        핵심기본간호술 평가프로그램이 간호대학생의 자기효능감, 전문직 자아개념, 핵심기본간호술 수행자신감에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of core basic nursing skill assessment program on self efficacy, professional self concept, confidence in performing fundamental nursing skills of nursing students. The study was a one-group pretest-posttest design. A total of 293 nursing students participated in this study using a structured questionnaire. Nursing skill assessment program consisted of 14 items among 20 core basic nursing skills presented by the Korean Accreditation Board of Nursing Education. There were significant differences in self-efficacy (t=4.97, p<.001), professional self concept (t=3.09, p=.003), and confidence in performing fundamental nursing skills scores of nursing students (t=16.21, p<.001). To improve self-efficacy, professional self concept, confidence in performing fundamental nursing skills of nursing students, a core basic nursing skill assessment program should be provided to them to experience iterative learning. And it is necessary to establish effective educational strategies can confidently perform core basic nursing skills that are difficult to improve performance. 본 연구는 간호학과 4학년 대학생을 대상으로 핵심기본간호술 평가프로그램이 자기효능감, 전문직 자아개념, 핵심기본간호술 수행자신감에 미치는 효과를 확인하기 위한 단일군 전후설계 연구이다. U시의 C대학 간호학과 4학년 293명을 대상으로 하였으며, 핵심기본간호술 평가프로그램은 한국간호교육평가원이 제시한 20개의 핵심기본간호술 항목 중 14개의 항목을 포함하였다. 프로그램에 참여한 후 대상자의 자기효능감은 사전 3.71±.57에서 3.84±.59로 증가하였고(t=4.97, p<.001), 전문직 자아개념은 사전 3.54±.43에서 3.60±.47로 증가하였으며 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다(t=3.09, p=.003). 대상자의 핵심기본간호술기 수행자신감은 사전 3.53±.60에서 사후 4.08±.65로 증가되었고(t=16.21, p<.001), 평가프로그램에 포함된 14개 항목 모두에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 간호대학생의 자기효능감과 전문직 자아개념을 확립하고 수행자신감을 향상시키기 위해서는 핵심기본간호술 학습경험이 반복될 수 있는 평가프로그램이 제공되어야 하며, 각 교육현장에 적합한 형태로 수정·보완된 핵심기본간호술 평가프로그램에 대한 지속적인 연구가 필요하다.

        조직사회화 교육 프로그램이 신규 간호사의 직무만족, 조직몰입, 이직의도에 미치는 효과

        This study was aimed to investigate the effects of Organizational Socialization Education Program on new nurse's job satisfaction, organizational commitment and turnover intention. This study was utilized a non equvalent control group post only design. The subjects of this study were total 76 nurses in total. Data were collected from 1st to 31th July, 2012. For the experimental group, 16 hours lectures on Organizational Socialization Education Program was given. Data were analyzed by Frequency, X², Fisher's Exact test & t-test. The findings of this study were as the followings: As proposed in the hypothesis, the subjects in the experimental group experienced more job satisfaction(t= -2.10, p=.039), more organization commitment(t= -2.68, p=.009), less perceived turnover intention(t= 4.65, p=.000), than those in the control group. The results of this study shows that Organizational Socialization Education Program is considered an effective program to improve job satisfaction, organizational commitment and to lessen turnover intention for new nurses. The Organizational Socialization Education program would be continually necessary to contribute to development of professional nursing occupation.

      • 교사의 댄스활동 만족도와 직무 스트레스와의 상관 관계 분석

        The objective of this study was to investigate elementary and middle school teachers' satisfaction on dance activity during leisure, and relationship between such a satisfaction and job-related stress. The survey on dance activity was caned out to elucidate relationship between dance activity's satisfaction and job-related stress. Correlation analysis was conducted with TSI job-related stress test translated by Byung Hwan Ahn(1998). Sixty teachers, who were participating in sports dance activity and private dance club in Seoul area, were randomly selected as subjects. The results showed that there was a statistical significance (r=.720) between satisfaction on dance activity and job-related stress. Further study, however, would be needed to find out other factors which could influence on job-related stress.

        호스피스 완화의료 도우미 교육 프로그램의 효과

        Purpose: This study aimed to identify how an education program on palliative care affects nursing home caregivers’ perception of hospice care and attitude towards terminally ill patient care. Methods: This study was conducted using a nonequivalent control group with a pretest-posttest design. The participants were 101 certified care workers: 58 in the experimental group and 43 in the control. The experimental group completed the palliative care education program consisted of 20 hours of classroom training and 20 hours of clinical practicum. An ANCOVA was performed to compare the score changes to outcome variables. Results: Compared with the control group, the experimental group showed significant pretest-posttest differences in both the perception of hospice care (F=21.09, P<0.001) and attitude towards caring for terminally ill patients (F=13.28, P<0.001). Conclusion: These results indicate that the palliative care education program for caregivers is effective in preparing participants to provide hospice/palliative care service. Further study is warranted to explore the effects of this program on palliative caregivers’ performance. 목적: 본 연구는 2015년 7월 새로이 등장한 완화의료 도우미를 양성하기 위한 완화의료 도우미 교육 프로그램이 요양보호사의 호스피스에 대한 인식과 임종환자 돌봄에 대한 태도에 미치는 효과를 확인하고자 시도되었다. 방법: 본 연구는 비동등성 대조군 사전사후 설계 실험연구로서, 대조군 43명 실험군 58명의 요양보호사를 대상으로 실시되었다. 실험군은 완화의료학회에서 제공하는 이론 20시간 실습 20시간의 완화의료 도우미 교육 프로그램을 이수하였고, 대조군은 요양병원에서 근무하는 요양보호사를 편의 표출하였다. 결과변수는 ANCOVA로 분석하였다. 결과: 실험군은 완화의료 도우미 교육을 받지 않은 대조군에 비해 호스피스에 대한 인식(F=21.09, P<0.001)과 말기환자 돌봄에 대한 태도(F=13.28, P<0.001)가 유의하게 향상되었다. 결론: 본 연구의 결과는 완화의료 도우미 교육이 호스피스 완화의료서비스 제공자로 준비시키는데 효과적임을 입증하였다.

      • 유아미술교육용 텔레비전 프로그램의 현황 분석 연구

        Whereas children including infants whose thoughts are not formed perfectly and firmly yet are susceptible to the messages of TV without any filtering process. Because of those reasons, the educational value of TV must be considered with careful and relatively important. For the purpose of recognizing important effects of TV on young children and giving learning opportunity through TV, in the United States, Workshops to TV programs for Children has been launched and they have produced programs with good quality. In Korea, most of the broadcasting companies are producing and sending them on the air with trying to understand the importance of early childhood art education. Some questions are brought up, however, like this: "Are there distinctive differentiations between programs?", "Do they give the characteristics of childhood their careful consideration?", "Do they consider the whole development?". Art activity, especially during early childhood, is creative self-expression way affecting various aspects- whole development, I. e. physical development, language development, cognitive development, emotional development, social development, etc. Therefore this research is focused on "Improving TV programs on art education for young children". First, we are going to look into characteristic aspects of art education for early childhood in order to help you understand the basic of Early Childhood Art Education and consider theoretically to know the relationships between Early Childhood Education and TV media. Second, the author investigates the present situation of TV programs on the Early Childhood Aft Education and analyze the contents of education into the aspects of constructing ways, selecting contents, promoting the motives, synthetic instruction of art, environment, and the teacher of art education. Third, on the basis of theoretical research and analyzed conclusion, the author select components of Early Childhood Art Education which will be proper to the TV program.

        레베드 요법(Lebed Therapy)이 간호사의 우울, 불안과 스트레스에 미치는 효과

        Purpose: This study was aimed to investigate the effects of Lebed method exercise (LME) on nurses' depression, anxiety and stress. The LME is a therapeutic exercise and movement program developed by Sherry Lebed Davis and expected to lessen the stress level of nurses and enhance the nursing job's satisfaction and efficiency. This study was utilized a non equivalent control group pre-post test design. Method: The subjects were 36 nurses in total; 18 in experimental group and 18 in control group. The data were collected from March to August, 2008. For the experimental group, 8 hour-long lectures on stress management and LME were given for 12 weeks. For the control group, only lectures on stress management was given. Depression, anxiety, perceived stress, and heart rate variability were measured on the subjects in both groups as pre- and post tests. The data were analyzed by Kolmogrov-Smirov test and P-P plot, t-test and x²-test using the SPSS program. Results: As proposed in the hypothesis, the subjects in the experimental group experienced less depression (t=2.286, p=.029), less anxiety (t=3.319, p=.002) and less perceived stress(t=2.862, p=.007) than those in the control group. Conclusion: The LME is considered an effective exercise to improve depression, anxiety, and to lessen stress for the nurses. The LME program has potential to be one of the effective stress management interventions for nurses in the future.

      • 4-Chlorophenol을 분해하는 Pseudomonas spp.의 분리

        Fluorescent Pseudomonads were isolated from soil and water in Kwangju and Chunnam area. The isolates were grown on minimal salt medium (MSM) containing 5 mM4-Chlorophenol as a sole carbon source and designated to as Pseudomonn sp. P11 on the basis of the biochemical and physiological tests as follows. The Pseudomonas sp. P11 was negative in Gram staining, rods shaped, oxidase positive, catalase positive, fermentative, and motile by fragella. The strain did neither reduce nitrate to nitrite nor hydrolyze gelatin and starch. The isolated strain produced yellow green pigment on King's B medium. The strain grew well on urocanic acid, tween 40, D,L-lactic acid, L-asparagine, Hydroxy L-proline, L-glutamic acid. L-proline, succinic acid, or L-aspartic acid as sole carbon sources. The isolate showed the most effective growth rate on the pH range of 7-8 and actively degrade 4-Chlorophenol (4-CP) as analysed by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).

      • Can a Non-native Speaking Teacher Become a Good English Teacher in an EFL Setting?

        I argue in the present paper that non-native speaker (NNS) teachers have more advantages than native speaker (NS) teachers do in an EFL context. NNS teachers have a better understanding of students’ language learning problems, and they know best the typical learning style, strategies, needs, and contexts of use of second language students. In addition, they can compensate the shortcomings of being non-native by utilizing tools such as technology to replicate native speaker use in the classroom. Consequently, they can facilitate students’ language learning in ways that suit their interests. Nonetheless, in order to incorporate NS teachers’ strengths in an EFL setting, NNS teachers can form teams or task forces with NS counterparts. NS teachers could become instructors for groups of NNS teachers during periods of in service or out‐of service training and serve as consultants for them on a daily basis on the job. I suggest along with Samimy and Brutt Griffler (1999) that the government invest more money in educating NNS teachers within an EFL setting rather than bringing in less qualified NS teachers from other countries.

        This study aims to analyze the deboundarization in posthuman novels from Gilles Deleuze’s perspective. Deleuze draws the aspect of deboundarization through a continuously fluctuating act of desire which deviates with endless versatility and mutation. This study analyzes The MaddAddam Trilogy, in which Margaret Atwood points to the political, economic, cultural, and environmental destruction intertwined with scientific and technological ethics. Posthuman novels shed light on the diverse forms of life produced: the fundamental coexistence of human beings and posthumans created by boundless scientific imagination. This thesis elucidates The MaddAddam Trilogy from the Deleuzian viewpoint of deformation through the use of the concepts of difference, becoming, and abstract machine. Reading posthuman novels through the Deleuzian perspective traces the line of flight of non-humans that destroys the existing governing structure and hierarchy
