6·25전쟁 정전협정 상의 한강 하구 공동수역설정 의미의 재조명

The Armistice Agreement established Demilitarized Zone for cessation ofhostilities in Korea and the paragraph (5) of the agreement put Han River Estuaryunder joint use and allowed right of innocent passage to private vessels carryingresidents near the river. However, there were hardly any private vessels sailing at Han River Estuarydespite the signed agreement and military confrontations ensued in DemilitiarizedZone, Sea Demarcation Line and so forth. As the South attempted to occupyHan River Estuaries during the Korean war, it strongly objected to its joint useuntil Roh government changed its stance and promoted joint development ofthe area for easing inter-Korean tensions and reviving economic cooperation. TheNorth also agreed to the establishment at Inter-Korean Economic CooperationCommittee meetings and South-North Korea Summit in 2007. Although both sides came to an agreement, schemes to develop Han RiverEstuary are progressing slowly due to its relationship with Peace and EconomicCooperation Zone in the West Sea. As reflected in recent disputes over NorthLimit Line (NLL), public opinion in South Korea is against the establishmentof the zone based on NLL. An armistice does not guarantee peace and Han River Estuary is in close proximityto Seoul. As such, two Koreas can undertake the joint development aboveestablishing peace zones in the West Sea and Demilitarized Zone only when theycan build mutual trust that military confrontations will be avoided in all circumstances.

본고는 원불교 사상에 입각하여 갈등의 원인을 분석진단하고 갈등치유의 원리를 규명하며 갈등치유의 교육적 사례를 연구하여 밝히는 데 목적이 있다. 갈등은 ①하고자 하는 마음, ②시비이해의 충돌, ③강․약의 대립이 원인이 되어 발생한다. 또한 갈등의 원인을 이해함으로써 갈등을 해소하고 치유할 수 있게 되며 각 원인에 상응하는 치유방법을 다음과 같이 제시할 수 있다. 첫째, 욕심을 다스리는 수양력이다. 염불, 좌선과 경계를 대할 때 마음을 멈추는 공부는 갈등 대처에 도움을 준다. 둘째, 모두가 고귀한 존재라는 자세로 시비이해를 분석하는 연구력이다. 상대방을 존중하는 자세로 시비이해를 바르게 보면 올바른 선택이 가능해져 갈등치유로 나아갈 수 있다. 셋째, 강자와 약자가 함께 향상의 길로 나아가야 한다. 강자가 약자를 억압하거나 약자가 강자에 대항만 한다면 약육강식의 사회적 갈등이 야기된다. 이를 극복하려면 약자가 보호받는 사회 시스템을 만들어 갈 때 강․약의 대립을 해소할 수 있다.

6.25전쟁 국군포로의 시베리아 강제노동수용소 이송설 연구

This paper is working for the unreturned ROK POWs during the Korean war. North Korean Peoples Army announced officially they captured about 110,000 UN prisoners including south Korean soldiers in June 1951. But only 13,000 POWs were repatriated after the Armistice agreement. Most of south Korean POWs were forcedly enlisted as PA and incorporated into residents in north Korea. Until recently there are 79 ex-POWs escaped from north Korea. Some of the unaccounted POWs and MIAs were known to be transferred to Siberia in the tracing US POWs and MIAs by Defense Prisoner of War/Missing Personnel Office, USA in 1993. Kang Sang-Ho, ex-North Korea Assistant secretary interviewing with the DPMO experts told the story thousands of ROK POWs were taken to Siberia during the Korean war. This transfer was mainly politically motivated with the intent of holding them as labors. Some Germany soldiers released in April 1954, had witnessed south Korean POWs in the Magadan camps, too. They are different from Koreans living in Soviet before the world war II. It is urgent to solve this issue as one of liquidation of remnants of the Cold War. But it’s very difficult to find historical evidences about the vestige of Korean POWs in Soviet labor camps 60 years after the war broke out. Russian Archives of the department of interior or KGB don’t release secret documents relating to this allegation. Witnesses and survivors of Siberia Gulag internees dispersed throughout Russia after the early 1990s left with little. 국군포로의 탈북이 이어지고 있는 가운데, 2007년 4월 중순 『한국일보』는 미·러 합동포로실종자위원회(USRJC)에서 6.25전쟁 시기의 미군포로와 실종자를 추적하면서 확보한 강상호 전 북한 내무성 차관 증언, 미군 첩보 보고서 등을 인용하여 “전쟁중 국군포로 수천 명이 소련으로 끌려갔다”면서, 이 문제를 본격적으로 제기했다. 그러나 이와 관련된 자료는 단편적인 것에 지나지 않는데, 러시아 정부에서는 이를 부인하고 있어 그 실상을 파악하기 어려운 실정이다. 본고에서는 국군포로의 소련이송설에 대해 미 국방부 포로실종국(DPMO) 연구 성과·현지조사·증언 등을 통해 그 실체를 규명하려 했다. 1954년 1월 마가단 강제노동수용소에서 독일군 포로가 한국군포로를 목격했다는 진술, 함경북도 양정국 박모 씨의 시베리아 수용소의 국군포로 용으로 쌀과 강냉이를 이송했다는 증언, 러시아 국방부문서상의 국군포로 규모 확인, 소련 군정시기 북한지역 반공주의자들을 시베리아 수용소로 보냈던 역사적 경험 등을 비추어 보면, 국군포로의 이송 가능성은 여전히 남아 있는 것으로 보인다.

FIXED AND PERIODIC POINT THEOREMS IN QUASI-METRIC SPACES

In this paper, we introduce the concept of generalized weak q-contractivity for multivalued maps defined on quasi-metric spaces. A new fixed point theorem for these maps is established. The convergene of iterate schem of the form x_(n+1) ∈ Fx_n is investigated. And a new periodic point theorem for weakly q-contractive self maps of quasi-metric spaces is proved.

Deleuzian cinematology can be defined as a symptomatological history of universal movement and time encompassing both material and spiritual fields of image, demonstrating the process of emergence, formation, transformation, fusion, differentiation, and extinction of all kinds of image-beings. This paper describes the entire process from emergence, through other various operations, to extinction of image, mainly with focus on the Deleuzian and Bergsonian theory of image. Moreover, it compares their image-related ontology with the phenomenological perspectives, and exemplifies the ways and procedures of effacing the images which Samuel Beckett did in his film.
