      • 태양광발전 시스템의 최대전력점 추적에 관한 연구

        Photovoltaic system has low energy coversion efficiency and the ouput characteristics of solar call is varied by the insolation quantity and the temperature. In order to improve the efficiency of photovoltaic system, the energy which has got from solar cell must be use maximum. In this paper, it was stimultaneous executed both MPPT control and instrumentation in order that the operating point of solar cell is located maximum power point, using the PWM inverter and micro-conputer, which is for the purpose of acquiring maximum Power from the solar cell. As a result, maximum point tracking had carried out and the efficiency of photovoltaic system improved, if insolation quantity and the temperature are varied.

      • CdIn₂S₄단결성 박막 성장과 광발광 특성

        A stoichiometric mixture of evaporating materials for CdIn₂S₄single crystal thin films was prepared from horizontal furnace To obtain the single crystal thin films. CdIn₂S₄mixed crystal was deposited on thoroughly etched semi-insulating GaAs(100) substrate by hot wall epitaxy(HWE) system. The source and substrate temperatures were 630℃ and 420℃, respectively. The crystalline structure of single crystal thin films was investigated by the photoluminescence and double crystal X-ray diffraction(DCXD). The carrier density and mobility of CdIn₂S₄single crystal thin films measured from Hall effect by van der Pauw method are 9.01×1^(16)cm^(-3) and 219 ㎠/V·s at 293 K, respectively. From the optical absorption measurement, the temperature dependence of energy band gap on CdIn₂S₄single crystal thin films was found to be E_(g)(T) = 2.7116 eV - (7.74 × 10^(-4) eV) T²/(T+434). After the as-grown CdIn₂S₄single crystal thin films was annealed in Cd-, S-, and In-atmospheres, the origin of point defects of CdIn₂S₄ single crystal thin films has been investigated by the photoluminescence(PL) at 10 K. The native defects of VCd, VS, Cdint, and Sint obtained by PL measurements were classified as a donors or acceptors type. And we concluded that the heat-treatment in the S-atmosphere converted CdIn₂S₄single crystal thin films to an optical p-type. Also, we confirmed that In in CdIn₂S₄/GaAs did not form the native defects because In in CdIn₂S₄single crystal thin films existed in the form of stable bonds.

        초고압 및 냉동 처리한 대추술의 품질특성

        To prevent the deterioration of jujube wine quality due to commercial heating process for sterilization, hydrostatic pressure (500 MPa, 5 min) or freezing (frozen at 20oC for 3 days, followed by thawing at room temperature for 4 hr) treatment was applied. Their microbial count, physicochemical property and sensory quality were investigated in comparison to heattreated jujube wine (63oC, 10 min) and commercial wine. Pressuretreated and commercial jujube wine were completely sterilized and heattreated wine was decreased to <10 CFU/mL while freezingtreated jujube wine was partially sterilized (30~60%). Hydrostatic pressure and freezing, and heat treatment had no influence on chemical compositions such as pH, acidity, amino acidity, reducing sugar and ethanol content, but significantly induced the changes of instrumental color. While sensory quality of heattreated jujube wine was significantly deteriorated, reducing sour and burning taste, that of pressure and freezingtreated jujube wine was maintained fresh without decrease in sour and burning taste. 대추술의 가열살균으로 인한 품질저하를 개선하고자 초고압(500 MPa, 5분) 및 냉동처리(-20oC에서 3일간 냉동 후 20oC에서 4시간 동안 해동)를 이용하여 대추술을 살균한 다음 가열처리구(63oC, 10분) 및 시판대추술과 비교하면서 품질특성을 조사하였다. 미생물은 초고압 및 시판대추술에서는 검출되지 않았고, 가열처리구에서는 세균류만이 10 CFU/mL 이하로 검출되었으며, 냉동처리구에서는 102~103 CFU/mL 수준으로 검출되어 30~60%의 살균효과를 보였다. 초고압, 냉동 및 가열처리는 대추술의 pH, 산도, 아미노산도, 환원당 및 에탄올함량 등의 성분에 유의적인 영향을 미치지 않았으나, 색도에는 유의적으로 영향을 미쳤으며 변화폭은 초고압 처리가 가장 작았고 다음으로 가열 및 시판, 냉동처리 순으로 크게 나타났다. 관능검사 결과에서는 가열처리 시 신맛 및 화한 맛이 감소하면서 전체적인 품질이 낮아진 데 비하여, 초고압 및 냉동처리 시에는 신맛과 화한 맛이 변하지 않으면서 품질이 유지되었다. 한편 시판 대추술에서는 탄내, 단내 및 단맛이 뚜렷이 증가하고 신내 및 신맛이 감소하면서 가장 낮은 품질을 보였다. 이상으로부터 초고압처리는 살균효과가 우수하고 제품의 성분 및 색도에 큰 영향을 미치지 않으면서 본래 대추술의 관능적인 특성을 최대 유지할 수 있는 효과적인 비열살균법임을 알 수 있었고, 냉동처리 역시 관능적으로 받아들일 수 있는 수준으로 품질이 유지되었으나 불완전한 살균으로 인한 저장성 연구가 추가되어야 할 것이다.

        In the general, the speed control of single-phase induction motor is accomplished at a few discrete speed by using tapped-winding, pole changing or gear. These technique is inefficient and complicated. In the reason, the applied voltage of single-phase induction motor is controlled for improvement speed characteristics. The AC converter can be easily realized using module transistor. The output voltage from the AC converter is applied to single-phase induction motor. This paper presented operating characteristics of single-phase induction motor by AC converter.

        약용주의 증류와 품질특성

        6종의 약재(사삼, 길경, 작약, 당귀, 황기, 천궁)를 첨가하여 발호시킨 발효액을 증류하여 얻은 발효약용 증류주와 증류장치에 약재를 충전하고 약재를 첨가하지 않은 발효주(대조구)를 증류하여 얻은 약재충전 증류주의 증류 및 품질특성을 조사하였다. 발효약용 증류주와 대조구의 pH는 증류가 진행되면서 감소하였으며, 약재충전 증류주는 증류초기($1{\sim}4$분액)에 $0.05{\sim}0.97$의 완만한 증가를 보이다가 그 이후 부터 $0.92{\sim}0.98$의 많은 감소를 보였다. 평균 pH는 작약이 5.70으로 가장 높았으며, 길경이 4.37로 가장 낮았다. 약재충전 증류주의 흡광도는 $1{\sim}4$분액에서 $0.60{\sim}1.59$의 많은 감소를 보였고 그 이후 부터는 $0.19{\sim}0.54$의 완만한 감소를 보였다. 분액별 알코올농도와 증류속도는 증류가 진행되면서 감소하였으며, 대조구 보다 낮고 느렸다. 증류속도는 약재의 종류와 원주의 알코올 농도에 따라 다르게 나타났으며, 평균 증류속도는 당귀 및 대조구가 $0.102\;m{\ell}/sec$로 가장 빨랐고 길경이 $0.073\;m{\ell}/sec$로 가장 느렸다. 약재충전 증류주의 지표성분중 작약의 peaoniflorin은 5분약에서 293 mg%로 가장 많이 추출되었으며, 당귀의 decrusin은 1분액에서 3514 mg%로 가장 많이 추출되었다. 약재충전 증류주의 경우 약재의 지표성분중 작약은 41.3% 그리고 당귀는 20.5%가 추출되었다. 관능검사 펄과 품질은 황기주가 가장 좋았으며, 그 다음으로는 당귀, 길경주 순이었다. Korean general medicinal herbs-sasam, gilkyung, jakyak, danggwi, hwangki, and chunkung-were added In the normal brewing procedure as a raw material or in the distilling procedure as a packing material. The distillates from the former procedure and those from the latter procedure were compared in quality and distillation properties. As distillation proceeded, pH of the medicinal herb wine distillate and the control(not added herbs) distillates were decreased, whereas that of the herb packing distillate was increased slowely of $0.05{\sim}0.97$ during $1{\sim}4$ fractions and decreased remarkably of $0.92{\sim}0.98$ afterward. Average pH was the highest of 5.70 in jakyak and lowest of 4.37 In gilkyung. Absorbances of the herb Packing distillate were decreased rapidly of $0.60{\sim}1.59$ in the $1{\sim}4$ fractions but slowely of $0.19{\sim}0.54$ in the next fractions. During distillation both fractional alcohol concentration of the distillates and distillation rate were decreased. Their values were decreased more slowly than the control. Distillation rates of medicinal herb wine distillate were varied by medicinal herb varieties and alcohol concentration of fermented wine. Danggwi and control showed the highest average distillation rate as $0.12\;m{\ell}/sec$ and gilkyung the lowest value as $0.073\;m{\ell}/sec$. Maximum concentration of index component, paeoniflorin of jakyak was observed as 293 mg% in the 5th fraction of herb packing distillate and decrusin of danggwi as 3514 mg% In the 1st fraction of herb packing distillate. The extraction rate was 41.3% for paeoniflorin and 20.5% for decrusin. From sensory evaluation, the highest overall Qualify was observed in the medicinal herb wine distillate of hwangki added wine, the next in those of danggwi and jakyak added wine.

      • Chracteristic of resistive switching using Au NPs multiple layer with cortisol and its antibody binding

        It was demonstrated that an resistive switching device structure using sequential self-assembly monolayers(SAMs) gold nanoparticles(Au NPs) with cortisol and its antibody(C-Mab). The device was fabricated in a form of metal-multiple layer-metal. Au NPs was used for resistive switching characteristic through charging or discharging. Indium Tin Oxide(ITO) glass was used for bottom electrode substrate. The top gold (Au) electrode was thermally deposited on multiple Au NPs layer. The current versus voltage (I-V) curve exhibited resistive switching characteristic with hysteresis behaviors, which demonstrated the presence of charging effect. This research establishes the feasibility of resistive switching device for biosensor application.
