We investigated the effects of B-doping on the growth mechanism of ZnO films. The B-doped ZnO films, which were widely applied for transparent conducting electrode, were deposited by plasma enhanced chemcial vapor depostion(PECVD) using diethylzinc(DEZ), No.sub 2/. and B$_{2}$H$_{6}$. The deposition conditions were a sbustrate temperature of 30$0^{\circ}C$, an rf power of 200, and a chamber pressure of 1 torr. At the given depostion condition, the growth rate of B-doped ZnO thin films was higher than that of undoped ones, but didn't change even with further increasing B$_{2}$H$_{6}$ flow rate and the interplanar distance between(0002) planes was reduced as B atoms substituted Zn sites.s.

The effect of cardiopulmonary bypass on platelet count, platelet function, and bleeding time was studied in 60 patients. Platelet count was significantly reduced during and after cardiopulmonary bypass. Platelet function also had a reduced aggregation response to adenosine diphosphate. Bleeding time was prolonged to over 30 minutes during cardiopulmonary bypass and not returned to normal level until postbypass 1 hour. The amount of postoperative bleeding was proportional to the degree of decrease in platelet count and function, degree of decrease in platelet count and function. There was no significant correlation between duration of cardiopulmonary bypass and platelet count, platelet function, bleeding time, or amount of postoperative bleeding. Patients with cyanotic congenital heart disease showed a larger amount of postoperative bleeding than patients with acyanotic congenital heart disease [P<0.01], and this difference was due to the fact that platelet function was more significantly affected by cardiopulmonary bypass in cyanotic group. Patients using membrane oxygenator showed a less amount of postoperative bleeding than patients using bubble oxygenator [p<0.005] reflecting better preservation of platelet count and function by membrane oxygenator.
피드백 구조를 갖는 Self-Timed Ring 기반의 경량 TRNG

정보보안 응용에 적합한 self-timed 링 (ring) 기반 TRNG (true random number generator)의 경량 하드웨어 설계에 관해 기술한다. TRNG의 하드웨어 복잡도를 줄이기 위해 피드백 구조의 엔트로피 추출기를 제안하였으며, 이를 통해 링 스테이지 수를 최소화 하였다. 본 논문의 FSTR-TRNG는 동작 주파수와 엔트로피 추출 회로를 고려하여 링 스테이지 수가 11의 배수가 되도록 결정되었으며, 링 발진기가 등간격 모드로 진동할 수 있도록 토큰 (token)과 버블(bubble) 개수의 비를 결정하였다. FSTR-TRNG는 FPGA 디바이스에 구현하여 난수 생성 동작을 검증하였다. Spartan-6 FPGA 디바이스에 구현된 FSTR-TRNG로부터 2,000만 비트의 데이터를 추출하여 NIST SP 800-22에 규정된 통계학적 무작위성 테스트를 수행한 결과, 15개의 테스트가 모두 기준을 만족하는 것으로 확인되었다. Spartan-6 FPGA 디바이스로 합성한 FSTR-TRNG는 46 슬라이스로 구현이 되었으며, 180 nm CMOS 표준셀로 합성하는 경우에는 약 2,500 등가 게이트로 구현되었다. A lightweight hardware design of self-timed ring based true random number generator (TRNG) suitable for information security applications is described. To reduce hardware complexity of TRNG, an entropy extractor with feedback structure was proposed, which minimizes the number of ring stages. The number of ring stages of the FSTR-TRNG was determined to be a multiple of eleven, taking into account operating clock frequency and entropy extraction circuit, and the ratio of tokens to bubbles was determined to operate in evenly-spaced mode. The hardware operation of FSTR-TRNG was verified by FPGA implementation. A set of statistical randomness tests defined by NIST 800-22 were performed by extracting 20 million bits of binary sequences generated by FSTR-TRNG, and all of the fifteen test items were found to meet the criteria. The FSTR-TRNG occupied 46 slices of Spartan-6 FPGA device, and it was implemented with about 2,500 gate equivalents (GEs) when synthesized in 180 nm CMOS standard cell library.
레이저 빔에 의한 철강재의 Ti 표면합금화에 미치는 C함량의 영향

레이저빔에 의한 철강재의 Ti 표면합금화에 미치는 C함량의 영향을 관찰하였다. 철강재상에 Ti 코팅 후 레이저빔 조사시 질소를 취입가스로 사용하면 부분적으로 TiN과 F$e_2$Ti가 형성된다. 저탄소강의 경우 Ti함량의 증가에 따라 임계냉각 속도의 증가로 마르텐사이트화가 억제된다. 고탄소강의 경우 Ti의 함량이 1.5%정도 임에도 훼라이트 조직이 형성되지 않고 마르텐사이트 조직이 형성되어 경화된다. 그리고 고탄소강의 Ti 표면합금층 형성에 부분적인 TiC의 석출이 있어 더욱 경도를 증가시키는 것으로 생각된다. When $N_2$was used as shielding gas during the formation of Ti surface-alloyed layer by irradiation of $CO_2$laser beam on steel, TiN and F$e_2$Ti were formed regardness of carbon-content in steel. When Ti content was increased in low carbon-content steel, formation of martensitic structure was suppressed due to increase of critical cooling rate for martensitic transformation. In case of high-carbon steel, even though Ti content was about 1.5% in alloyed layer, hardness was increased by formation of martensitic structure instead of ferrite. In addition to that structure, hardness was incrreased further by precipitation of TiC in Ti alloyed-layer of high carbon-steel.
