채효정 대동철학회 2013 大同哲學 Vol.63 No.-
지금까지 왕따에 대한 연구는 일반적으로 ‘학교폭력’의 범주에서 이루어져왔다. 그래서 그동안 연구자들은 이 문제를 주로 교육학적 관점, 심리학적 관점에서 파악하고 해명하려고 해왔다. 하지만 이 글에서는 지금까지의 현장 중심 (학교폭력), 개인과 집단의 심리 중심(왕따의 심리와 구조) 등에서 벗어나 보다 근본적인 폭력에 대한 성찰이란 측면에서 이 문제를 사유해보고자 한다. 특히 ‘집단따돌림은 일종의 문명화된 사회에서의 폭력 양식’이란 관점에서 왕따 문제를 조명한다. 이 논문에서 사용하는 ‘문명사회(civilized Society)’의 개념은 원시사회와 반대되는 것으로서의 일반적 개념이 아니라 유럽의 근대지식인들과 시민사회가 스스로의 목표로 삼고 나중에는 인류 전체의 목표와 동일시 하고자 했던, 유럽 부르주아지의 자기규정인 동시에 근대적 이상을 나타내는 개념이다. ‘문명사회’란 개념 안에는 근대국가, 산업사회, 미국식으로 재정의된 개념으로서의 ‘발전사회 developed society’, 복지국가, 시민사회, 시민문화 등등의 개념들이 포함되어 있다. 따라서 ‘문명사회’란 우선은 서구사회이며, 다음으로는 서구적 발전을 따르며 서구적으로 문명화되어간 사회를 일컫는다. 그런데 왕따 현상은 바로 그러한 사회에서, 그것도 전쟁과 혁명 같은 20세기적 거대폭력이 사라진 시대에 나타났다. 이 글에서는 그러한 점에 착안하여, 엘리아스, 메를로-퐁티, 푸코, 소렐, 파농 등의 논의를 참고하여 그 이유가 사회의 전면적인 합리화 과정과 그에 따른 합리적 통제 양식의 발전 및 개인들에게 요구되는 시민적 품행으로서 몸에 대한 이성적 통제가 결과적으로 몸의 판단력과 행위능력이 무력화되었다는 것에 있음을 보여주고자 한다. 그런 점에서 비폭력과 폭력을 문명과 야만의 도식으로 이해하는 것은 문제가 있으며 모든 폭력을 악으로 규정하는 절대적 비폭력주의는 오히려 인간을 폭력 앞에서 절대적으로 무력한 상태로 만들 뿐이다. 왕따 폭력은 자생적 자치적 폭력사용의 규칙들이 금지되고 무력화된 곳에서 나타난 폭력의 변종이다. 그렇다면 ‘왕따’를 해결하는 길은 폭력을 부정적인 것으로 규정하고 몸의 사용을 금지하며 신체에 대한 이성적 통제력을 강화하는 방식을 통해서보다는, 몸을 행위와 활동의 주체로 다시 회복하는 것을 통해, 즉 몸의 주권성을 회복하는 것을 통해 가능할 것이다. To this day, the studies on 'bullying' generally have been done in terms of school violence. So the theme of bullying has been mostly studied from only a educational and psychological perspective. But this study pursue to think this theme not only in field(school) oriented and psychological perspective but as fundamental reflect on violence itself. Particularly, I prospect it in terms of 'bullying as the violence form in the civilized society'. The term of 'civilized society' in this article does not mean a general concept of civil society as antonym of primitive society, but the society which the european modern bourgeois-civil society pursued as its goal and later they identified with a goal of all human societies of the earth. 'Civilized society' was not only a self understanding of european bourgeois, but also a utopia that most modern european people dreamed together. So it is included the concepts of modern national state, industrial society, developed society, welfare state, civil society, civil culture, and so on. Thus the civilized society means first the western civil society, and then, the other westernized societies which follow the way of western development and civilization. Well, the violence of bullying appeared in such a western civilized society, and more over in the era of disappeared enormous violence like a war and revolution. What is the reason? It would be answer the 'incapacitated body' that can not have phronesis either praxis. Because rationalization of the society caused a rationally controled individual body, too. So I referred to the literature of N. Ellias, M. M-Ponty, M. Foucault, G. Sorell, F. Fanon etc. in the consideration of discourse of body politics. According to them, it is a nonsense to distinguish non-violence from violence just like as civilization from barbarism. And the belief of 'absolute nonviolence' that argue all of violence is evil, would make people to absolutely powerless people in front of real violence. Then What should be the solution of this bullying problem? It would neither the implicit prohibition of physical violence, nor empowerment of rational self-control on body. All the more, it would be possible only through recovering body capacity and subjectivity as subject of praxis, poiesis and ergon.

1 마이크로 이하 슬러리 여과용 CMP 필터 적층구조 최적화

The particles contained in the slurry used as an abrasive in the CMP are approximately1 μm or larger in size, causing micro-scratches on the surface of the wafer duringthe CMP process. Furthermore, the particles are easily coagulated in the slurry supply lineand form large agglomerated particles, which significantly affects the device. Filtrationtechnology is required to remove large particles (1 μm or larger), compounds, or gels in theslurry. Depth filtration is suitable for slurries with high particle concentration and viscosity. The slurry can be filtered through a mechanism that removes particles by trapping theminside the filter while passing through nonlinear paths (tortuosity) in the media layer (thicknessof a few mm to tens of mm). Therefore, this study analyzed the filter performance (differentialpressure and removal efficiency) by optimizing the number of stacked layers ofnanofibers (fine pore size) and melt-blown nonwovens (fine diameter) to control the filterpore size; thus, the particles larger than a certain size are selectively captured and removedwithin the filter structure in the CMP process, and small particles below a certain size(1 μm) pass through the filter for wafer polishing.
