Purpose of the War history's study is getting instruction by analyzing victory and defeat factor. This study is studied by qualitative form in war study mainly. In case recording literature is full, victory and defeat factor analysis is easy, but occasionally definite analysis that recording literature is feeble is difficult. Also, when it is battle result that escape common sense, about victory and defeat factor, various estimations are brought. As such example, there is Myeong-Ryang sea-battle at Japanese Invasion of Korea in 1592 and Korea(Cho-Sun) naval forces did big victory in 13 vs. 133 numerical inferiorities. This study presented method of study that using agent based simulation model for quantitative analysis of these victory and defeat factor.

Pituitary Macroincidentaloma - 증례보고 -

With improvements in diagnostic imaging techniques for the brain, pituitary tumors without neurological signs or symptoms have occasionally been found. To evaluate therapeutic strategy for incidentally found pituitary tumors ("pituitary incidentaloma"), we analyzed the result of magnetic resonance imaging findings and of ophthalmological and endocrinological studies in 3 cases with follow up. Incidentally found functioning tumors were excluded. All of 3 cases is greater than 10mm in tumor size("pituitary macroincidentaloma"). The follow-up period was 49 months, 16 months and 6 months(mean, 25.3 months) in each case. There was no evidence of tumor enlargement, endocrinological problems and visual field defect during follow-up period. Patients with pituitary incidentalomas usually follow a benign course and neurosurgical intervention is not initially required in the management even those greater than 10mm in diameter. Observation over time may be good approach to the patient with a pituitary macroincidentaloma to avoid the unnecessary risk for surgery in a patients with a stable mass.
위 선암종에서의 E-cadherin, $\beta$-catenin 및 c-Met 단백 발현에 대한 연구

Purpose: E-cadherin is an adhesion molecule essential for tight connection between cells, forming the cadherin/catenin complex. Truncated $\beta$-catenin disrupts the interaction between E-cadherin and $\alpha$-catenin, leading to the loss of intercellular adhesion. Met protein, the hepatocyte growth factor receptor, plays important roles in signal transduction. We investigated the relationships between the expressions of E-cadherin, $\beta$-catenin, and c-met protein and the clinicopathological and prognostic parameters in gastric adenocarcinomas. Materials and Methods: The patterns of E-cadherin, $\beta$-catenin, and c-met protein expression were studied using immunohistochemistry in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded archival tissues from 76 surgically resected gastric adenocarcinomas. Results: Increased expressions of E-cadherin, $\beta$-catenin, and c-met were more significantly correlated in early gastric cancers (EGC) than in advanced gastric cancers (AGC) (P=0.002, P=0.003 and P=0.026). The positive immunoreactivities of all three markers were markedly lower in signet ring-cell type and poorly differentiated type lesions than in intestinal-type lesions. Decreased expression of the $\beta$-catenin protein correlated well with increased tumor invasion depth (P=0.039), and increased lymph node metastasis correlated well with reduced expression of c-met (P=0.046). Conclusion: In gastric cancers, reduced expressions of the E-cadherin, $\beta$-catenin, and c-met proteins may play some role in poorer tumor differentiation, deeper tumor invasion, and increased lymph node metastasis. Also, the c-met gene is thought to play a specific role in the mechanism of the yet unknown catenin action.

본 논문에서는 셀룰라 오토마타를 이용하여 테스트되는 회로에 상관없이 마지막 테스트 압축치가 일정하게 되도록 조직함으로써 오류를 진단한다. 이 방법은 셀룰라 오토마타를 이용한 테스트 절차를 간결하고 명확하게 한다. 그리고 셀룰라 오토마타의 상태전이 행렬의 역행렬을 사용하여 오류가 있는 입력수열의 오류를 탐지한다. In this paper, we diagnose the fault in the CA analyzer by setting up the initial value such that the final test signature is a constant regardless of the circuit being tested. This method makes the CA test procedure short and clear. In addition, we detect the fault of the faulty input sequence by using the inverse matrix of the CA state transition matrix.
프랙탈 차원과 에이전트 기반 시뮬레이션을 이용한 지형이 전투효과에 미치는 영향 연구

과거에는 평지에서의 전투가 대부분이었고 단순한 병력 크기가 전투 승패에 큰 영향을 주었다. 1차대전 이후 숲, 도심, 정글 등과 같은 다양한 지형에서 전투를 치루기 때문에 지상전에서 지형요소는 무기체계와 함께 전투에 큰 영향을 미친다. 지금까지 전투에서 지형의 영향은 정성적으로만 설명되었으며 워게임, 교전시뮬레이션에서는 전투요소들의 능력치들을 낮추는 방법을 적용하였다. 본 연구에서는 프랙탈 차원을 이용하여 지형의 영향을 평가하는 방법을 제시하고자 한다. 연구 방법으로 정량적인 지형의 영향도를 구하기 위해 Box Counting Dimension 계산을 이용한 프랙탈 차원 값과 지형의 밀도를 특성 값으로 정하였다. 또한 에이전트 기반 시뮬레이션인 EINSTein 모델에서 구한 전투 결과를 바탕으로 프랙탈 차원과 밀도에 대한 상관도를 분석하였으며 과거 전투 사례 중 '스탈린그라드 전투' 결과와 비교하여 분석하였다. 본 연구는 정성적으로 설명되던 지형의 영향을 프랙탈 차원을 이용하여 정량화함으로써 새로운 전투효과도 평가방법을 제시하였다.
Robust Missile Autopilot Design using Dynamic Inversion and PI Control

This paper presents a robust nonlinear autopilot design method based on dynamic inversion and PI(Proportional-Integral) control law. The new controller structure which is different from previous work is composed of classical linear PI control law and nonlinear fast dynamic inversion. A pitch axis model of highly maneuverable missiles and a linearized model for designing Pl controller are presented. The performance of proposed method is illustrated via nonlinear simulations including aerodynamic uncertainties and actuator dynamics.
V<sub>2</sub>O<sub>5</sub> 및 TeO<sub>2</sub> 함유 유리를 이용한 염료감응형 태양전지 패널의 레이저 봉착

Effective glass frit compositions enabled to absorb laser energy, and to seal a commercial dye-sensitized solar-cell-panel substrate were developed by using $V_2O_5$-based glasses with various amounts of $TeO_2$ substitution. The latter was intended to increase the lifetime of the solar cells. Substitution of $V_2O_5$ by $TeO_2$ provided a strong network structure for the glasses via the formation of tetrahedral pyramids in the glass, and changed the various glass properties, such as glass transition temperature ($T_g$), dilatometric softening point ($T_d$), crystallization temperature, coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE), and glass flowage without any detrimental effect on the laser absorption property of the glasses. The thermal expansion mismatch (${\Delta}{\alpha}$) between the glass frit and the substrate could be controlled within less than ${\pm}5%$ by addition of 10 wt% of ${\beta}$-eucryptite. An 810 nm diode laser was used for the sealing test. The laser sealing test revealed that the VZBT20 glass frit with 10 wt% ${\beta}$-eucryptite was successfully sealed the substrates without interfacial cracks and pores. The optimum sealing conditions were provided by a beam size of 3 mm, laser power of 40 watt, scan speed of 300 mm/s, and 200 irradiation cycles.

It is not easy job to find a underwater target using sonar system in the ASW operations. Many researchers have tried to solve anti-submarine search problem aiming to maximize the probability of detection under limited searching conditions. The classical 'Search Theory' deals with search allocation problem and search path problem. In both problems, the main issue is to prioritize the searching cells in a searching area. The number of possible searching path that is combination of the consecutive searching cells increases rapidly by exponential function in the case that the number of searching cells or searchers increases. The more searching path we consider, the longer time we calculate. In this study, an effective algorithm that can maximize the probability of detection in shorter computation time is presented. We show the presented algorithm is quicker method than previous algorithms to solve search problem through the comparison of the CPU computation time.
