        Digital transformation means "the phenomenon in which each sector of industry and society is digitized, resulting in improved productivity, business model innovation and increased consumer benefits". With the possibility of industrial innovation increasing due to technological development, interests in how digital technology affects company productivity and national economic growth and how to use it is also increasing. Innovation through digital transformation is taking place in most industries, but the areas where digital technology is making consumers more accessible include banking, distribution and logistics industry. A new business model based on digital technology provides consumers with better services than before, which lays the foundation for enhancing related services by increasing consumer benefits and promoting utilization of those services. In Korea, the service industry is faced with a problem of reduced productivity, but it is expected that the service industry will be able to play a role as a new national growth engine if digital technology can expand the scope of the industrial ecosystem by leading innovation and drastically creating added value. This study analyzes the problems to be solved for the high value-added Korean service industry through innovation from the theoretical, technical and political perspectives. In addition, our study examines the current status of innovation activities and difficulties of Korean companies, and seeks policy countermeasures to strengthen the competitiveness of the service industry, including the domestic distribution and logistics sectors. Advances in digital technologies such as big data, artificial intelligence(AI), blockchain, Internet of Things(IoT) and 5G are further accelerating innovation at each service dimension (i.e., service concept, service delivery and customer interface). In the future, digital technology innovation and convergence between industries are expected to further accelerate the collapse of the existing value chain, and the importance of smooth data flow among R&D planning, production, distribution and logistics, and end-user phases will also be increased. The spread of "Servitization" is creating a new value and competitiveness for companies through the convergence of products and services, and is now emerging as a differentiation point in the competitive technology environment. This implies that manufacturing companies can no longer win the competition simply by price and technological advantage, but must develop a service model that can provide new experiences and value to their customers. In the distribution and logistics process, it is important to deliver products and services at an appropriate price and at the desired time and place for consumers. For this reason, optimization of supply chain management such as efficient supply chain model, inventory management, and accurate sales forecasting becomes a major issue. The proportion of small and medium-sized firms is structurally high in Korean service industry, and effective policy measures are becoming essential. In line with the recent rapid development of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the government should focus on institutional improvements including preemptive regulatory reform and place priority on building industrial ecosystems, thereby encouraging the development of innovative services in the private sector. In addition, the government should support the development and commercialization of technologies to create new industries in the service sector by providing opportunities for pilot projects and strengthen its policy support for overseas market expansion, data distribution and technology cooperation ecosystem.

      • 현대식음공간의 수공간 연출기법에 관한 연구

        We have introduced natural elements to our daily or non-daily spaces so as to keep our composure in our rapid economic growth, urbanization and hectic lives. For those who have wanted to escape from their pressing lives, there has been an increase in the active use of natural elements, specifically water, in a space. The harmony between water as a natural element and space as an artificial entity could be transformed while connecting the artificial with part of nature. Besides, water has a benefit of being used in a very diverse form and characteristics of modifying the atmosphere of space by interacting with people"s senses of vision, hearing and smell in architectural space. Especially, there has been a trend of applying water space to food and beverage space among commercial spaces, thus creating pleasant and unexpected space and letting customers enjoy an experience of escaping from their daily lives during their meal time. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to analyze the components, exhibition techniques & expression traits that would create water space introduced to the interiors of modern food and beverage space and to examine how the efficient exhibition of water space could be applied to the interior space. Namely, based on the analyzed results, it was aimed to deduce the techniques that could be exhibited when adopting water space into the interiors and to find out how it could be actively introduced in food and beverage space.

        변압기형 초전도 한류기의 고장전류 제한 및 모선전압강하 억제특성 분석

        As one of the countermeasures to solve the increase of the fault current in a power system, the superconducting fault current limiter (SFCL) has been noticed together with the development of a various types of SFCL, which has accelerated the researches to apply a SFCL into a power system. Among the developed SFCLs, the transformer type SFCL is expected to be available for adjusting the voltage and the current ratings of the SFCL. In this paper, the fault current limiting and the bus line's voltage sag suppressing effect by the transformer type SFCL were investigated and the case without the transformer type SFCL was compared as well. Through the analysis on the results of the short-circuit tests, the fault current limiting and the bus-line voltage suppressing characteristics of the transformer type SFCL could be confirmed to be effectively performed.

        사업장의 안전보건교육 경험에 따른 불안전한 행동이 안전보건문화에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        사업장의 안전보건교육은 산업재해를 예방하기 위한 중요한 방법이며, 근로자가 참여할 수 있는 기본적인 사항으로 사업주의 의무이다. 사업장에서 안전교육에 대한 중요성은 인식하고 있지만, 현장의 작동성으로 연결되는 효과에 대해서는 많은 논란이 되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 안전보건교육의 실태 파악과 안전보건교육 경험에 따른 불안전한 행동이 안전보건문화에 미치는 영향을 확인하여 안전보건교육의 효과 검증과 활성화를 위한 기초 자료 활용의 목적으로 수행되었다. 본 연구는 2022년 8월부터 12월까지 제조업 사업장 150여 개소의 근로자를 대상으로 설문조사를 시행하였으며, 300명을 최종 분석 대상으로 선정하였다. 설문 문항은 안전보건공단에서 실시하는 산업안전보건동향조사(2015)와 안전관리컨설팅기관의 위험성평가에서 활용하는 문항의 일부를 본 연구에 맞도록 구성하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 근로자들은 안전보건교육의 실시 의무에 대해 인식하고 있었으며, 안전보건교육 중 정기안전보건교육의 경험이 가장 높게 나타났다. 안전교육의 경험자는 관리나 감독의 부적절, 작업 중 과실, 무리한 행위 및 동작, 설비 및 기구 사용의 부적절, 불안전한 작업 수행, 무리한 작업이 안전보건문화의 인식에 영향을 미치며, 미경험자는 관리나 감독의 부적절이 안전보건문화에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통하여 불안전한 행동의 인식은 교육을 통하여 형성되고 안전보건문화에 영향을 미치는 요인임을 확인할 수 있었다. 추후 안전보건교육의 사업장 내 활성화를 통하여 현장작동성으로 연결되고 안전보건문화 형성의 계기를 마련해야 할 것이며, 안전보건교육의 현실화와 지속적인 수행 방안에 대한 관리가 더욱 필요할 것으로 보인다. Safety and health education at the workplace is an important way to prevent industrial accidents, and is a basic matter in which workers can participate, and is the employer's obligation. Although the importance of safety training in the workplace is recognized, there is much controversy about its effectiveness in improving on-site operability. Accordingly, this study aims to understand the actual status of safety and health education and determine the impact of unsafe behavior on safety and health culture according to safety and health education experience. It was conducted for the purpose of using basic data to verify and activate the effectiveness of safety and health education in the future. This study conducted a survey of workers at about 150 manufacturing plants from August to December 2022, and 300 people were selected for final analysis. The survey questions were designed to fit the study using questions used in the Occupational Safety and Health Trend Survey(2015) conducted by the Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency and the risk assessment of safety management consulting organizations. The collected data were subjected to frequency analysis, factor analysis, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 21.0 program. As a result, workers were aware of the obligation to provide safety and health education, and the experience of regular safety and health education was the highest among safety education. Those who experienced safety education showed that inappropriate management or supervision, negligence during work, unreasonable actions and movements, inappropriate use of equipment and tools, unsafe work performance, and unreasonable work influenced the perception of safety and health culture. For inexperienced people, inadequate management or supervision appeared to affect safety and health culture. Through this study, it was confirmed that awareness of unsafe behavior is formed through education and is a factor that influences safety and health culture. In the future, it will be necessary to provide an opportunity to form a safety and health culture by linking safety and health education to activation within the workplace and field operability. In addition, it seems that more management is needed to make safety and health education a reality and continuously implement it.
