        공공기관 구내식당 식수 예측 모델개발 및 변수 선정 연구

        인공지능 기술의 발전과 더불어 기계학습을 기반의 다양한 예측 알고리즘이 개발되었다. 예측을 위해서는 분야별로 비교 분석을 통해 적합한 알고리즘의 선정 과정이 선행되어야 하고, 더 정확한 예측 결과를 얻기 위해 선정 알고리즘의 세부적인 파라미터 튜닝 과정이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 자동화 기계학습(AutoML) 라이브러리인 Pycaret을 활용한 예측 모델을 비교 분석한다. 그리고 식수 예측 모델 개발시 효율적인 알고리즘 선정 방안을 제시하고, 예측 정확도 향상 실험과 성능검증을 통해 알고리즘별 최적의 하이퍼 파라미터를 제시한다. 본 논문에서의 연구는 한 공공기관과 그 구내식당에서 제공받은 실제 데이터를 기계학습에 적합한 형태로 데이터를 전처리하여 식수 예측 결과에 영향을 주는 중요변수를 선정하였다. 그 결과 예측 알고리즘의 큰 성능 향상을 확인함으로써 효과적인 예측 알고리즘 선정의 방안을 입증하였고, 정교한 예측을 위한 데이터 공급자 측면의 데이터 관리 방안을 제시하였다. Advancements in artificial intelligence technology have led to the creation of various prediction algorithms based on machine learning. For such predictions, it is essential to conduct a comparative analysis in each field to select a suitable algorithm. To obtain more accurate prediction results, it is necessary to treat the selected algorithm with a detailed parameter tuning process. Therefore, in this study, we compare and analyze prediction models using the automated machine learning (AutoML) library Pycaret. We also propose an efficient algorithm selection approach for developing a meal prediction model. We present the optimal hyperparameters for each algorithm through experiments aiming to improve prediction accuracy and performance verification. For this study, actual data from a public institution and its cafeteria were obtained and preprocessed into a format suitable for machine learning. Important variables affecting meal predictions were also selected. The results confirm that the prediction algorithms achieved significant performance improvements, thus validating the proposed method as an effective approach for algorithm selection. We conclude by suggesting data management strategies that can be used by data providers to achieve precise predictions.

        임대아파트 유지관리 시스템 개발을 위한 프로세스 및 데이터 모델 구축에 관한 연구

        본 논문은 임대아파트의 유지관리 프로세스 및 데이터 모델을 제시하였다. TO-BE 모델은 프로세스, 취해질 활동, 어떤 정보가 활동 사이에서 어떻게 교류되어야 하는가 하는 방법을 표준화 하는데 기여하며 IDEF0 모델의 형태로 제시되었다. 데이터 모델은 TO-BE 모델에서 추출한 유지관리시스템 프로세스를 근간으로 DB 구축을 위한 ERD를 제시하였다. 유지관리 분야 연구 성과로서 임대아파트의 유지관리 업무에 대한 구조적이고 그에 대한 기준을 설명할 수 있는 프로세스 모델이 개발되었다. 또한 본 모델은 유지관리에 참여하는 조직 내에서 정책의 결정을 위한 가이드라인으로 작용할 수 있다. TO-BE 모델은 수명 주기 동안 임대자산에 투자되는 자본을 유지하고, 기능을 향상시키기 위해 실행되는 효과적인 전략과 절차(개념적 모델을 통한 데이터와 지식의 통합)와 별도로 유지관리 관행 전반에 관한 방법을 규정할 수 있게 해 주는 기초 자료가 될 것이다. 구현된 애플리케이션은 프로세스 모델을 근간으로 설계된 데이터 모델에 대한 활용을 보여준다. The main purpose of this study is to develop a system and data model extracted from the TO-BE process model of rental apartments to promote information exchange based on knowledge obtained through maintenance status analysis. Currently, it is difficult to find examples suggesting a data model through a process analysis of maintenance in rental apartments. Thus, this study intends to suggest a process as well as a data model to promote the development of a maintenance system for rental apartments by using building management knowledge, utilization of standardized tools, and existing FM (Facility Management) techniques to break through limitations in actual application. Ultimately, this study aims to show examples of document-oriented analysis and information technology for middle managers in charge of the maintenance of rental apartments, as well as work analysts developing the maintenance system. In further research beyond this study, complex issues on the maintenance of rental apartments, legal restrictions on customary practices of maintenance activities, effects of the scales of maintenance practices, requirements to perform maintenance activities, evaluation on the status of maintenance, life cycle cost and risks will be investigated.

        The effects of interlingual, intralingual, and dual transfer on fossilization

        A frequently cited source of error among L2 learners is language transfer, i.e. transfer from one's native language (NL)―interlingual transfer―or from one's target language (TL)―intralingual transfer. Sometimes, learners draw an analogy from their NL and TL at the same time, which can be termed "dual transfer." This paper tries to (1) investigate the validity of Brown's suggestion that with the progress in language learning, intralingual transfer, rather than interlingual transfer, becomes more prevalent, (2) examine whether the Multiple Effects Principle that multiple sources of an error are more likely to cause fossilization holds good, and (3) find out which of interlingual, intralingual, and dual transfer is the strongest contributor to fossilization. After testing some middle school, high school, and university students, the present study examined the changes in the proportion of the three types of transfer. The results generally support Brown's suggestion and the Multiple Effects Principle, and it turns out that dual transfer is the strongest factor leading to fossilization.

        1Determination of potical purity of N-acetyl-1 -naphthylethylamine by chiral chromatography and NMR spectroscopy

        (R)-N-3,5-dinitrobenzoyl (DNB) phenylglycinol derived chiral selector was used as a HPLC chiral stationary phase (CSP) for the resolution of racemic N-acylnaphthylalkylamines. In this study, determination of optical purity was performed by both chiral chromatography and NMR spectroscopy by using the (R)-phenylglycinol derived chiral selector. The data of accuracy and precision of each optical purity value are calculated from the results of NMR and HPLC experiments by comparing with true value. Average error of the NMR method was +2.2% with average RSD of 4.54%, while that of HPLC method was -3.5% with average RSD of 3.23%.

        Pragmatically Factive Implication of Even If

        S ince Pollock (1976), there has been much debate on the so-called consequent-entailment problem of even if P, Q (eP > Q ). Researchers such as Bennett (1982, 2003), L ycan (1991), Barker (1991, 199 4 ), and G uerzoni & L im (2007) tried to offer explanations about this linguistic phenomenon. However, in most cases, eP > Q generates a factive implicature rather than an entailment, which this paper endeavors to explain. The present study also presents conditions for pragmatically factive implication (PF I ) of the consequent of eP > Q . For eP > Q to be felicitous, P should be at a point on a given scale low enough to make eP > Q sufficiently informative. The consequent of eP > Q has PF I iff P is at the lowest point on a given scale or alternative conditions at lower points than P are pragmatically excluded either for their pragmatic irrelevance or pragmatic impossibility. Their pragmatic relevance is determined by mutual knowledge between the speaker and the hearer(s), and their pragmatic possibility is by world knowledge

        The SIC and Pragmatic Constraints for Even

        There has been heated debate on the felicity conditions for the English focus particle “even.” The present study will review three previous approaches―namely, the existential account, the universal account, and the scalar account―and some of their drawbacks will be discussed. As an alternative, this paper will propose the Sufficient Informativeness Conditions (SIC) for “even,” a modified version of the scalar account. It will be compared with the three approaches, and it will prove to be successful in dealing with some of their problems. In addition, this paper will discuss pragmatic constraints on the implicature of “even.” The present study will conclude with some comments on the comparative-intensifying use of “even.”

      • 부순모래 콘크리트의 특성에 미치는 잔골재 치수와 혼합조건의 영향에 관한 실험적 연구

        Recently, the suprly of natural river sand as concrete fine aggregate has been getting worse and it is necessary to recycle the construction wastes produced on the process of stone materials production in our country. Therefore, this study was aimed to find the reuse method of crushed sand as concrete fine aggregate and to estimate the quality of crushed sand concrete. In this study, to inverstigate the influence of fine aggreate size and mixing condition on the properties of crushed sand oncrete and compare with the natural river sand concreter the 2 cases of the aggreate size and the 5 cases of mixing condition are tested. The test results presented that the properties of mixed crushed sand with natural river sand concrete was better than the prorerties of natural river sand concrete.
