PbTe thin films of high quality were deposited on HF-treated Si(100) substrates at various substrate temperature by pulsed laser deposition technique. XRD patterns showed that PbTe layers were well-crystallized to a cubic phase with (h00) preferred orientation with tine substrate temperature up to 300℃. PbTe films could not form at substrate temperature above 400℃ because of reevaporation of the Pb. According to AFM image, the surface of films was composed of small granular crystals and flat matrix. According to the increase of substrate temperature, the grain size at film surface becomes larger. By Hall-effect measurement, the carrier concentration and Hall mobility of n-type PbTe films grown by T_(sub)=300 ℃ were 3.68 x l0^(18)cm^(-3) and 148 ㎠/Vs, respectively.

최근 인터넷상 각종 유해사이트가 점점 더 많은 대중에게 노출되고 있다. 대부분의 유해사이트는 방송통신심의위원회에 의해 도메인이 차단되면 도메인을 변경하고 변경된 도메인을 SNS 및 사이트 내 공지 사항으로 홍보해 계속 사이트를 운영하고 있다. 즉 대부분의 유해사이트가 단속을 회피하기 위해 도메인을 계속해서 변경하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 다수의 유해사이트를 수집한 데이터베이스를 활용해 유해사이트 도메인 변경 패턴에 기반한 차단 방안을 제시한다. Recently, various harmful sites on the internet have been increasingly exposed to the public. Most harmful sites continue to operate the site by changing the domain and promoting the changed domain as SNS and in-site announcements when the domain is blocked by the Korea Communications Standards Commission. In other words, most harmful sites continue to change their domains to avoid crackdowns. In this paper, we present a blocking method of harmful sites based on domain change patterns using databases that have collected a number of harmful sites.

In the Mishna, Numbers 5:11-31 describes in detail the rite of Sotah. Sotah as portrayed in Numbers appears to be a pagan rite. However, analysis shows a deeper intent. The object of this rite is not to humiliate or punish women but to protect them. If a suspected woman is found innocent she is freed of her husband's suspicions and abuse. If she is found guilty of adultery she is punished by becom甄 barren, but God is the only source of punishment. Manis not allowed to take punishment in his own hands. None are allowed to abuse the woman. The punishment is only administered by God. An · attitude of referring punishment to God is needed more than ever in our close relationships and lives. It is also important that personal punishment, or domestic abuse, should be forbidden. Finally, we should note the importance of erasing suspicion between partners in a marriage - building trust in God's families. .
E-Navigation 서비스 제공을 위한 통신망 아키텍처의 설계

The research on an E-Navigation(E-Nav) strategy development has recently carried out by the IMO sub-committee on safety of navigation(NAV). The design of communication system architecture is a key factor in the E-Nav strategy development and it may drive the direction of a national R&D project on future navigational and marine communication systems. This study aims at designing a standard model of E-Nav communication network architecture, which enhances navigational safety and provides additional benefits in marine transportation. To achieve this purpose, authors have suggested E-Nav services, which are divided into five categories, i.e., safety and security, maritime meteorology, distress, business, and infotainment, by analyzing the related user requirements. As results, this paper proposes the E-Nav communication network architecture that consists of the navigation and communication equipments. 최근 IMO의 항해안전전문위원회(NAV) 통신작업반을 중심으로 E-Navigation(E-Nav) 전략개발에 관한 연구가 진행되고 있다. E-Nav 전략개발을 위한 통신망 아키텍처의 설계는 선교시스템의 표준 및 미래 항해 및 해양통신 장비에 관한 국가 R&D 프로젝트 방향을 결정하는 중요한 부분이다. 본 연구는 E-Nav 이용자 요구분석을 통하여 항해안전을 향상시키고 해상운송의 부가적인 이익을 가져다 줄 수 있는 E-Nav 서비스를 도출하고 통신망 기준모델을 설계하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 본 연구에서는 E-Nav 서비스를 크게 안전 및 보안, 해양기상, 조난, 비즈니스, 인포테인먼트(infotainment)의 5가지 분야로 나누고, 각 분야 별로 요구되는 E-Nav 서비스를 도출하였다. 그 결과로서 도출된 E-Nav 서비스 지원을 위한 통신망 아키텍처를 제안하였다.
