        Acinetobacter sp.에 의한 액체,고체 알칸의 미생물 분해특성 비교연구

        소수성 오염물질인 원유성분의 분해메카니즘을 규면하기 위하여 원유중 알칸성분의 동시분해능을 지닌 Acinetobacte sp.를 단리하여 액체/고체알칸, 서로다른 고체알칸을 단일 또는 복합기질로 하여 비교분해연구를 행하였다. 또한 비분해성 유기액상성분인 pristane을 원유매체, 고체알칸인 heneicosane을 유효기질로 하는 실험계를 확립하여 원유성분의 분해모델로서 연구를 행하였다. 본 연구에 이용된 Acinetobacter sp. 는 기질의 물리적 상태가 다른 액체/고체 성분의 분해특성에 차이를 보이지 않고 소수성기질의 표면에 직접접촉하여 분해할수 있음을 시사하였으며, 서로 다른 고체알칸의 단일 또는 복합 분해연구와 탄화수소에 대한 미생물의 부착성 결과가 이를 밑받침하였다. 또한 고체성분이 원유중에서는 유기상내에 용존상태로 존재함에 착안한 heneicosane/pristane 계의 연구결과 원유매체는 매생물로 ??유효기질 전달을 억제함을 밝혔으며, 단일성분으로 존재할때에 비하여 분해가 일어나기위한 미생물과의 접촉면적을 감소시키는 유효기질의 비표면적 저하가 주요 원인임을 알 수 있었다. Comparative biodegradation studies of liquid and solid alkanes and of two different solid alkanes were conducted by an isolated Acinetobacter sp., which degraded crude oil alkanes simultaneously, for the determination of degradation mechanism of hydrophobic crude oil constituents. Also a model oil experimental system composed of a solid alkane, heneicosane, as a dubstrate and a non-degradable non-aqueous phase liquid, pristane, as an oil matrix was a substrate and a non-deradable non-aqueous phase liquid, pristane, as an oil was established and studied. It was proposed that the Acinetobacter sp. utilized hydrophobic substrates directly on the surface of them with no difference in the degradation rates between the liquid and solid alkanes. On the basis of the results from the heneicosane/pristane system which imitates crude oil matrix containing solid constituents, the crude oil matrix was considered to reduce the bioavailability of contained substrates by reducing the specific surface area of substrates to contact with microorganisms.

        효과적인 스토리텔링을 위한 3D입체애니메이션에 관한 연구

        최근의 입체영상의 지속적인 성공은 입체제작기술을 더욱 발전시키는 원동력이 되고 있다. 세계적으로도 이 분야는 개척중인 분야로 아직 연구될 부분이 많고, 효율적인 스토리텔링을 위한 방법은 여전히 시행착오를 겪는 중이다. 입체제작기술 만큼이나 주제로 떠오르고 있는 것이 스토리텔링이기 때문이다. 이러한 영화계의 흐름에서 스토리텔링과 입체표현을 연관지어 연구하는 것은 매우 중요한 의미가 있다. 본 논문에서는 입체영상을 제작할 때 Story를 포함해 기획초기에 작성하는 Depth Script, 시청환경에 대한 고려사항, 입체표현에 영향을 주는 Shot와 Color, 3D Stereoscopic을 중심으로 효과적인 입체표현에 관한 연구를 진행하였다. 먼저 입체표현의 이야기나 소재의 적절성과 Depth Script를 활용하여 깊이감을 어떻게 계획해야 하는지 살펴보았다. Shot와 Color에서는 화면의 구성이 입체감에 미치는 영향과 무슨 문제들이 있는지 알아보고, 3D Stereoscopy의 제작방법과 해결방안을 살펴보았다. 입체표현에 도움이 되는 이야기나 배경뿐만 아니라, 이야기를 전개하는 동안 입체표현의 적절한 배분, 감상적 표현을 잘 묘사하는 것이 중요하다. 이야기의 전개에 따라 깊이감이 비교적 얕은 입체는 편안하고 중립적인 느낌을 만들어내고, 감상자쪽으로 입체효과가 돌출되면 그 의미가 강조되어 더욱 감정적으로 느껴지게 하고, 공격적인 느낌을 만들어낸다. 스크린으로부터 멀리 떨어지면 피사체보다는 배경이 돋보일 수 있으며, 수용적인 느낌을 만들어낸다. 또한 답답하거나 몽환적인 느낌을 내려면 배경의 입체를 피사체와 다르게 표현해 피사체와 배경의 공백을 조절할 수 있다. 화면안의 피사체와 배경의 구성과 색은 입체를 구현할 때 많은 영향을 미친다. 입체작업을 이뤄질때 2D식의 화면구성이 S3D로 옮겨지면서 발생하는 문제점들을 어떻게 해결하고 연출적으로 활용할 수 있는지 살펴보았다. 영상제작자와 연출자들이 기존 2D의 영상문법과 더불어 새롭게 영상문법으로 등장하고 있는 입체표현을 잘 이해하고 활용한다면, 더 효과적인 입체영상을 만들게 될 것이다. The recent success of 3D stereoscopic movies constitutes a very important factor for 3D stereoscopic technology and art. The world's study of 3D stereoscopic is still very much a work in progress and it is just a process for storytelling. Because of storytelling is booming with S3D technologies. To research on 3D stereoscopic with storytelling is an important meaning in international movies flow. In this paper when making 3D stereoscopic movies, focus on depth script writing in the early planning, is closely related to three-dimensional representation of shot and color, 3D Stereoscopic work. The first thing I studied why depth script necessary to plan and how do that plan. Secondly, I researched about effect of organization and color in cinema for 3D depth and studied about ideas and solutions. When transposing 2D art direction in to 3D cinematography, I studied about how to solve 2D composition's problems and choice 3D composition options for directing 3D movies. If movie producer and director make good use of the 3D stereoscopic art as new grammar visual languages, the movie will develop further.

        서울 남촌지역 가로 및 건물특성 조사연구

        The image and the scenery of a city is made up by the relative space composition method of its elements-streets, plots, and buildings. At the first stage of the city development, the streets are formed by parceling the land and on this basis, the buildings are constructed. This basic structure of the city would function as an urban environment. The city would start to work with more functions as it develops, and it would operate as a foundation for the future development of the city. This study is to analyse the physical urban form and environment by studying the present urban tissues. The regional area of this study will be limited to the city blocks at the center of Seoul, south of the Chunggae river. The streets in this area are in various widths, I-2m up to 20m, the total length of the streets is 7,64.5m. The area consists of 10 administrative districts, 1,740 plots, 1,284 buildings, and streets. This study would focus on understanding the physical characteristics of the city by classifying the streets to 4 groups according to their formation and changing process, grasping the meaning of the space structure by analysing the physical characteristics of the buildings and their usage as well as the three dimensional urban space structure made by the buildings along the streets, and consideration of the role of the urban tissues as the urban infrastructure.

        서해 보령 연안 연안개량안강망에 어획된 어류의 종조성 및 군집구조

        In order to study about species composition and community structure of fish in the coastal water off Boryeong were investigated from January 2018 to December 2019. A total of 10,863 individuals of 87 species of 44 families were collected. The dominant species were Liparis tanakai accounted for 19.8 percent of the total with Amblychaeturichthys hexanema and Collichthys niveatus accounted for 12.4 percent and 11.0 percent of the total number. A cluster analysis based on the Bray-Curtis similarity revealed that the fish community divided into two groups, According to season. The fish species that appeared summer and autumn were mainly migratory, while the fish species that appeared in spring and winter were mainly resident species. Fish caught by stow net had a high percentage of immature fish. It presented that coastal water off Boryeong is located an important spawning and nursery for fisheries resource.

        역사환경으로서의 도시조직의 가치 : 서울 남촌지역을 중심으로

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the urban tissues In terms of its historical environment The historical environment has an effect on the physical characteristics of a city and the physical environment is decided and changed by the interaction of Its components such as the street systems, plots and buildings The city of Seoul had been formed based upon Its natural elements, and Its street system had been built up along with Its waterway system The waterway is the main contextual factor of the irregular alley system of the old Seoul, which has been one of the main historical environment of the City for the last 600 years By analysing the historical maps and documents, the actual building documents, and the survey result of the several blocks in the City, this study would present that the Irregular geometrical configuration of Seoul was based upon Its waterway systems and the urban configuration has been affected by It's urban tissues In terms of historical environment for hundreds of years The study also suggests that It would be important to cons1der this historical urban environment of Seoul as a guideline of the future urban planning of the city

        한국 서해에 출현하는 용가자미, Cleisthenes pinetorum 암컷의 성숙과 산란

        This study revealed the reproductive biology of pointhead flounder Cleisthenes pinetorum, in the middle of the West Sea of Korea. We collected samples using gill net and drag net fisheries in coastal waters from January to December 2019. Mmonthly gonodosomatic index and maturity stage results showed that the spawning period was October to December, and the females grew faster than the males. The fecundity ranged from 16,728 to 1,039,616 number of eggs, and the relationship between TL and fecundity (F) was 0.0000003TL4.7434 (R2=0.4898). The size-frequency distribution of eggs suggested that C. pinetorum spawm once during a spawning period. The length at 50% maturity for females was estimated to be 18.9 cm.
