The first record of Cyproidea liodactyla (Crustacea: Amphipoda: Cyproideidae) from Korean waters

The first record of Korean cyproideid amphipod, Cyproidea liodactyla Hirayama, 1978 is reported here with description and illustrations. This species has the following characteristics: the presence of dorsal keel of peduncle 2 on antenna 1, posterodistal process of ischium on gnathopod 1 and carpal process on gnathopod 2. In this study, the minor differences between the original description and our Korean specimens of Cyproidea liodactyla are discussed and a brief comparison to other related species such as C. serratipalma Schellenbeg, 1938 and C. robusta Ren, 2006 are suggested. In addition, a key to Korean species belonging to the family Cyproideidae is provided.

새로운 불순물(dopant) 원료인 스핀온 쏘스를 사용하여 붕소를 실리콘천에 이단계 확산시키는 공정을 검토하였다. predeposition후의 확산충의 두께의 drive-in 확산후의 두께에 비하여 무시할 수 없이 큰 경우에 대하여 이단계 확산공정이 끝난 후의 확산층의 두께를 예측할 수 있는 간단한 방법을 제안하였다. 제안된 방법에 의하여 불순물 확산충의 두께를 예측하였으며 그 결과를 실험적으로 측정된 값과 비교하였다. The two-step diffusion process of boron into silicon has been investigated using a new diffusion source coiled "Spin-on Source". A simple method is proposei which can estimate the junction depth after the two -step diffusion for the cases where the junction depth after the predeposition is not negligible compared with the junction depth after the two-step diffusion. The estimated junction depths are, then, compared with the experimental measurements.surements.

The contact potentials and the space charge layer widths in a junction transistor are evaluated from the values of sheet resistance and junction depth. The calculated values of the contact potentials and the space charge layer widths are compared with the experimental values obtained from capacitance measurements. Reasonable agreements are found between the calculated values and the experimental values.

Measurement and discussions of logistics cluster competitiveness with a national approach are required to boost agglomeration effects and potentially create logistics efficiency and productivity. This study developed assessment criteria of logistics cluster competitiveness based on Porter’s diamond model, calculated the weight of each criterion by the AHP method, and finally evaluated and discussed logistics cluster competitiveness among Asia main countries. The results indicate that there was a large difference in logistics cluster competitiveness among six countries. The logistics cluster competitiveness scores of Singapore (7.93), Japan (7.38), and Hong Kong (7.04) are observably different from those of China (5.40), Korea (5.08), and Malaysia (3.46). Singapore, with the highest competitiveness score, revealed its absolute advantage in logistics cluster indices. These research results intend to provide logistics policy makers with some strategic recommendations, and may serve as a baseline for further logistics cluster studies using Porter’s diamond model.
A Study on selections of strategic type of business in Air-logistics industry clusters

The main object of this research is to select strategic type of business to build an air-logistics cluster by analyzing the effects and mutual relationship among logistics and its related industries in Incheon. First of all, the scope of airport-logistics and its related industries are classified based on previous studies. A theoretical base is then established to build the logistics clusters for the airport-logistics related industries by classifying into the dependent industry and the relevant industry. Secondly, we suggest the categories of business for the cluster in Incheon: Rail-transportation support service, transportation support service, truck terminal operation service, packing service, the aircraft and its part manufacturing industries and structural steel manufacturing industry. This study is founded its contributions from the suggestion of 1) the logistics-related industry classified into dependent and relevant industry to build theoretical foundation for forming the air-logistics industry cluster and 2) particular selection framework for building air-logistics industry cluster in Incheon.
