The flavor constituents of Korean Milgam were extracted with a nitrogen gas stream under partial vacuum and identified by gas liquid chromatography. By employing the extraction coefficient, it was possible to determine the concentration of components in Milgam as well as in the extracts. Among 53 GLC peaks, 26 components were identified. Ethanol was the most abundant component (140ppm), followed by limonene (120ppm). These two were the most important flavor constituents.

Wheat coleoptile sections were treated with either 1.5×10^(-5) M ABA or 5×10^(-5) M IAA in vitro, the results may be summarized as follows, 1. The treatmert of IAA decreased the level of high molecular weight RNA F2 and F3 but that with ABA increased the F4 level. 2. IAA caused an increased activity of G2 isozyme, while ABA suppressed the activity of G3 isozyme. 3. The results may suggest that there may exist common effects of IAA and ABA on RNA and RNase. 4. The latent RNase activity caused by SH blocking reagent (p-hydroxymercury benzoate, Pb et al) was not observed.

층내의 클러스터 헤드 노드 부재를 개선한 DHL-LEACH

This paper proposes an algorithm that improves the problems of the DL-LEACH protocol, which is an improvement of the LEACH protocol, a representative protocol of wireless sensor networks. The DL-LEACH can generate a absence of the cluster head at any layer in any round due to the limitations of the stochastic threshold equation used when electing cluster heads. The absence of a cluster head cannot form a cluster, and cannot transmit data of detected nodes to a base station. This means that the transmission success rate of DL-LEACH is not constant for each round. In order to solve this problem, first, the number of cluster heads of the sensor field is equally selected for each round, and the number of cluster heads of the selected sensor field is distributed according to the node ratio of each layer to improve the absence of the cluster head. To verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm, we simulated using MATLAB. We also compared the transmission success rates between DL-LEACH and the improved DHL(Dual Hop Layered)-LEACH protocol. 이본 논문은 무선 센서 네트워크의 대표적인 프로토콜인 LEACH 프로토콜을 개선한 DL-LEACH 프로토콜의 문제점을 개선한 알고리즘을 제안한다. DL-LEACH는 클러스터 헤드 선출 시, 사용되는 임계식의 한계로 인해, 임의 라운드에서 어떤 층에서 클러스터 헤드 부재가 발생 할 수 있다. 클러스터 헤드의 부재는 클러스터를 형성 할 수 없으며, 감지된 노드의 데이터를 기지국으로 전송할 수 없다. 이는 라운드 마다 DL-LEACH의 전송 성공률이 일정하지 않다는 것을 의미한다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해서, 먼저 센서 필드의 클러스터 헤드의 수를 라운드마다 균등하게 선정하고, 선정된 센서 필드의 클러스터 헤드의 수를 각 층의 노드 비율에 따라 분배하여 클러스터 헤드의 부재를 개선한다. 제안된 알고리즘의 효율성을 검증하기 위하여, 시뮬레이션을 하였다. 또한 DL-LEACH와 개선한 DHL(Dual Hop Layered)-LEACH 프로토콜의 전송 성공률을 비교하였다.

위성 안테나 시스템의 STEP 추적에 관한 연구

한반도 지역 내에서 KOREASAT의 수신성능 향상을 목적으로 하는 추적 시스템을 구현하였다. 위치정보 센서 없이 스캔 모드를 이용하여 위성이 수신 가능한 지역으로 안테나를 이동시켰고, Step 추적 알고리즘을 이용하여 수신 신호의 최대 레벨 점으로 이동하는 시스템을 구현하였다. 구현된 시스템의 추적 성능을 위성을 직접 수신하는 실물 실험을 통하여 검증하였다. 또한, 본 시스템의 추적 속도와 기계적 구조에 적합한 최적의 Step 크기도 반복 실험을 통하여 결정하였다. In this thesis, we realized tracking system for the purpose of receiving performance improvement of KOREASAT's signal in Korea peninsula. Using Scan-mode antenna point out receivable area without position information sensor and using step-track algorithm reach to peak level. Furthermore, the performance of the completed system was verified by physical experiments that directly receives satellite signal. And decided the optimal size of steps for tracking speed and structure of the system by reiterative approach experiments.

고에너지밀도를 가진 연료로 주목 받고 있는 Tetrahydrotricyclopentadiene(THTCPD)을 tricyclopentadiene (TCPD)으로부터 제조하는 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. TCPD를 원료로하여 액상에서의 수소화반응을 통해 THTCPD 제조가 가능하다. SBA-15에 과량용액함침법을 이용하여 Ru를 담지시키고, 바인더를 첨가한 후 extruder를 이용하여 pellet 형태로 성형하였다. 촉매의 물리적 및 화학적 특성을 N₂ adsorption, H₂-TPR, XRD로 분석하였다. TCPD 수소화 반응을 고정층 반응기에서의 연속식 공정에 적용하기 위하여 반응 조건 최적화를 적용을 수행하였다.

A best-seller means a book which has been sold sensationally in a quite short period, which can be substituted by such expressions like 'a large circulation', ' a book which has been sold so much' or 'a marvelous sales result which go beyond average'. A similar term, 'steady-seller' is usually used when a book is sold continuously throughout some period and there are other similar terms such as 'long-seller', 'big-seller', 'top-seller' of 'million-seller' used differently by debaters. Above all an author's individual competence and a work's basic attribute becomes the key point which mostly influences the birth of a best-seller. Another primary factors, 'the circumstantial one', which shows how correctly it reflected the social circumstances and the 'publishing industrial structure' when a best-seller is created not achieved, play important roles in the generation of a best-seller as well. And another best-seller can appear when it becomes a hot issue by the mass media or the advertising strategy succeeds regardless of its contents. So the publicshing planning can be another primary factor in the birth of a best-seller besides the factors of work, circumstance, publishing industrial structure. Compared to the current best-sellers, the past ones were made naturally among the general public while the recent one is the artificial product which is planned and induced from the planning stage to the sales. As a result of the research on the changes of the authors, themes (divisions), publishing companies, titles, and years of the best-sellers in domestic famous book stores. the aspects of the changes were summarized as being diversified, open, and being more scientific. Compared to the previous periods, in 1990s the readers chose books according to their own tastes among politically, economically and socially affluent circumstances. Also with globalization people became more interested in foreign travels and more eager to accept foreign cultures and languages, which promoted more book purchasing. Especially social psychology facing year 2000, the rapid development of the computers, and the revolutional development of the information technology stirred people's interests and brought various kinds of changes. A best-seller plays an positive role such as an useful channel of information to the readers, as a stimuli to the production of the books of good quality, and as a pride to the people involved in publishing industry while it has also some negative aspects such as reckless commercialization of the publishing industry, distortion of the distribution structure, and incitement of the reader's biased reading habits. Thus to reborn as a real best-seller in Kroea, POS(point of sales) system, and the real-name usage system should be settled to establish the dignity of the publishing industry as well as the critics who can diagnose the quality of the books professionally should be cultivated. When only such a book as coincides with the certain standards is selected as a best-seller, more books which is valuable as a cultural product can be produced.
