한 연구

        Required essential technique is to determine the maximum recharge pressure in the well with condition of non-ground failure for therecovery of the groundwater. Based on the classical soil mechanics, the maximum recharge pressure was estimated with the numericalanlaysis and laboratory triaxial test. In the numerical analysis, the maximum recharge pressure is defined as the ground failure stress. The ground failure of the sand was defined as the piping and the one of the caly was to the undrained failure by the confined pressure increment. In the triaxial test, the recharge pressure in the ground was modified by the back pressure in the specimen. In case of sand, the volume strain was dramatically increased at the 93 % of the maximum back pressure, same meaning of the 0 effective stress state. In case of clay, the only radial volume strain was to reached 1.5 % without failure. Therefore, The maximum recharge pressure could be determined with the numerical analysis and triaxial test. 지하수위 회복을 위한 함양정 운영시 필요 기술은 지반이 파괴에 도달하지 않는 최대 주입압을 결정하는 것이다. 고전적인 토질역학에 기초한 수치해석과 실내시험을 통하여 사질토와 점성토의 항복에 도달하는 최대 주입압력을 추론하였다. 수치해석에서는 주입압력에 따른 점성토의 구속압력 감소에 따른 파괴시, 사질토는 유출동수 경사에 따른 파이핑 발생시 주입압력을 최대 한계압으로 결정하였다. 실내시험에서는 간극수압이 높아지는 것을 배압 증가를 통하여 구현하였으며, 사질토 경우 유효응력이 0이 되기전 최대 배압의 93 %에서 급격한 체적변형이 발생하였다. 점성토의 경우는 유효응력이 0에 도달할 경우 방사방향 변형율이 1.5 %에 도달하였으나 급격한 체적변형이 발생하지 않았다. 따라서 상기 결과에 근거하여 함양정의 최대 주입압력을 수치해석과 실내시험으로 결정할 수 있었다.

        According to the rapid advance of computer and communication techniques, the request of mobile internet services is highly increasing. However, the main obstacles for mobile vector map service environments, are large data volume and narrow wireless bandwidth. Among the many possible solutions, spatial data compression technique may contribute to reduce the load of bandwidth and client response time. This thesis proposes two methods for spatial data compression. The one is relative coordinates transformation method, and the other is client coordinates transformation method. And, this thesis also proposes the system architecture for experiments. The two compression methods could be evaluated the compression effect and the response time.

        It is important to support consistency control of integrated production databases where interrelated application modules are concurrently executed. This thesis designs a new active consistency control method integrating a database and rulebase. It automatically executes rules for fixing consistency violations. When a database is updated, a trigger procedure is automatically executed to update its corresponding repository (which describes metadata about the integrated databases). The checking of consistency violations is realized by the monitor method, which is triggered by the updates of the repository. The monitor method then executes the related methods or invokes rules for fixing consistency violations.

      • 분산 공간 데이터베이스에서 긴 트랜잭션의 중복 제어를 위한 잠금 기법 연구

        The interactive updates of two replicated spatial objects at different sites should be synchronized for concurrency control. In the interactive transactions, it is very difficult to define the correctness criteria of concurrent transactions since the displayed spatial objects cannot be isolated due to their spatial relationships. Locks on two spatial objects do not conflict with each other, since they are not shared objects. However, concurrent updates of two spatial objects sometimes may make them inconsistent when they have a distributed spatial relationship. This thesis has introduced a new locking methods, which is designed on the basis of the existing intensive locking. The methods support long transactions to update spatial data concurrently. The design results of this thesis show that high concurrency could be achieved with little overhead.
