        거골 경부골절후의 무혈성 괴사

        Avascular necrosis was a frequent complication of the fracture of the neck of the talus, Hawkins described a subchondral radiolucency visible in the body of the talus six to eight weeks after fracture. This sign has proved to be a useful objective prognostic sign; the presence of this sign would not undergo avascular necrosis. In eleven patients, serial roentgenograms were examined for this phenomenon The results were as follows: 1. Six fractures that had the Hawkins' sign did not undergo avascular necrosis. 2. Also, we experienced two cases of partial Hawkins' sign which developed the partial avascular necrosis.

        러시아의 사회적 동반자관계에 관한 연구: 노동조합의 역할을 중심으로

        러시아가 시장경제체제를 도입하면서 구소련시대와 비교하여 볼 때 가장 현저히 상이한 부분은 무엇보다 노사관계에서 찾아볼 수 있을 것이다. 더욱이 러시아는 시장경제로의 이행 초기에 극심한 경제적 혼란을 겪으면서 노동자들의 파업 및 정부와의 대립이 매우 심각한 사회문제로 대두되었다. 이러한 극심한 노동문제를 제도적으로 해결하기 위하여 러시아 정부는 정부, 기업, 노동자 대표 등이 참여하는 사회적 협의기구로 사회적 동반자관계를 설정하게 되었다. 사회적 동반자관계의 구체적 실행방법으로 노사정위원회가 운영되는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 사회적 동반자관계의 실행기구인 노사정위원회 내에서 노동조합의 역할의 한계를 보여주기 위하여, 먼저 노사정위원회의 규정에 근거하여, 노사정위원회에서의 노동조합 역할의 한계를 제도적으로 분석할 것이다. 그리고 노사정위원회에서 정부와 사용자들에게 노동자들의 이익을 압박하는 가장 전형적인 수단이자 러시아 헌법도 보장하고 있는 파업에 있어 노동조합의 역할, 그리고 마지막으로 러시아 노동조합, 특히 러시아독립노조연맹과 러시아 정부와의 유착 관계를 분석하고자 한다. In this paper, the institutional development of ‘social partnership’ and the structure of tripartite commission in Russia are analyzed. First of all, in the tripartite commission Russian government played a dominant role in determining the policy agenda. That means it is very hard for the trade unions to share their ideas with other social partners. According to the current Russian labor law, trade union’s initiative to the strike which was permitted before, is now legally prohibited. In other words, Russian state deprived trade unions of their right to strike. Federation of Independent Trade Unions of Russia (FNPR) which is the largest trade union in Russia and also has occupied over 90% of trade unions participating in the tripartite commission has had a very close relationship with the Russian government. In conclusion, the role of trade unions in the ‘social partnership’ is still limited mainly because of the state dominance over trade unions in tripartite commission, deprival of trade unions’ right to strike, the close relationship of FNPR with Russian government, and finally the dominance of the official trade unions in tripartite commission.

        This paper presents implementation of network monitoring system for building cleaning mobile robot. The remote monitoring system provides convenient 3D graphical map construction, network camera image viewer and status information of robot. For virtual presentation of the remote situation to user, the 3D map is reconstructed from pre-existing 2D building design file with DXF format using OpenGL graphic API. Through this system, it is possible to monitor and control the remote cleaning mobile robot in real time. In order to perform fast transmission, an image viewer is formed wireless network using JPEG codec. The proposed system is expected to give efficient the way of control for building cleaning mobile robot.

        경골 골절에 있어서 역동화의 효과

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of dynamization which was done for the treatment of delayed union or persisting fracture gap after interlocking intramedullary nailing, by radiographic and physical examination. Materials and Methods: We analyzed 22 cases these were treated with dynamization from 247 cases of tibia shaft fracture treated initially with static interlocking intramedullary nailing from February l990 to May 2000 and were followed up more than lyear. The result of dynamization was classified as 3 groups and we divided each results 3 categories that is effective result, uncertain result and ineffective result. Group A is cases that achived ultimate union with shortening of fracture gap and was 10 cases. Group B is that achieved ultimate union but fracture gap did not reduced and was 10 cases. Group C is that showed ultimate non-union and was 2 cases. Results: The result is that dynamization was effective only 4 cases of group A. 6 cases of group A and 4 cases of group B showed instability(radiolucent halo around nail, hypertrophied callus and leg pain), and 6 cases of group B showed no shortening of fracture gap, thus these were classified as uncertain result. Group C(2 cases) showed non-union, classified as ineffective. Conclusion: Dynamization caused instability in most tibia fractures except simple mid-shaft fracture. So in the comminuted fractures and distal or proximal l/3 oblique fractures, other procedures such as bone graft, refixation should be considered rather than dynamization.

        소아 대퇴골 간부골절에 대한 Ender 정 고정술에 따른 과성장

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the leg length discrepancy after Ender nail fixation in children's femoral shaft fracture. Materials and Methods: We reviewed 18 femoral shaft fractures that were treated with Ender nail and studied the relationship between the initial site of fracture, type of fracture and overgrowth. The age of children in this study ranged 6 to 13 years old and the average period of follow-up was 32 months. Results: The range of leg length discrepancy was from 6 mm shortening to 16 mm lengthening and average 3.4 mm lengthening. Only one patient had shortening, nine patients had limbs of equal length(less than 2 mm) and eight patients had lengthening. The average overgrowth was 1.3 mm in proximal 1/3, 7.0 mm in middle 1/3, 3.0 mm in distal 1/3 fractures. The average overgrowth was 7.3 mm in transverse, 1.3 mm in oblique and 2.3 mm in comminuted fractures. Conclusions: We consider closed Ender nailing in children femoral shaft fractures as a good treatment modality in the matter of leg length discrepancy.

        역행적 골수정 삽입술을 이용한 대퇴골 과상부 골절의 치료

        목 적: 대퇴골 과상부 골절에 있어서 역행적 금속정 고정술로 치료한 예들의 결과를 분석하여 향후 과상부 금속정의 적절한 적응증을 구하고자 본 연구를 하였다. 대상 및 방법: 1998년에서 2001년까지 본원에서 역행적 대퇴과상부 금속정 고정술로 치료한 후 A2 6례, A3 1례, C1 3례, C2 4례였고 그 중 개방성 골절이 3례였다. 금속정은 전례에서 슬개건을 종으로 절개하고 이를 통하여 슬관절을 개방하여 삽입하였다. 결과: 과상부 골절 14례의 치료 결과는 Schatzker의 평가상 우수 5례, 양호 6례, 보통 3례였사못 삽입부 주위의 골절이 있었다. 결론: 역행적 대퇴과상부 금속정은 슬관절을 개방하여 삽입하기 때문에 슬관절에 손상을 줄 수 있으나 비교적 견고한 내고정과 출혈량과 마취시간을 줄일 수 있는 장점이 있어 대퇴과상부 골절 환자로서 개방성 골절의 경우 그리고 골다공증이 있거나 분쇄상이 심한 경우에서 유용한 방법이라 사료되었다. 색인단어:465 ※통신저자: 권 진 우 791-100, 포항시 북구 대신동 69-7 한동대 선린병원 정형외과학교실 전화e-mail: orthokwon@hanmail.net 466 y 대한골절학회지 / 제16권 제4호

      • 자극간 간격에 따른 순막반응의 고전적 조건화

        This investigation was conducted to determine the effects of CS-US interval (ISI) on the course of the aquisition of the rabbit's nictitating membrane response in classical conditioning. The interstimulus intervals of 100, 250, 450 and 800 msec. were administered, and the test results were analysed by the percentage of CRs, the onset latency and the peak latency. Thirty-two male albino rabbits were randomly assigned to one of the four groups. Acquisition training of 6 days started on the day following one day of adaptation session, and then one day of extinction session was followed. For the 6 days of acquisition training, each subject received 80 trials of which 72 trials were CS paired and 8 trials were CS-alone presentations. This 8 CS-alone trials were randomly assigned to one of each 10 trial-blocks of one day session. The percentage of CRs on the adaptation trials was less than 1% in all groups, while the percentage of CRs on the acquisition sessions was significant in between-group, between-session and interaction. But, in extinction session, there were significant results in between-group only. Specifically, during the acquisition training, the percentage of CRs of ISI 250 group (M = 8.13) was sinificantly higher than the other groups (p $lt; .05), and conversely ISI 100 group significantly lower than the other groups (p $lt; .05). But there was no difference between ISI 450 group (M = 5.95) and ISI 800 group (M = 5.12). The percentage of CRs of the extinction session, ISI 250 group was significantly (p $lt; .05) higher than the other groups, while ISI 100 group significantly (p $lt; .05) lower. Median of the onset latencies moved toward CS onset as session progressed in all groups, but that of peak latencies did not move the point in time where the US was delivered.

        활차골화점의 방사선 소견상의 형태

        Purpose: The trochlear secondary ossification center may be variable in number, shape and size, thus it can be considered as fracture. The purpose of this study is to evaluate radiographic analysis of normal trochlear secondary ossification center. Method and Material: We reviewed the 100 cases of normal elbow radiographs and classified the numbers and shapes of trochlear sencondary ossification center. Result: The number of trochlear secondary ossification center was that one was 72 cases(72%), two 19 cases(19%), three 9 cases(9%). The shape of trochlear ossification center which has only one ossification center was classified as round was I 1cases(15.3%), elliptical 24 cases(33.3%), irregular 37 cases(51.4%). Conclusion: The radiographic finding of trochlear secondary ossification center is variable in number, size and shape, thus authors concluded that fragmentation or bizzare shape of trochlea in painless elbow must be considered as secondary ossification center.
