        Development and Practical Application of a Psychological Skill Training Program for National Wheelchair Curling Players-Frontal EEG Asymmetry

        The present study aimed to develop a sports psychological skill training program and to test its applicability to improve the performance of national wheelchair curling players. A total of 4 participants completed the study. Subjects have been to 12 sessions of 6 different psychological skills training programs (routine training, attentional focus training, writing practice training in diary, relation training, self-control training, and positive self-talk training). The effectiveness of psychological skills training has been evaluated with 6 questionnaires and EEG measurement. The result was that psychological skills training had improved coping with adversity, peaking under pressure, and concentration, self-management and reduced anxiety of Korean national wheelchair curling player. The result was that the EEG inter-hemispheric asymmetry index showed negative emotional states before psychological skill training but positive emotional states after. The result implies that psychological skill training plays an important mediating role in bringing about positive effects in the psychological elements and competitiveness in national wheelchair curling players.

        대학생들의 수영프로그램이 혈중 지질에 미치는 영향

        Subjects of this research are swimming circle member of university. Blood lipid was measured at before the program beginning, after 4weeks participation, after 8weeks participation. Result shows next. 1. Change of HDL-C based on participation period. For male, Change of HDL-C based on participation period has present decreasing tendency from 52.75±7.87mg/dl to 49.25 ±1.64mg/dl after 8weeks participation. For female, present decreasing tendency from 54.60±10.14mg/dl before program to 53.00±7.28mg/dl after 8weeks participation. Analysis of Split plot design presents that period, period×group, between group has no difference. 2. Change of LDL-C based on participation period. For male, Change of HDL-C based on participation period has present decreasing tendency from 104.77±23.45mg/dl to 97.50±17.07mg/dl after 8weeks participation. For female, present decreasing tendency from 102.28±17.16mg/dl to 98.05±15.02mg/dl after 8weeks participation. Analysis of Split plot design presents difference among period, however, no difference period×group, group. 3. Change of TC based on participation period. For male, Change of TC based on participation period has present decreasing tendency from 172.75±33.72mg/dl to 158.75±21.04 mg/dl after 8weeks participation For female, present decreasing tendency from 171.00±25.32mg/dl to 168,00±20.05mg/dl after 8weeks participation. Analysis of Split plot design presents no difference among period, period×group, group. 4. Change of TG based on participation period. For male, Change of TG based on participation period has present decreasing tendency from 76.12±38.39mg/dl to 60.00±23.79mg/dl after 8weeks participation. For female, present decreasing tendency from 67.80±30,45mg/dl to 85.00±28.42mg/dl after 8weeks participation. Analysis of Split plot design presents no difference among period, period×group, group.

      • 여자 핸드볼선수의 생리기간에 따른 경기관련 체력의 변화

        This study, whose subject was a group of 10 girls' middle school handball players, analyzes physical fitness related to handball such as 100 meter sprint, standing broad jump, 1000 meter run, 10 meter return run and throwing handball during the menstrual period, especially before the period, the second day and the 4th day of the period and the 7 days after the period. The results of this study are below. 1. 100m sprint The records before period and of the second day of the period are significantly higher than that of the 7 days after the period. 2. Standing broad jump In the records of standing broad jump, there is no significant difference in accordance with the menstrual period. 3. 1000m run With respect to 1000 meter run, the record before period is significantly lower than that of the second day of period. Besides, the record of the 7 days after period is significantly lower than those before period, of the second day and the 4th day of the period. 4. Side step test In the light of the records of side step, the records before period and of the 4th day of period are significantly low. In addition, the record of the 7 days after period is significantly lower, compared to those before period, of the second day and the 4th day of the period. 5. 10m return run Taken 10 meter return run into account, the record of the 7 days after period is significantly lower than those before period, of the second day and the 4th day of the period. 6. Throwing handball The record of throwing handball on the second day of the period is significantly lower than those before period and the 4th day of the period. Besides, the records before period and of the second day are significantly lower than those of the 7 days after period. When all the results above are taken into account, with respect to the physical fitness related to handball in accordance with the menstrual period, the time of 7 days after the menstrual period of the handball players is superior to before period or during the period. As stated above, the analyses of the players' menstrual periods can be valuable materials for applying to training program and choosing players in games.

        심리운동을 활용한 신체활동 프로그램이 발달장애아동의 신체협응력에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 심리운동을 활용한 신체활동 프로그램이 발달장애아동의 신체협응력에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 알아보는데 있다. 본 연구대상자는 의료검사를 통해 발달장애로 진단 받은 아동이며, 대상아동은 K시에 있는 H, K대학교 장애인체육교실과 D아동발달센터 이용자 중에서 참여를 원하는 만 10에서 14세의 발달장애 아동 30명(남자: 26명, 여자: 4명)을 연구대상으로 선정하였다. 본 연구의 실험설계는 심리운동을 활용한 신체프로그램의 효과를 추론하기 위해 집단(실험집단, 통제집단)과 시기(사전단계, 사후단계, 파지단계)를 반복 측정하는 이원분산분석(Two way ANOVA with repeated measures)을 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 실험집단과 통제집단 간의 차이, 측정시기에 따른 차이, 집단과 측정시기 간의 상호작용 효과가 나타나면 단순주효과 분석을 실시하여 사후검증을 실시했다. 종속변인은 KTK의 구성요인인 운동기능 지수(MQ1, MQ2, MQ3, MQ4, TMQ)이다. 본 연구결과 실험집단은 MQ1, MQ2, MQ3, MQ4, TMQ의 사전보다 사후 점수가 모두 증가한 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 2주 후에 실시한 파지검사 때 사후검사 만큼은 아니지만 MQ1, MQ2, MQ3, MQ4, TMQ 모두에서 점수를 유지하는 모습을 보였다. 이러한 결과들은 심리운동을 활용한 신체활동 프로그램이 발달장애아동의 신체협응력 발달에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤다는 것을 보여주는 것이라고 사료된다. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of physical activity using psychomotor program on the coordination of children with developmental disability, aged 10 to 14. Thirty children with developmental disability were participated in this study. Subjects were randomly divide into two group: (1) physical activity group (n=15, 13 male, 2 female) (2) control group (n=15, 13 male, 2 female). Data was analyzed using two-way ANOVAs with repeated measures of group (2) and time (3). Dependent variables were rear balancing (MQ1), single foot jumping (MQ2), left and right jumping (MQ3), lateral movement (MQ4), and TMQ. The results of this study indicated that physical activity group using psychomotor program showed improvement in the scores of KTK (MQ1, MQ2, MQ3, MQ4, and TMQ) compared to control group. In addition, physical activity group using psychomotor program sustained the scores of KTK (MQ1, MQ2, MQ3, MQ4, and TMQ) in the retention after two weeks compared to control group. It was found that the physical activity using psychomotor program has shown positive effect on the coordination of children with developmental disability.

        벼메뚜기(Oxya chinensis sinuosa Mistshenko) 분말 섭취와 유산소성 운동훈련에 의한 마우스의 에너지 대사 변화

        본 연구의 목적은 벼메뚜기(Oxya chinensis sinuosa) 분말 섭취가 유산소성 운동훈련(트레드밀 달리기)의 병행 유무에 의해 ICR 생쥐의 에너지 대사를 증가시키는지를 알아보고자 하는 것이다. 이 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 28 마리의 ICR 생쥐를 보통식 대조군(CON), 보통식 대조군으로서 운동훈련 병행군(COEX), 벼메뚜기 분말이 혼합된 사료 섭취군(GH), 그리고 벼메뚜기 분말이 혼합된 사료를 섭취함과 동시에 운동훈련을 병행군(GHEX)으로 구분하였다. 벼메뚜기 분말 사료섭취 및 운동은 6주간 진행하였다. 체중증가율은 유의하지 않았다. 지방량은 GH와 GHEX에서 유의하게 감소하였다. 혈중 glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase와 glutamic pyruvic transaminase 수준은 처치 집단간 변화가 없었다. 제2형 당수송체 및 제4형 당수송체는 처치 집단간 유의한 차이가 없었다. GHEX의 fibronectin type III domain-containing protein 5 단백질 발현량이 가장 높았다. AMP-activated protein kinase 단백질 수준은 GHEX에서 유의하게 증가하였다. Glycogen synthase kinase 3 beta 단백질 발현량은 GHEX가 CON과 비교할 때 감소하였다. 이러한 결과들은 벼메뚜기 분말을 섭취하면서 지구성 운동훈련을 하는 경우에 에너지 대사에 영향을 준다는 것을 제시하고 있다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of grasshopper (Oxya chinensis sinuosa) powder ingestion with/without aerobic exercise (treadmill running) on energy metabolism. To achieve this purpose, 28 Institute of Cancer Research (ICR) mice were divided into four groups: normal diet control group (CON), a normal diet with exercise control group (COEX), a grasshopper powder-supplemented diet group (GH), and a grasshopper powder-supplemented diet with exercise group (GHEX). Duration of the powder ingestion and aerobic exercise training were 6 weeks. Body weight gain ratio was not significant. Fat mass significantly decreased in GH and GHEX. There were no changes in blood glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase and glutamic pyruvic transaminase levels between groups. Glucose transporter type 2 and glucose transporter type 4 protein levels were not significantly different between groups. Fibronectin type III domain-containing protein 5 level was the highest in GHEX. AMP-activated protein kinase level significantly increased in GHEX compared to the levels in the other groups. Glycogen synthase kinase 3 beta protein level was reduced in GHEX compared to that in CON. These results suggest that grasshopper powder ingestion and endurance exercise training influence energy metabolism.

        단기간의 과훈련이 여자대학교축구선수의 기분변화에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 실제 훈련현장에서 여자대학교 축구선수들을 대상으로 기분상태검사지(POMS)를 사용하여 단기간의 과훈련이 여자대학교 축구선수들의 심리적 변화에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 사전-사후-추적 단계와 프로파일로 알아보는데 있다. 본 실험에 참가한 피험자들은 Y대학교 여자 축구선수 14명과 W대학교 8명 총 22명으로 이들은 정상훈련군(11명)과 과훈련군(11명)으로 각각 주어진 훈련프로그램에 참가하였다. 피험자들의 평균 연령은 21.2세이며, 평균 운동경력은 6년 8개월이었다. 본 연구의 실험설계는 집단(정상훈련군, 과훈련군)과 시간(사전, 사후, 2시간 후, 2일 후, 그리고 10일 후)에 대해 반복측정 이원분산분석과 사후검증을 실시했다. 종속변수는 긴장, 우울, 분노, 활력, 피로, 혼란, 그리고 총 정서장애이다. 본 연구결과 평상시보다 훈련 양을 증가시켜 훈련을 시켰을 때 여자대학교축구선수들의 심리적 부정적 정서인 긴장, 우울, 분노, 피로, 및 혼란점수에서 증가되었고, 긍정적 정서인 활력점수는 감소되는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 총정서장애 점수는 증가되었다. 따라서 본 연구결과를 종합해 보면 과훈련은 부정적 심리상태를 유발시키며, 운동량의 과도한 증가는 심리적으로 심한 정서장애를 유발시키며 이러한 현상은 훈련이 끝난 후에도 여자선수들에게 후유증으로 남는다는 것을 보여주었다. 특히 과훈련을 시켰을 때 여자선수들의 기분이 부정적으로 변한다는 것은 경기력 저하의 원인이 된다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of acute overtraining on psychological changes of female university soccer players by using POMS with before-after-follow up steps respectively. Twenty-two female university soccer players were participated in this study. Their ages ranged from 20 to 22, with a mean age of 21.2 years, and mean experience of 6 years and 8 months. Subjects were divide into two group. Data was analyzed using two-way ANOVAs with repeated measures of group (overtraining and normal) and time (before, after training, 2 hours after training, 2 days after training, 10 days after training). Dependent variables were tension, depression, anger, vigor, fatigue, confusion and TMD (total mood disturbance). The results of this study indicated that the overtraining group had a significantly higher score than normal group in tension, depression, anger, fatigue, confusion and TMD. The result was that the overtraining group demonstrated significantly higher score in tension, depression, anger, fatigue, confusion and TMD but lower score in vigor, relative to normal training group. The results of this study indicated that overtraining induces negative affective state right after training and even this affective state have been maintained even few days after training. This implies that negative affect induced by overtraining would be a potential factor that negatively influence on soccer performance.

        Result of analysis of walking and running training to 50-60yrs female non-insulin depentent diabetic patients presents next; Blood pressure of constriction period presents, based on training type, high during the training but is reduced during the recovery period. Analysis of heart rate based on training type presents high during the training but is reduced recovery period. In the result Exercise prescription programs for the non-insulin-depentent diabetic patients are required to maintain their Blood pressure and heart rate.
