In this paper, we handle automatic calibration of odometry parameters for mobile robots. Most calibration methods are based on the sequence, move-measurement-calibration. Calibration accuracy is largely dependent on the paths. Mathematical conditions minimizing calibration errors are derived, and then a method finding optimal paths for calibrating the odometry parameters is proposed.

원주향교 대성전과 명륜당의 문화재적 가치에 관한 연구

Wonjuhyanggyo has been designated as Gangwon-do Cultural Heritage Material No. 98 and has been designated as the lowest level of cultural value compared to the size of the township. Purpose of this research was to re-evaluate the cultural value of WonjuHyanggyo established in the Gangwon-do Gamyeong Office and to provide basis for the promotion of urban cultural heritage itself. There are 16 local Confucian schools in Gangwon-do, and 13 of them were designated as cultural assets as of 1985 and nine sites built before 1950 were researched. Based on reconstruction, reconstruction records and the architectural composition of the reconstruction period, Cultural value of Daesungjeon Hall where the memorial service was held and Myeongnyundang where educational area were re-evaluated. Results of the research could be summarized as the following. First, the conclusion was that Wonjuhyanggyo was reconstructed in 1734 and Myeongnyundang Hall in 1749 and was the most perfectly typical of the local Confucian schools in the late Choseon Dynasty. Secondly, WonjuHyanggyo presented a layout that was suitable for the best city in Gangwon-do, and its architectural composition also was confirmed to have high cultural value as the shape of the members and the condition of the processing presented the characteristics of the late Choseon Dynasty. Therefore, Wonju Local Confucian School is worth to discuss the promotion of to tangible cultural heritage, which is a higher grade than cultural heritage materials.

어린이집 평가인증 현장방문 컨설턴트의 활동 연구

본 연구의 목적은 평가인증 컨설팅 과정 중 현장방문 컨설팅을 하는 컨설턴트의 경험, 컨설턴트의 자기이해, 컨설턴트의 지원과 요구를 조사함으로써, 보육현장에서의 평가인증 컨설턴트 활동에 대한 개선점을 모색하였다. 이를 위해 육아종합지원센터 30개소의 컨설턴트 300명을 대상으로 설문조사 를 실시하여, 이 중 247부를 분석 자료로 사용하였다. 연구결과 현장방문 컨설턴트들의 인력구성은 75.7%가 원장이고, 7년 이상 18년 미만의 경력자들이 61.9%로 나타났다. 이들은 자기개발과 전문 성 향상을 위해 컨설턴트에 지원하였으며, 한번 이상 평가인증에 참여한 어린이집을 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 이들은 소속 육아종합지원센터의 컨설턴트 간의 협의가 가장 큰 도움이 되었고 평가인증 컨설턴트에 대한 중앙 차원의 교육 지원과 평가인증 컨설팅 매뉴얼 제공이 필요하다고 응답하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 보육현장에서의 평가인증 컨설턴트 활동의 개선점을 제안하였다. The purpose of this study was to find the improvements in the childcare service by surveying field consultant’s self-knowledge, experience in progress, support and needs of consultants, at the time of the third period childcare accreditation. To collect the data, 300 survey questionnaires were conducted to the childcare accreditation consultant, and only 247 were analyzed. The results of the survey indicated that 75.7% of field consultant was director of kindergarten, and 61.9% of them had 7 to 18 years of experience. Almost of respondents applied for self-development and specialty improvement and preferred experienced kindergarten in childcare accreditation. Survey respondents recognized that the experience as a consultant was very helpful to grow them as an expert and the most useful element during consulting was a discussion with other consultants. Respondents also hoped that central government would provide consulting manual and refresher training. Based on these results, this article suggests improvement of childcare accreditation.

어린이집 영유아 발달평가 현황에 대한 부모의 인식 및 요구

본 연구는 어린이집 영유아 발달평가 현황에 대한 부모의 인식 및 요구를 분석 해 봄으로써 영유아의 건전한 발달을 도모하기 위한 자료 수집에 목적을 두고, 서울, 경기도 지역의 민간, 국공립어린이집의 부모를 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 빈도와 백분율로 처리하였다. 연구결과 학부모들은 영유아 발달평가의 실행여부, 평가내용의 제공횟수에 만족하며, 교사의 영유아발달평가가 자녀 양육에 도움이 되고 가족과 공유하며 자녀양육에 적극 반영하는 것으로 나타났다. 부모들은 교사들이 자녀의 지식뿐아니라 흥미, 태도, 성향을 잘 알고 있기 때문에 평가자로서 타당하다고 인식하였다. 또한, 부모들은 ‘교사가 영유아 발달 평가를 할 수 있는 시간확보’와 ‘부모가 쉽게 이해’하고 ‘교사들은 보다 간편하게 적용할 수 있는 도구와 지표의 개발’을 요구하는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to collect basic data for children’s healthy development by analyzing parents perception and demand about children’s development assessment at daycare centers. Subjects in this study were 300 parents who have children attending private and tax paid day care centers in Seoul and Gyeonggi-Province. The answer sheets from 293 respondents were analyzed using frequency and percentage processing. The results of the study are as follows. Parents satisfied with assessment conducted at daycare center, number of development assessment. Also parents thought that development assessment by teachers helped to child rearing and shared such content with family and actively accepted the data. In addition, most parents had an perception about teacher as a valid estimator because teacher knew well about interest, attitude, tendency as well as knowledge of their children. Parents demanded that teachers should have plenty of time to development assessment and more understandable and more applicatory assessment tool are developed.

수종의 구아닌 유사체의 DNA 절단작용에 대한 pH와 이온의 영향

The physiological function of some guanine analogs separated in the reaction of guanine related compounds with 2,3-dihydroxy-2-propenal on double strand DNA was investigated. The reaction of the analogs with calf thymus DNA was carried out in various ranges of pH and in each buffer solution with different ionic strengths. The DNA-breaking action of the compounds was affected by pH, ionic strengths and species of ions.

구아닌 관련 화합물과 2,3-dihydroxy-2-propenal과의 반응에서 분리된 수종의 구아닌 유사체들의 DNA에 대한 작용을 조사하였다. 각종 pH를 가진 다양한 완충용액 중에서 DNA와 이들 유사체와 반응을 행하여 이들 화합물이 pH나 이온의 강도에 따라 DNA 절단 기능이 다양하게 영향을 받는 것이 확인되었다. 아크리딘 오렌지 형광염색법을 이용한 저선량 감마선 유도 말초혈액 B와 T-림프구 미소핵 분석

방사선에 의해 유도되는 사람 말초혈액 림프구 미소핵 관찰빈도를 높이면서 생물학적 선량평가법으로서 활용 가능성을 확인하고자 본 연구를 수행하였다. 우선 5명의 건강한 사람으로부터 혈액을 제공 받아 선량영역을 0에서 800cGy로 하여 감마선(137Cs)을 조사 한 후 김사와 아크리딘 오렌지 형광 염색하고 미소핵 출현빈도를 비교하였다. 아크리딘 오렌지 염색법을 이용하여 미소핵을 관찰하였을 때, 김사 염색법에 비교하여 적갈색의 비특이성 과립과 녹황색의 DNA가 붉은색의 세포질을 배경으로 명확히 구별되었을 뿐만 아니라 선량이 증가하면서 검출율도 높았다.아울러, 말초혈액 T와 B-림프구에 대하여 선량영역을 0에서 50cGy로 하여 방사선을 조사한 후 미소핵 출현빈도를 아크리딘 오렌지 염색하여 김사염색과 비교한 바, B-림프구에서 선량이 증가하면서 적어도 2배 이상 높게 관찰되었다. 본 실험 결과, 사람 말초 혈액 B-림프구를 대상으로 한 아크리딘 오렌지 형광염색 미소핵 분석법은 저선량 방사선 인체영향 평가나 과피폭 선량추정시 활용이 가능 할 것으로 생각된다.
