        미용사들의 요통경험률과 관련요인에 관한 조사 : 익산시를 중심으로

        This study was conducted to investigate factors related to experience rate of low back pain(LBP) in a beauticians, a questionnaire survey was carried out for 112 a beauticians in Iksan city Cheonra Pook province from 21th July to 30 July, 1997. The results were as follows: The experience rate of LBP for 112 beauticians who were interviewed was 60.7%. The common cause of LBP was insidious onset with aging without known cause (60.3%). A lumbago, but no trouble(79.4%) was the highest in the degree of action's disability of LBP. The result that had wmpared working environmental and activity of daily living(ADL) factor of LBP ecperience group with that no LBP ecperience group was as follows, there stastically significant relationship between wallang duration(hr/day), time spent standing (hours/day) and working related stress(P$lt;0.05). It was revealed by this survey that independent variables related to LBP experience rate of a beauticians were important health problem. So the prospective research is need by those variables.

      • 화장품 구매시 상표충성도에 관한 연구

        This paper is designed to look into customers' loyalty to brands at a time of making a purchase of cosmetics with cosmetics customers as the subjects, and to identify variables affecting their loyalty to brands in the perspective of consumption behavior and demographic variables. This paper works on the following questions. 1. What is band loyalty to cosmetics? 2. What differences does it make in accordance with consumption behavior? This paper resorts on the random sampling of women aged 20 and above residing in Kwangju, who makes use of cosmetics, analysing a total of 555 questionnaires. I bank on frequency and percentage, Cronbach'α, correlation, factor analysis, GLM ANOVA, T-test, Duncan's test, and multiple regression analysis and so on. The results of this study can be summarized like the following. First, the scores involving brand loyalty stand high and those in relation to the questions 'Do you buy discounted cosmetics regardless of brands?' turn out to be low. The component analysis of the brand loyalty of cosmetics consists of 'brand-related' components and 'price- related' components. Among the demographic variables, there is a significant difference in accordance with the level of education, which means that the more educated one is, the higher the scores of brand loyalty stand. Second, in terms of the general trends of consumption behavior, the subjects prove to prefer domestic products than foreign ones. In terms of places where they purchase cosmetics, the majority of the respondents frequent cosmetics-only stores while the subjects are least likely to depend on communications sales. In terms of their motive to use cosmetics, most of them respond that they want to beautify themselves while least of them say that they do so for others do so, which implies that they use cosrnetics for the benefit of themselves. ln terms of the satisfaction of cosmetics, the subjects respond that they are satisfied with what they are currently using. In terms of the brand loyalty of cosmetics in accordance with consumption behavior, the brand loyalty of cosmetics runs high in case the subjects use imported cosmetics and in case they use them in order to emphasize individuality and complement defects.

      • 신윤복 풍속화에 나타난 조선 후기 여성 두발양식과 복식문화에 관한 연구

        This study analyzes the women's hair style and costume in late Chosun Dynasty appeared in Shin Yoon Bok' genre painting. Conclusions are as follows; First, in case of woman costume, the Jergori was short and the Chima was too long. The trend of simplified clothes on upper body and abundant clothes on lower body appeared. In addition, as 'geodulchima' became popular, women came to of en show an erotic beauty by exposing their underwear below chima. Second, in the women's hair style appeared in Shin Yoon Bok' genre painting, a unmarried woman did the braids and a feme covert did 'Ungeon Meori' and 'Tremeori'(a swept-back hair with the chignon) regardless of status. We can imagine the women's hair styles of a higher class who imitated those of 'Kie-sangs' through the features of Kie-sangs who were illustrated by Shin yoon bok.

      • 미용사의 근무실태에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 광주광역시 미용실에서 근무하는 미용사들의 근무실태를 살펴보아, 미용사의 보다 나은 직무만족 수준향상에 기여하기 위하여 실시되었다. 따라서 미용실의 실태와 취약점과 이직의향을 살펴보아 근무 환경개선을 위한 기초자료로 제공하고자 한다. 본 연구의 조사대상은 광주지역 미용실에 근무하는 매니저를 비롯한 디자이너, 스텝들을 대상으로 무작위 선정하여 조사하였다. 2005년 4월 1 일부터 4월 7일까지 광주광역시 광산구에 위치한 10개 미용실에 근무하는 근무자들을 대상으로 본 연구자가 직접 사전조사를 실시하였다. 사전조사의 결과를 토대로 설문지를 수정, 보완하여 구조화된 설문지를 4월 16일부터 4월 27일까지 광주광역시 5개 구에서 약 200여개의 미용실을 무작위 착출하여 설문지를 통해 직접방문하여 조사하였다. 본 연구의 목적을 위해 회수된 설문지를 SPSS12.0프로그램을 이용하였다. 종사자의 일반적인 특성을 파악하기 위하여 빈도분석과 겨차분석을 적용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. (15.7%), 업무량 과다(10.8%)의 순으로 나타났다. 앞에서 살펴본 거의 비슷하게 급여와 업무량 퉁이 문제로 나타났다. 미용종사자는 일반적으로 여자(81.9%)가 많았고, 연령으로는 20-25세가 46.2%로써 약 절반이 20대 초반으로 나타났으며, 최종학력을 살펴보면 고졸이 50.5%로 가장 많았다. 결혼여부에서는 미혼(75.3%) 이 많았으며, 근무경력으로는 75.6%가 3년 미만인 것을 알 수 있었다. 근무시간으로는 하루 평균 10시간이 80,7% 로 오래 근무하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 반면에 10시 간 이하는 4.1%로써 매우 낮게 나타났다. 월 소득으로는 50%가 100만원 마만을 받고 있는 열악한 조건에서 근무하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 월 평균휴일을 살펴보면 81.7%가 월 4일 이하 쉬는 것으로 나타났고, 월 하루도 쉬지 않는 근로자도 3.4% 로 나타났다. 반면 7일 이상 휴일이 있는 근로자는 0.7% 에 불과해 미용업계의 휴일이 상당히 저조한 것으로 나타났다. 미용실의 가장 큰 취약점은 '낮은 급여 수준과 체계가 없다'가 가장 높게 나타났고, '휴일이 적고 근무시간이 길다'가 두번째로 높았으며, 세번째로는 '시술 비용의 질서가 없다'라고 나타났다. 미용실의 이직 의향이 있는지 여부에서는 '예'라고 응답한 종사자가 48.4% 로 절반정도가 의직 의향을 갖고 있었고. 그 이유로는 임금 때문(33.8%), 앞으로의 전망(29.9%), 작업 환경(15.7%), 업무량 과다(10.8%)의 순으로 나타났다. 앞에서 살펴본 미용실의 취약점과 거의 비슷하게 급여와 업무량 퉁이 문제로 나타났다. Beauticians' job is a part of art and is a work that requires creative ideas and unique designs. Job satisfaction is a very important factor in beauticians' work that is mostly labor-oriented. Job satisfaction means a positive behavior toward their own job and this positive perception about their job helps to achieve personal goal by encouraging workers to have increased self-esteem and to participate in various group works with enthusiasm. Generally, job satisfaction does not only mean that the workers are satisfied with their work itself, but it also means that workers' overall job satisfaction is closely related with relationship with co-workers, their emotional status, wages and work environment. The purpose of the study is to investigate the work environment and the level of job satisfaction of the beauticians working in beauty shops in Gwang-ju and to analyze factors that have substantial influences in job satisfaction, therefore, to provide them with better work environment and to make a contribution to increased job satisfaction. This study will provide useful information that would help to improve the work environment and the job satisfaction of the beauticians by providing variables and related information that have close relationship with job satisfaction, This study has specific sub-goals to achieve the main purpose of the study. First, this study will analyze factors like demographics such as gender, age, income, education and marriage and work related information such as tenure and job position, which believed to have a great effect on workers' job satisfaction. Second, this study will provide better way to effectively manage human resources by offering more structured management system, which will eventually lead to the higher level of job satisfaction. This study employed two different methods to investigate the level of job satisfaction of beautician working in Gwang-ju area. The methods included a vast literature review on the past studies and a survey.

        소상공인 미용실의 점포특성이 경영성과에 미치는 영향 연구

        최근 미용실의 대부분을 차지하고 있는 근로자 수 5인 미만의 소상공인 미용실은 인적·물적 자원의 부족 및 경영자의 경영마인드 및 경영관리 미숙으로 고객들의 다양한 욕구를 충족시키지 못해 결국 영업부진으로 이어지고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 미용실 점포특성을 입지, 시설, 기술, 서비스 등으로 분류하여 중요한 점포특성 요인을 찾고, 점포특성이 소상공인 미용실의 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 한다. 또한 점포특성에 따른 집단 간의 비교 분석을 통해 소상공인 미용실의 효율적 운영을 위한 정보를 제공하고자 한다. 본 연구의 자료분석은 SPSS v. 12.0 프로그램을 활용하여 분석하였고 분석기법으로 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석과 Cronbach`α계수 산출, 독립표본 t-test 및 일원변량분석을 실시하였고 사후검정인 scheffe test와 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구범위는 국내미용실 중 종업원 수 5인 미만의 소상공인 미용실 경영자를 대상으로 총 289부의 설문을, 리커트 5점 척도를 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구의 주된 내용은 소상공인의 개념 및 특성, 규모별 미용실 현황, 미용실 점포특성의 중요성 및 선행연구, 그리고 연구의 설계 및 점포특성관련 분석들로 구성되어진다. 연구결과, 점포특성은 소상공인 미용실의 경영성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 특히 점포특성 중 시설 및 기술요인이 중요요인임을 확인할 수 있었다. 이와 같은 결과를 통해 소상공인 미용실 경영자들은 기술적 시술능력과 함께 보다 편안하고 안정된 매장분위기 연출을 위한 노력이 요구되어진다. Recently, most of small beauty salons with less than 5 employees have not satisfied customers` various desires by a scarcity of human and material resources, owner`s management mind and poor management, doing extend into a sluggish business. This study is intended to look for important store-related factors by classifying store characteristics of beauty salon into location, facilities and skill, figure out the effect of store characteristics on management performance in small beauty salon, and provide information for the efficient operation of small beauty salon from a comparative analysis between groups of store characteristics. The SPSS v. 12.0 was applied to analyze data of this study and for the analysis method, frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, Cronbach` α calculation, independent samples t-test and one-way ANOVA were carried out. For post-hoc test, scheffe test and multiple regression analysis were carried out. The Likert 5-point Scale was used to analyze the questionnaires of total 289 copies on employers of small beauty salons under 5 employees out of domestic beauty salons. It is mainly composed of the concept and characteristics of small business, the current status of beauty salon by size, the importance and precedent study of store characteristics in beauty salon, and the design of study and the analysis of store characteristics. The study showed that store characteristics have an effect on management performance in small beauty salon. Especially, facilities and skill of store characteristics were important factors. Consequently, from the result, owners of small beauty salons are being asked to make efforts to create more comfortable and stable store atmosphere along with their technical treatment ability.

        보문 : 조선후기(朝鮮後期) 기녀(妓女)의 두식(頭飾)에 관한 연구(硏究)

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the Kinyoe`s hairstyle of the latter period of Chosun through a genre picture and old literature. The Kinyoes` hairstyle is very magnificent and extravagant because of the characteristics of their occupation. The types of the Kinyoe`s hairstyle included Uneun-Mori and Chignon and the types of headdress were Karima, Seugae-Chima, Changout, Chunmo, Cheoneui. In the case of the headdress, a group of yangban women used it in order to cover their faces according to the rule of the Confucianism tradition-avoidance of the opposite sex, but Kinyoes wore it by way of ornament and beauty. From the late eighteenth century to the mid nineteenth century, Kinyoes wore Uneun-Mori with Gache and used Chignon as a simplification of Uneun-Mori with Gache in the late nineteenth century. This trend resulted from the rationality and utility of practical thought, and showed a change from Uneun-Mori with Gache to Chignon as a simplification of Uneun-Mori with Gache. As the system of social position was disturbed in the latter petiod of Chosun and extravagancy spread all over the society, common women naturally imitated the Kinyoe`s magnificent and extravagant hairstyle.

      • 혜원 신윤복 풍속화에 나타난 여성 두발양식과 복식문화에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 조선 후기의 대표적인 화가인 혜원 신윤복의 풍속화 8점을 선택하여, 그 속에서 보여지는 여성들의 등장인물들을 중심으로 조선 후기의 두발양식과 복식문화를 살펴보았다. 풍속화에 나타난 모든 두식은 신분에 무관하게 거대한 트레머리를 하고 있었으며 각자의 개성 을 표현하며 다양한 스타일을 보여주었다. 복식의 경우 조선후기의 복식 변화는 실학의 대두로 인한 사상적 변화와 함께 그 형태 변에서 고유의 양식을 그대로 보전하면서 실용화되어 가는 과정에서 간소화, 단순화가 아루어졌다. 저고리는 전시대에 비해 길이가 짧아지고 품과 소매통이 좁아져 단소화되고, 치마는 길이가 길어지고 폭도풍성해지는 장대화 경향을 보여주고 있다, 삼회장 저고리는 양반층에서만 착용하게 되어 있었는데 기녀층에서도 착용되고 있는 모습에서 상층계급을 향한 신분상승의 욕구가 복식을 통해 표출되고 있음을 볼 수 있다. 또한 풍속화에 나타난 머리모양과 복식으로 확실하게 신분, 직업 등을 구별하기가 어려움을 알 수 있다. 풍속화에 나타난 여인들은 모두 바지 위에 치마를 입고 있는데, 이것으로 보아 당시에는 바지 위에 치마를 입는 것이 일반화되었던 것으로 보이며, 이는 바지를 치마 안에 입는 속옷으로 여겼음을 알 수 있다.

      • 朝鮮後期 男子 便服袍의 種類와 變遷에 관한 연구 : 風俗畵를 中心으로

        본 연구는 實學者들의 복식관과 당시 생활사가 사실적으로 묘사된 風俗畵속에 나타난 복식의 착장 형태를 통하여 朝鮮 後期 男子 便服袍의 변천과정을 고찰하고자 한다. 朝鮮 後期 風俗畵에 나타난 男子 便服袍의 종류에는 帖 , 直領袍, 道袍, 衣, 周衣 등이 있었던 것을 알 수 있으며, 먼저 帖 와 直領袍가 착용 되다가 시간의 흐름에 따라 다양한 형태의 便服袍로 바꾸어지기 시작할 즈음 道袍와 衣가 나타나기 시작하였던 것으로 짐작된다. 최종적으로 고종 연간에는 이러한 다양한 형태의 便服袍가 周衣로 통합되었던 것을 알 수 있다.

        미용사의 업무환경에 따른 스트레스에 관한 연구 : 전주지역 미용사를 중심으로

        This study was conducted to explore the incidence of job related stress among beauticians in the survey area. The questionnaire was answered by 104 participants in Chonju city during the period Feb 1 to 28, 1998. Marks and ranking of stress: The type of stress suffered by beauticians was classified by item. The first cause(4.14) was trouble with a customer. The second(4.10) was stress over unsuitable pay, while the third (3.84 ) was trouble with a colleague. The reasons of stress and the degree of stress out of social status and a working condition in case of stress out of social status, beauticians in their twenties get more stress from an authoritative attitude, a trouble with a colleague and relationships with seniors and juniors(p$lt;0.01) than beauticians in their thirties. Also, a men gets more stress from lack of technical lmowledge and skills(p$lt;0.05) than woman dose. A beautician with a religion gets more stress from lack staff and goods(p$lt;0.05), and a single gets more stress from an authoritative attitude, a trouble with a collaegue and relationships with seniors and juniors(p$lt;0.05). this statistics can be slightly different from other datas. In case of stress out of a working condition, it was different with a working area(p$lt;0. 05). Beauticians in the downtown area get more stress with an authoritative attitude, a trouble with a colleague and relationships with seniors and juniors while. beauticians in the outskirt of the city get more stress out of troubles with customers, and a beautician with higher salary gets less stress from an authoritative attitude, a trouble with a colleague and relationships with seniors and juniors(p$lt;0.05). A head beauticia gets a lot of stress from an authoritative attitude, overwork, a trouble with a colleague, relationship with seniors and juniors and strict working condition. On the other hand, a chief and an owner gets less stress(p$lt;0.05) and beauticians who work for 12 to 18 hours a day get much stress from trouble with seniors and juniors (p$lt;0.05). In term of the numbers of coworkers, they tend to get more stress from an authoritative attitude, a trouble with a colleague when 6 to 11 people work together. When 3 or 5 beauticians work together, they tend to get more stress from troubles with seniors and juniors(p$lt;0.001). This statistics can be slightly different from other dates.
