The effects of adenosine, adenosine A1 receptor antagonist (DPCPX), or NMDA receptor antagonist (APV) on the spontaneous release of $[^3H]-5-hydroxytryptamine$ ($[^3H]-5-HT$) during normoxic/normoglycemic or hypoxic/hypoglycemic period were studied in the rat hippocampal slices. The hippocampus was obtained from the rat brain and sliced $400\;{\mu}m$ thickness with the tissue slicer. After 30 min's preincubation in the normal buffer, the slices were incubated for 30 min in a buffer containing $[^3H]-5-HT$ ($0.1\;{\mu}M,\;74{\mu}Ci/8\;ml$) for uptake, and washed. To measure the release of $[^3H]-5-HT$ into the buffer, the incubation medium was drained off and refilled every ten minutes through sequence of 14 tubes. Induction of glucose/oxygen deprivation (GOD; medium depleting glucose and gassed with 95% $N_2/5%\;CO_2$) was done in 6th and 7th tube. The radioactivities in each buffer and the tissue were counted using liquid scintillation counter and the results were expressed as a percentage of the total radioactivities. When slices were exposed to GOD for 20 mins, the spontaneous release of $[^3H]-5-HT$ was markedly increased and this increase of $[^3H]-5-HT$ release was blocked by adenosine ($10\;{\mu}M$) or DL-2-amino-5-phosphonovaleric acid (APV; $30\;{\mu}M$). Adenosine $A_1$ receptor specific antagonist, 8-cyclopentyl-1,3-dipropylxanthine (DPCPX) exacerbate GOD-induced increase of spontaneous release of $[^3H]-5-HT$. These results suggest that Adenosine may play a role in the GOD-induced spontaneous release of $[^3H]-5-HT$ through adenosine $A_1$ receptor activity.

본 연구는 태양광시스템의 센서와 프로그램 (타이머스위치)을 혼용한 제어시스템을 측정한 결과이다. 집광부 렌즈 초점의 정확도에 따른 효율 저감을 평가한 결과 실제 그 차이는 조사부 50Cm 떨어진 곳에서 0.1lx에서 5000lx 값 차이를 나타났다. 이는 태양광조명의 가장 중요한 핵심이 바로 태양추적의 정확성에 있는 것이다.

It has long been known that lactoferrin prevents human beings from infection of virus. To prove this activity of lactoferrin, we evaluated the activities of different lactoferrins to an isolate human rotavirus K-21. Bovine lactoferrin inhibited infection of K-21 to MA-104 cell at the concentration of $25.9\;{\mu}M$ whereas bovine hydrolysed lactoferrin prevented rotavirus infection at $103.8\;{\mu}M$. However human lactoferrin prevented infection of K-21 at the concentration of $217.5\;{\mu}M$. These data suggested that lactoferrin activity may be unaffected by the intestinal digestive enzymes and bovine lactoferrin is more active than human lactoferrin with respect to prevention of rotavirus infection.

PCI Express(PCIe) 버스는 시스템 내ㆍ외부의 다양한 디바이스들을 연결하는데 여전히 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 이 PCIe 버스를 확장하기 위해서 PCIe 스위치가 사용되며 호스트(서버)와 외부 디바이스를 연결 할 때 다양한 케이블 미디어가 사용된다. 본 연구에서는 광 타입과 구리선 타입의 2종류 케이블이 장착 가능한 자체 제작된 PCIe 어댑터 카드를 사용하여 응용 프로그램 레벨에서 성능을 확인하였다. 서로 다른 2종류의 디바이스들을 대상으로 실험한 결과, 성능상의 큰 차이는 발견되지 않아서 케이블의 종류와는 무관하게 상호 운영에 크게 문제가 없을 것으로 예상된다.

Recently according to the fashion of well-being, the case study of under floor heating system type for residential space is increasing. Specially double slab floor system can make several roles as reducing the acoustic noises and also supplying fresh air through the gap. So in present study floor heating performance was examined with various location of the space in the case of floor supply air and ceiling supply air. In both cases return air went out through ceiling opening. As one of the result is that when using the heat pipe type floor heating system the temperature difference between supply and return water was 15.2℃, but in case of commercial type floor heating system, the temperature difference was 5.3℃ when the supply water temperature was 50℃.
수요자 주도 광고를 위한 객체기반 대화형 비디오 시스템

논문은 비디오 시청 중에 시청자의 관심을 끄는 객체가 있을 경우 그 객체를 클릭하거나 터치하여 선택하고 관련된 정보를 입수하여 구매를 유발시키는 새로운 형태의 광고 패러다임을 제공할 수 있는 객체기반 대화형 비디오 시스템을 제시한다. 이러한 시스템은 수요자 주도 광고나 시청자 특유의 광고 등과 같은 새로운 형태의 e-비즈니스 응용을 만들어 낼 수 있으며, 스트리밍 비디오의 새로운 대화 가능성을 제시하고, 전자 상거래를 PC에서 TV나 스마트폰으로 이동하게 하는 기회를 제공한다. 본 논문은 이러한 시스템을 위한 체계 및 저작 도구를 설명하고, 대화형 비디오의 비즈니스 기회와 도전에 대해 고찰한다. This paper presents an object-based interactive video system providing a new advertising paradigm that induces a viewer to take interests in the objects in the video and to buy the goods related to them by clicking or touching them while watching the video. This system could be used to create a new form of e-business applications such as consumer-driven advertising and audience-specific advertising. This object-based video system offers new interaction possibilities of the streaming video and the opportunity to move electronic commerce from personal computers to television receivers or smartphones. This paper presents the schematics for creating an object-based interactive video system and describes an authoring tool to create the interactive video. Finally, we also examine the business opportunities and challenges of the interactive video.

It can be seen that although renewable energies in capacity have yearly increased, it has still been weekend in its feasibility and users satisfaction. Therefore, It is believed that fuelcell technology can be applied to a number of areas including urban buildings significantly reducing energy demands. In addition to that, it is a useful item to realize net zero energy houses and highly efficient building systems based on types of used fuels. However, its expensive costs and use of redundant heat have still been remained as problems. Therefore, this research will evaluate the economic value of domestic fuelcell system using apartment test-beds through recorded data of household and verification.
