In this study, performance based seismic design was performed on the shear wall structural system and the beam-column system as a variable general rebar and seismic rebar, and comparing the capacity of the two models of each system. From nonlinear analyses, the capacity of the shear wall structural system applying seismic rebar has shown a stable behavior after the maximum strength, but there is little difference. Furthermore, both models showed similar capacity between story drift and story shear force and capacity of members. These results are attributed to the fact that the seismic rebar, which is highly ductile under the seismic load applied to the target structure, does not render sufficient capacity.
자기-대화의 유형이 과제수행 및 수행 후 정서에 미치는 효과

The current study was examined effects of the type of self-talk on task performance, task-post emotion, and perceived stress. Participants were 100 undergraduates in Busan. Participants were randomly assigned one of four experimental groups that were combined person condition (first-person versus non-first-person) and content condition (self-reinforcement versus self-criticism) to measure in their responses pre and post-intervention. For the analysis, we performed two-ways analysis of variance using the difference value of dependent variables between pre and post-intervention. As a results of the analysis, we found that content condition of self-talk significantly influenced task performance, task-related confidence, emotion, perceived stress. That is, self-reinforcement self-talk group showed better performance, higher task-related confidence, more positive emotion, lower negative emotion and less perceived stress than self-criticism self-talk group. Contents of self-talk interacted with person of self-talk to predict perceived stress, indicating that only non-first person/self-reinforcement self-talk group reduced perceived stress.
