저자들은 내원 1개월 전부터의 고열 복통을 주소로 전원되어 복수를 동반한 EBV 연관성 VAHS로 진단된 1례를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Hemophagocytic syndrome(HPS) has four subgroup, sporadic disorder, associated with acute infection, familial form seen in children, and associated with malignant disorders, immunodeficiencies, defective leukocyte function. Histologically, Hemopoietic cells are actively ingested by moncytes/macrophages in various organs, including lymph nodes, bone marrow, liver, and spleen. Epstein-Barr virus(EBV) is now thought to be one of the major causes for the virus-associated hemophagocytic syndrome(VAHS). Epstein-Barr(EB) virus infection is common, with up to 90% of individuals demonstrating positive titiers by age 20. Although elevated liver function tests commonly occur, severe hepatitis is rare. Only seven cases of ascites complicating Epstein-Barr infection are reported, but none clearly demonstrate the abscence of other causes of hepatic dysfunction. We are reporting a case of Epstein-Barr Virus-associated hemophagocytic syndrome with ascites.

With the development of digital technology related to mobile, cloud, IoT, even traditional businesses have began to develop strategies for digital transformation. This is regarded as a very important part for business sustainability. However, many of these attempts are being conducted from the management point of view, and there has been little research on user experience design for digital transformation. In this study, Starbucks, which started a offline store business and expanded its experience with online services, was selected as a representative case and user research was conducted on it. Through an usability evaluation and post-task interviews of the Starbucks mobile application users, we discovered important issues of user experience to consider when transforming and expanding services online from offline. Based on the findings, the considersations for designing online user experience were discussed and proposed. These are expected to contribute to the process of researching and implementing digital transformation.

지방정부 공무원들의 공공서비스동기와 공직가치가 조직성과에 미치는 영향 연구 - 촉진적 리더십의 조절효과를 중심으로 -

본 연구는 지방정부 공무원들을 대상으로 공공서비스동기와 공직가치가 조직성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 이러한 과정에서 리더의 촉진적 리더십이 미치는 영향을 분석한 것이다. 분석결과, 공공서비스동기와 공직가치, 촉진적 리더십은 일반적으로 조직성과인 효율성과 서비스 질에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 공공서비스동기와 촉진적 리더십의 상호작용항과 공직가치와 촉진적 리더십의 상호작용항은 다양한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 분석결과에 대한 정책적 함의로서, 지방공무원은 지방정부와 주민에 대한 봉사정신과 함께 주민들의 권리를 지키기 위해 노력하는 것이 필요하고, 일상생활에서 주민들과 서로 의존하는 관계임을 인식하고 공동체 의식을 강화하는 것이 필요하다. 또한, 주민들과 의사소통 기회를 확대하여 서로 의견을 교환하고 갈등을 적절히 조정하는 것이 중요하다는 점을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of public service motivation and public service value on organizational performance and to investigate the influence of facilitative leadership on this relationship. The results showed that public service motivation, public service value, and facilitative leadership generally had positive effects on organizational performance but facilitative leadership had a variety of effects. As the result of the analysis, it is necessary for local government officials to strive to protect the rights of residents and to strengthen community consciousness. Also, it is necessary for local government officials to expand communication opportunities with residents, to exchange opinions and to adjust the conflict appropriately.

공공가치가 정부 신뢰에 미치는 영향 연구:

본 연구는 다양한 공공가치 유형들(민주성, 공정성, 청렴성)이 정부 유형별(중앙정부, 지방정부) 신뢰에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보는 동시에, 정부(대리인)가 국민(주인)과의 관계를 형성하는데 중요한 영향을 미칠 수 있는 정보의 비대칭성이 공공가치와 정부 신뢰의 관계에서 어떠한 역할을 수행하는지 살펴보고자 한다. 분석결과, 첫째 본 연구의 공공가치 유형인 민주성(대응성), 공정성, 청렴성은 모두 중앙정부 신뢰에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 공공가치 유형 중 공정성과 청렴성은 지방정부 신뢰에 대해 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 정부와 국민간 정보의 대칭성이 크고 정부가 공정하게 업무를 처리하는 경우 정부 신뢰가 낮아졌다. 넷째, 정부와 국민간 정보 대칭성은 정부가 청렴하게 공공업무를 수행함으로써 중앙정부 신뢰가 커지는 효과를 더욱 촉진하였다. 본 연구는 이러한 분석결과에 기반하여 정부 신뢰를 제고하기 위한 방안으로 다음 정책방향을 제시하였다. 첫째, 중앙정부 각 부처들은 국민들의 생각과 의견에 항상 많은 관심을 기울이고, 이들의 요구를 충족시킬 수 있는 정책을 고안하는 것이 필요하다. 둘째, 중앙정부와 지방정부는 공공서비스 수혜대상인 사회구성원들에게 일관성 있는 절차를 통해 공정하게 서비스가 제공되도록 해야 한다. 셋째, 중앙정부와 지방정부는 모든 업무처리과정을 투명하게 공개하는 등 청렴하게 행정서비스 업무를 실시하는 것이 바람직하다. 넷째, 다양한 정보제공 채널을 활용하여 사회구성원들이 정부가 하는 업무들을 잘 인지할 수 있도록 해야 한다. This study is to analyze the impact of public value on government trust and to analyze the effect of information asymmetry on the relationship between public values and government trust. Analysis results are as follows. First, democracy, fairness, and integrity make positive influences on the central government trust. Second, fairness, and integrity make positive influences on the local government trust, too. Third, symmetrical imformation decelerates the positive impact of fairness on government trust. Fourth, symmetrical imformation accelerates the positive impact of integrity on the central government trust. Policy implications are as follows. First, The government ministries always need to pay much attention to the people’s opinions and to devise the policies to meet their needs. Second, governments should provide public services to citizen through a consistent process and with fair benefits. Third, It is desirable that governments conduct public administrative work in a transparent manner, such as disclosing work processes. Fourth, It is necessary to utilize various information channels so that citizen can recognize the government achievements well.

공공가치 인식의 결정요인에 관한 탐색적 연구 - 제도적 소통(국민과 정부간 소통)을 중심으로 -

본 연구는 개인적 특성(사회·경제적 정향, 사회·정치적 활동)과 사회적 요인(사회적 자본), 제도적요인(기관간 협력)을 중심으로 다양한 공공가치(민주성, 공정성, 효과성, 청렴성) 인식의 결정요인을 분석하는 동시에, 이들의 관계에 제도적 소통(국민과 정부간 소통)이 어떠한 영향(조절효과)을 미치는지 살펴보고자 한다. 분석결과, 다양한 요인들이 다양한 공공가치에 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있었다. 다수의 공공가치들에 공통적으로 영향을 미치는 요인들을 알아보면, 정부와 시민단체간 협력이 강할수록, 국민과 중앙정부간 소통이 활발할수록 모든 공공가치(민주성, 공정성, 효과성, 청렴성)에 대한 인식이 높아짐을 알 수 있었다. 또한 지역소속감과 국민간 신뢰가 높을수록, 중앙정부와 부처간 협력, 중앙정부와 지방정부간 협력이 잘 될수록 공정성, 효과성, 청렴성에 대한 인식이 높아졌다. 그 외에도 나이가 많을수록 공정성, 효과성, 청렴성에 대한 인식이 높아지고, 공공기관일수록 민주성, 공정성, 청렴성에 대한 인식이 높아짐을 발견하였다. 그리고 국민과 정부간 소통은 정부활동에 대한 관심이 민주성, 효과성, 청렴성에 긍정적인 효과를 주도록 촉진하고, 중앙정부와 지방정부간 협력이 효과성과 청렴성에 미치는 긍정적인 효과를 확대하는 등 주요 결정요인들과 공공가치 인식의 관계에 다양한 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구는 이러한 분석결과에 기반하여 국민들의 공공가치 인식을 제고하기 위한 방안으로 다음정책방향을 제시하였다. 첫째, 국민들의 고충민원, 부패방지, 국민참여를 담당하는 국민권익위원회를 중심으로 정부부처간, 정부와 국회, 지방정부, 시민단체간 협력활성화를 위한 협력적 거버넌스를 구축하는 것이 필요하다. 둘째, 국무총리 산하에 (가칭)국민소통기획관제도나 담당관제도 등을 설치하는 방안을 고려해야 한다. 셋째, 정부의 각 부처별로 공공가치 지수 및 소통지수를 개발·측정하여 공공가치에 대한 관심을 높인다. 넷째, 정부업무평가위원회에서 실시하는 중앙행정기관 평가시 주요정책과 기관역량 등을 평가하는 특정평가에 기관별 공공가치 평가지표를 추가하고 그 결과를 공개하는 것이 필요하다. This article is to analyze factors to determine the awareness of public values focusing on moderating effect of communication between citizens and government. Findings are as follows: Cooperation between government and civic organizations, and communication between citizens and government make positive influences on the awareness of public values such as democracy, fairness, effectiveness and integrity. And several factors(a sense of belonging in a local community, trust between people, cooperation between government departments, cooperation between central government and local government, cooperation between government and civic organizations) also make positive influences on the awareness of public values(fairness, effectiveness, integrity). In addition, communication between citizens and government accelerates the positive impact of interest in government activity on the awareness of public values. Policy implications are as follows: First, collaborative governance with government departments, local government, the national assembly, civic organizations, and etc is necessary. Second, public value index and communication index for each government department should be made.

방탄소년단의 소프트 파워 효과

1990년대부터 국제사회는 군사력 위주의 하드 파워에서 문화와 도덕 등이 중요시되는 소프트 파워로 전환되었다. 소프트 파워는 강제나 보상 보다 사람의 마음을 끄는 힘으로 자국의 이익을 얻는 능력이다. 본 연구는 소프트 파워적 관점에서 방탄소년단의 활동을 분석하였다. 첫째, 방탄 소년단은 한국 전통문화를 안무에 적용하여 한국 문화유산을 인류의 보편적 가치로 승화시켰다. 둘째, 방탄소년단은 한국의 정체성인 한글을 곡에 적용하여 한글의 세계화에 기여하였다. 셋째, 방탄소년단은 유엔의 유니세프활동과 원폭 티셔츠, 나치문양의 모자, 한국전쟁에 대한 소견 등으로 인류의 보편적 가치를 확산시켰다. 결론적으로 방탄소년단의 소프트 파워 효과는 한국 전통춤을 재구성하여 한국의 문화에 대한 공감대를 확산하고, 한국어로 구성된 가사를 통해 한국어에 대한 친근감을 형성하였 으며, 전쟁보다는 평화가 중요하다는 인식을 저변에 확산시켜 인류에게 미래지향적인 가치관을 확산시켰다. Since the 1990s, the international community has shifted from a military-oriented hard power to a soft power that values culture and morality. Soft power is the opposite of hard power, which secures its national interests through the superiority of military power, a physical means, and the ability to get what one wants by attracting people s minds rather than by force or compensation. Therefore, this study analyzed BTS’s activity from a soft power perspective. First, in the effect of spreading Korean traditional culture, BTS sublimated Korean cultural heritage into universal value of mankind by applying Korean traditional culture to choreography. Second, in the effect of globalization of the Korean language, BTS contributed to the globalization of Hangul by applying the Korean alphabet, the identity of Korea, to the song. Third, in the universal effect of human rights and peace, BTS tried to spread the universal values of mankind by UNICEF activities, atomic bomb T-shirts, Nazi-style hats, and opinions on the Korean War. In conclusion, the soft power effect of BTS contributed to the future-oriented values by reconstructing Korean traditional dances to spread consensus on Korean culture, forming a friendly feeling toward Hangul through Korean lyrics, and spreading the perception that peace is more important than war.

보건계열 대학생의 스트레스와 스마트폰 중독 관련성 분석

Objectives: The purpose of the study is to investigate the correlation between stress and smartphone addiction in some university students. Methods: The subjects were 220 health major students in D area. The study was conducted for 2 weeks, in June, 2016. The questionnaire consisted of general characteristics of the subjects, awareness toward stress, stress-coping pattern, and smartphone addiction. Data was analyzed through SPSS 18.0 program. Results: In the analysis of stress levels according to general characteristics, female group showed higher experience compared to male group (high group 46.10, subgroup 44.38) (p< 0.05). Male group and higher stress group showed higher experience in problem solving, social support, and emotional stress coping (p >0.05). Stress and stress coping (r=0.322), stress and smartphone addiction (r=0.299) showed positive correlation. The significant factors of smartphone addiction were average daily using time (β=0.477, p<0.001), study stress (β=0.177, p<0.05), social stress (β=0.323, p<0.01), problem solving (β=-0.320, p<0.001), social support (β=0.064, p<0.05), and emotional stress coping (β=0.264, p<0.001). These factors explained 30.8% of the variance in smartphone addiction. Conclusions: The results from this study indicated that stress had a negative impact on smartphone addictions in subjects. It is necessary to provide smartphone addiction management for stress management.

통합연구방법을 활용한 교육기관 내 갑질 행태에 관한 연구 : 권한남용을 중심으로

이 연구는 교육기관 내 갑질 행태를 분석함으로써 민주성과 평등의 가치가 존중받는 교육 풍토를 조성하고 보다 나은 교육과 평등한 사회를 조성하고자 교육기관의 갑질의 유형 중 권한남용 행태를 통합연구방법을 활용해 분석하였다. 먼저 문헌 연구를 통해 갑질의 개념과 원인을 분석한 후 질적 연구를 통해 권한남용 유형에 따른 교육기관 구성원들의 사례를 탐색해 시사점을 도출하였다. 그 결과 교육기관 내 권한남용 사례는 협의 없는 업무추가와 업무전가, 지위를 이용한 강압적 지시, 법령과 지침을 위반한 지시, 관행, 개인 편의를 위한 사적 지시, 특정기관 또는 특정인 혜택을 위한 지시, 인격 · 권리 · 사생활 침해로 나타났다. 이를 해결하기 위한 방안으로 권한남용에 대한 합의된 기준 마련, 권한남용에 대한 갈등과 불만을 중재할 제도적 장치 마련, 기관 내 최고의결기구 의무설치 법제화, 모든 정보의 적극적이고 투명한 공개, 감성행정으로 전환 등을 제시하였다. 교육기관 내 갑질 행태를 분석하고 이를 줄이기 위한 방안을 모색하는 것은 조직 구성원 간 상호 존중과 소통의 문화를 조성해 교육의 민주성과 평등성을 이끌 수 있는 초석이 될 것이다. 이 연구를 시작으로 후속 연구들이 진행되고 교육기관 내 갑질이 줄어들어 더 나은 교육환경이 조성되길 기대한다. This study analyzed the abuse of authority among the types of power abuse in educational institutions in order to create an educational climate in which democracy and equality are respected and to create a better education and an equal society. First, we analyzed the concept and cause of power abuse through literature research, and then explored the cases of members of educational institutions according to the type of abuse of authority through qualitative research to derive implications. As a result, abuse of authority within educational institutions were found as follows: additional work without consultation, transfer of duties, coercive and unilateral instructions using status, instructions violating laws and guidelines, private instructions for personal convenience, specific institutions, personal rights, and privacy. Based on this analysis, a policy was proposed. First, an agreed standard for abuse of authority, an institutional mechanism to mediate conflicts and complaints over abuse of authority, mandatory installation and legislation of the best decision body, active and transparent disclosure of information, and a shift to open and listening administration are needed. Second, analyzing and seeking ways to reduce overuse of authority in educational institutions will be the cornerstone for leading education"s democracy and equality by creating a culture of mutual respect and communication among members of the organization. Hope that follow-up studies will be carried out and that the Gap-jil in educational institutions will be reduced to create a better educational environment.

K-culture의 감성코드에 대한 탐색 : 벤담의 쾌락, 고통, 감성을 중심으로

최근 K-Culture의 열풍은 K-Drama가 주도한 한류에서 K-Pop, K-Movie, K-Food 등 다양한 방면으로 확장되고 있다. K-Drama에 의한 한류가 아시아적 현상으로 전개되었다면, K-Culture는 아시아를 넘어 세계적 현상으로 전개되고 있다. K-Culture의 세계적인 열풍은 한국인의 문화적 감성코드가 세계인의 문화적 감성코드와 공유될 수 있어 가능하였다. 한국인과 세계인들의 감성코드는 경제적 불평등, 건강에 대한 인식, 추억에 대한 회상 등을 통해 공유되고 있다. 첫째, 경제적 불평등에 대한 감성코드는 소득양극화에 대한 문제인식을 한국과 세계인들이 공감하도록 설국열차, 기생충, 오징어게임이 표현하였다. 둘째, 건강에 대한 감성코드는 건강에 대한 인식이 극대화되면서 한국의 전통음식에 대한 세계인의 선호도가 높아졌을 뿐만 아니라 대표적인 한국음식인 김치의 현지화 등이 이루어지고 있다. 셋째, 추억에 대한 감성코드는 어떤 기억으로부터 쾌락을 추구하는 것으로 PSY의 강남스타일과 상어가족의 패러디 열풍이, 방탄소년단과 오징어게임을 통한 체험열풍이 나타나고 있다. 이를 통해 한국문화의 감성코드는 K-Culture를 통해 세계인들이 공감하는 감성코드로 자리매김하고 있다. Recently, the K-Culture craze has been expanding from the Hallyu led by K-Drama to various fields such as K-Pop, K-Movie, and K-Food. If the Hallyu by K-Drama has progressed as an Asian phenomenons, K-Culture is a global phenomenon beyond Asia. The global craze for K-Culture is possible to combine the cultural emotional code of Koreans with the cultural emotional code of people around the world. The emotional code of Koreans and people around the world has empathy in economic inequality, health awareness, and recall of memories. First, the emotional code for economic inequality was expressed by Snowpiercer, Parasite, and Squid Game so that Koreans and people around the world could sympathize with the perception of the problem of income polarization. Second, as health awareness is maximized, the global preference for Korean traditional food has increased as well as the localization of kimchi, a representative Korean food. Third, the emotional code for memories is pursuing pleasure from certain memories, and parody craze for PSY’s Gangnam style and shark families, and the game experience craze through BTS and squid games are appearing. Through this, the emotional code of Korean culture is positioned as an emotional code that people around the world sympathize with through K-Culture.

결핵균 중합효소연쇄반응 양성으로 진단된 담낭 결핵

Gallbladder tuberculosis is an extremely rare disease that is rarely reported in the literature. Arriving at the correct diagnosis of gallbladder tuberculosis is difficult, and it is usually made by histopathologic examination after cholecystectomy. However, due to the low sensitivity of acid-fast stain and culture result, diagnosing gallbladder tuberculosis is still demanding even after tissue acquisition. To overcome this problem, tuberculosis-polymerase chain reaction (TB-PCR) is performed on the resected specimen, which has high sensitivity and specificity. A 70-year-old female who had previously undergone total gastrectomy for advanced gastric cancer was admitted with right upper quadrant pain. Abdominal ultrasonography and computed tomography revealed acute cholecystitis without gallstones or sludge. She underwent cholecystectomy and the histopathologic finding of the specimen showed chronic active cholecystitis without gallstones or sludge. Because she was suspected to have pulmonary tuberculosis, TB-PCR was also performed on the resected gallbladder. TB-PCR showed positive reaction for Mycobacterium tuberculosis and we could diagnose it as gallbladder tuberculosis. Herein, we present a case of gallbladder tuberculosis diagnosed by TB-PCR from resected gallbladder. (Korean J Gastroenterol 2014;63:51-55)
