우리나라의 대학도서관기금 조성에 관한 연구

This study aims to raise academic library funds in Korea through how to raise funds and what conditions are. In order to do this, case studies on academic library funds of university in America as well as academic library funds of university in Korea have been analyzed. As for the specific plan for raising academic library funds, I have indicated to establish office for library development and include library as one of allotment for infrastructure which is similar to the Development Impact Fee in the U.S.A., and the use of library supporting organizations like “Library Friends.” 이 연구의 목적은 우리나라 대학도서관의 기금 조성을 위한 것이다. 이를 위하여 미국 대학도서관의 기금조성에 대한 구체적인 사례를 조사하고 분석하였으며, 아울러 우리나라 대학도서관의 기금 모집 실태도 조사하였다. 또한 대학도서관기금 조성을 위한 구체적인 방안으로 기금조성과 운용을 위한 도서관진흥원의 설립과 미국의 Development Impact Fee와 유사한 우리나라의 기반시설부담금제와 도서관의 친구들과 같은 도서관 후원조직을 통한 기금 조성방안들을 제시하였다.

교정적 견인을 위한 매복치의 수술적 노출 방법에 관한 증례보고

치아의 매복은 병리적인 변화, 기능적 결손, 심미적인 문제 등 다양한 문제점을 만든다. 이러한 매복치를 때론 제거하기도 하지만 매복치를 구강내로 노출시켜주는 수술적인 치료와 교정적인 forced eruption을 통해서 향후 발생할 수 있는 많은 문제점들을 해결할 수 있다. 교정적 forced eruption을 위해서 매복치아를 노출시킬 때 매복치아가 치조골 안에 완전하게 매복되어있지 않으면서 단지 연조직에만 덮혀있는 매복양상과 치조골 내부에 완전하게 매복되어있는 두가지의 양상으로 존재한다. 교정정 forced eruption을 위해서 매보되어있는 치아를 수술적으로 노출시키는 방법에관해 다양한 증례와 문헌과 함께 알아보고자 한다. Tooth impaction make various problems which are pathologic changes, functional defect and esthetic troubles. Sometimes impacted tooth are extracted. But surgical exposure of impacted tooth and orthodontic forced eruption are usually used a lot to solve these problems. Impacted tooth for orthodontic treatment has two impacted patterns 1) Simple impaction outside alveolar bone covered soft tissue, 2) Fully impaction under alveloar bone. So I introduce way to exposure of impacted tooth for orthodontic treatment with various cases and literatures.

디지털 가이드 시스템과 사전 제작된 임플란트 상부보철물을 이용한 전치부의 임플란트 수복 : 증례보고

치과용 임플란트는 오랫동안 상실된 치아를 수복 하기 위해서 사용 되어 왔다. 하지만 임플란트를 좋은 위치에 식립하는 것은 매우 어려운 과정이며, 적절하지 못한 위치에 식립된 임플란트는 여러 가지 문제들을 만들 수 있다. 따라서 정확한 위치에 임플란트를 식립하는 것이 임플란트의 전과정중 가장 중요한 단계이다. 디지털 가이드 시스템을 이용한 임플란트는 정확한 위치에 임플란트를 식립하는데 있어서 매우 유용하게 사용되며, 더 기능적이고 심미적인 상부보철물을 만들 수 있게 해준다. Dental implant have been in use for a long time to restore at missing tooth. But, To place dental implant at good position very is difficult. Improperly positioned dental implants make some problems to have a good function of dental implant. so, To place dental implant at accurate position is the most important step throughout the whole process. Digital guided system of dental implant is very useful to have a accurate position of dental implant and it makes upper restoration more esthetic and funcional.

대학도서관 발전기금 모집에 관한 연구

This study is to find the way to solve the expecting financial problems of academic library which has to secure more students than other universities, to be specialized, and to have a growth in quality, due to the decline of birth rate and increase of the number of university students. And also I would like to pave the way for raising funds, which will be the pending issue shortly, through studies and data analysis of the condition and way to collect academic library development fund and university development fund in Korea and America. Especially this study introduce some cases to raising funds at University at Albany, University of Kentucky, University of Cornell and the evaluation for the raise funds at 23 universities in the state of California, USA. 이 연구는 출생률의 감소와 대학정원의 증가로 인한 대학간의 치열한 학생확보 경쟁과 전문화되고 질적인 성장을 추구해야 하는 대학의 현실에서 예견되는 대학도서관의 재정적 어려움을 타개하기 위한 방안을 모색하기 위한 것이다. 우리나라와 미국의 대학발전기금과 대학도서관발전기금의 모집 실태와 방법과 모집 내역, University at Albany, University of Kentucky, University of Cornell 등 미국대학의 실제 기금 모집 사례를 소개하고, 캘리포니아주립대학 23개 캠퍼스의 기금모집 내용에 대한 평가내용을 소개하여, 향후 대학도서관의 현안으로 등장할 기금모집의 토대를 마련하고자 한다.

도서관 확충과 독서문화 진흥을 위한 복권기금의 활용방안에 관한 연구

Lottery fund which amounts 1 trillion 4,004 billion in m, has been used for establishing libraries and buying books as well as other materials. In this regard, it is important to know exact present conditions and characteristics of lottery fund and seek for the need to increase lottery fund for expanding libraries as well as promoting reading culture Also this study suggest the way how lottery fund can be used for library as an opportunity for solving the Pending issues that libraries has delayed for want of funds. 2003년 기준 수익금 규모가 1조 4,004억원이나 되는, 로또복권(Lotto Lottery)의 영향으로 조성되기 시작한 복권기금(Lottery Fund)이 현재 일부 도서관 건립 및 자료 구입에 쓰여지고 있어, 이에 대한 정확한 현황과 복권기금의 성격과 내용을 분석하여, 도서관 확충 및 독서문화 진흥을 위해 기금이 확대 지원될 필요성을 모색하고, 그동안 도서관계가 재원의 부족으로 미뤄왔던 각종 현안들을 해결할 기회로 활용하며, 앞으로 복권기금이 어떻게 도서관에 활용되어야 하는지를 제안하였다.

圖書館 및 讀書振興基金 造成方案에 관한 硏究

This study is intended to find out the possible ways collecting the library funds. With this necessiry of collecting funds, it is indicated three sources, such governmental fund, from other endowments, public donation, which is stated as the subsidy sources in the "Library Law". First It is suggested collecting governmental funds, included in budget sheet every year, to the amount of ￦10,000,000,000. Second, It is indicated the ways to collect funds to the amount of ￦5,000,000,000 respectively from other endowments, such as Juveniles Foster Fund under the jurisdiction of the Minister of Culture and Sports, Information Promotion Fund, and Korea Raising Association Found, on the basis of statistical data, materials of inspection of the administration, and materials released by the government. This study is indicated that two devices to raise the library fund to the amount of ￦120,000,000,000 in total for 6 years as mentioned above. 도서관 재정확충을 위한 기본조성에 관한 연구

본 연구는 도서관 및 독서진흥법상에 기금의 조성방법으로 명시된 다음과 같은 방법으로 도서관의 재정확충을 위한 방안을 모색하였다. 첫째, 정부출연금은 국가가 매년 예산에 반영하는 것으로서 통상 기금출연액인 100억원을 출연하는 방안을 제시하였다. 둘째, 다른기금으로부터의 전입금은 한국마사회기금과 정보화촉진기금으로부터 출연을 받기위한 근거와 재원을 각종 자료를 근거로 최소 년50억씩 출연할 수 있는 안을 모색하였다. 셋째, 복권발행을 통한 년간 50억이상의 기금마련 방안을 제시하였다. 이 세가지 방안을 통하여 연간 200억이상, 6년동안 총 1,200억원의 기금조성 방안을 제시하였다. 또한 미국에서 다양하게 시행되고 있는 기부금모집의 현황과 유형을 제시함으로써 도서관법상에 명시되어 있는 법인, 단체 또는 개인의 기부금모집 활동에 참고가 되도록 하였다. Third device is to collect funds over a five billion won every year through public donation and lottery. This study is indicated that three devices to raise the library fund for the expansion of Library Finance to the amount of a hundred and twenty billion won in total as mentioned above.
