‘센과 치히로의 행방불명’ 캐릭터의 자기심리학적 의미 분석과 미술치료로의 적용

본 연구는 미야자키 하야오의 애니메이션 ‘센과 치히로의 행방불명’에 등장하는 가오나시 와 유바바, 그리고 제니바를 자기심리학적 관점에서 분석하여 미술치료 현장에 적용하고자 하는 기초자료로 실시되었다. 자기심리학적 관점에서 가오나시와 유바바는 자기대상이 충족 되는 두 개의 축인 이상화와 과대자기의 원시적 자기애를 상징한다. 제니바는 이 두 개의 축이 자아의 망에 통합되어 성숙한 자기애로 자기대상이 되어줄 수 있는 치료사의 상을 보 여준다. 이들 캐릭터의 특성과 선택, 갈등 극복의 과정에 대한 동일시와 이야기 재구성은 건강한 자기의 발달을 촉진할 수 있다. 또한 공감과 해석, 역전이 사용, 변형적 내재화를 제 공하여 건강한 자기애를 촉진할 수 있는 창조적이고 안전한 통로가 될 수 있다. 이에 연구 자는 ‘센과 치히로의 행방불명’을 미술치료에 적용할 수 있는 실천적인 제안을 하였다. The purpose of this study was to analyze Kaonasi, Yubaba and Jeniba, which were the characters in Miyajaki Hayao's animation film The Spiriting Away of Sen and Chihiro, from the perspective of self-psychology and apply them as a basic data to the field of art therapy. In the self-psychological point of view, Kaonashi and Yubaba symbolize the primitive narcissism of idealization and grandiose self, the two axes on which self object is fulfilled. Jeniba shows the image of therapist who has mature narcissism by integrating the two axes in the net of self and thereby can be a self object. Identification and story reconstruction of the character's characteristics, selection, and process of overcoming conflict can promote healthy development of self. It can also serve as a creative and safe pathway to promote healthy narcissism by providing empathy, interpretation, use of countertransference, and transformative internalization. Therefore, the researchers made practical suggestions to apply “The Spiriting Away of Sen and Chihiro” to art therapy.

한부모 어머니의 모 성에 대한 내러티브 탐구

본 연구는 여성의 생애사건 속에서의 변화하는 모성의 의미를 이해하고자 했다. 이를 위해 연구자는 4명의 참여자와 예비 인터뷰를 했고 그 결과, 17년간의 별거와 재결합, 그리고 이혼의 과정 속에서 홀로 자녀를 키워온 한 어머니의 모성에 집중했다. 그녀의 이야기는 특별한 생애적 국면에 따라 재구성되어 변화하는 모성의 의미를 선명하게 드러내고 있다. 이에 연구자는 그녀가 홀로 자녀를 키우게 된 상황과 맥락 속에서 모성의 의미가 어떻게 변화하고 있는지를 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 연구자는 참여자와 2013년 6월부터 14개월 동안, 총 9회의 인터뷰를 실시했다. 수집된 축어록과 참여자의 그림은 Connelly와 Clandinin(2004)이 제시한 틀을 중심으로 분석되었다. 그 결과는 첫째, 모성은 남편과 단절된 그녀에게 ‘생존’과 ‘극복’의 의미를 지닌다. 생존의 의미로서의 모성은 남편과의 별거로 위기에 맞닿게 될 때 모성이 위축되고 자기애는 강화된다. 반면, 남편과의 재결합을 기대하며 별거를 본격적으로 선택 할 때, 모성은 강화되고 자기애는 위축된다. 이것은 모성과 자기애가 양립할 수 없다는 이분 법적 시각에 의한 것으로, 모성에 대해 양가적인 태도를 취하게 하는 구조적 틀이 된다. 둘째, 이처럼 모성의 비대와 위축은 표면적으로 모성과 자기애의 반비례적 관계를 보여주는 듯 하지만 궁극적으로 어머니 자신의 생존을 기준으로 이루어져왔다는 점에서 모성은 생존을 위한 자기애를 기반으로 한다. 셋째, 이혼의 과정에서 모성은 남편으로부터의 독립을 위한 ’극복의 동력‘이 되었으며 이혼 후에는 자식도 살고 나도 함께 살도록 최선의 선택을 지향하는 ’공존의 모성‘으로 나아간다. 넷째, 이렇게 변화된 모성의 의미는 이전에는 모성으로 제한되었던 그녀의 정체성이 새로운 정체성을 발화하도록 한다. 이때 가장 두드러지게 발화하는 것 은 ’노동자 정체성‘이었다. 이처럼 남편과 분리하여 독립하는 여정에서 나타나는 그녀의 변화와 모성은 함께 맞물려 구성되어 가는 유동적인 의미를 지닌다. 본 연구는 홀로 자녀를 키우는 참여자의 삶의 맥락에 따른 모성의 변화하는 의미를 이해함으로써 어머니들이 제도화된 모성으로부터 주체로서의 개별적 모성을 구성해갈 수 있도록 돕는 자료가 될 것으로 기대한다. The purpose of this study was to understand the diverse meaning of motherhood in a mother's life journey. For this, four mothers were interviewed preliminary, and one mother's story among of them was focussed. She divorced and raised her son alone after being separated from her husband and reunited for a long time. This study shed light on how what kind of motherhood she chose to have and how she composed the meaning of her motherhood. Data was collected through her drawing and interviews 8 times in total, from June 2013 to July 2014. They were collected, analyzed, and interpreted in accordance with the procedure proposed by Connelly and Calndinin(2004). As a result of the analysis, the following findings were given in regard to her Motherhood: First, The meaning of motherhood had composed in the procedure of "survival", 'overcome'. ‘Motherhood as survival' is shown in the relationship between self-love and Motherhood. When she wanted to live alone, her self-love became, but her Motherhood was extremely decreased on the other hand. On the contrary, when she chose to be separated from her husband in expectation of reunion, Motherhood is strengthened. Such a dual attitude toward Motherhood and self-love made her ambivalent about her own Motherhood. Second, The increase and shrinking of Motherhood seemed to be attributed to the inversely proportional relationship between it and self-love, But the increase and shrinking of Motherhood were based on self-love. Third, In the process of divorce, her motherhood functioned as a 'source for independence' from her husband. After divorce, her motherhood was no longer what she unilaterally gave to her child, but an attribute that could lead to "the survival of her own and her child.", which means 'Motherhood as coexistence'. Fourth, The meaning of Motherhood was altered along with another change. Specifically, her "laborer identity" at work got more meaningful. Indeed, her changes and Motherhood affected each other in a flexible way while she became independent of her husband. Finally, the findings of the study are expected to provide useful information on empathy and understanding that are necessary for mothers to construct the meaning of Motherhood in a subjective manner in order to make choices in consideration of themselves.

조직 공정성이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 팔로워십의 매개 및 조절효과를 중심으로

인간의 심리에 기초하는 조직공정성은 조직구성원의 조직몰입을 증진할 수 있다는 시각에서 선행변수로 검토되고 있다. 이러한 선행연구에 기초하여, 본 연구는 조직공정성에 대한 지각이 조직몰입에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지, 이러한 영향관계에 있어 팔로워십이 매개 혹은 조절효과를 미치는지에 대한 분석을 통하여 정책적 시사점을 모색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 HR공사에 재직하는 350명을 대상으로 설문조사하였다. 분석 결과에 기초하여 다음과 같은 시사점을 도출할 수 있었다. 첫째, 분배공정성과 상호작용공정성은 조직몰입에 높은 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면에, 절차공정성은 조직몰입에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 확인되었다. 이 결과에 따라, 조직에서 설계된 절차공정성이 인사관리과정에서 실제로 반영되고 있는지, 이에 대한 수용성은 어떠한지 등에 대한 체계적인 분석이 요구된다. 둘째, 조직구성원들이 인식하는 팔로워십이 조직몰입에 매우 높은 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이 분석에서 조직목표성취를 위해 적극 참여적 열망을 가진 팔로워의 자세는 조직몰입을 향상하는 데 중요한 변인이라는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 셋째, 팔로워십은 분배공정성과 상호작용공정성이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향에 있어 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 반면에 조직공정성에 대한 조직구성원들의 지각이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향에 있어 팔로워십은 조절효과를 가지지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이 분석에서 조직공성원의 분배공정성과 상호작용공정성은 조직몰입에 중요한 선행변수이며, 팔로워십은 이들 영향관계에서 또다른 선행변수이면서 매개변수이라는 점을 확인할 수 있었다.

Melanie Klein의 관점에서 본 니키 드 생팔의 작품세계

Niki de Saint Phalle's healing process through art can be considered to be the narration of unconscious conflict and reconciliation with the pre-oedipal mother beyond a struggle with father, who had been an offender of violence, and to be the process of reconstructing new femininity through this. The subject in her work moved from the subject of father to conflict and desire for mother. This pre-oedipal mother's positive acceptance and manifestation made it possible to reconstruct new femininity through a strongly archetypal mother of embracing others. Accordingly, like Klein's perspective that had regarded the penis-based identification with father as one method for coming to mother, which is a place that a woman ultimately aims to reach, what meets the pre-oedipal mother again becomes the power of making it be the main agent. This then overthrows and recreates by creating a crack in the order of the symbolic world, which cannot be explained by the male principle. In this process, art can be known to have become a passage of the creatively restorative impulse that allows her to mourn a loss of depressive position. Hence, this study can be considered significant because it aids in understanding how to reconstruct subjective femininity with overcoming a pain by grasping symbolic meanings in the unconscious dimension amid the world of Niki de Saint Phalle's art works. 니키 드 생팔(NIki de Saint Phalle)의 예술을 통한 치유과정은 폭력의 가해자였던 아버지와의 투쟁을 넘어 전외디푸스 어머니와의 무의식적 갈등과 화해의 서사, 그리고 이를 통한 새로운 여성성의 재구성의 과정이라고 할 수 있다. 그녀의 작품 속 주제는 아버지라는 화두로부터 어머니에 대한 갈등과 욕망의 주제로 옮겨갔는데 공포스러운 전외디푸스 어머니의 긍정적 수용과 발현은 타자를 품는 강력한 원형적 어머니를 통한 새로운 여성성의 재구성을 가능하게 했다. Klein이 아버지와의 남근적 동일화는 결국 여성이 종국에 도달하고자 하는 자리인 어머니에게 가기 위한 하나의 방법이라고 보았던 것처럼, 전외디푸스 어머니를 다시 만나는 것은 남성의 원리로는 설명할 수 없는, 상징계의 질서를 전복시키고 재창조하는 주체로서의 힘이 됨을 보여준다. 이 과정에서 예술은 그녀로 하여금 우울적 자리의 상실을 애도하게 하는 창조적 회복충동의 통로가 되었음을 알 수 있다. 이에 본 논문은 그녀의 작품세계 속 무의식 차원에서의 상징적 의미들을 이해함으로써 고통을 극복하고 주체적인 여성성을 재구성하는 것의 의미를 이해하는데 의의가 있다고 할 수 있겠다.

The purpose of this article is to establish a theory for the international convention industry, and to conceptualize the effect of international convention industry. Through the critical overview of the related literature the overall concept, kind of considerations of international convention industry studies were delineated. This study is composed of four parts; Ⅰ. Introduction to the purpose and method of this study Ⅱ. Framework of the theory Ⅲ. Effect of international convention idustry Ⅳ. Conclusions As a conclusion, this study attempts to organize literature related to international convention industry studies and delineated the effect of international convention industry which is explosively increasing recently. The author hopes advancements of this study, and utilization of study results to the empirical study.
