        선어말 어미 ‘-시-’의 양태 의미

        A modality is a speaker's psychological attitude toward a proposition, and a sentence is divided into a proposition, which refers to the level at which truth and falsity are determined by descriptions of the world, and the speaker's attitude toward this proposition. In this study, we argue that the prefinal ending '-sh-', which is used for subject elevation and audience respect, can also express modality meaning through implication. The function of '-si-' cannot be understood only as a grammatical marker, but should be understood as a syntactic means of conveying different and distinct meanings that the speaker wants to convey in the discourse. To explain the use of '-sh-' in situations where the speaker is treating the other party negatively, it is necessary to assume that the speaker is conscious of or thinking of negative intentions to ridicule, intimidate, or belittle the listener. It also presupposes the speaker's belief that the listener will understand that the speaker's use of '-si-' is not a sign of respect for the listener, but a sign of negative intentions such as ridicule, intimidation, and contempt. In this study, we argue that the positive connotation of '-shi-' violates the order of the question, forcing the listener to infer the implication, and that the positive connotation occurs when the fixed connotation of '-shi-' is used as an antonym. In order to make the implication clear to the listener, the speaker intentionally uses '-si-' in a place where '-si-' should not be used to show prominence, thereby making an anaphoric use of the fixed implication of '-si-', the meaning of respecting the other person.

        1999년도 부산지역에서 유행한 인플루엔자바이러스의 분리 및 특성

        The outbreak patterns of the internal and external and external patients in the 20 designated hospitals and in 16 health centers were monitored to investigate and the characteristics of the virus isolates were as follows. Two hundreds and thirteen strains of influenza virus were isolated from the oral specimens of 1,686 patients with respiratory disease in Pusan. 1999. Among these isolates, 203 strains were A-type and the rest were B-type. The outbreak patterns for sex and age group were as follows. The male outbreak was similar to the female outbreak: male outbreak, 45.5% and female outbreak, 54.5%. Most of the patients were less than 10 days old. The monthly influenza outbreak was consistent from Jan. to Dec in 1999. The 96 strains from the A-type isolates were A/Sydney/05/97(H3N2)-like, the 107 strains were A/Beijing/262/95(H1N)-like, and all of the 10 B-type isolates were B/Harbin/07/94-like.

        부산지역 바이러스성 성병 감염양상 연구

        항구 도시인 부산의 바이러스성 성병 감염 현황과 고위험군 지표로서 HPV, HSV 및 HBV 감염자의 성별, 연령대별 유형율 조사 등 기초자료를 확보하여 성매개감염증 사업관리 및 전파방지에 중요한 자료를 제공하고자 한다. 자궁경부도찰물 674건 중 HPV 23건(3.4%)과 HSV 1 2형 3건(0.4%) 9건(1.3%)이 각각 분리되었으며, 혈청 586건 중 HSV IgM 121건(3.6%), HSV-1 IgG 487건(83.1%), HSV-2 IgG 135건(23.0%), HBsAg 26건(4.4%), HBeAg 7건 (1.2%) 등이 검출되었다. HPV 유전자형별 분포도는 고위험군이 15종(13명), 저위험군이 6종(3명)으로 나타났으며, 복합감염은 7명이었다. 연령별 발생분포는 자궁경부도찰물의 경우 20대 이하가 24건(7.2%), 혈청의 경우 40대 이상이 101건(100%)으로 가장 높았다. 그리고 업소별 분포도는 자궁경부도찰물에서 보건소의 검진대상자(유흥업소종사자)들이 감염율이 가장 높았고, 혈청에서는 대용성병진료소의 검진대상자(특수업태부)가 감염율이 가장 높았다. This study was performed to evaluate the prevalence of high risk Human papilloma virus (HPV), Herpes simplex virus type 1, 2 (HSV-1,2), Hepatitis B virus (HBV) and Human Immuno deficiency virus (HIV) infection with sexual transmitted viral diseases in Busan during 2004 to 2005. six hundred seventy four samples of cervical swabs were tested for sexually transmitted viral diseases. Among the isolated viruses, 23 (3.4%) samples were HPV and 3 (0.4%) and 9 (1.3%) samples were HSV 1 and 2, respectively. Among the 586 serum samples tested for viruses, HSV IgM 121 (3.6%), HSV-1 IgG 487 (83.1%), HSV-2 IgG 135 (23.0%), HBsAg 26 (4.4%), HBeAg 7 (1.2%), and HIV (0%) types were found. HPV genotypes were detected in 16 patients, of which 13 cases were high risk type HPV, 3 cases were low risk type HPV, and multi infection were detected in 7 cases. In the age distribution of the patients, 7.2% of infection tested from cervical swabs occurred in under the age of 20, while 100% of infection was found to occur in those who were 40 years old or older in the serum samples. The outbreak pattern in their occupations was found to be the highest at the health organization (amusement quarter) for the cervical swabs, and at infirmary (commercial sex worker) for the serum samples, respectively.

      • 데이터 취득 시스템을 이용한 전력케이블의 부분방전 검출과 통계량 계산

        최근 들어 우리나라에서는 설치의 간편성과 높은 신뢰도를 가진 전력케이블의 사용이 증가하고 있다. 전력케이블은 출고 전에 IEEE std. 404-1993 시험을 거쳐 안정성을 확인하고 있지만 포설시 발생하는 접속부 내부의 결함으로 인하여 많은 문제가 발생하고 있다. 특히 불순물 혼입 또는 공극 발생시 고장율은 증가하게 된다. 부분방전 검출은 포설 후 전력케이블의 상태를 관측할 수 있는 유용한 방법이다. 본 연구에서는 부분방전 특성을 평가하고자 케이블 접속재인 EPR과 케이블 절연체인 XPLE 사이에 인공 결함을 발생시킨 후 데이터 취득 시스템을 이용하여 ${\varphi}$-q-n 특성을 검출하였으며, 부분방전의 정량적 해석을 위해 필요한 통계량인 최대방전전하량($q_{max}$), 평균방전 발생 펄스 수(${\={n}$), 평균 방전전하량(${\={q}$), ${\={n}$의 언밸런스 비와${\={q}$의 언밸런스 비를 계산하였다. Recently power cable used generally in Korea, because installation is very simple and it has high stability. It confirms to the requirements of IEEE std. 404-1993 by factory testing, but many problems of insulated cable systems are caused by internal defects of the joint part which have to be mounted ensile. Especially, fault rates are arise from impurities or voids. A suitable solution for a monitoring of power cable during the after-laying test and service is partial discharge detection. The artificial defects between cable joint(EPR) and insulator(XLPE) interface are considered in this research to investigating the partial discharge characteristics. ${\varphi}$-q-n properties were detected using data acquisition system and Maximum charge($q_{max}$), repetition rate(${\={n}$), average charge(${\={q}$), Unbalance rate of ${\={n}$ and ${\={q}$ are calculated in order to analysis partial discharge properties quantitatively from this statistic value.

      • 제작방법에 따른 전력케이블용 폴리에틸렌 박막의 전기전도특성

        In order to investigate the electrical conduction properties of polyethylene thin film for power cable with manufacturing methods, the thickness of specimen was the 30, 100[${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$] of LDPE and 200[${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$] of XLPE were manufactured. The experimental condition for conduction properties was measured until the breakdown occurs at temperature ranges from 30 to 110[$^{\circ}C$] and the electric field from 1$\times$10$^3$to 5$\times$10$^{6}$ [V/cm]. As for increase of temperature, the current density of LDPE was increased with constant ratio in low field, but changes with exponential function in high electric field. The tunnel current of pre-breakdown region is shifted toward low field as much as thermal excitation energy. At low electric field, the XLPE showed dominant electrical conduction properties by thermal excitation, and transformation of the electron was resisted by the crystal at high electric field.

      • 경계요소법을 이용한 전력케이블 접속부의 전계해석

        지중전선로에 있어서 케이블을 연결하는 중간 접속재에 발생하는 전계 집중, 각종 불순물의 침투 및 케이블 절연층의 손상은 궁극적으로 열화 및 절연파괴를 야기하게 되어 케이블의 수명을 단축시키고 있다. 본 연구에서는 경계요소법을 이용하여 초고압 케이블 절연재료로 널리 사용되고 있는 가교폴리에틸렌과 접속재 키트의 절연층으로 사용되고 있는 EPDM의 전계분포를 시뮬레이션 하였다. 시료는 두께 1[mm]로 3장을 중첩한 것으로 모델링하여 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 하였다. 전계해석 결과 보이드 내부의 defect는 silicone oil에 의해 전계집중을 약화시킴을 확인하였고, XLPB보다 EPDM의 전계분포가 낮게 유지됨을 확인하였다. There are many unfavorable conditions that lead to shortening life of cable by causing dielectric breakdown and aging such as field concentrations occurring in intermediate materials linking each cables, penetration of various impurities, and undermining of cable insulation layers. This paper simulated investigated partial discharge properties of XLPE which is widely used for ultra high voltage cable insulation materials and EPDM which is being used as insulation layer of cable joint materials kit, using Boundary Element Method. The result of computer simulation showed that inner-Void defect caused silicone oil to weaken the E-field effect. and we also found that E-field distribution in EPDM remained relatively lower than that in XLPE.

      • CMOS 게이트에 의해서 구동되는 배선 회로의 타이밍 특성 분석

        As silicon geometry shrinks into deep submicron and the operating speed icreases, higher accuracy is required in the analysis of the propagation delays of the gates and interconnects in an ASIC. In this paper, the driving characteristics of a CMOS gate is represented by a gatedriver model, consisting of a linear resistor $R_{dr}$ and an independent ramp voltage source $V_{dr}$ . We drivered $R_{dr}$ and $V_{dr}$ as the functions of the timing data representing gate driving capability and an effective capacitance $C_{eff}$ reflecting resistance shielding effect by interconnet circuits. Through iterative applications of these equations and AWE algorithm, $R_{dr}$ , $V_{dr}$ and $C_{eff}$ are comuted simulataneously. then, the gate delay is decided by $C_{eff}$ and the interconnect circuit delay is determined by $R_{dr}$ and $V_{dr}$ . this process has been implemented as an ASIC timing analysis program written in C language and four real circuits were analyzed. In all cases, we found less than 5% of errors for both of gate andinterconnect circuit delays with a speedup factor ranging from a few tens to a few hundreds, compared to SPICE.SPICE.

        1997년도 부산지역 호흡기환자로부터 인플루엔자 바이러스의 분리

        This study was done to detect the causative agent of patient with respiratory disease in Pusan, 1997. In the study male and female patients with respiratory disease in Pusan, 1997, were 31.9 and 68.1%, respectively. In the aspect of outbreak by month, patients with respiratory disease were rmstly concentrated at February, March, April, October, November and December, Fifteen strains of influenza virus were isolated from 1,268 swabbed samples of pharynx and larynx. Thirteen strains and 2 strains among 15 isolates were classified with influenza A and B virus, respectively, One of 13 influenza A virus was confirmed as A/Johannesburg/33/94- like strain, and the other isolates of influenza A virus were confirmed as A/Sydney/C&97-like strains. Two isolates of influenza B virus were confirmed as B/Beijing/®93-like strains.
