        Propanidid-Succinylcholine 마취유도시의 혈청 Potassium 치의 변동

        Three groups of healthy adults were premedicated with diaxepam or secobarbital and anesthetized with propanidid or thiopental. The concentration of serum potassium wes measured before induction and after succinylchaline iodide administration. The increases of potassium in diazepam-thiopental, diaxepam-propanidid and secobarbital propanidid groups were 0. 14, 0. 06, and 0. llmEq/L (3. 29, l. 38 and 2. 58%) respectively. Serum potassium changes were least in diazepam-propanidid group, but there were no significant differences among the 3 groups. The choice of induction agent is of importance for the changes in serum potassium which follow the subsequent injection of succinylcholine iodide. For instance, intravenous induction by barbiturate is followed by a lesser increase in serum potassium after succinylcholine injection than induction by halothane. As barbiturates are so commonly used as intravenous induction agents, we chose thiopental and succinylcholine iodide as standard with which to compare the other induction agents, propanidid and succinylcholine iodode. And also, we wanted compare two premedicants, secobarbital and diaepam. The results were as followes: (1) The thiopental-succinylcholine iodide group and the propaaidid-succinylcholine iodide group revealed no significant differences in serum potassium level. (2) There was a lesser increase in serum potoassium level after premedication with diazepam than premedicstion with secobarbital in the propanidid-succinylcholine iodide group. (3) nduction by propanidid succinylcholine iodide and premedication by diazepam are recom- mendable for least increasing the serum potassium level.

        Cytocompatibility of silkworm cocoon layer extracts

        Recently silk polymer produced by Bombyx mori silkworm has been considered as biological macromolecules. Silk polymer was extracted in PBS solution at 37oC for 72 h or 72oC for 24 h. The effect of EtOH treatment on the cocoon extraction was also examined. The extraction yield of cocoon was less than 1 wt% regardless of extraction conditions. UV spectroscopy showed that the experimental extracts have absorption bands at 280 nm. There is no cytotoxicity effect on the mouse fibroblast L929 cell. The phenotype of L929 cell was not changed under the experimental conditions. The proliferation behavior of L929 cell was not affected by the addition of cocoon extract. Therefore, cocoon extract might be cytocompatible and can be used as promising biomaterials.

        The right atrium is known to play a role in blood volume homeostasis, secreating a peptido that induces a potent natriuresis and diuresis. This peptide is atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP)and its primary site of storage is within the granules found in cardiocytes of right atrium. To investigate the release of atria-specific granules after atrial distension, an electron microscopic study was done on the rat cardiocytes. Sprague-Dawley rats weighing 250-300g were anesthetized with nembutal. In order to induce atrial distension, 5% dextrose solution was injected by one fourh of body fluid via femoral vein. Atria-Specific granules were found in the sarcoplasm at the nuclear poles of right atrial cardiocytes. The granules which possess a homogenous, electron dense core, are surrounded by a limiting membrane, and measure 200-500 ㎚ in diameter. However, the granules located close to the Golgi apparatus, were often noted close to the sarcolemma. The atrial distension caused significant increase in the number and density of atria-Specific granules of rat cardiocytes. These results indicate that atrial distension may accelerate synthesis and release of the atria-Specific granules.

        퇴계 이황의 <무이도가(武夷櫂歌)> 수용의식과 <구곡시(九曲詩)> 창작의 의미

Toegye Lee hwang was Sarim in 16c, created <Gugok Poetry> with accommodate autonomously Zhuzi’s <Mu-yi-do-ga>. It has important meaning about accommodating <Mu-yi-do-ga> and creation of <Gugok Poetry> by Sarim in the Joseon Dynasty period, after Toegye’s <Gugok Poetry>. In accommodating <Mu-yi-do-ga>, Toegye not only approve Zhuzi’s original intention is Seokyung Poetry, but also acknowledge to Poetry reader should take other meaning. In this point, Toegye understood Zhuzi’s <Mu-yi-do-ga> according to Neo-Confucianism Suyangron, after then created <Gugok Poetry>. The structure of Zhuzi’s <Mu-yi-do-ga> has closed structure what is from reality to transcendence, and comeback to reality. Toegye’s <Gugok Poetry> also has equivalent structure. However he emphasized constant study about truth by suggested another world again in the last part of the Poetry. Therefor, the structure of Toegye <Gugok Poetry> is basically involve the structure of circulration of <Mu-yi-do-ga>.         영남지역 구곡원림의 유형에 따른 시적 형상화 양상과 그 지역문화적 특징

        It is true that the Gugok culture of the Joseon Dynasty has been influenced greatly by Zhuxi's Wuyi-Gugok(武夷九曲) and Wuyi-Doga(武夷棹歌), however, it was created in the geographical environment and human background of the Korean Peninsula. It is possible to distinguish between the Yeongnam area and the Kiho area by dividing the Joseon Gugok culture locally. Gonggok culture in each region has a regional specificity because it was created based on the natural environment and human environment of the region. Therefore, by taking a look at Gugok culture as a local culture, we can clearly see the indigenous character and uniqueness of our Gugok culture which is different from China. For this reason, this study discussed Gugok culture as a local culture through Gugok-Wonlim and Gugok-Siga in Yeongnam region. First, Gugok-Wonlim scattered in Yeongnam area were classified into valley type and river type according to their geographical features. After that, this study examined how each type of Gugok-Wonlim formed a poem through poetic formations. Through these discussions, it shows that the features of the Gugok culture in Yeongnam area are: conservativeness, openness, and local affinity. It is meaningful that the study has the potential to expand not only the Yeongnam area, but also the Gugok culture in the Kiho area. 조선조 구곡문화는 크게 기호지역과 영남지역의 구곡문화로 양분된다고 할 수 있다. 본고에서는 기호와 영남이라는 지역적 차이가 각 지역의 구곡문화 향유에 있어서도 유의미한 차이를 만들어 내었을 것으로 보았다. 특히 각 지역의 문화는 지역의 특징적인 자연 환경과 인문 환경 속에서 창출되고 향유된다는 점에서 각 지역의 구곡문화는 지역적 특수성을 내포할 수밖에 없다. 그러나 지금까지 구곡문화와 관련된 연구에서는 구곡문화가 가진 보편성만을 중심으로 논의해 왔을 뿐, 이러한 지역적 특수성에 대해서는 간과해 왔던 것이 사실이다. 이에 본고에서는 조선조 영남지역의 구곡문화를 지역문화라는 관점에서 조망하고, 그 속에 내포되어 있는 지역적 특수성을 논의하였다. 영남지역에 산재해 있는 구곡원림을 그 지형적 특징에 따라 하천형 구곡원림과 계곡형 구곡원림으로 분류하고, 이러한 구곡원림들이 구곡시가에 어떠한 형상으로 나타나는지를 살피고자 하였다. 그리고 이러한 논의를 통해 도출된 결과는 영남지역 구곡문화의 지역적 특수성을 구체적으로 밝힐 수 있는 방법이 될 것으로 판단하였다. 영남지역에 산재해 있던 구곡원림들은 유구한 시간 속에서 여전히 그 흔적을 이 땅에 남기고 있다. 또한 현재 남겨진 구곡시가를 통해 당대 영남지역 구곡문화의 구체적 모습을 살펴볼 수 있다. 따라서 영남지역의 구곡원림과 구곡시가를 살피는 것은 조선과 영남이라는 시공간 속에서 구곡을 경영했던 사람들을 심도 있게 이해할 수 있는 방법이 될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

        Sterilization effect and fatty acid composition of silkworm powder (Bombyx mori L.) by heat treatment

        The effect of heat treatment on the sterilization and fatty acid compositions of silkworm powder was carried out under the guidance of Ministry of Food and Drug Safety. Food borne pathogens or microorganisms including E. coli, Salmonella spp., Listeria monocytogenes, Staphylococus aureus, Clostridium perfringens and aflatoxin, were not detected. The fatty acid composition was hardly changed after the silkworm powder was treated to a high temperature of 121oC. The low temperature sterilization of silkworm powder at 63oC decreased the concentration of E. coli while high temperature sterilization at 121oC has found no traces of microorganism.
