        비영리조직의 사회적 연결망이 정치적 주창활동에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 : 환경단체를 중심으로

        비영리조직의 정치적 주창활동은 공공의 이익 증대라는 비영리분야의 미션을 구현하기 위해 수행하는 비영리단체의 활동이다. 하지만 비영리 정치적 주창활동의 긍정적 측 면에도 불구하고 모든 비영리조직이 정치적 주창활동에 적극적인 것은 아니다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 비영리조직의 정치적 주창활동의 편차를 설명하고자 한다. 본 연구는 국내 환경NGO에 대한 사회연결망분석을 통하여 조직의 정당성 추구가 비영리조직의 정 치적 주창활동과 밀접한 관련이 있음에 주목하고자 한다. 이러한 측면에서 본 연구는 이론적 측면에서 기존의 신제도주의이론과 사회연결망 이론을 접목하여 새로운 이론적 관점을 제시할 것이다. 그리고 실천적 측면에서 비영리조직이 개별조직을 위한 이익추구 대신 공공이익에 봉사할 수 있는 무형의 공동체 자산을 증진시킬 수 있는 정책적 함의를 제공하고자 한다. This study is designed to examine what factors contribute to the political advocacy activities of nonprofit organizations. Political advocacy activities of nonprofit organizations are conducted in order to increase the public interest, which is the most important mission of nonprofit organizations. Notwithstanding its importance, every nonprofit organizations are not actively engaged in political advocacy. Some organizations are active while others are not. This study employs social network analysis and theory in order to explain why some organizations are more active in conducting political advocacy activities. The study finds out that nonprofit organizations, if centrally located in social networks, are more engaged in political advocacy activities because it is related with their organizational legitimacy.

        교장공모제도 운영현황 및 정책성과 분석

        본 연구에서는 2007년 하반기부터 도입된 초·중·고등학교 교장공모제도의 운영현황과 성과를 분석하였다. 교장공모제도는 그동안의 승진임용제도가 갖는 문제점을 개선하기 위하여 도입된 제도로서 젊고 유능한 교장을 학교구성원들의 의사를 반영하여 임용하기 위한 것이다. 공모로 임용된 교장은 학교에 혁신을 가져오고 학교와 지역사회에 보다 책임 있는 학교경영을 할 것으로 기대되었다. 이러한 공모교장제가 성과있게 운영되고 있는가를 살펴보기 위하여 본 연구에서는 교장공모제 유형별 비중, 공모교장의 지원자격, 공모교장의 배경변인별 특성, 교장공모제의 심사과정 등을 분석하였다. 이와 더불어 교장공모제의 역사적 전개과정과 추진과정에서 나타난 주요한 정책사항들을 종합적으로 분석하였고, 이를 통해 교장공모제에 대한 정책적 이해를 높이고자 하였다. 이러한 연구를 통해 그동안의 성과를 평가하였고 정책적 시사점을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of publicly recruited appointment system of school principals, which has been introduced to improve the effectiveness of school management. The old top-down appointment system has been criticized as an important factor in weakening school performance. This study collected and analyzed the data of principals who were recruited from 2007 till 2011 through open appointment system, and then compared the characteristics of those principals with those of traditionally recruited principals. The findings of this study suggest that the new system generally helps resolve the problems shown in the traditional recruitment system. But it is suggested, among other things, that the number of principals holding principal diplomas was increasing while the number of principals without such diploma was stagnant. This result is caused by some policy changes intended to minimize the radical departure from the existing personnel management of school principals.

        정책과정 시민참여 유형, 인지적 정당성(Cognitive Legitimacy) 그리고 롱테일 정치(Long Tail Politics)

        There is widespread concern that unconventional methods of civic engagement, exemplified by demonstrations and strikes, harm the development of democratic institutions. During recent decades, however, unconventional methods of civic engagement has been on the rise in Korea as well as in western democracies. The increasing tendency of unconventional civic engagement has been fueled by the development of IT technologies including Internets and mobile phones, which help reduce the transaction costs of gaining information, expressing policy ideas, and organizing policy movement groups. This paper addresses the developmental trajectories of unconventional methods of civic engagement in Korea by deriving from the core insights of sociological institutionalism and Internet-based civic engagement, which are cognitive legitimacy and long tail politics. This paper argues that unconventional methods of civic engagement gain cognitive legitimacy from society and Internet-based long tail politics help make these methods comprehensible and taken-for-granted.

        경막하복강단락술을 이용한 외상성 경막하 수종치료의 수술적 결과

        Objective: The detection rate of traumatic subdural hygroma(TSH) has increased after the development of computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging. The treatment method and the mechanism of development of the TSH have been investigated, but they are still uncertain. This study is performed to evaluate the effectiveness of subduroperitoneal shunt in traumatic subdural hygroma. Methods: Five hundred thirty six patients were diagnosed as TSH from 1996 to 2002, among them, 55 patients were operated with subduroperitoneal shunt. We analyzed shunt effect on the basis of clinical indetails, including the patient's symptoms at the diagnosis, duration from diagnosis to operation, changes of GCS, hygroma types. We classified the TSH into five types (frontal, frontocoronal, coronal, parietal and cerebellar type) according to the location of the thickest portion of TSH. Results: The patients who have symptoms or signs related to frontal lobe compression (irritability, confusion) or increased intracranial pressure (headache, mental change), had symptomatic recovery rate above 80%. However, the patients who have focal neurological sign (hemiparesis, seizure and rigidity), showed recovery rate below 30%. The improvement rate was very low in the case of the slowly progressing TSH for over 6weeks. We experienced complications such as enlarged ventricle, chronic subdural hematoma, subdural empyema and acute SDH. Conclusion: Subduroperitoneal shunt appears to be effective in traumatic subdural hygroma when the patients who have symptoms or signs related to frontal lobe compression or increased ICP and progressing within 5weeks.

      • 2P-110 Zwitterionic polymers showing upper critical solution temperature behavior as draw solutes for forward osmosis

        We synthesized the zwitterionic homopolymer polysulfobetaine (PBET), which shows upper critical solution temperature characteristics, via free radical polymerization in order to investigate its suitability as a draw solute for the forward osmosis (FO) process. The UCST characteristics of the monomer (BET) were not confirmed, while the UCST of PBET was confirmed to be roughly 41°C. This result suggests that PBET can be easily recovered from aqueous solutions by cooling them to below the UCST. In a pressure retarded osmosis system containing 20 wt% PBET at 50°C, the water flux and reverse solute flux of PBET were found to be roughly 3.22 LMH and 0.36 gMH, respectively. Thus, we investigated the suitability of homopolymers having UCST characteristics as draw solutes for the FO process for the first time. This research provides a deep understanding of new ways of developing draw solutes, and could provide inspiration for the design and synthesis of thermo-responsive organic materials.

We investigated the suitability of homopolymer having UCST property as draw solute for the FO process for the first time. This study can provide for deep understanding of new method of proceeding draw solute and inspiration for the potential design and synthesis of thermo-responsive organic materials.

        끼움벽과 단주효과를 고려한 학교건축물의 내진성능평가

        In the case of low-rise buildings in seismic performance evaluation, lateral force resistance of the pillars affects the seismic performance of the building. Evaluation of the seismic performance of the column is determined by the holding performance is evaluated by comparing the shear strength and bending strength it was destroyed bylow intensity. In case of the school building, in order to install the large windows for ventilation and lighting of the partition walls are located between the pillars. The case of the pillars of these, shear failure occurs in the event of an earthquake is often, in the seismic performance evaluation, partition wall and the wall of the shim is evaluated ignoring, pillar of the general pillars If you have to calculate the results of the seismic performance distorted that are destroyed by bending behavior can be evaluated as often. Results of the study, when assessed by distinguishing the effective length of the column, it was found that when a seismic load is applied, it is possible to accurately predict the failure mode, reliable results of seismic performance evaluation of the school building.

      • 유선질환의 통계적 고찰 : 경북지방을 중심으로

        1961년 1월부터 1970년 12월꺄지의 만 10년간에 걸 경북대학교 의과대학 병리학교실에서 행한 유선조 생검 총 207예를 대상으로 하여 그 통계적 관찰을 한과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 총 207예중 종양이 120예(58%), 비종양성질환이 87(42%)였으며, 종양중에선 84예가 악성이고, 양성은 예이었다. 침윤성 관암종이 가장 빈번한 악성종양이 으며, 섬유선종이 가장 빈번한 양성종양이었다.암의 평균연령은 43.3세, 양성종양은 30.3세이었다. 또 Paget's disease가 3예 있었으며, 임파육종도 1예 관찰되었다. 비종양성질환중에서는 fibrocystic disease가 44예로 가장 많았으며, 결핵도 2예 관찰되었다. Statistical study was made on 207 cases of breast lesions' by biopsy, that were submitted to the Department of Patholgy, School of Medicine, Kyungpook National University, during the period of ten years, from 1901 to 1970. Among 207 cases, neoplastic diseases were 120 cases (58%) in which 84 cases were malignant and 36 cases were benign, and non-neoplastic diseases were 87 cases (42%). Infiltrating duct carcinoma and fibroadenoma were the most freq uent histological features among malignant and benign. tumors, respectively. The average affected age of the malignant tumors was 43. 3 years and the benign tumors was 30.3 years. Paget's disease was found 3 cases and I case of lymphosarcoma was observed. Fibrocystic diseases (44 cases) was the most common non-neoplastic disease and tuberculosis was also observed (2 cases).

        Complications and Management of Endoscopic Spinal Surgery

        In the past, the use of endoscopic spine surgery was limited to intervertebral discectomy; however, it has recently become possible to treat various spinal degenerative diseases, such as spinal stenosis and foraminal stenosis, and the treatment range has also expanded from the lumbar spine to the cervical and thoracic regions. However, as endoscopic spine surgery develops and its indications widen, more diverse and advanced surgical techniques are being introduced, and the complications of endoscopic spine surgery are also increasing accordingly. We searched the PubMed/MEDLINE databases to identify articles on endoscopic spinal surgery, and key words were set as “endoscopic spinal surgery,” “endoscopic cervical foramoinotomy,” “PECD,” “percutaneous transforaminal discectomy,” “percutaneous endoscopic interlaminar discectomy,” “PELD,” “PETD,” “PEID,” “YESS” and “TESSYS.” We analyzed the evidence level and classified the prescribed complications according to the literature. Endoscopic lumbar surgery was divided into full endoscopic interlaminar and transforaminal approaches and a unilateral biportal approach. We performed a comprehensive review of available literature on complications of endoscopic spinal surgery. This study particularly focused on the prevention of complications. Regardless of the surgical methods, the most common complications related to endoscopic spinal surgery include dural tears and perioperative hematoma. transient dysesthesia, nerve root injury and recurrence. However, Endoscopic spinal surgery, including full endoscopic transforaminal and interlaminar and unilateral biportal approaches, is a safe and effective a treatment for lumbar as well as cervical and thoracic spinal diseases such as disc herniation, lumbar spinal stenosis, foraminal stenosis and recurrent disc herniation.

        인문 · 사회과학편 : 자극간 시간차와 2차과제의 선택수에 따른 심리적 불응기

        Psychological Refractory Period(PRP) is the delay in the response to the second of two closely speced stimuli. This study was examined to find out the effects of inter-stimuls interval and numbers of alternatives of secondary task on PRP, Subjects were 6 male students who participated in experiment volumtarily. Experimental task was doble-stimulus task which first task was target aiming and second task was button pressing task. Results showed that inter-stimulus interval influences on PRP, but numbers of alternatives of secondary task does not influence on PRP.
