Injection laryngoplasty is simple and useful procedure in patient with vocal cord paralysis even under local anesthesia. For approaching vocal cord level, flexibility of neck mobility is required to operate injection laryngoplasty but it is relatively difficult to approach vocal cord in patient who has cervical fixations. Laryngeal mask airway (LMA) can be helpful:We use a LMA (I-gel$^{TM}$) during intubation without neck extension on flat supine position under general anesthesia and have a good operation filed. LMA with swivel connector give surgeons better surgical vision and make insertion of fibroscope easily during operation. Hyaluronic acid injection was done use needle (25 G, 5 cm) via percutaneous cricothyroid space : This procedure can be useful method for patients who suffer from not only weak voice but also dysphagia and aspiration high vagal palsy patient after spine surgery or uncooperative with awake injection laryngoplasty.

초중고 과학 교과서의 전자기 단원에 제시된 시각적 표상의 유형

This study aimed to investigate the types of visual representations of electromagnetism in the textbooks and to compare the representations according to school levels and topics. We developed a two-dimensional frame of representations with two criteria, abstractness of the referent (macroscopic, microscopic and symbolic) and its function (descriptive, explanatory and relational). Based on that, we investigated nine kinds of science textbooks for primary and secondary schools. The results showed that more representations and more categories of representations were revealed as the school level increased. On the whole, the largest portion was the macroscopic portion, but its proportion was decreased by as much as 10% points at the secondary level. The most frequent function was descriptive, and the portion of real objects decreased as the school level increased. In addition, explanatory and relational functions appeared only at the secondary level. Furthermore, analogical functions were seen only in middle-school textbooks while symbolic-explanatory and symbolic-correspondent functions were only seen in high-school textbooks. The implications of this research for education and the need for further research are discussed. 이 연구에서는 초·중등 과학 교과서의 전자기 단원에서 사용되는 표상 유형의 분석틀을 개발하고 시각적 표상의 분포를 조사하였다. 먼저 시각적 표상의 유형을 표상하는 대상의 추상성 정도 (거시, 미시, 상징)와 표상의 주요 목적 (기술, 설명, 관계)에 따라 2차원으로 분류하였다. 그런 후 하위 범주까지 포함하여 총 11개의 유형으로 이루어진 분석틀을 개발하였다. 이를 이용해 2009 개정 교육과정에 따른 초중고 과학 교과서 9종을 분석하였는데, 학교 급이 올라가면서 표상의 수 및 유형이 증가하였다. 전체적으로 거시적 표상의 비율이 가장 높았지만 학교 급이 올라갈수록 10% 포인트 이상씩 줄어들었다. 표상의 주요 목적에 따라 살펴보면, 기술적 표상이 가장 많았으나 중등으로 올라가면서 실물 유형의 빈도가 줄어드는 경향을 보였다. 설명적 표상과 관계적 표상은 중학교와 고등학교에만 등장하였다. 특히 비유 유형은 중학교에 교과서에서만, 상징-설명적 표상과 관계적 표상의 상징대응 유형은 고등학교 교과서에서만 사용되었다.

예비 물리 교사의 전공 전자기학 학습 과정에서 나타난 그레이디언트 개념 이해의 특징

이 연구에서는 전공 전자기학 수준에서 그레이디언트에 관한 학습자의 개념을 조사하고, 학습 과정의 어려움을 탐색하였다. 연구 참여자는 남부지역 사범대학 물리교육과에 재학 중인 25명의 예비 물리 교사들이었다. 연구 자료 수집을 위하여 강의 후에 반성적 저널 작성, 지필 검사, 면담이 차례로 진행되었다. 연구 결과에 따르면, 그레이디언트에 관하여 연구 참여자들이 지닌 물리적 의미와 수학적 표현들은 서로 정합적이지 않았고, 상징적 표상과 기하학적 표상 사이에 불일치가 존재하였다. 또 예비 물리 교사들은 그레이디언트를 기울기와 동일하게 여겨 그레이디언트의 방향을 접선처럼 그리는 경향이 있었다. 그리고 그레이디언트를 다이버전스나 컬과 혼동하여 방향 그리기, 공식 쓰기, 계산하기를 한 사례가 관찰되었다. 아울러 반성적 저널을 분석한 결과에 따르면 전반적으로 예비 물리 교사들은 그레이디언트를 포함한 벡터 미분 학습에서 중간 수준 이상의 어려움을 겪고 있었다. This study explored students' conceptual understanding of and learning difficulties with the gradient in an upper-level electromagnetism course. The participants were 25 pre-service teachers in the Physics Education Department of a university in Korea. For the data collection, reflective journal writing, paper and pencil tests, and interviews were done after lectures. The results showed some lack of coherence between physical meanings of and mathematical expressions for the gradient, and some lack of congruence between symbolic and geometric representations. The participants had a tendency to draw the gradient as a tangential line. Additionally, some of them confused the gradient with the divergence or the curl on a test that involved drawing the direction of the gradient, writing mathematical expressions for the gradient, and calculating the gradient. From the analysis of the reflective journals, we found that the sudents generally had more than a medium level of a difficulty in learning about the gradient.

Les oeuvres de la troisieme periode de Sartre se situent par rapport aux Mots, prennent leur relief en face de cette autopsie en confession. Dans sa famile, Charles Schweitzer, son grand-pere, et Anne-Marie, sa mere, assument des roles importants pour le destin litteraire du futue ecrivain. Charles joue a etre Victor Hugo, le faisant obeir a un cliche culturel. II ne s'agit pas de vrais grands-peres, nais d'hommes ages qui jounet un role qu'ils se sont donne. A travers lui, se dessine en filifrane V. Hugo, le Dieu des letters, qui se penche sur l'enfant sage. Mais bien entendu, nous sommes au theater de comedie. Tout cela ramene peu a peu Jean-Paul a l'univers imaginaire de la literature. Anne-Marie, qui est redevenue "la file de Charles", est presentee comme la deesse mediatrice de la lecture. Elle pase de l'etat de mere a celui de grande soeur et de mediatrice. La mere, qui enfendre dans une immaculee conception, se transmue en la soeur qui devient al ors responsible d'une immaculee mediation. Cest la mediation culturelle qui permet la nativite du predestine a l'ecriture. Nous sommes au monde de l'eglise. Sartre. Ecrivain reflechit a la nature de la traitrise propre a l'auteur, qu'il soit enfant ou adulte. La traitrise satrienne est en fait la vraie fidelite de l'ecrivain envers soi-meme, envers l'oeuvre qu'il est en train decrire. Car ce mot traitrise veut dire que Satre refuse la contemplation d'un passe perime, et court sans cesse vers l'avenir createur. Bref, c'esr le seul imperatif categorique de son metier. On comprend alors la conscience professionnelle st dignite de l'artisan des mots. Si l'enfant est ne a la culture sacs sur-moi, c'est l'univers culturel qui, en l'arrachant a l'univers de ;a famile, lui a greffe nu sur-moi artificial, par lequel il se fait un veritable artiste. De son metier, il nous dit: Nulla dies sine linea.

중학 과학 수업에서 예의 선정, 사용, 역할에 관한 교사의 의견

This study investigated the perception of science teachers in choosing and using examples, as well as the part played by examples in middle school science classes. One hundred and sixty eight teachers in the Seoul area participated in the survey by mail. The survey showed that science teachers usually used a few examples to illustrate each scientific concept. These examples were mainly taken from textbooks or web sites or life experience. The survey also found that there was a tendency among science teachers to use examples that were familiar or interesting to the students in their science class. The majority of science teachers introduced examples with visual images before explaining the concept. Generally, middle school science teachers perceived that it was important for students to understand the relation between examples and concepts. Most of the science teachers surveyed considered examples useful as a tool for conceptual understanding. 본 연구에서는 물리 개념에 대한 예의 선정, 사용, 역할 등에 관하여 중학교 과학 교사를 대상으로 의견을 조사하였다. 서울 지역 중학교에 근무하는 과학 교사를 대상으로 설문지를 우편으로 발송하였고, 총 168명의 응답을 분석하였다. 설문 결과에 따르면 대부분의 중학 과학 교사들은 학생들이 이미 알고 있을 것으로 예상되는 예를 주로 교과서, 인터넷, 생활 경험에서 선별하였다. 또 학생들에게 친숙하고 학생들이 흥미를 느끼며 한 가지 개념이 잘 드러나는 예를 선호하였다. 수업 중에는 두세 개의 예를 개념보다 먼저 도입하고 시각적 이미지와 함께 설명하는 방식을 대표적으로 사용한다고 응답하였다. 그리고 교사들은 예와 개념의 관계를 아는 것을 중시하면서 특히 개념 이해를 위해 도입 단계에서 필요한, 개념 이해 도구로 인식하는 경향이 있었다.
