        IP PBX를 이용한 소형 CRM 설계 및 구현

        오늘날 많은 기업을 중심으로 영업기회 확보와 영업 파이프라인 개선, 고객 만족도 증대라는 결과를 얻기 위한 수단으로 CRM을 사용하고 있다. 이와 같은 CRM은 고객의 행동 양식을 이해하여 기업경영의 질을 높이고, 조직의 업무절차 및 기술의 변화 과정을 마케팅, 판매, 고객 서비스 등에 활용하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 중소기업에서 CRM 도입을 경제적 부담 없이 도입할 수 있도록 IP PBX를 이용한 소형 CRM을 설계 구현하여 성능을 측정한 결과 50인 이하의 사용자를 서비스할 수 있는 IP PBX와 연동하는 소형고객관리 시스템(SOHO CRM)으로 성능을 입증하였다. Today, many companies are using CRM as a means to secure sales opportunities, improve sales pipelines, and increase customer satisfaction. CRM like this improves the quality of corporate management by understanding customer behavior patterns and utilizes the process of change in the organization's work procedures and technology for marketing, sales, and customer service. In this study, we designed and implemented a small CRM using IP PBX to enable small and medium-sized businesses to introduce CRM without economic burden and measured its performance. As a result, we found a small customer management system (SOHO CRM) has proven its performance.

        정신요양시설 거주인의 건강 실태 및 정책 대안

        Purpose : The purpose of this study is to directly understand the health condition of residents of mental health sanatoriums nationwide, which has been difficult to ascertain in surveys conducted to date. The study presents specific measures for improving the health of these residents. Methods : A "physical examination questionnaire for residents of mental health sanatoriums" was developed to check the basic physical condition of residents, and 20 out of 59 mental health sanatoriums nationwide were randomly selected. Medical personnel visited the sanatoriums, interviewing and examining the residents in person. A total of 396 health surveys were completed. Results : Many of the residents were underweight but had abdominal obesity. It was confirmed that chronic diseases among the residents were not diagnosed early or were not properly managed. Among the subjective symptoms complained of by the residents, musculoskeletal symptoms were the most common. Oral examinations revealed a serious level of oral health problems among the residents, including dental caries and missing teeth. Basic physical examinations found health problems that required additional examination or medical treatment. Blood pressure abnormalities made up the highest percentage of the health problems. Conclusion : Regular health surveys are needed to determine the health condition of residents of mental health sanatoriums. Access to and quality of primary medical services within the sanatoriums need to be dramatically improved. A delivery system for severe diseases and emergency medical care in the sanatoriums should also be specifically presented. The residents should be notified upon admission and during their stay that they have the right to the enjoyment of the highest attainable standard of mental and physical health. The issue of health rights should be addressed within a larger framework of reorganizing management plans for people in the community ― not only residents ― with chronic mental illness.

        A novel programming architecture for antifuse FPGA(Field Programmable Gate Array) is described. This architecture prevents programming transistors from breakdown which occurs due to high voltage across the transistors during antifuse programming. Extra mask and processes can be avoided using this proposed architecture. To reduce the applied voltage across the terminals of programming transistors, different voltage ranges are supplied to vertical and horizontal tracks; between programming voltage Vp and Vp/2 for vertical tracks and between Vp/2 and 0V for horizontal tracks. Therefore, Maximum voltage across the programming transistors is half of the programming voltage and an designated antifuse can be programmed by applying maximum voltage for vertical track and minimum voltage for horizontal track while others are subjected to voltage difference below Vp/2.

      • 안전한 웹 서비스를 위한 SSL/TLS 프로토콜 취약성 분석

        SSL은 인터넷의 표준 프로토콜인 TCP/IP 트래픽의 암호화를 위해, 기밀성과 인증, 그리고 데이터 무결성을 제공하는 프로토콜이다. 또한 SSL은 인터넷 클라이언트/서버 통신 보안을 위해, 여러 어플리케이션 계층에 적용할 수 있는 연결 중심형 메커니즘을 제공하기 위한 것을 목적으로 한다. 넷스케이프사에 의해 개발된 SSL은 현재 모든 클라이언트의 브라우저와 보안을 제공하는 서버에 의해 지원된다. 현재 SSL의 버전은 3.0이며, 1999년 1월 IETF의 TLS 작업 그룹이 TLS v1.0 명세서를 발표하였다. SSL은 여러 버전을 거치면서, 많은 취약성을 드러내었다. SSL과 TLS는 핸드쉐이크 프로토콜을 이용하여 암호학적 파라미터들을 교환하여 비밀키를 생성하는데, 이 과정에서 많은 공격이 취해질 수 있으며, 또한 레코드 프로토콜에서도 공격이 일어날 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 SSL 프로토콜을 분석하고, TLS와의 차이점을 비교하였으며, 현재 알려진 공격들을 자세히 분석하여, 개발자들이 구현 시 주의해야 할 것들을 제시하였다. The Secure Sockets Layer is a protocol for encryption TCP/IP traffic that provides confidentiality, authentication and data integrity. Also the SSL is intended to provide the widely applicable connection-oriented mechanism which is applicable for various application-layer, for Internet client/server communication security. SSL, designed by Netscape is supported by all clients' browsers and server supporting security services. Now the version of SSL is 3.0. The first official TLS vl.0 specification was released by IETF Transport Layer Security working group in January 1999. As the version of SSL has had upgraded, a lot of vulnerabilities were revealed. SSL and TLS generate the private key with parameters exchange method in handshake protocol, a lot of attacks may be caused on this exchange mechanism, also the same thing may be come about in record protocol. In this paper, we analyze SSL protocol, compare the difference between TLS and SSL protocol, and suggest what developers should pay attention to implementation.

      • 장애인 가구의 주택소유 현황과 주택 정책·서비스

        This study compared homeownership of households with a disabled member to that of households without a disabled member between the Republic of Korea and the United States, after adjusting for demographic factors such as mean age and race/ethnicity of a household. Also, the study compared homeownership of different sub-groups within a larger disability group by types, number, and onsets of conditions/impairments. Secondary analyses of data were performed utilizing the 2000 National Disability Survey for Korea and the 1996 Survey of Income and Program Participation (conducted in 1999) for the U.S. The intent was to provide a clear understanding of the status of homeownership on an international level. The findings indicated that, compared to non-disability households, disability households in the U.S. were more likely to rent housing for cash, while disability households in Korea were less likely to rent it for cash or more likely to occupy it free of charge, than own it, after adjusting for demographic factors of a household. Besides differences between Korea and the U.S. in homeownership of people with disabilities, there were similarities between the two countries in this study. Compared to households that had a member with physical impairment, households that had a member with auditory/lingual impairment were less likely to occupy housing free of charge than own it, after adjusting for number and onsets of conditions/impairments. The estimated odds of renting housing for cash rather than owning housing decreased with onsets of conditions/impairments getting late, after adjusting for types and number of conditions/impairments. Finally, the present study concluded with a discussion of housing policies and services for people with disabilities. 본 연구는 한국과 미국의 장애인 가구의 주택소유 상태와 비장애인 가구의 주택소유 상태를 비교하였다. 또한, 장애인들 내에서 장애의 종류·수·발생시기에 의하여 서로 다른 소집단들의 주택소유 상태를 비교하였다. 본 연구는 한국의 '2000년도 장애인실태조사’와 미국에서 1999년에 실시된 '1996 소득 및 프로그램참여 조사(Survey of Income and Program Participation, SIPP)'를 이용하여 자료의 이차분석을 수행하였다. 그 목적은 국제 수준에서 주택소유 실태에 관한 이해를 제공하는 것이었다. 연구 결과, 장애인 가구의 주택소유 상태에 있어서 한국과 미국 사이에는 차이점 이외에도 유사점이 있었다. 끝으로, 장애인을 위한 주택 정책과 서비스 방안을 모색하였다.

        Kaempferol Induces Cell Cycle Arrest in HT-29 Human Colon Cancer Cells

        Background: A greater intake of vegetables and fruits has been linked to a reduced incidence of colon cancer. Flavonoids are polyphenolic compounds which are broadly distributed in fruits and vegetables and display a remarkable spectrum of physiological activities, including anti-carcinogenic effects. The objective of this study was to determine the mechanisms by which kaempferol, a flavonol present in tea, apples, strawberries, and beans, inhibits the growth of HT-29 human colon cancer cells.Methods: To examine the effects of kaempferol on cell cycle progression in HT-29 cells, cells were treated with various concentrations (0-60 Ռmol/L) of kaempferol. Cell proliferation and DNA synthesis were evaluated by MTT assay and [3H]thymidine incorporation assay, respectively. Fluorescence-activated cell sorting analyses were conducted to calculate cell cycle phase distribution. Western blot analyses and in vitro kinase assays were used to estimate the expression of proteins involved in the regulation of cell cycle progression and the activity of cyclin-dependent kinase (CDK)s, respectively.Results: Kaempferol decreased viable cell numbers and [3H]thymidine incorporation into DNA of HT-29 cells in a dose-dependent manner. Kaempferol induced G1 cell cycle arrest within 6 h and G2/M arrest at 12 h. Kaempferol inhibited the activity of CDK2 and CDK4 as well as the protein expression of CDK2, CDK4, cyclins D1, cyclin E, and cyclin A, and suppressed the phosphorylation of retinoblastoma protein. Additionally, kaempferol decreased the levels of Cdc25C, Cdc2, and cyclin B1 proteins, as well as the activity of Cdc2.Conclusions: The present results indicate that kaempferol induces G1 and G2/M cell cycle arrest by inhibiting the activity of CDK2, CDK4, and Cdc2. The induction of cell cycle arrest may be one of the mechanisms by which kaempferol exerts anti-carcinogenic effects in colon cancer cells.

        4차 산업혁명 기반 핵심기술에 대한 기술성숙도와 산업과 연계 타당성 연구

        The core technology development of the Fourth Industrial Revolution is linked to the development of other core technologies, which will change the industrial structure in the future and create a new smart business model. In this paper, tried to analyze the technology maturity level and analyze the technology maturity. To do this, used technology trend information to investigate and integrate the market, policy, etc. Of core technology of the 4th Industrial Revolution to achieve a comprehensive maturity level. Because technology maturity measures are scored by technology developers, prejudices may be acted upon according to a person's tendency, which may be a subjective evaluation. It is also a measure of the maturity of individual technologies, and thus is not suitable for evaluating the overall system integration perspective. However, it is possible to evaluate the maturity before integrating the core element technologies constituting the whole system and to use it as a means to compare the effect of the whole system and its feasibility and play an important role in the planning of technology development. 4차 산업혁명의 핵심기술 발전은 다른 핵심기술의 발전과 연계되며, 이를 통하여 미래에 산업구조를 변화시키고 새로운 스마트 비즈니스 모델을 창출할 것으로 예측된다. 이에 본 논문에서는 기술 성숙도 분석을 통하여 기술 성숙도 수준을 진단할 수 있는 방안과, 기술 개발에 도움이 될 수 있는 연구를 수행하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 기술 동향 정보를 이용하여 4차 산업혁명 핵심기술의 시장, 정책 등을 조사하고 종합하여 종합적인 성숙도 수준을 수행하였다. 기술 성숙도 측정값은 기술 개발자에 의해 배점되므로, 사람의 성향에 따라 편견이 작용되어 주관적인 평가가 될 수 도 있다. 또한 개별 기술의 성숙도에 대한 측정이므로, 전체 시스템 통합 관점의 평가에는 적합하지 않다. 하지만 전체 시스템을 구성하는 핵심 요소 기술들을 시스템에 연계하기에 앞서 성숙도를 평가하여 전체 시스템의 효과와 구현 가능성을 비교할 수 있는 수단으로 활용할 수 있으며, 기술 개발의 계획에 중요한 역할을 수행할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
