      • 유방의 침윤성 관암종에서 Topoisomerase II-α와 c-erbB-2 발현의 의의

        목적: Topoisomerase Ⅱ-α는 DNA 대사에 있어 중추적 역할을 담당하는 효소로써 많은 항암제의 표적으로도 작용하며, c-erbB-2(HER-2/neu) 종양유전자의 증폭은 유방암에서 흔히 발현되는 유전자 변이중의 하나로 topoisomerase Ⅱ-α와 c-erbB-2는 염색체 위치상 매우 근접하여 위치하므로 이 둘의 증폭이 같이 동반되는 경우가 많다. 이번 연구에서는 유방의 침윤성 관암종 환자 43명을 대상으로 topoisomerase Ⅱ-α와 c-erbB-2의 상관성을 면역조직화학적 방법을 이용하여 알아보고, 기존의 다른 예후인자들과의 연관성을 조사하여 이 둘의 임상적 의의를 알아보고자 하였다. 방법: 유방의 침윤성 관암종으로 진단받은 환자 43명으로부터 검체를 얻어포르말린으로 고정한후 파라핀 절편으로 만들어 이것을 이용하여 면역조직화학적 염색을 시행하여 topoisomerase Ⅱ-α와 c-erbB-2 발현을 연구하였다. 이번 연구에서는 topoisomerase Ⅱ-α와 c-erbB-2 발현에 대해 연구하였고, 이 둘의 상관성 및 종양의 크기, 림프절 전이 여부, TNM 병기, 조직학적 등급, 핵등급, 에스트로겐 수용체, 프로게스테론 수용체와 같은 다른 임상병리학적 예후인자들과의 상관성을 연구하였다. 결과: 총 43명의 유방의 침윤성 관암종 환자중 c-erbB-2 발현에 있어 34명(79.1%)은 면역조직화학적으로 음성이었고 9명(20.9%)은 양성이었으며, 예후인자들 중에서 종양의 크기, 림프절 전이 여부, 종양의 병기, 핵등급, 에스트로겐 수용체, 프로게스테론 수용체 상태는 c-erbB-2 발현과 의의있는 상관성이 없었다. 종양의 크기, 림프절 전이, 종양의 병기, 조직학적 등급, 음성의 에스트로겐 수용체는 topoisomerase Ⅱ-α index의 증가와 매우 의의있는 연관성을 보였으나 핵등급, 프로게스테론 수용체와는 연관이 없었다. Topoisomerase Ⅱ-α index는 c-erbB-2 발현이 음성인 경우보다 양성인 경우에서 그 수치가 증가하였으나 통계학적인 의의성은 없었다. 결론: 이러한 결과들로 topoisomerase Ⅱ-α가 유방암의 예후인자로서의 활용 가능성이 있음을 확인할 수 있었으나 향후 지속적인 연구가 필요하다고 생각한다. Purpose: Topoisomerase Ⅱ-α is a key enzyme in DNA replication and a molecular target for many anti-cancer drugs. The c-erbB-2 oncogene (HER-2/neu) is the most frequently amplified oncogene in breast cancer. Because of the physical proximity of c-erbB-2 and topoisomerase Ⅱ-α, co-amplification of the c-erbB-2 and topoisomerase Ⅱ-α may occur. To investigate of the clinical significance of topoisomerase Ⅱ-α and c-erbB -2, we studied correlation of topoisomerase Ⅱ-α with c-erbB-2 by immunohistochemical staining in 43 cases of infiltrating ductal carcinoma of breast while its relationship with other prognostic factors was studied. Methods: Expression of topoisomerase Ⅱ-α and c-erbB-2 was studied immunohistochemically by using sections fixed with formalin, paraffin-embedded tumor specimens in 43 cases of invasive ductal breast carcinomas. We examined the correlation between topoisomerase Ⅱ-α and c-erbB-2 expression, and its relationship with the clinicopathological factors such as tumor size, lymph node metastasis, TNM stage, histologic grade, nuclear grade, status of estrogen receptors and progesteron receptors. Results: Of total 43 cases of infiltrating ductal carcinoma of breast,34(79.1%) were immunohistochemically negative and 9(20.9%) were immunohistochemically positive in c-erbB-2 expression. Among the prog--nostic factors, tumor size, lymph node metastasis, tumor stage, nuclear grade, status of progesteron receptors and estrogen receptors did not significantly correlated with c-erbB-2 expression. Tumor size, lymph node metastasis, tumor stage, histological grade, and absence of estrogen receptors displayed a significant relationship with the increase of topoisomerase Ⅱ-α index. However, topoisomerase Ⅱ-α index did not correlate with nuclear grade and the status of progesterone receptors.The topoisomerase Ⅱ-α index was slightly higher in the c-erbB-2 pos--itive expression cases compared to c-erbB-2 negative expression casesbut this increase was not significant(p=0.503). Conclusion: These results suggest that topoisomerase Ⅱ-α may play some role as a prognostic factor, but further investigation is needed.

      • 高麗俗謠에 나타난 女性話者의 意識硏究

        The purpose of this paper is to analyze the consciousness of the female speakers in Koryo Sokyo based on examining the background of the day, writers, and the classes who enjoyed it. In the late of Koryo dynasty, externally, it was invaded by Mongolia and dedicated some women to China. Internally, there were the exploitation, the corruption, and pleasure-seeking life by the upper class. Moreover, Buddhism on which the people had depended mentally was corrupted. It seems that these backgrounds of the day were influenced on building up the consciousness of the female speakers in Sokyo. I argue that this consciousness was mainly formed by the characteristics of the system, politics, culture, the mode of living, and social organization in Koryo rather than the individually mental elements. The female speakers under these circumstances didn't accept negatively the outside but they built up their worldview with their fixed purpose. I find out that they expressed their sense of purpose as the satire on the real life, the revival of their hopes through waiting, the succession of the tradition, and the exposure of their subconsciousness like revealing their sexuality. To analyze their consciousness more deeply based on the literature, in this paper, I examine the external elements and the internal elements respectively in each chapter, and conclude my arguments by integrating the consciousness. This paper is organized as follows. The first chapter gives the purpose of study, an overview of the literature and the method of study. The literature has analyzed the Koryo Sokyo in various ways but has seldom studied on the female in Koryo dynasty. Therefore, I tried to capture the real significance of the female speakers by examining their life and consciousness. In the second chapter, I review the politics, the systems like the discrimination by status, or the dedication of women to China, and the background of the thoughts. Especially, through reviewing their lives when soldiers seized power and Koryo had war with Mongolia, I let you understand the mode of living of the common people, the people who lived in the court, and female. I capture the internal meanings of the writings through reviewing the writers and the class who enjoyed them and understanding the external elements of them. In the third chapter, I analyze the consciousness of female speakers in the writings based on understanding the Sokyo. To do this, first of all, I describe the concept of the consciousness. And then I analyze the writings by classifying into the followings: a bitter satire on the real life(for example, Ssanghwazeom), the aesthetics of waiting-one is positive waiting(for example, Jeongseokga and Seokyoungbyolgok), and the other is negative waiting(for example, Gasiri and Jeongoepsa), the succession of the tradition(for example, Sangjeoga and Dongdong), and the positive expression of intinct(for example, Manjeonchunbyolsa and Isanggok). Although the women are harassed both from within and without, with their fixed consciousness, they criticized the real life, preferred waiting positively to discouraging under the hopeless situation, possessed the virtue which is to succeed the cultural and moral tradition, or depended on sexuality to pursue the happiness as a human himself. Because they were righteous and innocent as I mentioned above, I can find out that Koryo Sokyo has its truth. In the fourth chapter, I summarize my arguments, and conclude that we need to study centered on the text and ensure that the writers of Koryo Sokyo can give new significance to the present age.

      • 제일원리계산에 의한 CrPt₃합금의 덩치와 박막의 자성

        CrPt3 합금은 덩치구조 일 때는 FM 상태가 가장 안정하였고 FM 상태 일 때 자기모멘트는 2.782 μB 확인 하였고, CrPt 표면 구조 일 때는 9, 7, 5 층 에서는 FM 상태가 가장 안정 하였고 3층 에서는 C-AF 상태가 가장 안정 하였다. Pt 표면 구조 일 때는 9, 7 층 에서는 FM 상태가 가장 안정 하였고 5 층 에서는 G-AF 상태가 가장 안정 하였고 3층에서는 C-AF 상태가 가장 안정 하였다. CrPt3 합금은 FM 상태가 안정 하지만 박막 구조에서는 얇아질수록 AF 상태가 안정하다는 것을 확인하였다. 그러므로 3층 박막에서 C-AF에서 자기결정이방성 에너지 계산을 진행하였다. CrPt 표면에서는 out-of-plane 에너지로 확인했지만 Pt 표면에서는 in-plane 로 확인하였다.

      • 안전한 데이터 전송을 위한 개선된 RPC 기반 정보보호 메커니즘의 구현

        The RPC(Remote Procedure Call) protocol is one of the mechanism widely used in the recent distributed system. The RPC offers three authentication mechanisms - Non Authentication, UNIX Authentication, DES Authentication. The improved information security mechanism which is based on the RPC is implemented in this paper. There are four information security services. The first is the authentication service using the DES authentication offered in the RPC, the second is the message confidentiality service using the DES encryption algorithm, the third is the message integrity service using Hash function(MD5), and the fourth is Non-repudiation service. And the result shows that we can transfer message securely under the information security mechanism implemented in this paper.

      • 벼害蟲 綜合管理(Integrated Pest Management)에 따른 昆蟲相의 變化

        This study was performed to provide a basic information for IPM of rice paddy filed. The investigation was based on the collections by suction catcher and by light trap during cultivation period from 1993to 1995. The trial was composed of three different plots ; Conventional, IPM, and control plots, Collected insects were grouped into insect pests, natural enemies, and other insects, and their population change During the cultivation period was analysed and discussed. 1. Spiders were dominant taxa among natural enemies, planthoppers and leafhoppers were dominant among insect pests, and midges and flies were dominant among other insects. Overall insect abundance was higher in the control plot than IPM or conventional plot in 1993, but the tendency in 1994 and 1995 was not constant. 2. In 1993, from the result of two times treatment of Fenthion in conventional (July 26 and August 12) and one treatment in IPM plot(August 12), the density of planthoppers in control plot was higher than the treated plots, and those of planthopers in conventional and IPM plot were similar each other, In 1994, however, the two times Diazinon treatments showed that the density of planthoppers was higher in conventional plot than those of control and IPM plots. Two times BPMC treatment revealed that the density of planthoppers was decreased in conventional plot, whereas the densities in control and IPM plots was increased. 3. The density of leafhoppers in control plot in 1993 was the highest and followed by IPM and conventional plots, In the survey of 1994,the density in conventional plot was reduced, comparing to those of IPM and control plots, In 1995, the density in conventional plot was reduced, comparing to those of IPM and control plots, after the first treatment, however, the density in conventional plot was increasedslightly after 2nd treatment. 4. The density in control plot of spiders during the investigation period was much higher than those of other plots, and it was most abundant during mid. August ~ mid. Sept. Even though there was no significant differences in the relationship between the dates of the occurrence of planthoppers + leafhoppers and spiders in 1994 and 1995,they showed a similar tendency in 1994. 5. In the field, the most dominant planthopper was sogatella furcifera. The pattern of population of planthoppers based on the collection by both light trap and suction catcher, during the investigation period was similar and the most abundant period in the field was from late July through mid August. The must dominant leafhopper was nephotettix cinticeps. The peak of occurrence shown by light trap is generally two weeks earlier, comparing to that of collection by suction catcher. 6. The yield per 10a was 494.5kg in conventional plot, whereas in IPM plot revealed 9.4% reduction, 448.0kg, in 1994. However, in 1993 and 1995, the yield in conventional plot and IPM plot were not shown a distinct difference, with only 0.9~2.6% reduction. Consequently, it was found that the conventional treatment of pestici des does not directly related to the increase of the yield. IPM, considering the protection of natural enemies and environment-conscientious practices along with production of competitive agricultural products through manipulation of pest outbreak would be recommended.

      • 테트라 플로로 벤젠을 골격으로 한 인돌 기반의 사중극자 이광자 표지자의 합성 및 물성 연구

        일반적으로 일광자 형광은 바닥 상태의 전자가 에너지를 받아 들뜬 상태에서 다시 바닥상태로 되돌아가면서 방출하는 빛이다. 이러한 일광자 형광은 세포의 투과성이 낮고 세포에 대한 손상이 심하다는 한계점을 지니고 있다. 이광자 형광은 낮은 에너지를 가진 두 개의 광자를 동시에 흡수하여 들뜬 상태에 도달한 분자가 방출하는 빛이다. 그렇기 때문에 이광자 형광은 세포를 깊은 곳까지 손상시키지 않고 실시간으로 볼 수 있다. 이런 장점으로 인해 이광자 형광 시스템은 실시간으로 생체영상을 볼 수 있는 것으로 각광 받고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 장점을 가지는 이광자 형광 시스템을 기반으로 한 이광자 표지자의 흡수 효율을 높이는 연구를 하였다. 이광자 표지자의 흡수 효율을 높이기 위해 분자 내 전하이동을 크게 하고 전자 주개(D)-받개(A) 능력을 최대화 하기 위해 사중극자 구조를 활용하였고, 중심부분의 입체적인 제한을 최소화하였고 용해도의 향상을 위해 말단기와 헤테로 고리 부분을 도입하였다. 이러한 이광자 표지자의 개선은 알츠하이머, 파킨슨병 암 등의 질병의 조기진단과 치료제 개발에 더욱 큰 기여를 할 것으로 기대된다. 이렇게 생체영상 응용을 위해 이광자 형광의 유용성을 확장하여 다양하고 새로운 이광자 표지자를 개발 할 필요가 있다.

      • C-Band용 저 위상잡음 발진기에 관한 연구

        In this paper, a low phase noise oscillator is designed using an interdigital hairpin resonator for C-band (4.0 - 8.0 GHz). The designed resonator and oscillator are compared with other published papers in order to highlight the characteristics of them. Also, the proposed low phase noise oscillator is applied to a voltage controlled oscillator. A conventional reduced hairpin resonator and an interdigital hairpin resonator are designed at 5.75 GHz and the interdigital hairpin resonator using high coupling structures can be reduced about 70% compared with the conventional hairpin resonator. Also, the low phase noise oscillator using the interdigital hairpin resonator shows improvement of Q (quality factor). The proposed low phase noise oscillator shows the output power of 12 dBm and the phase noise characteristic of -100.8 dBc/Hz at 100 kHz offset frequency from the center frequency of 5.75GHz. The phase noise is improved by 12 dB compared with a conventional oscillator using a reduced hairpin resonator. The proposed low phase noise oscillator is applied to a voltage controlled oscillator using a GaAs MESFET on behalf of a varactor diode. The advantage using the GaAs MESFET is that the voltage control is possible with low voltage change and reverse vias at a gate of MESFET is applied for 0~4 V. The center frequency of the voltage controlled oscillator has been changed due to the effects of the extra-microstrip line and lumped- elements. It shows the tuning range of 9.3 MHz at the center frequency of 5.286 GHz, which corresponds to the sensitivity of the frequency tuning range of 2.352 MHz/V. The proposed low phase noise oscillator is available in long distance tracking devices of C-Band, airborne weather detection systems of C-Band, and urban traffic information systems (UTIS). Also, it can be applied to a push-push oscillator, PLL (Phase Locked Loop), frequency synthesizer, and other applications of the wireless communication. 본 논문에서는 C-Band용저 위상잡음 발진기를 설계하기 위해 인터디지털 헤어핀 공진기를 사용하였고, 설계된 공진기와 발진기의 특성을 부각시키기 위해 기타 출간된 타 논문들과 비교하였다. 또한 제안된 저 위상잡음 발진기는 전압제어발진기로 응용되어졌다. 인터디지털 헤어핀 공진기는 기존의 소형화된 헤어핀 공진기와의 특성 비교를 위해 동일한 C-band 대역의 5.75 GHz 에서 제작되어졌고, 하이커플링을 이용한 구조로 인해 기존 대비 약 70 %의 크기 감소 효과를 얻었고, 기존 대비 개선된 Q값의 결과를 얻어 이를 저 위상잡음 발진기에 응용하였다. 제안된 저 위상잡음 발진기는 5.75 GHz에서 약 12 dBm의 전력을 출력하며 위상잡음 특성은 -100 dBc/Hz @ 100 kHz offset 이다. 이는 기존의 소형화된 헤어핀 공진기로 제작되어진 발진기에 비해 약 12 dB의 개선된 결과를 보인다. 제안된 발진기는 셀프 바이어스 방식으로 드레인에만 4V의 전압이 인가되고 소모되는 전류는 40 mA이다. 제안된 저 위상잡음 발진기는 전압제어발진기로 응용되어 졌으며, 전압제어발진기는 기존의 버렉터 다이오드(varator diode)를 대신해 GaAs MESFET을 이용하여 설계되어졌다. 이는 적은 전압의 제어만으로 발진 주파수를 변화시킬 수 있는 장점이 있으며 게이트에 인가되는 역 바이어스는 0~4V 까지 조절하였다. 전압제어발진기는 추가된 마이크로스트립 라인과 회로의 영향으로 중심주파수가 바뀌게 되었고 결국 5.286 GHz에서 약 9.3 MHz의 주파수 동조의 특성을 보였다. 이는 전압당 2.325 MHz의 주파수 동조 민감도를 나타낸다. 제안된 저 위상잡음 발진기는 C-Band의 장거리 추적 장치와 항공기 탑재 기상탐지 시스템에 응용 가능할 것이며, 또한 도시 교통 정보시스템(UTIS)에 적용 가능하며 추후 push-push 발진기, 위상 잠금 장치(PLL), 주파수 합성기와 기타 무선 통신 어플리케이션에 적용이 가능할 것으로 기대된다.
