여자 유도 선수들의 저항트레이닝 방법에 따른 신체구성, 등속성 근력 및 근지구력, 심폐기능, 무산소성 파워에 미치는 영향

[Purpose] The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of training methods on body composition, isokinetic strength and muscle endurance, cardiopulmonary function, and anaerobic power in female judo players. [Methods] Subjects performed weight training (n=10) and circuit weight training (n=10) consisting of 10 sports items for 12 weeks. In order to analyze the effects of training, body composition, isokinetic strength and muscle endurance, cardiopulmonary function, and anaerobic power were measured and the effect of training was verified. [Results] First, the comparison of body composition between WT and CWT groups showed that significant interaction effect between group and period was found in all variables (weight: F=1082.694, p=.001, body fat mass F=199.999, p=.001; skeletal muscle mass F=2481.698, p=.001, and percentage body fat: F=496.246, p=.001). Second, there was a significant interaction effect between group and duration in shoulder muscle strength and knee endurance (EPTL: F=6.598, p=.019; EAPL: F=12.860, p=.002). [Conclusions] The result of this study showed that the interaction effect between period and group was not significant according to the training method but the overall effect of the circuit weight training group was more positive than the weight training group. Therefore, it can be concluded that the 12 weeks circuit weight training can contribute to improve the performance of female Judo players by improving body composition, strength and muscle endurance, cardiopulmonary function and anaerobic power. [목적] 본 연구는 트레이닝 방법에 따라 여자 유도 선수의 신체구성, 등속성 근력 및 근지구력, 심폐기능, 무산소성 파워에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 있다. [방법] 여자 유도 선수를 대상으로 12주간 10개의 운동 동작으로 구성된 서키트 웨이트 트레이닝(n=10)과 웨이트 트레이닝(n=10)을 실시하였다. 트레이닝의 효과를 검증하기 위해 신체구성, 등속성 근력 및 근지구력, 심폐기능, 무산소성 파워를 분석하였다. [결과] 첫째, WT 집단과 CWT 집단의 신체구성 변화를 비교한 결과 모든 변인에서 집단과 기간 간에 상호작용 효과가 나타났다(체중: F=1082.694, p=.001; 체지방량: F=199.999, p=.001; 골격근량: F=2481.698, p=.001; 체지방률: F=496.246, p=.001). 둘째, 견관절 근력과 슬관절 근지구력에서 집단과 기간의 상호작용 효과가 나타났다(EPTL: F=6.598, p=.019; EAPL: F=12.860, p=.002). [결론] 본 연구의 결과는 훈련 방법에 따라 기간과 집단 간에 상호 작용 효과가 대부분 나타나지 않았지만 서키트 웨이트 트레이닝 집단이 웨이트트레이닝 집단보다 전반적으로 긍정적인 효과를 나타냈다. 따라서, 12주간의 서키트 웨이트 트레이닝은 여자 유도선수들에 있어 신체구성, 근력 및 근지구력, 심폐기능 및 무산소성 파워의 향상으로 경기력 향상에 크게 기여할 수 있을 것이라 판단된다.

After IMF our country's stock market showed stiffness of stock price index at 200 as result of instability of economy. But economy becoming stable, stock market started to find its figure like old days. At the end of 1999 stock price index ran over 1000. Because of this reason, people who lost their job at the time of IMF started to invest in stock with their retirement grants and other money. Less of information, individual investors bought itmes that are already at the peak of it's price and invest in items without scientific analysis. They were no game to the organization and foreign country's large fund. Therefore they lost all of their valuable fortune. Today, stock is analysed in many ways. However it's difficult for the individual investors to know when to use and what to use. In this study, we will find the same pattern of today's stock from the past, integrate analysed information into one index and forecast the tendency of the future stock. Hope to give individual investors some help for investment strategy.
트레드밀 운동이 알츠하이머 질환 동물 뇌에서 철 대사에 미치는 영향 : Amyloid-β와 Tau 단백질 중심으로

Alzheimer's disease (AD) is known to be a major lesion in the accumulation of neurofibrillary tangles and amyloid-β due to hyperphosphorylation of Tau protein, and its association with abnormal brain iron metabolism is increasing recently. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to observe the effect of treadmill exercise on the regulation of cerebral iron homeostasis and β-amyloid and Tau hyperphosphorylation in Alzheimer's disease. Twenty mice with transgenic mice and ten mice with non-transgenic were divided into three groups: non-AD-control(NAD-C, n=10), AD-control(AD-C, n=10), and AD- treadmill exercise(AD-TE, n=10). AD-TE group was performed to progressive TE for 12 weeks. And then, we measured the cognitive function using water maze test and passive avoidance test and, brain hippocampus were evaluated to determine whether any changes in the oligomer Aβ, tau, apoptotic-related factors biogenesis. The treadmill exercise maintained iron homeostasis by reducing the accumulation of AD-related abnormal iron in the hippocampus of the brain through aging APP-C105 mice. Next, we investigated whether treadmill exercise affects β-amyloid accumulation and Tau hyperphosphorylation according to iron homeostasis regulation. We confirmed β-amyloid accumulation and Tau hyperphosphorylation due to abnormal iron accumulation in Alzheimer's disease, which also resulted in neuronal cell death and cognitive decline. However, it was confirmed that treadmill exercise attenuated β-amyloid accumulation and Tau hyperphosphorylation, and improved neuronal cell death and cognitive function. These results suggest that treadmill exercise modulates iron homeostasis to alleviate neuronal cell death and cognitive decline. Therefore, treadmill exercise and therapeutic strategies to maintain iron homeostasis may be useful in AD patients.
