현재 한국 사회에는 성희롱이 특정한 상황에서 이루어지는 대면적 상호작용의 질서와 관련된 감정의 문제라는 점이 제대로 인식되지 않고 있다. 이 글은 이러한 한계를 극복하기 위해 어빙 고프만의 시각에서 여성과 남성이 대면적 상호작용의 젠더 질서를 어떻게 함께 만들어나가야 하는지 탐구한다. ‘자아의 영토’와 ‘성스러운 게임’이라는 고프만의 개념을 통해 대면적 상호작용의 질서가 지닌 감정의 특징을 밝힌다. 대면적 상호작용의 질서는 당혹과 수치라는 친사회적 감정에 의해 지탱되며, 굴욕과 혐오라는 반사회적 감정에 의해 붕괴된다. 이러한 시각을 대면적 상호작용의 젠더 질서에 적용해 그 특징을 살펴보고, 성희롱을 이러한 질서가 무너지는 경우로 정의한다. 이 글은 대면적 상호작용의 질서의 관점에서 성희롱을 경험적으로 탐구할 수 있는 개념적 자원을 제공한다는 의의를 지닌다.
암모니아 및 아질산 급성독성에 따른 무태장어(Anguilla marmorata) 치어의 영향

This study was investigated to evaluate the level of acute TAN (total ammonia nitrogen) and NO2 --N concentrations at pH levels of 6.0, 7.0 and 8.0 for 96 h in juvenile marbled eel Anguilla marmorata (total length 209.0±22.02 mm and body weight 13.0±5.01 g). The result of the present study showed that the survival rate of juvenile eel at TAN concentrations 0, 100, 200, 300, 400, and 500 ppm at pH 6.0, pH 7.0, and pH 8.0 were 100, 100, 96.7, 74.4, 31.1, and 0%; 100, 82.2, 61.1, 36.7, 0, and 0%; and 98.9, 55.6, 8.9, 0, 0, and 0%, respectively. In addition, the survival rate of juvenile eel at NO2 --N concentrations 0, 100, 200, 300, 400, and 500 ppm at pH 6.0, pH 7.0, and pH 8.0 were 100, 43.3, 21.7, 0, 0, and 0%; 100, 76.7, 65.0, 43.3, 21.7, and 13.3%; and 100, 100, 100, 88.3, 78.3; and 58.3% respectively. The 96h-LC50 at pH 6.0, 7.0, and 8.0 were 332, 235, and 167 mg/L for TAN, and 188, 296, and 711 mg/L for NO2 - -N, respectively. The acute toxicity of TAN to juvenile eel increased exponentially with increase in pH, whereas the acute toxicity of NO2 --N to juvenile ell increased with low levels of pH and lengthening of exposure time to NO2 --N.
Hordeum spontaneum에서의 callus 유기와 식물체 양생

Hordeora spontaneum의 7계통의 trisomic 식물체에서 미숙배를 채취하여 2.4-D 1mg/ 와 2mg/ 가 첨가된 B5배지와 CI 배지에 치상하여 callus 형성을 유도했다. Callus 유기는 2.4-D 1mg/ 첨가구에서는 B5배지보다 CI배지에서 양호하였으나, 2mg/ 첨가구에서는 B5배지와 CI배지간에 차이가 없었다. 또 trisomic type에 따른 callus유기율에서도 차이는 인정되지 않았으며, 평균 Callus 유기율은 83 %였다. 식물체재생에서는 kinetin 1mg/ 첨가구가 무첨가구보다 양호하고, 무첨가구에서는 B5배지보다 SI 배지가 좋은 경향을 나타냈으나 다같이 유의차는 없었다. 합계 46개체가 재생되었으며 그후 17개체가 엽녹소 결핍개체였고 재생율은 7.6%였다. Immature embryos of Hordeum spontaneum were cultured on B5 and CI medium (Cheng's modified MS) to induce callus formation. CI media containing lmg/~ell and 2mg/~ell 2,4-D were more effective than B5 medium with lmg/~ell 2,4-D for the initiation of callus. Total 883 calli were induced from 1,060 immature embryos plated. Callus induction frequency was 83%. Calli were transferred to differentiation media after one subculture to regenerate plants. Forty six plants were regenerated from 608 calli. Seventeen plants were chlorophyll deficient. There was no significant difference for plant regeneration among genotypes and media effects in calli which had been induced from immature embryos of seven types of trisomies. The overall regeneration frequency was 7.6%.
Eochongye Social Capital in Jujeon-dong, Ulsan

A demand for empirical studies on the practical workings of social capital in Korean society is on the rise now that theoretical discussions on social capital have taken root to a certain extent. This paper examines the eochongye (rotating credit system of a fishing village) in Jujeon-dong, Ulsan as a case study in order to verify whether economic efficiency at the individual level harmonizes with—and does not contradict—social justice at the collective level through social capital. Questionnaires were used first to identify the existing type of social capital of the eochongye in Jujeon-dong, after which in-depth interviews were conducted to investigate how this type of social capital works there. Analysis of the questionnaires and in-depth interviews produced the following conclusion: “Philos relationship,” a type of social capital, exists widely and is actually practiced in the intersubjective life world of the Jujeon-dong eochongye where common-pool resources are shared. By way of preventing generalization of values, philos relationship resolves the dilemma of collective action while causing the problem of community. The main reason behind this is the collective memory of cultural trauma of the eochongye.
