        인공신경회로망을 이용한 탄산가스 아크 용접의 잔류응력 예측에 관한 연구

        A prediction method for determining the welding residual stress by artificial neural network is proposed. A three-dimensional transient thermomechanical analysis has been performed for the CO$_{2}$ arc welding using the finite element method. The first part of numerical analysis performs a three-dimensional transient heat transfer analysis, and the second part then uses the results of the first part and performs a three-dimensional transient thermo-elastic-plastic analysis to compute transient and residual stresses in the weld. Data from the finite element method are used to train a backpropagation neural network to predict the residual stress. Architecturally, the fully interconnected network consists of an input layer for the voltage and current, a hidden layer to accommodate the ailure mechanism mapping, and an output layer for the residual stress. The trained network is then applied to the prediction of residual stress in the four specimens. It is concluded that the accuracy of the neural network predicting method is fully comparable with the accuracy achieved by the traditional predicting method.

        1차 동저항 패턴의 통계적 분석에 의한 저항 점 용접의 용접 품질 예측에 관한 연구

        In previous studies, the dynamic resistance, which was calculated by the process variables measured at the electrode of the welding machine, and the electrode displacement were used for quality exa mination. However, in-process usage of such systems is not effective in systems that include a welding gun attached to a robot. In order to overcome such problems, we obtained and used the process variables from the welding machine timer. This would allow us to estimate real time in -process weld quality. For quality estimation, the features were extracted as factors from the primary dynamic resistance patterns, which were measured in t he welding machine timer. The relationship between the indexes and nugget size of the welds was observed through the regression analysis. Using the analyzed factors, a regression model that could estimate nugget diameter was developed. Two regression equations of the model were suggested depending on the factors, and it was showed that the model developed by stepwise method was effective one for weld quality estimation. The developed estimation model was in good linearity with the nugget diameter obtained through the experimentation.

        이용조건별 저작권 라이선스의 계약 조건 개인화 모델 제안

        다양한 형태의 저작물 창작이 증가하게 되면서 이에 따른 원저작물의 사용 및 활용에 대한 이용허락이 증가하고 있다. 라이선스 계약은 일반인이 이용하는 일반적인 계약이 아니라 특정 기술에 해당하기 때문에 라이선스를 필요로 하는 자만으로 한정되어 있어 일반적인 계약 형태로는 체결되고 있지 않다. 현재는 여러 라이선스의 모델이 존재하고 있으나, 개별 플랫폼에서 소유하고 있는 라이선스를 사용하기 위해서는 계약 조항이 일원화되어 있어, 개별 이용자에 대한 관리 및 제한을 위한 계약 기술의 한계가 있었다. 기존의 저작권 계약의 경우에는 계약서 내용의 조건들이 광범위하여 이해 당사자가 검토해야 할 특정 조건에서의 저작물 이용허락을 가능하게 하는 라이선스 계약을 위한 템플릿 계약서가 필요하다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 라이선스 이용허락 계약 검토에 대한 부담을 줄이고 이해 당사자의 특정 조건에 간편하게 이용허락을 받을 수 있는 이용조건별 라이선스 계약 모델을 제안한다. As the creation of various types of copyrighted works increases, the license for the use and utilization of original works is increasing accordingly. Since the license contract is not a general contract used by the general public, but applies to specific technologies, it is limited to only those who need a license, so contracts are not generally concluded. Currently, there are several license models, but in order to use licenses owned by individual platforms, contract provisions are unified, and there are limitations in contract technology for managing and restricting users. In the case of existing copyright contracts, the terms of the contents of the contract are extensive, so it is necessary to develop a license contract template that enables the use of copyrighted works under specific conditions to be reviewed by interested parties. Therefore, this paper suggests a license contract model for each condition of use that can reduce the burden of reviewing the license contract and easily obtain license under specific conditions.

        Reliable, Accurate Determination of the Leukocyte Differential of Leukopenic Samples by Using Hematoflow Method

        Background: Hematology analyzers may ineffectively recognize abnormal cells, and manual differential counts may be imprecise for leukopenic samples. We evaluated the efficacy of the Hematoflow method for determining the leukocyte differential in leukopenic samples and compared this method with the manual differential method. Methods: We selected 249 blood samples from 167 patients with leukopenia (WBC counts, 500–2,000/μL) for analysis in this study. The EDTA-anticoagulated blood samples were analyzed using an automatic blood cell counter (DxH800; Beckman Coulter, USA) and flow cytometry (FC 500; Beckman Coulter) by using Cytodiff reagent and analysis software (Beckman Coulter). Hematoflow results were selected or calculated from DxH800 and Cytodiff results. Two trained pathologists performed a manual differential count by counting 50–100 cells. Results: The precision of the Hematoflow method was superior to that of the manual method in counting 5 leukocyte subpopulations, immature granulocytes (IGs), and blasts. Blasts were detected in all 45 cases (100%) by Hematoflow. The correlation of the Cytodiff blast count to the reference count was high (r = 0.8325). For all other cell populations, the correlation of the Hematoflow results with the reference count was stronger than that of the other manual counts with the reference count. Conclusions: The Hematoflow differential counting method is more reproducible and sensitive than manual counting, and is relatively easy to perform. In particular, this method detected leukemic blasts more sensitively than manual differential counts. The Hematoflow method is a very useful supplement to automated cell counting.         저작권자 간 저작권 이용허락 편의성을 위한 계약 자동승인 플랫폼 모델

        개인 저작권자의 창작활동 과정에서 타인의 저작물을 활용하는 비중이 커지고 있으나 이용자, 특히 소규모저작권자가 저작물 활용목적에 맞는 이용허락 계약 절차 등의 법적 절차를 밟는 것에 대한 부담으로 인해 적절한 계약을 맺지 못한 채 타인의 저작물을 사용하는 경우가 발생하고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해저작권자 및 이용자의 조건과 권리를 한정하여 계약에 대한 부담을 줄이고 계약 시 저작권자와 이용자가 원하는 조건에서 요청을 승인하고 자동화할 수 있는 플랫폼 모델이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 저작권자가 사전에 정의한 제한된 목적에 대해 해당 저작물에 대한 이용허락 계약 요청을자동으로 승인할 수 있는 플랫폼 모델을 제안한다. 이를 통해 저작권자 이용자 간의 직접계약을 지원하고 간편한 이용허락 계약 체결로 저작물 재사용성을 높여 콘텐츠 시장 활성화에 이바지할 것으로 기대한다. Although the proportion of using other people's works in the creative activities of individual creators is increasing, users are feeling the burden of going through legal procedures such as licensing agreement procedures suitable for the purpose of using the works. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a platform that can reduce the burden of contracts by limiting the conditions and rights of creators and users, and approve and automate requests under conditions desired by creators and users during contracts. In this study, we propose a platform model that can automatically approve a license agreement request for a copyrighted work for a limited purpose defined in advance by the copyright owner. Through this, it is expected to contribute to vitalizing the content market by supporting direct contracts between creators and users and by increasing re-usability of copyrighted works through simple licensing agreements.
