        건강 불평등 연구에서 사회경제적 위치 지표의 개념과 활용

        Objectives : Socioeconomic position (SEP) refers to the socioeconomic factors that influence which position an individual or group of people will hold within the structure of a society. In this study, we provide a comprehensive review of various indicators of SEP, including education level, occupation-based SEP, income and wealth, area SEP, life-course SEP, and SEP indicators for women, elderly and youth. Methods and results : This report provides a brief theoretical background and discusses the measurement, interpretation issues, advantages and limitations associated with the use of each SEP indicator. We also describe some problems that arise when selecting SEP indicators and highlight the indicators that appear to be appropriate for health inequality research. Some practical information for use in health inequality research in South Korea is also presented. Conclusions : Investigation into the associations between various SEP indicators and health outcomes can provide a more complete understanding of mechanisms between SEP and health. The relationship between specific SEP indicators and specific health outcomes can vary by country due to the differences in the historical, socioeconomic, and cultural contexts of the SEP indicators.

        QoS보장형 스트리밍 서비스를 위한 분산 원격강의 컨텐츠에 대한 연구

        Delivery efficiency of e-learning media can be influenced by authoring processes. Generally, a moving picture recorded by video camera can be delivered to student by multimedia streaming service, using media server technology. A e-learning media authored by lecture authoring tool is played in a student application by download-based delivery system. Recently, some animation know-how are applied to author e-learning media by hand-operation. In this paper, we suggest a client-based streaming service for the e-leaning media consists of media files and integration data The lecture of e-learning media nay be divided into some time-based small blocks. Each blocks can be located distributed site. The student system gather those blocks by download-scheduling. This is a valid method for QoS guarantee streaming services. In addition to our study, lecturers can author composite e-learning media includes media files and dynamic web pages simply, The distributed e-learning media files of our study is managed by multi-author and updated rapidly. 멀티미디어 원격강의 컨텐츠를 학습자에게 전달하는 효율은 저작방식에 의해 달라질 수 있다. 영상녹화장치를 사용하여 동영상으로 녹화된 강의는 미디어 서버를 이용하여 스트리밍 방식으로 전송하며, 원격강의 저작도구를 사용하여 저작된 강의는 컨텐츠 파일을 학습자가 다운로드 하여 재생하게 된다 최근에는 플래시 등의 기술을 이용하여 수작업으로 저작한 컨텐츠의 서비스 방식도 늘어나고 있다. 본 논문에서는 미디어 동기화 기법으로 저작된 원격강의 컨텐츠를 재생 시간별고 블록화 하여 인터넷의 여러 서버에 분산배치하고, 이를 학습자 시스템에서 스트리밍 형태로 수집하고 재생하는 시스템을 제안하고 구현한다. 제안한 시스템은 다운로드를 기반으로 한 스트리밍 시스템으로, 일반적인 동영상 스트리밍 방식과는 달리 컨텐츠 자체의 QoS를 보장할 수 있으며, 컨텐츠의 자료를 최신의 것으로 보완하는데 필요한 노력을 줄일 수 있다. 또한, 라 컨텐츠 블록별로 별도로 저작과 관리가 이루어지는 특성으로 인하여 전자게시판과 같은 동적 웹페이지를 컨텐츠 내에 포함시키는 복합 컨텐츠를 쉽게 구성할 수 있다.

        The purpose of this paper is to determine the fuel change and weight change impact on the fuel economy and emission characteristic of ICE (Internal Combustion Engine) vehicle. According to fuel type, fuel consumption and emission characteristics were measured and fuel used in this paper was gasoline, diesel, and LPG. Four vehicles with different weight were tested and the fuel economy were compared and analyzed by using scatter graph. Test was carried out using chassis dynamometer, CVS (Constant Volume Sampler), and emission measurement system. Diesel vehicle less emited $CO_2$ compared to gasoline and LPG. Even if same $CO_2$ between gasoline and LPG, there are difference fuel economy depending on carbon proportion of specific fuel. The heavier weight of vehicle, the worse of fuel economy and Better fuel economy performance on highway driving mode.

        부유망식과 수하식 양성방법에 따른 참굴(Crassostrea gigas)의 선도와 항산화활성

        The nucleotides and their related compounds, including ATP (adenosine triphosphate), ADP (adenosine diphosphate), AMP (adenosine monophosphate), IMP (inosine monophosphate), HxR (inosine) and Hx (hypoxanthine), were nearly identical in oysters Crassostrea gigas from the two culture methods. The K-value was lower than the threshold value such as 11.2-12.1. Although oysters have low amount of IMP, it was detected in this experiment. DPPH radical scavenging activity did not vary significantly with sample amounts (100, 300, and $500{\mu}g/mL$). DPPH (1,1-diphenyl-2-picryl-hydrazyl) radical scavenging activity was 76.0-80.7% compare with the ascorbic acid standard. Superoxide anion scavenging activity reached 49.3% in the rack-and-bag culture sample at $500{\mu}g/mL$. However, the reducing power and $Fe^{2+}$ chelating activity were very low compared with their respective standard. The oyster culture methods did not affect oyster quality in terms of antioxidant activities.

        설계변수의 불확실성을 고려한 미익 하중의 확률론적 해석

        This paper examined the probabilistic load analysis for the tailplane during pitching maneuvering in the conceptual aircraft design phase. The flight load analysis based on the probabilistic distribution of design variables are compared with the results of the deterministic analysis. Two forms of variable distribution are used in this paper. One is standard normal distribution, the other distribution is calculated from the results of short-period longitudinal equation of aircraft motion. The influence of the distribution parameter on the probabilistic load analysis was investigated and the significant design variables that have an impact on the mean and variance of probabilistic load were identified. The comparison indicates that probabilistic load analysis provides more reliable probabilistic load distribution for the structural design than the traditional deterministic analysis.

        The livestock manure recycling have been performed worldwide because of its environmental and economic benefits. However, domestic standard protocol was nothing for high solid manure. Therefore, This paper was conducted to review database configuration of manure characteristics, analysis methods, bio-methane potential test for high solid manure recycling. In American society of agricultural engineers standard, manure characteristics indicated about sort of thirty types. This is important information to determine for manure recycling method. Furthermore, in order to determine exact manure characteristics recommended that synchronized chemical analysis method among studies. Bio-methane potential tests are widely performed in studies about estimation of organic substrates methane production. Although various methods and parameters were used, was no standard protocol and guideline in domestic. Bio-methane potential test methods and parameters were reviewed through various researches. Consequently, this paper is expected that assist to additional studies and manure characteristic database.

      • 열다한소탕(熱多寒少湯)이 혈압(血壓), 국소뇌혈류량(局所腦血流量) 및 뇌연막동맥(腦軟膜動脈)에 미치는 영향(影響)

        Yuldahansotang(YH) has been used in Sasang(四象) constitution medicine for many years as a therapeutic agent for cerebral disease. The effect of YH on the vascular system is not known. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of YH on blood pressure, regional cerebral blood flow(rCBF) and pial arterial diameter of rats. 1. Blood pressure decreased by YH in rats. 2. rCBF was increased by YH in a dose-dependent manner. 3. Pretreatment with propranolol, methylene blue and indomethacin significantly inhibited YH induced increase in rCBF. 5. Blood pressure increased by Radix Puerariae(RP) and Radix Ligustici Tenuissimae(RLT) but Radix Scutellariae(RC) decreased blood pressure in rats. 6. rCBF was increased by RP and RLT in a dose-dependent manner but RC decreased low dosage, and RC increased high dosage. 7. Pial arterial diameter was increased by YH in a dose-dependent manner. 8. Pretreatment with propranolol significantly inhibited the increased in pial arterial diameter induced by YH. These results suggest that YH causes a diverse response of blood pressure, regional cerebral blood flow(rCBF) and pial arterial diameter. The increase in rCBF is also mediated by prostaglandins, cyclic GMP and adrenergic ${\beta}$ receptor and the increase in pial arteral diameter is mediated by adrenergic ${\beta}$ receptor.

        전기도금 롤의 형상 측정시스템 개발

        In this paper, we developed a surface profile measuring system and a profile measuring software for EGL conductor roll. For the profilemeter, we designed a linear guided control system with Laser displacement sensors and developed a 3-dimensional software. Additionally, the AC motor and AC motor driver were used to control the precise position of linear guide system. The measuring principle of the Laser sensor is optical triangulation method. Also, two Laser sensors were used to remove the disturbance and vibration effects of the linear guide system.

      • 국내 고상가축분뇨 특성 및 이론적 메탄 잠재성에 대한 평가

        This study was conducted to establish a database of high solid manure(HSM) in domestic. Theoretical methane potential and HSM characteristics was evaluated using breef and dairy manure (n=156). Total solids and Volatile solids of HSM increased depending on time flow, the results showed $20.4{\pm}3.2$ and $17.4{\pm}2.8%$. respectively. C/N ratio of breef HSM was higher than dairy HSM C/N ratio. In theoretical methane potential, the result of breef and dairy HSM was showed $505.2{\pm}25.3$ and $493.5{\pm}20.2$, respectively. Nitrogen content of total HSM increased depending on time flow, the result of breef and dairy nitrogen content was showed $1.9{\pm}0.3$ and $2.8{\pm}0.2$, respectively. Carbon content of total HSM showed approximately 10% reduction. The optimal time of bed replacement was indicated between 29 amd 31 days based on the optimal C/N ratio. Therefore, this study was considered that it has high utilization for livestock manure recycling and basis of relevant research.
