      • OPEC 알고리즘에 의한 C^(2)-LPC 특징 추출

        This paper h a s proposed the syllable segmentation method and the C²-LPC data estimation method in order to improve calculation process time and recognition rate, and to abstract the compressed feature efficiently. The proposed syllable segmentation method has improve calculation speed and recognition rate by removing the unvoice term and using mean differential power values in the speech signal, where the compressed feature parameter was extracted by the C²-LPC data estimation method in the mid-process procedure.

        This paper has proposed the speech recognition method based on OFEC algorithm and cepstrum data. The OFEC algorithm has extracted the C-LPC coefficients using tne LPC data obtained from the preprocessing. The proposed method has extracted the C-CEP coefficients assigning the OFEC algorithm to the cepstrum datas. As a result of the recognition experiment that the C-CEP datas, which were extracted by the proposed method, and the C-LPC datas by the existing method were applied to the neural network, it showed that the proposed method improved the process time and recognition rate as compared with the

        This paper is concerned with the detection system of the evoked potential using the method of averaging response. The detection system is implemented with the microprocessor. The evoked potential by the aperiodic photic stimulus is detected. A satisfactory result could be obtained from the detected evoked potential.

        This paper presents the adaptive Kalman filter which can cancell the white noise involved in signal and the FRLS(Fast Recursive Least Square) algorithm which can estimate the coefficient of the signal model. Through the simulation, filtering characteristics of the filter which is the ability of noise cancelling is found. The simulation results show that the more the S/N ratio of input signals increase the more the S/N ratio of output signals increase. If the S/N ratio of the input signal is above 1.0[㏈] the filter can be used in practice.

        In this paper, we has been studied the variable diffusion filter bank. A variable diffusion filter bank which varies the width of pass band is using diffusion network. A variable diffusion filter bank which has advantage of building multi-channel without additional hardware. The simulation result of pass band ripple was very small and the range of slop hand was ignorable.

        This paper proposed a discriminating method by estimating the turning points and the average magnitude energy in speech signal. This method solved a problem of zero-crossing rate. Transient samples before signal does not reach steady state from the beginning point are discriminated and also features of transient data are estimated by this method. As results that carried out with speech signals, it was found that even through speech samples included in D.C level, the beginning and end point of the speech signals was exactly discriminated by this method, a length of transient period and a short time energy and frequency features were extracted from transient samples and these parameters were compared to each spoken words.

        아파트 옥외공간 특성화에 대한 거주자의 인지특성에 관한 연구

        This study was to evaluate residents' environmental cognition, satisfaction and needs of distinctive outdoor space in apartment housing estates. Distinctive outdoor space of 75 apartment estates throughout the country were investigated. And the residents of 16 apartment estates were asked how they cognize disticntive outdoor space qualities, and what activities they prefer in apartment's outdoor space. Thre important factors were extracted in residents' cognition of distinctive outdoor space qualities. First factor was naturalness of the greenery, second factor was outdoor activities especially related to fitness and exercise, and third factor was design of street furniture. Residents' satisfaction degree of distinctive outdoor space tended to increase as high as the occupied housing area. Places with water, tree shades, pedestrian way, greenery with flowers, playlots, fitness places and entrances of the estates were evaluated high in the order named. And places full with greenery, places related to fitness and exercisem, playlots were prefered by the residents.

        고에너지 X선 선량계 적용을 위한 TiO<sub>2</sub> 첨가된 요오드화수은 반도체 검출기 제작 및 평가

        본 연구에서는 선형가속기의 소조사면에 보다 정확한 선량계측이 가능하고, 빔 분포 영상화가 가능 계측시스템 개발을 위해 반도체화합물을 이용한 검출 센서를 제작하여 성능평가를 하였다. 센서 제작은 대면적 필름 형성을 위해 입자침전법을 이용하였다. 고에너지 X선에 대한 검출 특성은 암전류, 출력전류, 상승시간, 하강시간, 응답지연 측정을 통해 조사되었다. 측정 결과, $TiO_2$가 혼합된 $HgI_2$ 센서가 $PbI_2$, PbO, $HgI_2$ 보다 우수한 특성을 보였다. 선형가속기를 이용하여 선형성, 재현성 및 정확성 평가를 수행하였으며, 결과적으로 실제 임상에 적용되고 있는 선량 검출기와 감응 특성을 비교 시 재현성, 선형성 및 정확성 등에서 매우 우수한 특성을 나타내는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. In this paper, for a new detection system development with the better accurate dose evaluation and beam distribution imaging using the small field irradiation of linear accelerator, the compound semiconductor based detection sensors were fabricated and the performance evaluation was investigated. The special particle-in-binder sedimentation was used for a large area film sensor fabrication. The detection properties for high energy x-rays were investigated from a dark current, an output current, a rising time, a falling time, and response delay measurement. The experimental results, the $TiO_2$ mixed $HgI_2$ sensor showed the best electrical characteristics than $PbI_2$, PbO, pure $HgI_2$. Linearity, repeatability, and accuracy tests from LINAC were tested, the $TiO_2$ mixed $HgI_2$ sensor showed the better performance than the commercially available dosimetry devices.

        우리 나라 지방자치단체 식재 조례 기준의 현황 및 개선방향

        In 1977, Local governments' planting regulations for the development projects were established in accordance with the revised building law in Korea. A landscaped area, planting densities of trees and shrubs, a percentage of evergreen plants, minimum tree size and species were prescribed in the planting regulations. But the clauses for an excessive planting density and a high ratio of evergreen trees that the regulations includes, have been gradually in the way to a creative planting design, and raise a problem of poor growth of trees an a disordered planting landscape. Therefore, in this study the present planting regulations of 124 local governments throughout the country were analyzed and compared with 13 foreign local governments' of 4 countries ; Japan, the United States of America, Canada and Singapore. And the linitations and characteristics of the regulations are drawn as follows ; 1. The regulations focus on controlling the green spaces and plantings by quantitative methods such as controlling the number of trees and the landscaped area, which are inadequate for estimating the crown coverage of mature trees, and which areinadequate for estimating the crown coverage of mature trees, and implementing the function of polantings and the use of green spaces. 2. Minimums of tree densities are higher than those of foreign countries, especially higher about 10 times to 100 times than those of the United States of America. 3.Excessive number of evergreen trees and fruit trees should be planted under the present planting regulations, that results in constricting the creativity in planting design. 4. An article for using specific tree size, 2.0ms over in height makes it difficult to use a wide variety of different sizes of trees. And there is no incentive measures when larger trees are planted. To enhance the quality of green spaces and plantings, it is needed that the function and locating of green spaces and plantings have to be emphasized, and the planting density should be concerned about the mature tree size. The incentive measure to use various sizes of trees is also needed, and the regulations to use excessive number of evergreen trees or fruit trees should be loosened.
