주민등록번호 도용의 문제점 및 개선방안

In Korea, the Residence Registration Number is made of birth date, sex, residence, etc. The public ID number, which each and all Korean nationals should enroll in the Administration, could endanger the privacy of each citizen. In the private sector, the Internet service providers usually make it a rule to demand user's Residence Registration Number. Accordingly, some users submit virtual numbers instead of their real numbers by using an automatic registration number generator, and others make an unauthorized use of other's ID numbers. As a matter of fact, 56 percent of claimants of violation of privacy protection, who filed with the Personal Data Protection Center for ten months in 2003, complained their Residence Registration Numbers had been illegally used or stolen. Why does the Internet service provider demand the Residence Registration Numbers of users as a required information? Is there any appropriate identifiable information other than the Residence Registration Number? There are so many issues and problems with regard to the unauthorized use of Residence Registration Numbers. First, the ID numbers were originally devised not for the commercial activities but for the administrative purpose. Second, the prevailing use of the automatic generators would make it difficult to prohibit the unauthorized use of the ID numbers. Third, Article 21 of the Residence Registration Act punishes only the violators who incurred financial damages to others by making unauthorized use of other's ID numbers. The current law cannot punish individual users of such automatic generating software. Surprisingly, the standard provisions of Internet shopping mall suggested by the Fair Trade Commission include the Residence Registration Numbers as required personal information. In other words, the government acknowledges the general use of the Residence Registration Numbers. However, it should be noted that in foreign countries it is free to do transactions in the shopping malls or Internet portal sites without any personal ID numbers like the Residence Registration Number of Korea. It is dangerous for the protection of privacy to use the Residence Registration Number, in particular, for the profiling of personal information. Therefore, we have to take account of the following measures to prevent the unauthorized use of other's Residence Registration Numbers: - The Internet service providers should not be allowed to collect individual user's Residence Registration Numbers. Also it might be punishable to submit other's ID number without permission. - Alternative ID's like credit cards or electronic signatures should be encouraged or recommended in the electronic commerce. - Any other numbers covering no personal information could be managed and operated by a third sector institution like an escrow account suggested by FTC in the e-commerce transactions.

동정(動靜) 문제(問題)에 관한 주자(朱子)의 사상적(思想的) 특성(特性)

본고에서는 動靜 問題에 관한 朱子의 見解를 理氣論과 心性論 그리고 工夫論으로 나누어 살펴보고, 그 思想體系의 整合性을 밝히고자 하였다. 주자는 理氣論과 心性論, 그리고 工夫論을 막론하고 動靜개념이 기본적으로 對待關係를 벗어날 수 없다고 명확하게 정의한 바 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 주자는 太極인 理의 體와 用에 靜과 動을 分屬시키기도 하고, 心의 體와 用에 靜과 動을 분속시키기도 하며, 道家와 佛家의 공부법이 靜에 치우쳐 있다고 비판하면서 敬공부를 제시하기도 하지만 끝내 靜만을 공부의 근본으로 여겨야 된다고 보았다. 이러한 주자의 견해는 동정 개념이 대대관계를 벗어나게 되는 측면이 있다. 이는 주자가 動靜이라는 동일한 글자를 두고 一般的으로 적용되는 對待關係의 개념적 범주와 道德的인 측면에서 體와 用에 靜과 動을 분속시키는 개념적 범주로 나누어, 서로 다른 관점에서 다른 의미를 부여하고 있기 때문에 야기된 문제다. 주자에게 있어서 對待關係에 있는 動靜은 나뉨이 분명하면서도 서로 근본이 되어 마주하고 기다리는 것을 의미하지만, 體用關係에 있어서 靜은 不善의 기미 자체가 없는 純善한 心의 未發인 體(性)를 의미하고 動은 中節하지 않으면 不善으로 흐를 수 있는 心의 已發인 用(情)을 의미한다. 체용관계에서는 靜이 體에만 대비되고 動이 用에만 대비될 뿐만 아니라, 도덕적 측면에서 항상 靜(體)만이 動(用)의 근본이 되므로 대대관계에 있는 動靜과 개념상의 차이가 없을 수 없다. 이와 같이 두 가지 관점에서 제시된 動靜에 관한 주자의 견해를 두고 논리적 오류가 있다고 단정 짓기보다는 동정 개념을 바라보는 관점상의 문제로 이해하는 것이 바람직할 것이다. 오히려 動靜 問題에 있어서 주자는 대대관계와 체용관계라는 두 관점을 統攝함으로써 理氣論과 心性論, 그리고 工夫論을 하나로 꿰뚫을 수 있었으며 論理的 整合性을 갖춘 완성된 思想體系를 정립할 수 있었다고 하겠다. 在本文旣要査考在理氣論, 心性論, 和工夫論中提出的對「動靜」問題的朱子見解, 又要闡明朱子思想體系的整合性. 朱子明確地定義了動靜的槪念是無論理氣論, 心性論, 和工夫論, 基本上都不能脫離對待關系. 雖然這樣, 他却在理氣論上把「靜」和「動」各屬在太極「理」的「體」和「用」, 在心性論上把「靜」和「用」各屬在心的「體」和「用」, 在工夫論上批評了道家和佛家的修行論偏在「靜」, 同時倡議了學習「敬」. 可是他的最重要的見解就是只有「靜」才是修行論根本的. 對動靜問題的朱子見解提供了論爭的餘地, 就是動靜槪念脫離對待關系. 朱子把動靜的槪念分成兩個槪念範疇. 一個是在一般的事物內對待關系的槪念範疇, 一個是在道德方面上「靜」和「動」各屬在「體」和「yong」的槪念範疇. 因爲他在不同的觀點上對「動靜」這一個字賦予了不同的意思, 所以發生了這個問題. 對這樣的朱子見解的兩面性, 斷定他犯了邏輯錯誤, 還是要了解對動靜槪念的觀點問題. 關於動靜問題, 通過掌握「對待關系」觀點和「體用關系」觀點, 會精通了理氣論, 心性論和工夫論, 會建立了具有邏輯的整合性的完成的思想體系.

무용 열정과 정체성, 과제관여의 인과적 관계 및 모형 안정성 검증

본 연구는 무용전공 대학생의 정체성이 열정과 과제관여 간의 인과적 관계를 매개하는지를 분석하고, 연구모형의 안정성을 검증하였다. 연구대상은 무용학과 여자대학생 457명이었다. 자료 분석을 위해 기술 통계, 확인적 요인분석, 구조방정식모형 분석, 다중집단분석을 실시하였다. 구조방정식모형 분석의 결과 무용에 대한 열정과 정체성이 과제관여에 대한 분산의 40%를 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 무용학과 대학생들의 정체성은 무용에 대한 조화열정과 과제관여 간의 관계를 부분적으로 매개하였고, 또한 강박열정과 과제관여 간의 관계를 완전 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 다중집단분석의 결과는 구조모형의 형태와 구조공분산, 구조잔차가 두 집단 간에 동일하지만, 구조계수에서는 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이 결과는 무용에 대한 강박열정이 조화열정에 비해 여학생들의 정체성에 더 강한 영향을 주어 이들의 과제 관여 수준에 영향을 미치며, 그 영향력은 집단 특성에 따라 차이가 있다는 사실을 보여준다. This study investigated the mediating role of identity in the relationship between passion and task engagement among dance students. Participants were 457 female university students. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, confirmatory factor analysis, structural equation modeling, and multi-group analysis were conducted. Results of structural equation modeling indicated that Passion for dance and identity explained approximately 40% of the variance of task engagement. Identity partially mediated the relationships between harmonious passion and task engagement. In contrast, Identity fully mediated the relationships between obsessive passion for dance and task engagement. Results of multi-group analyses indicated that the form of structural model, structural covariance, and structural residuals across two groups were invariant, but structural weights were variant. The Findings show that students high in obsessive passion for dance may experience more identity and greater task engagement than students with harmonious passion.

이공학편 : 지필지각검사의 신뢰성 연구

본 연구는 조종적성을 판별하는 지필지각검사의 신뢰성 분석에 초점을 두고 있다. 최근 5년 간 비행훈련에 입과하여 훈련을 종료한 전체자원을 분석대상으로 하여 지필지각검사의 신뢰성을 분석하였다. 첫째, 지필지각검사는 비행훈련 수료자 예측에 유의미하게 기여하였다. 둘째, 조종적성 부적격을 판단하는 지필지각검사 최저기준점수는 상향조정이 가능함을 제안하였다. 셋째, 지필지각검사의 5개 항목별 평균점수의 신뢰구간을 산출하여 이 결과를 기준으로 향후 검사지의 신뢰성을 증대 시킬 수 있는 개선방안을 제안하였다. This study focuses on the reliability of flight aptitude screening test that is used as a tool to identity flight aptitude of pilots. The population tool of this study are pilots who completed pilot training in recent five years. First, the flight aptitude screening test significantly contributed to the prediction of pilot training. Second, we suggested that it is possible to increase the lower bound of the test for decision on disqualification. Third, this study suggested an improvement to increase reliability of the test based on the confidence interval of each mean from the five components.

사관생도들의 혈액성분 및 신체조성 변화 연구

This study investigated physical and physiological changes of normal young adults, who are cadets of the Air Force Academy, have kept long-term physical activities and healthy behavior. The physical and physiological indices were the blood and body composition. Data were collected at the first year period, and then 4th year period from same group of cadets. The amounts of blood components were not changed, but variation among cadets was significantly reduced in the 4th grade period. The red blood cells(RBCs) were significantly reduced and the concentration of hemoglobin(HGB) were significantly increased. The body weight was significantly decreased in the 1st grade period since the body fat was rapidly decreased after the basic military drill, and then it was recovered with building up of the skeletal muscle in the 4th grade period. Asymmetry of the arms was decreased with the increased physical activities and usage of various equipments. The muscular endurance were significantly enhanced in the 4th grade period. The long-term physical activities and healthy behaviors may keep the physical strength through enhanced blood stream and oxygen supply by reduction of the RBCs and increased HGB concentration, and fat and muscle control.

노래연습장, 유흥·단란주점의 음악저작물이용 실태조사 개선안 연구

In this research, we estimated the number of hits per song and its sampling error from 11 (areas including Gangnam) based on log data compiling the number of hits collected from offline karaoke players in March 2011. Then, we calculated the monetary equivalent of the sampling error under the current system that distribute royalties from the karaoke players to copyright holders(song writers and arrangers) according to the estimated hits. Because of the small sample size, the estimated number of hits had a very large sampling error. This research proposes a more reasonable sample design to estimate the usage of copyrighted music works for a fair distribution of royalties by reducing sampling error. 2011년 3월 오프라인 노래연습장, 유흥 단란주점 표본조사업소에서 수집한 곡목별 히팅수 로그데이터로부터 강남지부 등 총 11개 지부의 히팅수와 히팅수 표본오차를 추정하였다. 업소에서 징수한 음악저작물 사용료를 추정된 곡목별 히팅수를 기준으로 관계권리자(작곡, 작사, 편곡자 등)에게 분배하는 현행 분배방식에 따라 표본오차 규모를 금액으로 환산하여 크기를 검토하였다. 기존표본은 과소하여 히팅수 추정시 표본오차를 과다하게 발생시켰으며, 본 연구에서는 히팅수 추정오차를 줄여 음악저작권사용료 분배에 형평성을 기할 수 있는 합리적인 표본크기 개선방안을 제안하였다.

공군사관학교 지원 여자 수험생의 체격과 체력 변화에 관한 연구

본 연구는 공군사관학교를 지원한 여자수험생의 체격과 체력의 변화 추이를 분석함으로써 입학 후 여성생도들의 체력을 체계적이고 과학적으로 증진할 수 있도록 운동 프로그램 개발에 유용한 자료를 제공하고자 진행하였다. 대상자는 2002년부터 2011년도까지 공군사관학교에 지원한 여학생(n=499명)으로 하였으며 측정요소는 체격(신장, 체중, BMI, 좌고)과 체력(100m달리기, 2분간 윗몸일으키기, 2분간 팔굽혀펴기, 제자리멀리뛰기, 1,200m달리기)으로 하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 21.0을 이용하여 통계 처리하였으며, 모든 측정항목에 대해 평균과 표준편차를 산출하였고, 연도별 차이를 검증하기 위하여 일원변량분석(One-Way ANOVA)을 실시하였다. 통계적으로 유의한 결과에 대해서는 LSD(least significant difference)의 사후검증을 이용하였고, 통계적 유의수준은 p〈.05로 설정하였다. 연구결과 공군사관학교 지원 여자 수험생들의 체격항목에서 신장과 좌고는 변화가 없었으며, 체중과 BMI는 10년 간 완만하게 증가하는 경향을 나타냈다. 체력은 전 종목에서 10년 간 지속적으로 기록이 감소된 것으로 나타났고, 특히 지구력 측정 항목인 팔굽혀펴기와 오래달리기에서는 기록이 크게 감소된 것으로 나타났다. 동일연령대 여학생들과 비교해 보았을 때 공군사관학교 지원 여자 수험생의 체격과 체력은 우수하게 나타났으나, 남자 수험생 대비 체력이 낮은 수준으로 나타났다. 공군사관학교에서는 교육훈련 특성상 남녀는 동일한 과정을 이수하여야 하므로 입학 후 여자생도들의 부족한 체력 수준을 고려하여 4년 간의 교육과정을 성공적으로 이수할 수 있도록 과학적이고 체계적인 체력 강화 프로그램을 개발하여 교육하여야 한다. 따라서 입학 후 점진적으로 체력을 증진하여 공군장교로서 갖추어야 할 체력 수준을 구비할 수 있도록 학교 당국은 학년별 체육교육과정 검토와 체력평가 등 제도적 장치 마련을 위한 다양한 노력을 기울이고 여자생도들은 부족한 체력수준을 향상시키기 위한 운동트레이닝에 각별히 노력하여야 한다. The purpose of this study is to provide useful data needed to develop the program for scientifically and systematically improving physical fitness of female cadets after entering Korea Air Force Academy(KAFA) by analyzing trends in the changes of physique and physical fitness of female candidates who applied to KAFA during recent 10 years. In order to accomplish the objective of the study, averages and standard deviations of all lists of measurement were generated through using SPSS 20.0, and One-Way ANOVA was used to verify the annual changes in physique and physical fitness. Post-hoc test of LSD was used to set up statistically significant results (p<.05). The results of this research are as follows: First, in terms of physique, heights of candidates have been similar to each height of candidates for 10 years, but there has not been consistency over 10 years. Also, weights and BMI show a continuous tendency to be modestly increased and there is no change in sitting height in female candidates. Second, the physical fitness of female candidates was continuously decreased, and especially there is a marked decline in push-ups and 1,200m run. In conclusion, this study suggests that the physique of Korea Air Force Academy candidates has become bigger while the physical fitness has become lower.

Endometriosis is defined as the presence of endometrial tissue (glands and stroma) outside the uterus. About 1% of women with endometriosis have urinary tract implantations, and 84% of these cases involve the bladder. Abdominal partial cystectomy has been reported to treat urinary tract implantations, but laparoscopy has not previously been reported in Korea. We report a case of vesical endometriosis that was treated successfully with laparoscopic partial cystectomy.

Endometriosis is usually found in pelvic cavity such as in ovary. But, endometriosis has been described in other organs, although rare, such as intestine, kidney, lung, liver, gall bladder, and pancreas. Catamenial pneumothorax is defined as a recurrent pneumothorax within 72 hours of onset of menstruation and it is a rare cause of spontaneous pneumothorax. We, hereby, report two cases of successfully treated catamenial pneumothorax by gonadotrophin releasing hormone agonist with progestin or oral pill after surgical treatment.
