The effects of various sugars and amino acids of the stability of the plam oil in Ramyon, was studied. Stability of the palm oil in Ramyon was determined from acid, peroxide, anisidine values and color development. The effects of sugars added on the stability of the palm oil in Ramyon was in order of arabinose, xylose, glucose, fructose, lactose, sucrose, raffinose. In addition of amino acids and glucose, the stability of the palm oil in Ramyon showed a significant increase in order of β-alanine, glycine, valine, lysine, but threonine and glutamic acid showed less stability. The effects of glycine concentration on the stability was increased to 0.5%. After deep-fried, color developments of Ramy on surface increased in darkness to 0.5% glycine concentration and decreased during the storage period.

The purpose of this study was to compare muscular activities using electromyography (EMG) during a sport climbing lateral movement. The research was conducted on five sport climbing athletes and six novice climbers. EMG was recorded from Latissimus dorsi(LD), Biceps brachii(BB), Extensor carpi radialis(ER), Vastus lateralis(VL), Tibialis anterior(TA), and Medial gastrocnemius(MG) with wireless EMG sensor. An independent sample t-test determined differences between elite and novice groups. Results show that EMG activity of LD at phase1(p=.003) and phase2(p=.004), BB at phase1(p=.006) and phase4(p=.003), ER(p<.05) at phase1(p=.009), phase2(p=.039), phase3(p=.020), and phase4(p=.043), and MG at phase3(p=.018) during a lateral climbing were significantly higher than elite group. However, the elite climbers" EMG activity of VL at phase2(p=.033) and EMG activity of TA at phase3(p=.030) were significantly higher than those of novice group. These results would be expected to be a scientific evidence in the training field of sport climbing.

The purpose of this study was to compare upper and lower limbs muscle activities during lateral and longitudinal movement in sport climbing. For this study, we selected five sport climbing athletes(n=5). We measured the muscle activity at Latissimus dorsi (LD), Biceps brachii (BB), Flexor carpi radialis (FCR), Extensor carpi radialis (ECR), Vastus lateralis (VL), Tibialis anterior (TA), and Medial gastrocnemius (MG). The statistical analysis methods were paired t-test and Wilcoxon test. During lateral movement, average muscle activities significantly higher than longitudinal movement: BB at phase4 (p=.008) and VL at phase2 (p=.026). During longitudinal movement, average muscle activities higher than lateral movement: BB at phase1 (p=.017), phase3 (p=.043), and phase4 (p=.035), FCR at phase1 (p=.001), phase2 (p=.003), phase3 (p=.013), and phase4 (p=.026), ECR at phase1 (p=.002) and phase3 (p=.013), TA at phase3 (p=.044) and phase4 (p=.034), and MG at phase2 (p=.019). These results are expected to a reference data in the training and injury prevention considering each type of sport climbing.
