적외선 분광광도계에 의한 혈중 Halothane의 측정법에 관한 연구

수술 환자의 혈중 halothane의 농도를 간단, 신속히 얻을 수 있는 방법으로서 microcomputer controlled infrared spectrometer에 시료가열 기화장치를 부착하여 실험하였다. For the purpose of presenting simple and swift method for measuring halothane concentration in blood of anesthetic patients, the author conducted an experiment using personally designed sample heating and evaporating apparatus attached to microcomputer controlled infrared spectrometer which is able to be operated relatively with ease. The obtained results were as follows; 1.Specifically designed sample heating and evaporating apparatus was made to be introduced blood sample to the microcomputer controlled infrared spectrometer with controlling temperature for absolute evaporation and dehumidification. 2.The optimal heating temperature forhalothane was 54℃. The sensitivity and reliability of this apparatus were much high as measurement error 3.6%, mean deviation of repeatability 4.0%, standard deviation of repeatability 4.6% and mean recovery rate 96.0%. 3.Decreased rate of halothane concentration in blood by the duration after operation compared to the value at the time just after operation was 45.2% at 30 minutes, 68% at 1 hour, 83.1% at 2 hours and 92.1% at 4 hours. The halothane concentration in blood was showed increasing tendency with the anesthetic time after 1 hour from the end of operation. 4.The duration from anesthesia with halothane to awake state was showed prolonging tendency with the anesthetized time. The range of halothane concentration in blood at awake state was 8.3~15.4 ppm.

개심술시 체외순환의 항응고제인 heparin의 중화를 위해 protamine을 투여할 때 그 주입 속도와 양에 따라서, 그리고 심폐순환시간의 장단에 따라서 평균 동맥압, 심박동 수 및 중심 정맥압과 동맥혈 가스분압치의 변화를 비교 분석하고자 한다. The effects of protamine sulfate on cardiovascular variables were studied when it was administered after cardiopulmonary bypass. This study was performed to quantitate these effects in 30 patients who had undergone cardiopulmonary bypass for cardiac operation. The results were as follows; 1) There were no special changes in cardiovascular variables and arterial oxygen tension when the less than 0.3 mg/kg/min rate of protameine was injected but there was a significant decrease in mean arterial pressure in 5 minutes during the protamine infusion when the more than 0.3 mg/kg/min rate of protamine was injected 2) There were no circulatory changes in the less than one hour CPB time group but the arterial oxygen tension increased signifiantly in 5 minutes and 10 minutes during the protamine infusion and after the protamine infusion. 3) In the more than one hour CPB time group, the mean arterial pressure decreased significantly in 10 minutes during the protamine infusion and after the protamine infusion.
술폰화 폴리스티렌-디비닐벤젠 혼성중합막을 이용한 유기산의 이동 특성에 관한 연구

Abstract Initial fluxes of organic acids through a sulfonated polystyrene-divinylbenzene copolymer membrane (K-102, Asahi Kasei) were investigated by varying pH and initial concentration. In case of carboxylic acid such as formic acid and acetic acid, fluxes were higher when pH was lower than pKa and in case of amino acid such as L-alanine, flux was minimum when pH was isoelectic value. Initial fluxes have been found to vary in the range of 10-8-10-6mol/cm2 ㆍ s, depending on the kind of the acids, pH and initial concentrations. The relation between initial fluxes and initial concentrations has been expressed by Michaelis-Menten equation. For L-alanine when pH is 4.5, saturation constant, Km is 1.32 mol/L and maximum initial flux, Vmax is 2.31 mol/cm2 ㆍs

This paper propose a local compaction algorithm, which reduces the execution time of microprogram. The algorithm produces effectively microinstructions(MI's) to search paralellism of microoperations(MOP's) using matrix to be represented the data dependent relation between MOP's. The proposed algorithm has a less execution time than that of conventional algorithms because of being executed in descending order of weight for MOP's.

In this paper, a loop compaction algorithm which reduces execution time for microcode is proposed. The algorithm unrolls the loop to form two loop bodies, compacts them globally with HWFC(High Weight First Compaction), and rerolls it into a new loop. Also, Loop Operation(LO) is defined to compact globally loop and MOP'S(Micro operations) which are beyond loop. By this algorithm, the efficiency of compaction for microcode is improved.
