PVA-SbQ 고분자 물질을 이용한 ISFET 尿素센서

반도체 수소이온센서인 pH-ISFET를 제조 하고, 이를 ISFET 요소 센서로 이용하기 위하여 pH-ISFET의 Si$_3$$N_4$ 막 위에 요소 분해효소인 urease를 감광성 고분자 물질인 PVA-SbQ를 이용하여 고정화하였다. 제조된 센서는 빠른 응답특성과 우수한 재현성을 보였으며, 약 1∼50 mg/dl의 요소농도를 정량할 수 있었다. 또한 그 임상적용을 위한 기초연구로서 혈액 중에 존재하는 여러 가지 물질들이 센서의 출력에 미치는 영향을 조사하였으며, 혈장의 요소농도를 측정하여 현재 실용되고 있는 분광광도법의 결과와 비교하였다. An ISFET urea sensor was fabricated by immobilizing the urease using photosensitive polymer, poly(vinyl alcohol)-SbQ on the H$^+$ sensing $Si_3$$N_4$ thin film of pH-ISFET. The sensor could determine the urea concentration in the range of 1∼50 mg/dl with fast response and good repeatability. For its application to clinical analysis, the interferences of the various materials which cause inhibition in urease catalytic reactions in blood was investigated. The results of the urea measurements in blood plasma using the ISFET urea sensor were compared with these of conventional spectrophotometric method.
로하스 이미지의 지각된 가치가 고객행동의도에 미치는 영향연구

This study examines effects of LOHAS image of hotel restaurants on perceived value and customer behavioral intention, considering theoretical backgrounds of each variable and conducting an empirical analysis of the effects. After the basic analysis, hypothesis tests were conducted to find following results: First, both environment-friendly characteristics and sustainability among LOHAS image factors of hotel restaurants had positive effects on perceived values. Second, the fitness of model explaining LOHAS image variables of hotel restaurants for customer behavioral intention was adequate, and the sustainability, a LOHAS image factor had a positive effect on the customer behavioral intention, while environment-friendly characteristics did not have any positive effect on it. Third, a perceived value had a positive effect on customer behavioral intention. First, hotel restaurants can suggest some measures to enhance their images by understanding factors that influence values perceived by customers due to LOHAS images. Second, they can also combine LOHAS which has newly emerged following the well-being trend with their menu tendency, and then effectively use it as data for development of menus with various LOHAS images and establishment of marketing strategies to meet needs and desires of customers who prefer well-being and LOHAS. Third, LOHAS images of hotel restaurants have significant effects on perceived values and customer behavioral intention. It is determined that they should further emphasize values of health and nutrition, in menu development, marketing, advertising and sales promotion. Thus, it is suggested that diversified efforts to analyze needs and desires of customers are required for LOHAS images of hotel restaurants.

We report a case of annular lichen planus on the glans penis in a 56-year-old male merchant. The patient has had light violareous, fine scaly annular patch with slightly elevated margin on the glans penis for about 6 months. The histopathologic findings showed hyperkeratosis, focal hypergranulosis, acanthosis, and hydropic degeneration of basal cells and band-like dense mononuclear cell infiltration in the upper dermis.
Ultraviolet-Assisted Reduction of BBL/Graphene Nanocomposite

Graphene oxide (GO) and GO/poly(benzimidazobenzophenanthroline) (BBL) films were reduced by ultraviolet (UV) irradiation. UV-assisted reduction, by the removal of oxygen-containing groups from the GO and the GO/BBL nanocomposite films, was confirmed with Raman and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopies. The UV reduction of the GO film in selective regions was successfully demonstrated with patterning of the letters KNU. The sheet resistance of the BBL/GO film (GO content=80 wt%) on the glass substrate was ~106 Ω/□ after UV irradiation (25 mW/cm2) for ~2 h. Furthermore, the electrically insulating GO in the BBL/GO nanocomposite film on the glass substrate became electrically conductive after UV reduction.
