        The purpose of this study is an analysis of the form and composition of A n-chae(inner house) on korean traditional dwelling in Kyong-gi province, which was built 1945 year before. There are three forms of An-chae(inner house) on korean traditional dwelling in Kyong-gi province; ─-shape, ┌-shape, ┐-shape and ㄷ-shape. ─-shape is basically composed by inner room and main kitchen, ┌-shape and ┐-shape by inner room and main kitchen and Ma-ru. ㄷ-shape is based on ─-shape, ┌-shape and ┐-shape. ┌-shape is the general shape. On the form and composition of An-chae, the location of main kitchen is very important to determinate the form. ─-shape of An-chae is located an area around Nam-Hasgang

        봉정사 극락전의 목조 결구방법에 관한 연구

        This study examines the connecting method of wooden architecture found through the restoration process of Geuklakjeon (極樂殿) Hall of Bongjeongsa (鳳停寺) Temple in Korea, which was constructed in Goryeo(918-1392) Dynasty. This research also deals with the characteristics of the structure and construction method through the findings of the connecting method. The scope of the study is on the column, the bracket set, and the frame structure of Geuklakjeon Hall.On Geuklakjeon Hall, column is connected with sill(下引枋) and penetrating tie(昌枋). Joints used between column and sill are tenon(丈夫), double tenon(雙丈夫), and dovetailed double tenon joint. Joints used between column and penetrating tie are tenon and Sagwae(cross joint). Joints used between each penetrating tie are stepped dovetailed joint and halved joint. In the structure of Geuklakjeon Hall, it was found that front·rear and left·right side of the building used the different connecting method. It is due to the reason that side of the hall and inner part structured with the middle height of columns(中高柱) is different. The frame structures such as main beams(大樑), end beams(宗樑), middle bracket posts(包童子柱), are connected with the joint and splice method. The center bay and side elevation bay are constructed with the different frame and construction method. In particular, the frame structure of the side has tall column(高柱) which is connected with beams and penetrating ties. Through the study mentioned above, it is found that the connecting methods are highly related with the plan, structure, and construction method to construct a building

      • 후천성면역결핍증 환자에서 편측무도병으로 나타난 진행성 다소성 백질뇌증 1예

        서론: 인간면역결핍바이러스 감염자의 3% 에서 운동장애가 발생 될 수 있다고 보고되고 있다. 후향적 연구에 따르면 후천성면역결핍증환자의 50%에서 진전, 파킨스씨병, 혹은 추체 외로 증세가 발생될 수 있다. 편측 무도병 및 진전, 근긴장, 무도병, 간대성 근경련, 틱, 작성 운동장애, 파킨슨병의 다양한 형태로도 나타날 수 있으나 국내 보고는 드물다. 저자들은 편측 무도병 형태로 발현된 가능한 진행성 다소성백질뇌증 증례 1예를 경험하였기에 보고하고자 한다. 증례: 49세 남자 환자가 와상 상태로 전원되었다. 환자는 15년 전에 인간면역결핍이러스감염 진단 받았으나 별다른 조치없이 지내던중 내원1달전 후천성면역결핍증으로 컴비비어, 칼레트라의 고강도항레트로바이러스치료 이었다. 생체 징후는 혈압 140/90 mmHg, 맥박 100회/분, 호흡수 20회/분 체온 36℃였으며, 의식은 혼미하였으며, 일반혈액검사에서WBC2200/mm3(다형백혈구 82.2%, 임파구 5.2%), Hb 17.0g/dl, hematocrit49%, platelet11400mm3, AST/ALT5/36IU/L, ALP193IU/L, totalbilirubin 1.1 mg/dl, albumin 1.9g/dl, protein 6.0g/dl, glucose 100 mg/dl, BUN 14 mg/dl, Cr 0.5 mg/dl, hsCRP 5.69 mg/dl, ammonia39umol/L, CD4 25/mm3(22.1%), HIV RNA 13400 copies/ml, HBsAg/Ab(-/+), HCV Ab(-), VDRL(-), Toxoplama IgG 항체(-), CMV antigenemia(-)였고, 척수액 검사상 RBC 150/μl WBC 1/μl, protein 18.9 mg/dl glucose 63 mg/dl, LDH 38U/L였다. 환자는 입원 7일째부터, 좌측 원위부 손에서 시작되어 좌측 팔 전체가 비틀어지는 양상의 빠르고, 불규칙적이었으며, 불수의적인 운동을 보였다. 시행한 조영뇌자기공명촬영의 T2 강조영상사진에 서는 전두 및 두정엽 백질의 피질하부와 뇌실주변에서 고신호강도가 관찰되었고, 이는 비대칭적, 다발적 분포를 보였으며, 종괴효과는 관찰되지 않았다. 본 환자에서 뇌조직검사나 뇌척수액내 JC바이러스 확인이 되지 않아 확진할 수는 없었으나 possble form의 진행성 다성 백질뇌증으로 진단할 수 있었다. 결론: 후천성면역결핍증 환자에서 편측무도병과 같은 불수의적 운동장애는 기저핵 부위를 침범하는 톡플라스마증과 같은 기회감염 또는 진행성 다소성 백질뇌증에서 발생할 수 있다. 후천성면역결핍증 환자에서 불수의적 운동 장애에 대한 관과 연구가 필요하다.

        경기도 전통민가의 퇴에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to verify the type and role of Toi(addition bays) found in the traditional dwellings, built before the year of 1945 in Kyong-gi province. Through the study, it is maintained that the space of inner quarters (an-chae), outer quarters (bakat-chae) and the elements of exterior space are very important to determine the type and role of the Toi. The Toi of inner quarters is the general type which is composed of horizontal row of Toigan in front of the Daechung(ma-ru) and vertical row of the Toigan in front of the kitchen, opens towards the courtyard(an-ma-dang). The Toi of outer quarters is the general type which is in front of the room(sarang-bang) and main gate(dae-moon). The floor of the Toi is wooden(ma-ru) or earthen(bong-dang). The Toi that connects up the space of inner and outer quarter plays diverse roles: private space, approach space, storage space, community space, connective space, open space and so on.

        안동 옛 읍성 지역 구도심 가로 형성 과정에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the formation processes of street systems in the old downtown of An-dong(安東) eup-seong(邑城). There are many wonderful cultural artifacts in An-dong which has preserved a lot of memories of the past. Understanding the culture of An-dong means understanding that of Korean culture as a whole, and experiencing the spirit of the Orient. At present, An-dong eup-seong and its relics disappeared from An-dong because of its urbanization. The old downtown where eup-seong once stood, played an important part in the growth of An-dong as a administrative center, an economics center, a cultural space. There once were most government offices of the Joseon dynasty(1372~1910) and public buildings there until recently. At present, there are a public facilities and a cultural space, a traditional cultural contents museum. And there are commercial buildings and houses outside those buildings. A process of a growth and characteristics of an urban are closely related to urban street systems; street generation, street expansion, street regeneration, street disappearance, etc. The scope of this study includes a transformation of a street and a lot, a water course, a railroad. So this study examines lot systems and street systems of in the old downtown of An-dong, are the traditional buildings as well as modern-style ones. And this study examines its characteristics and the formation processes of the street. In conclusion, lot systems and street systems played an important part in the growth of the old downtown. Street systems was changed in the late Joseon dynasty and the Japanese colonial period, modern times. In particular it was changed a lot in the Japanese colonial period. This was a time when An-dong eup-seong had been disappeared from the city due to a rapid process of urbanization and a means of transportation had been turned to a train.
