호알칼리성 Coryneform Bacteria TU-19의 형태적, 배양적 특성에 미치는 pH효과

다양한 초발 pH에서 호알칼리성 Coryneform bacteria TU-19 균주를 배양하면서 이 균주의 형태적, 배양적 특성을 조사하였다. 그 결과 $pH\;9.0{\sim}10.0$의 초발 pH 범위에서 공시균주는 정상적인 성장을 보였으나 pH 12.0에서는 성장이 완전히 저해되었다. 흥미롭게도 본 균주는 배지의 초발 pH에 따라 균체의 형태적 변화가 관찰되었다. 즉 pH 8.0, 대수증식기에서 이 균은 길게 둘둘말린 filament 형태를 이루고 있었으나 최적 pH(10.0)에서는 한 개 혹은 두 개의 짧게 뻗은 rod 형태를 보였다. 또한 이 균은 $pH\;9.0{\sim}11.0$ 범위에서 배양할 경우 배양액의 최종 pH를 자신의 생육에 적합하도록 8.5 근처로 조절할 수 있음이 확인되었다. The morphological and cultural characteristics of alkalophilic Coryneform bacteria TU-19 were investigated at various pHs. This bacterium showed normal growth pattern at $pH\;9.0{\sim}10.0$, but the cell growth was completely inhibited at extreme pH (12.0 or more). Interestingly, at pH 8.0 the morphology of the bacterial cells seems to form convoluted filaments during the exponential growth phase while at pH 10.0, the optimal pH for the growth of this organism, the bacteria grew with variable paired or single forms, and straight rods during growth stages. Growing in alkaline media $(pH\;9.0{\sim}11.0)$, it adjusted the pH of the culture media to around pH 8.5 by itself.

The purpose of this study verifies: the relationships between transactional leadership and organizational citizenship behavior, and between transformational leadership and organizational citizenship behavior. In order to verify the relationships, data obtained from 211 employees in Korea at Gyeonggi-do and 196 employees in China at Shandong province. Techniques used in analyzing data was regression. The summary of the study results are as the following. First, the relationship between transactional leadership and organizational citizenship behavior is positively related and much stronger in Chinese employees than in Korean employees. Second, the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational citizenship behavior is positively related and much stronger in Chinese employees than in Korean employees. Finally, the sub-factors of transformational and transactional leadership style have a difference effects on the scales of OCB. Based on the these findings, the implications and the limitations of the this study were presented including directions for future studies. 본 연구는 한국과 중국에서 거래적 리더십과 변혁적 리더십, 조직시민행동에대한 관계를 다차원적으로 연구한 논문이다. 한국과 중국에서 유효한 리더십을밝혀내기 위해, 한국에서는 경기도 소재의 서비스업체와 중국에서는 산동성(山 東省) 소재의 서비스업체에서 근무하고 있는 종업원들을 대상으로 설문을 진행하였으며 최종적으로 한국 211부, 중국 196부를 분석에 사용하였다. 이를 통해본 연구에서 얻어진 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 거래적 리더십이 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향력은 중국이 한국보다 훨씬 강하고 한국과는 달리 예외에 의한 관리가 조직시민행동에 적지 않은 영향력을 미친다는 사실이 드러났다. 둘째, 변혁적 리더십이 조직시민행동에 미치는영향력은 중국이 한국보다 강하고, 변혁적 리더십의 모든 하위요인이 조직시민행동의 모든 하위요인에 영향력을 미친다는 사실이 드러났다. 셋째, 거래적 리더십과 변혁적 리더십의 하부요인들이 조직시민행동의 요인들에 미치는 영향력은 각 요인들마다 차이가 났다. 이런 결과들을 볼 때 한국보다는 중국에서 거래적 리더십의 역할이 중요하며, 중국의 서비스업종에서 변혁적 리더십이 조직시민행동에 강한 영향력을 미친다는 사실을 알 수 있고, 본 연구의 결과는 중국진출 한국기업들에게 현실적시사점을 준다.

Like many Southeast Asian countries, there are a significant number of overseas Chinese companies in the Philippines and they are showing great influence. Accordingly, this study investigated the current status of overseas Chinese in the Philippines, the development process of overseas Chinese businesses, and their share in the economy. It was revealed that overseas Chinese in the Philippines have a strong identity as Chinese, adhere to Chinese culture and values, and live concentrated in the Fujian Province Hall and Manila. Overseas Chinese companies in the Philippines were previously estimated to account for about one-third of listed companies in the Philippines, but it is known that the number is increasing. Therefore, this study investigated the life, values, and management philosophy of Wu Yi-hui, a representative overseas Chinese entrepreneur. He is from Fujian Province, China, and is known as the Li Ka-shing of Philippines. He is a overseas Chinese entrepreneur with high recognition and strong influence in Southeast Asia. This study also investigated JG Summit Group, a representative overseas Chinese company in the Philippines founded by Wu Yi-hui. JG Summit is active in eight major fields, including food, real estate, aviation, hotels, restaurants, shopping malls, banking, finance, and publishing. Thus it can be said to be a family business and conglomerate that drives the Philippine economy. And, JG Summit's internal and external environment, competitiveness, and development strat-egy were analyzed through SWOT analysis. This study investigated the current status of overseas Chinese and their business in the Philippines, and analyzed Wu Yi-hui and JG Summit to expand understanding of overseas Chinese businesses in the Philippines. This research presented practical implications for companies entering the Philippines.

성경적 관점에서 전통성과 현대성의 재해석

This paper sought to examine the values of tradition and modernity from the perspective of the Bible . Confucianism is the ideology and values that have led Korean society in the past. However religion and values that has a great influence on modern Korean society are Christian consciousness. Therefore, in order to understand Korea, it is necessary to understand these values. And it seems to be meaningful to examine the differences and similarities between the values and the Bible. In this paper, we divide the values into traditionality and modernity to examine and analyze the relationship with the Bible. The concepts of traditionality and modernity developed by Yang(1993) and Farh et al(1997) are analyzed, and the connectivity with Bible verses is searched. As a results of the searches, Tradition has been reinterpreted as biblical contents like following instructions in senior and respect leaders' decisions, concept that delegates the power of decision-making to the leader and respects the boss. Modernity was reinterpreted as biblical contents like criticizing the leader or conduct free discussion, the process of self-development. The results of these studies are expected to provide a basic database on the understanding of religion and Korean values, as well as suggestions for future research. 본 논문은 유교의 오륜 등에 바탕을 둔 가치관인 전통성과 서양의 개인주의와 평등의식을 반영한 가치관인 현대성이라는 가치관을 성경적 관점에서 검토하고 관련성을 찾고자 하였다. 과거 한국사회를 이끌어왔던 사상적 이념 및 가치관은 유교이지만, 현대 한국사회에 큰 영향력을 미치는 종교 및 가치관은 기독교와 서구식 평등의식이다. 따라서 과거의 한국사회와 현재의 한국사회를 이해하려면 이들 가치관에 대한 이해가 필수적이며, 삼자 간의 연결성 및 차이점과 유사점을 알아보는 것 또한 의의가 있을 것으로 보인다. 이에 본 논문은 가치관을 유교적 및 보수적 가치에 중점을 둔 전통성과 서구식 평등의식 등에 중점을 둔 현대성으로 나누어 성경과의 관계를 살펴보고 그 연결성을 분석하고자 한다. 전통성과 현대성에 대한 개념은 Yang(1993) 및 Farh et al(1997)이 개발한 틀을 가지고 분석하며, 성경 구절과의 연결성을 탐색하였다. 탐색결과 전통성의 경우 상급자의 지시를 따르고 지도자의 결정을 존중하는 모습, 리더에게 의사결정의 권한을 위임하고 윗사람을 존경하면서 공경하는 등의 개념들이 성경과 연결되고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 현대성의 경우 지도자에 대해 비판을 하거나 자유로운 토론을 통해 개인을 학습시키는 행위, 개혁의 필요성을 인식해 의견을 주장하고 기존에 있던 모습에서 벗어나 자신을 개발하기 위해 학습 및 경력을 만들어 가는 과정들이 성경에서 나타나고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 이렇듯 본 연구의 결과는 종교성과 한국적 가치관 이해에 대한 기초적인 데이터베이스를 구축할 수 있음은 물론, 앞으로의 연구에 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 보인다.
