        「제황상유인첩(題黃裳幽人帖)」에 나타난 다산(茶山)의 정원상(庭園想)

        본 연구는 다산 정약용의 의원기(意園記)라 할 수 있는 "제황상유인첩"의 제작 경위와 글에 나타난 주거지의 입지 및 정원 조영의 특성을 분석하여 다산이 추구한 이상적 정원에 대한 생각을 이해하고자 했다. 본 논문은 "제황상유인첩"이 이상적 주거향의 설계도로 기능했을 것으로 가정하였다. 주요 연구 대상은 "제황상유인첩"에 서술된 외부 경관이며, 관련 저작의 분석을 통해 정원 요소와 공간 조영을 수묵화로 시각화하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, "제황상유인첩"은 다산이 강진에서 유배하던 1805년(순조 5) 겨울 보은산방에서 은자의 거처에 대해 물어오던 애제자 황상의 질문에 답하여 써준 글이다. 황상은 이를 참고하여 이후 강진 대구면 천개산 아래 일속산방을 조성하였다. 둘째, "제황상유인첩" 속 주거지는 배산임수의 입지를 취하였고 생활과 여가를 겸하는 곳으로 사용되었다. 이곳은 은둔하고 있는 선비의 이상적 주거지였다. 셋째, "제황상유인첩"에 나타난 정원의 특성은 주거지 입지에 있어서의 자연지리의 운용, 다양한 식물재료의 실용적 이용, 정원의 물리적 경계 확장, 정원 요소 향유에 있어서 공감각적 미학 추구, 확장된 정원에서의 적극적 풍류체험으로 살펴볼 수 있었다. "제황상유인첩"은 유배 이후 다산이 원했던 은일하는 선비의 아취 있는 삶의 모습을 담았다. 이는 일속산방으로 구현되었다. "제황상유인첩"은 다산의 정원상이 충실하게 반영된 실현가능한 주거의 이상향으로 해석되었다. The purpose of this study is to understand the idea of the ideal garden, pursued by Dasan, by analyzing the production process of his writing and the location of his dwelling, and the characteristics of the garden in the writings of Dasan (茶山) Jeong Yag-Yong (丁若鏞)'s "Jaehwangsangyuincheop (題黃裳幽人帖)" is concerned with his writings on an imaginary garden (意園). This paper assumed that "Jaehwangsangyuincheop" served as a blueprint for his ideal dwelling. The main research subjects are the external scenes described in the "Jaehwangsangyuincheop", and the garden elements and spatial construction that were visualized as a Korean Ink Painting (水墨畵) through the analysis of related works. The results are as follows. First, Hwang Sang was Dasan's favorite pupil, and "Jaehwangsangyuincheop" was written by Dasan while at Boeunsanbang in the winter of 1805 as an answer to a question that Hwang Sang posed about the residence of a hermit. By referring to this response, Hwang Sang established Ilsoksanbang (一粟山房) under Mt. Cheongae in Daegu-myeon, Gangjin. Secondly, the residence in "Jaehwangsangyuincheop" has mountains behind it and water in front of it (背山臨水). The residence was used as a place to combine life and leisure. It was an ideal residence that secluded the scholar(隱士). Thirdly, Dasan's ideal garden was shown as operation of natural geography in a residential location, practically using various plant materials, expanding physical boundaries of garden, pursuing synesthetic aesthetics while enjoying garden elements, and having an active experience of the taste for the arts in the extended garden. "Jaehwangsangyuincheop" depicted the life of a scholar with the taste of elegance (雅趣), who live in reclusiveness (隱逸), which was wanted by Dasan after exile. It was realized as Ilsoksanbang. "Jaehwangsangyuincheop" was interpreted as the ideal of a feasible dwelling that faithfully reflects Dasan's conceptual thoughts on the garden.

      • 커먼레일 연료분사 시스템을 장착한 경량 DME 트럭의 연구 및 개발

        In this study, the trucks(2.9-liter) have been developed to use DME as fuel, and performance test of the vehicle's DME engine, power, emissions, fuel economy and vehicle aspects was conducted. For experiments, the fuel system(common-rail injectors and high-pressure pump included) and the engine control logic was developed, and ECU mapping was performed. As a result, the rail pressure from 40MPa to approximately 65% increase compared to the base injector has been confirmed that. Also, the pump discharge flow is 15.5 kg/h when the fuel rail pressure is 400rpm(40 MPa), and the pump discharge flow is 92.1 kg/h when the fuel rail pressure is 2,000rpm(40MPa). The maximum value of full-load torque capability is 25.5kgfm(based on 2,000rpm), and more than 90% compared to the level of the diesel engine were obtained. The DME vehicle was developed in this study, 120 km/h can drive to the stable, and calculated in accordance with the carbon-balance method of fuel consumptions is 5.7 km/L.

        A Case of Severe Influenza Infection in a Child with Nephrotic Syndrome on Steroid Therapy

        신증후군 환아에서 감염은 매우 중요한 사망원인이 된다. 독감 바이러스는 매번 겨울철마다 유행하며, 독감 바이러스의 치명률은 건강한 소아에서 호흡기세포융합바이러스의 사망률과 비슷하므로 독감에 의한 감염도 신증후군 환아들에게는 매우 치명적일 수 있다. 독감에 의한 사망률에는 폐렴으로 인한 사망이 많은 부분을 차지한다. 하지만, 독감은 예방접종과 항바이러스 치료제가 존재하므로 치료 및 예방이 가능하다. 그러므로, 적극적인 독감 예방접종과 항바이러스 치료는 신증후군 환자들에게서 치명률을 낮출 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. 저자들은 신증후군 치료중에 A형 독감(H1N1)에 의한 폐렴에 걸린 7세 남아를 경험하였기에 보고하는 바이다. Infection is the most important cause of death in children with nephrotic syndrome. Influenza viral infections can be fatal for these children, given the annual outbreak of this virus, with the mortality rate being similar to that of respiratory syncytial virus in healthy children. Pneumonia is recognized as the most important complication of influenza infections, as it is associated with high death rates. However, the influenza vaccine, as well as antiviral agents, can be used for prevention and treatment. Therefore, aggressive management with influenza vaccination and antiviral agents will lower the overall mortality rate in children with nephrotic syndrome. Here we report the case of a 7-year-old boy with nephrotic syndrome and influenza A virus (H1N1) pneumonia.

        문화재보호제도와 전통 담론

        이 글은 문화재보호제도에서 전통이 구체적으로 어떻게 정의되고 통용되어 왔는지를 고찰하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 우선 오늘날과는 다른 의미로 쓰이던 '문화재'와 '전통'이 조우하게 되는 역사적 과정과 그 결합 양상을 살피고, 두 용어의 관계맺음이 이후 문화재보호법에 어떻게 반영되는지, 또 그 제도 운영 과정에서 서로에게 어떤 영향을 어떻게 미치는지를 고찰했다. 그러고 나서 문화재보호제도에서 견지해온 전통론이 균열되는 지점과 그 원인을 총괄적으로 짚어보았다. 이 글은 전통을 '과거로부터 현재로 전승된 모든 것'이라고 정의하는 기존의 통념과 달리, 과거와의 필연적인 연속성을 내세우려는 헤게모니적 실천을 통해 비로소 현재화된 것이라고 보는 비(非) 본질주의적 관점을 견지했다. 이 관점에서 보자면, 문화재와 전통의 관계를 살피는 것은 곧 국가 헤게모니 속에서 전통이 공식적으로 어떻게 정의되어 왔는가를 고찰하는 것에 다름 아니다. 문화재야말로 국가 차원에서 운영되는 제도의 산물인 까닭이다. 1920년대부터 이어져온 문화재 관련 제도의 변천 과정 속에서 전통은 고정적이고도 본질적이며 순수한 실체로 개념화되었다. 이러한 본질주의적 전통관은 그간 문화와 문화재를 천착한 수많은 연구들 속에서 비판의 대상이 되었음에도 불구하고, 제도적 관점으로 줄곧 지속되어 왔다. 그러나 오늘 우리는 이 전통관에 균열이 생기기 시작했음을 목도하고 있는 바, 급변하는 세계 경제 질서와 유네스코 무형문화유산을 둘러싼 등재 경쟁은 기존의 제도를 지탱해온 지적 담론으로서 전통론의 전격 선회를 견인하고 있다. The purpose of this paper is to examine how the 'tradition' has been identified and used concretely on the protection system of cultural property. Firstly, this paper investigated the historical process and aspects that the 'cultural property' and the 'tradition' combined, each had different meaning at the beginning. And it investigated the linkage of them which effect to the protection system and to each other on the system operated. Then, it pointed out a rift within the discourse of tradition to which the system have held on, and the problems as its result. This paper applied the viewpoint of anti-essentialism that the tradition is presented with hegemonic act to raise the inevitable continuity with the past, instead of the common notion that the tradition is 'everything that is handed down from the past.' Because the cultural property is the product of the state system, to pursne the linkage of it and the tradition is identical to examine how the tradition have been officially defined in the national hegemony. Since the 1920s the tradition has defined as a fixed, essential, pure reality in the changing process of the protection system of cultural property. This essentialist viewpoint about the tradition have been continued as the institutional premise regardless of many critics, raised by studies focusing on the culture and cultural property. But we see now a rift on the discourse of tradition as the intellectual discourse has been supported to the system, that is caused by the fast-changing global economic environment and a rat race around the registration of intangible cultural heritage of UNESCO.

        An 8-month-old Male Infant with High Grade Vesicoureteral Reflux who Developed Incomplete Kawasaki disease after Recurrent Pyelonephritis

        가와사끼병은 전신성 혈관염을 일으키는 질환중의 하나로 여러 장기들을 침범할 수 있다. 신장증세로는 농뇨, 혈뇨, 단백뇨, 간질성 신염, 급성 신부전증, 용혈성 요독 증후군, 신반흔 등이 있다. 가와사끼병의 신장침범에 대한 병리기전은 아직 알려져 있지 않지만, 자가면역질환으로 인한 것으로 사려된다. 가와사끼병이 요로감염 이 후에 발병한다는 몇몇 보고들이 있었다. 하지만, 이미 보고된 논문들에 포함된 많은 요로감염 환자들은 신장방광 초음파, DMSA 스캔이나 배뇨중 요도방광조영술 등을 모두 받은 경우는 없었다. 이에 저자들은 급성 신우신염이 재발한 후 불완전 가와사끼병이 발생한 고도의 방광요관역류가 있는 8개월 남아를 보고하는 바이다. 급성 신우신염은 가와사끼병의 초기 증세일 수 있다. 그런 경우, 환아가 가와사끼병으로 확진되더라도 요로감염 진료지침에 따라 요로기형에 대한 이미지 검사를 시행할 필요가 있다고 생각한다. Kawasaki disease (KD) is a systemic vasculitis that can affect many organ systems. Renal manifestations include pyuria, hematuria, proteinuria, tubulointerstitial nephritis, acute renal failure, hemolytic uremic syndrome, or renal scarring. Although its precise pathogenesis remains unknown, it is considered an autoimmune disease. In the literature, it has been reported that KD may develop in conjunction with urinary tract infections. However, many of these previous studies did not use imaging methods such as renal sonograms, dimercaptosuccinic acid renal scans, and voiding urethrocystograms. We report a case of an 8-month old male infant with high grade vesicoureteral reflux, who developed incomplete KD after recurrent pyelonephritis. Acute pyelonephritis can be an early manifestation of KD. Such cases require the evaluation of urinary tract anomalies according to the guidelines for the management of urinary tract infections.

        사료내 미량광물질 강화 복합미생물 첨가가 산란노계의 계란생산 및 난질개선에 마치는 영향

        In recent years, the consumption of livestock products were markedly decreased by awareness of world-widely occurred diseases including mad cow disease, Foot and mouth disease, Hog cholera, and Poultry Influenza virus. the consumers ara also wanting to have highly safe food such as organic animal products because of concerning about residual of antibiotics in animal products. However, disease control and impairment of productivity are the major problem in organic animal production. On these points of view, the present study was undertaken to investigate the effects of 1% or 2% of dietary probiotics fortified with various minerals on improvement of egg production and egg quality in old lay6r feeding low quality feed mainly composed of food waste, sesame meal, and rice bran. After 4 weeks of experimental feeding, the diameter of spreading of egg white was clearly decreased from 11.2cm of control eggs to 10.5m and 10.1m in 1% and 2% treatment group eggs, respectively. The color of egg yolk was 9.3 in control eggs but remarkably increased in treatment groups showing 10.1~10.2. Egg production was 75.8% in control layers but significantly increased to 79.8% of 1% treatment group and 82.9% of 2% treatment group layers. Egg weights (C : 66.3g, 1% : 73.2g, and 2% : 76.7g) and egg shell thickness (C : 0.33mm, 1% : 0.35mm and 2% : 0.36mm) were also increased by the addition of 1% or 2% of probiotics when compared to those of control group eggs. All together, it has been suggested that dietary addition of probiotics fortified with various minerals can improve the egg quality and egg production in layer's productivities by the recycling of organic waste resources such as food waste and agricultural by-products.

        공동주택 거주자의 에너지사용의식에 따른 에너지사용행동 특성분석

        As household energy consumption has increased, serious environmental problems, such as resource depletion and global warming, are becoming global issues. It is essential to conduct the energy use of residents living in apartments in order to come up with alternative solutions for energy savings. Therefore, this study examined the energy use awareness of apartment residents and their energy use behavior by various types of awareness. To understand their energy use behavior according to the awareness of the subjects, the energy awareness dimension was created with five factors and they were subject to a cluster analysis; then, the subjects were categorized into three groups. Finally, the difference of energy use behavior was examined by groups of energy awareness. G1 represents the group that is indifferent to energy savings and believes that convenience is an important factor. Also, with respect to energy use behavior, this group tends to pursue convenience. G2 is the group that is conscious of energy use costs thereby enduring some inconvenience, and shows savings behavior in daily life and household affairs. Although, G3 is very aware of the significance for the necessity of energy saving, their energy saving behavior is relatively negative. Regarding these different characteristics of each resident group in their energy saving awareness and behaviors, diverse methods and promotion in energy education are required. Furthermore, an effective energy policy should be established based on the understanding of energy consumption.

        Statistical considerations in forensic science: a review

        DNA evidence presented in court is evaluated by calculating its weight. In the case of evidence consisting of two profiles that may be from the same individual, such as a sample of DNA from a crime scene and a sample from a suspect for that crime or the case of one sample from an alleged father and one from the biological father in a paternity case, forensic scientists are must evaluate the weight of evidence. This weight is expressed as a likelihood ratio, or the ratio of the probability that the DNA evidence comes from the alleged father (or suspect) to the probability that it came from another person. In the likelihood ratio, the probability that the evidence would have come from another person by coincidence with the same degree of match is called the match probability. The match probability depends on the reference population and the assumption of independence within and between loci. Because the assumption of independence within loci ignores coancestry effects dependent on the population structure, statistical methods have been developed for interpreting DNA evidence have been developed that account for the presence of coancestry effects, incorporating them into the population structure. Match probability also depends on the genetic relationship between the suspect and the actual criminal (or the alleged father and the biological father). In most cases, however, match probability is calculated on the assumption that the two persons in question are not related to each other, and the calculation of the likelihood ratio tends to overestimate DNA evidence. For this reason, alternative methods have been proposed for assessing genetic relationships. The practice of forensic science has undergone a period of rapid change due to the dramatic evolution of DNA profiling and the related greater sophistication of statistical evaluation of DNA evidence. Forensic inference from DNA evidence is widely used in criminal investigation, parentage lawsuits, and ancestral classification cases as well as in the identification of the remains of deceased people. In this paper, we present relevant statistical concepts and review recently developed statistical methods as well as discussing some practical issues in forensic statistics. We also present statistical methods for ancestral classification based on the analysis of single nucleotide polymorphisms markers that are informative for ancestry, and we describe various statistical methods for estimating postmortem interval), which plays a very important role in screening suspects and solving crime cases that involve the death of an individual, in forensic entomology studies.
