In the 21st century knowledge and information society, competence is emphasized more than knowledge and information. Competence is defined as the ability to do something. Competence-based education criticizes the lack of practicality and contextuality of traditional education. We can see similar limitations in college writing education. College writing education does not take into account context and situation. Therefore, the motivation of college students is reduced and the academic performance is lowered. The purpose of this study is to enhance the practicality of college writing education. The study proposes a ‘scenario- based writing education plan.’ Scenario-based writing emphasizes specific situations and contexts, enabling the use of major knowledge in this process. Also, the drama <Arcangel> is used in writing. Dramas help attract attention and make the scenario more concrete. This study is expected to help increase learners’ interest in writing, and to help college students realize that writing is an important tool for problem solving. 21세기 지식기반 사회에서는 지식과 정보 그 자체보다 역량이 강조되고 있다. 지식을 활용하여 무언가를 해내는 역량을 중요시하는 역량교육에서는 전통적 교육의 비실제성, 탈맥락성을 비판한다. 대학 글쓰기 교육을 비판하는 지점 또한 크게 다르지 않다. 대학 글쓰기 교육이 상황과 맥락, 실제성을 결여하고 있으며, 이것이 학습자의 동기 저하, 학습능력의 미성취로 이어진다는 것이다. 본 연구는 대학 글쓰기 교육의 실제성을 높이고자 ‘시나리오 기반 글쓰기 교육 방안’을 제안하였다. 시나리오 기반 글쓰기는 대학생 필자로 하여금 글쓰기의 구체적인 상황과 맥락을 체험하게 하고, 이 과정에서 자신의 전공 지식을 활용하여 문제를 해결하도록 하는 데 초점을 두었다. 또한 학습자의 관심을 유도하고 시나리오 상황을 구체적으로 체감하도록 하기 위하여 도입부에서 드라마 <아크엔젤>을 활용하였다. 본 연구가 제안한 시나리오 기반 글쓰기 방안은 학습자의 쓰기 흥미를 높일 뿐만 아니라, 대학생 필자로 하여금 글쓰기가 문제해결을 위한 중요한 도구임을 자각하게 하는 데 도움을 줄 것으로 기대된다.

예비교사의 수업 역량 향상을 위한 협력적 멘토링 프로그램의 개발과 적용

The purpose of this paper is to develop and apply a cooperative mentoring program to enhance the teaching ability of pre-service teachers. In the cooperative mentoring program, universities and field experts help pre-service teachers. In addition, they modify the instructional design, and instructional expertise is developed in this process. This is the result of mentoring. The characteristics of the pre-service teacher's Korean language class design could be confirmed. The classes of pre-service teachers lacked an understanding of the learner and the field context in common. Through mentoring, it was confirmed that pre-service teachers sought ways to clarify their class difficulties and solve them. 본 논문의 목적은 예비 국어교사의 수업 역량을 제고하기 위한 협력적 멘토링 프로그램을 개발하고 이를 적용해보는 것이다. 협력적 멘토링 프로그램에서는 대학과 현장 전문가의 도움을 받아 예비교사가 국어 수업을 설계하고 이를 수정하는 과정에서 예비교사의 수업 전문성이 함양되기를 기대하였다. 멘토링 결과, 예비교사의 국어 수업 설계의 특징을 확인할 수 있었다. 예비교사의 수업은 공통적으로 학습자와 현장 맥락에 대한 이해가 부족하다는 특징을 보였다. 멘토링을 통해서 예비교사가 자신의 수업 어려움을 명료화하고 그 어려움을 해결할 방법을 모색하는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

경찰관서 표준인력 수요모델 개발;시스템다이내믹스 방법론을 기반으로

날로 광역화, 지능화, 디지털화된 범죄양상과 국민들의 고품질 치안서비스에 대한 관심과 욕구의 증대로 인해 치안수요가 증가하고 있다. 지금까지의 선행연구들은 경찰인력의 수요에 영향을 미치는 특정 변수를 회귀분석을 통해 찾아낸 뒤 이것을 바탕으로 경찰인력에 대한 예측을 시도하였으나, 경찰 업무 전반에 걸친 직무를 분석하여 치안 수요 및 업무량에 따른 적정인력을 산출하는 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 경찰관서 각 기능별 실무자 면담을 통해 직무를 분석한 후 기능별 주요 업무를 선정하였고 시스템 다이내믹스 방법론을 활용하여 기능별 경찰관서의 표준인력 수요를 예측하였다. 또한 235개의 관서 모델을 만들어 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통해 관서별, 지방청별 효율적 인력 운용 방안에 대해 논의하였다.

딜레마 내러티브를 활용한 토론 수업 방안 연구 - 드라마 제재 활용 사례를 중심으로

The rapid increase of interest in debates and debate education has been observed in the last ten years. The debaters that place importance on the communication abilities focus on learning the debate methods and procedures. The ultimate goal of debates is, however, not acquiring effective debate skills. It is needed to devise debate plans to cultivate communication abilities, higher thinking abilities, and ethical imagination. This study thus set out to propose "dilemma narrative-based debate plans," which involve appreciating texts containing serious dilemmas and then doing pro-con debates about the subjects. Chapter 2 examined the theoretical backgrounds and expected effects of "dilemma debates." Chapter 3 examined what kind of problems would be found in dilemma debates and what solutions would be proper based on the analysis data of actual debates among the students. Dilemma debates help the participants clarify their values and realize that there are opinions different from theirs and that their convictions are not the only answer. 최근 10여 년간 토론과 토론 교육에 대한 관심이 급증하여 왔다. 의사소통능력을 중시하는 논자들은 토론의 방법과 절차를 익히는 데 역점을 둔다. 하지만 토론 전략이나 기술의 습득을 토론의 최종 목표로 보기는 어렵다. 의사소통능력과 고등사고력, 윤리적 상상력을 함양할 수 있는 토론 방안을 고안할 필요가 있다. 이를 위해 본고에서는 ‘딜레마 내러티브를 활용한 토론’을 제안하였다. 딜레마 토론은 딜레마 상황이 포함된 제재를 대상을 한 찬반 토론으로, 의사소통능력은 물론, 비판적 사고력, 윤리적 상상력의 함양에 역점을 둔 토론 방법이다. 본고에서는 딜레마 토론의 이론적 배경과 가능성을 점검한 후, 학생들의 실제 토론을 분석함으로써 어떤 실제적 어려움이 따르는지, 그 해결책이 무엇인지를 살펴보았다.

Due to criminal aspects spreading nation wide, their intelligence level increasing and becoming digitalized, the citizens` interest in and desire for crime security have increased. Until now, the preceding researches have been focused on finding the specific variables that have direct effects on the demand for police manpower through regression analysis and attempted to predict number of needs. However, there have never been any researches producing the accurate number of demands for crimes and human resources needed for each work load. Therefore, this research have analyzed each police station functions by interviewing the persons in charge and selected the main duty for each functions. From this, by using the method of system dynamics, this research was able to predict the standard number of manpower needed for each police station functions. Also, by making a model for each 235 police stations, the best efficient employment plan for police stations and district agencies have been further discussed based on the computer simulation results.
