Dependence of the Large Coercivity on Pd Thickness in CoSiB/Pd Multilayer Films

The magnetic properties of CoSiB/Pd multilayers were prepared by a DC sputtering system havebeen investigated using a vibrating sample magnetometer. We investigated the magnetic propertiesof CoSiB/Pd multilayers for various CoSiB thicknesses in a previous article. Based on those data,the CoSiB thickness was kept constant at 7 °A while the Pd thickness was varied from 11 to 24 °A. The largest value of the coercivity obtained as 237 Oe for tPd = 13 °A, and the smallest valueof the saturation magnetization obtained was 594 emu/cc for tPd = 24 °A. With increasing Pdthickness, the coercivity increased and the saturation magnetization decreased. When tPd = 24 °A,the hysteresis loop showed a step-shape.
Rasch모형을 적용한 골프선수의 자기통제력 척도의 타당도 검증

[목적] 본 연구에서는 Rasch 모형을 적용하여 골프선수의 자기통제력 척도의 타당도를 검증하였다. [방법] 한국(여자) 프로골퍼협회에 등록된 182명 프로를 목적표집법을 적용시켜 자료를 수집한 후, 사전검사를 통해 5개 요인에 전체 23문항을 측정도구로 제작하여 연구문제에 맞게 자료처리를 적용하였다. [결과] 첫째, 골프선수의 자기통제력 척도는 측정모형의 요인구조에 타당성이 입증되었다. 둘째, 골프선수의 자기통제력 척도의 문항 적합도에서 기준치에 모두 충족되어 적합한 문항으로 판정되었다. 셋째, 골프선수의 자지통제력 척도의 문항 난이도에서는 쉬운 문항부터 어려 운 문항까지 고르게 분포되었다. 넷째, 골프선수의 자기통제력 척도의 신뢰도에서는 단순과제 요인을 제외한 다른 요인의 분리신뢰도가 .70이상의 지수를 보여 정확히 변별할 수 있는 문항으로 판정되었다. 다섯째, 골프선수의 자기 통제 척도의 응답반응 척도는 선행연구와 동일하게 5점 응답반응 형태가 모든 하위요인에서 타당한 척도임을 규명 하였다. [결론] 골프선수를 위한 자기통제력 척도는 4(화 기질 및 충동성=6, 자기중심=4, 모험추구=4, 신체활동=4)개 요인, 전체 18 문항, 그리고 5점 응답반응형태로 구성된 척도가 타당하다. [Purpose] In this study, the validity of the self-control scale of golf players was verified by applying the Rasch model. [Method] Data were collected by applying the objective sampling method to 182 pro golfers registered in the Korea(Women) Professional Golfer Association. In addition, as a pre-test, a total of 23 questions were produced as a measuring tool for five factorsm and data processing was applied according to the research problem. [Result] First, Self-control scale was proven to be valid in the factor structure of measurement model. Second, They are all proved and satisfied suitable questions in accordance with standard. Third, in the hard and easy questions of self-control measure of golf player, each question level of hardness and easiness is distributed evenly Fourth, in the trust of self-control measure of golf player, separated trust of the other factor, except the factor of simple task, shows more than .70 index number that proved discriminative question actually but the factor of simple task is not discriminate as .00. Fifth, response of self-control measure of golf player is examined closely the same as pre-research that the pattern of response appear at all the factor of low. [Conclusion] The scale-control for golf players is composed of 4 factor( angry temper and impulse=6, self centered=4, adventure persuit=4, physical activity=4), a total 18 questions, and 5-points response type.

We have investigated the perpendicular magnetic anisotropy of a [CoSiB t_(CoSiB)/Pt 14 Å]_5 multilayer as a function of the CoSiB thickness. We have studied the perpendicular magnetic anisotropy of [Co t_(Co)/Pt 15 Å]_5 and [CoFe t_(CoFe)/Pt 10 Å]_5 multilayers for various thicknesses of Co and CoFe. Furthermore, we have measured and compared the coercivities and the saturation magnetizations of all samples. In this study, samples were [Co t_(Co) /Pt 15 Å]_5, [CoFe t_(CoFe)/Pt 10 Å]_5 and [CoSiB t_(CoSiB) /Pt 14 Å]_5 with t = 2, 3, 4, and 5 Å. The coercivities and the saturation magnetizations were obtained 223.76 Oe and 341.25 emu/cm^3, 395.86 Oe and 286.79 emu/cm<SUP>3</SUP> and 155.13 Oe and 429.98 emu/cm^3 in CoSiB/Pt, Co/Pt and CoFe/Pt mutilayers, respectively. The maximum coercivity was obtained 395.86 Oe in the [Co 3 Å /Pt 15 Å]5 multilayer, and the minimum saturation magnetization was 286.79 emu/cm^3 in the [Co 2 Å/Pt 15 Å]5 multilayer.
자체평가위원의 직무몰입에 관한 연구: 동료의 직무몰입과 직무자원 및 요구를 중심으로

공공부문의 혁신과 학습을 위해 자체평가를 통한 선순환 체계를 구축하는 것이 중요하다. 특히 평가의 질은 평가위원들의 태도에 영향을 받으나 그들의 직무몰입에 영향을 미치는 요인들에 대한 학술적 논의는 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 평가위원이 평가위원회 직무에 몰입하는 데 영향을 주는 요인을 직무요구-자원 모형과 동료 영향을 중심으로 실증분석 하고자 한다. 중앙행정기관 자체평가위원에 대한 인식조사를 기반으로 평행선 가정을 부분적으로 적용한 일반화된 순서형 로짓회귀분석을 활용하였다. 분석 결과, 직무 자원 요인으로 평가 대상 기관 리더의 지지와, 평가위원의 평가자료 검토를 위한 기관 차원의 지원은 평가위원의 직무몰입에 긍정적인 영향력을 미쳤으나 직무 요구 요인은 유의미성이 발견되지 않았다. 동료 평가위원들이 적극적인 경우 개별 평가위원 또한 직무에 적극적으로 임한다는 것이 확인되었다. 이러한 결과는 자체평가위원회라는 한시적인 독립 조직에 속한 구성원들의 직무몰입에는 지원 기관의 관심과 지원, 그리고 평가위원 동료들의 영향이 중요함을 시사한다.
장애인 고용·일자리 정책에 대한 Fisher의 정책평가방법론 적용: 상황적 타당성 평가

The aim of this study is to evaluate Korea's employment policy for people with disabilities by utilizing situational feasibility evaluation of Fisher's multi-dimensional policy evaluation methods (1995, 2003). A number of related studies conducted so far have been focused only on quantitative research methods. In other words, balanced and comprehensive evaluation studies were insufficient. Therefore, this study attempted a balanced policy evaluation through a qualitative or phenomenological approach that complements the limitations of the existing empirical methodology. In this study, the sub-topics for evaluation were divided into employment delivery system, employment program, and institutional employment environment for people with disabilities. Improvement measures and policy implications for each topic were presented. In order to improve employment services and jobs for people with disabiliyies, it was suggested that there is a need to strengthen linkages and cooperation between institutions, eliminate blind spots in employment services, improve quality, expand customized employment services, strengthen programs, improve policy and institutional environments, and strengthen individual psychological and emotional support.
직업 훈련기관 유형이 청년 일자리 만족도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 현 직장 만족도와 업무 만족도를 중심으로

This study aims to identify the effectiveness of vocational training by the types of training institutions and to investigate the effect of training institutions on young people's job satisfaction by the types. For this purpose, researchers analyzed the relationship between the types of vocational training institutions and the job satisfaction of young vocational training participants using youth panel survey data from 2007 to 2016 provided by the Korea Employment Information Service. The results showed that young people who received vocational training in public training institutions had higher overall satisfaction in their current workplaces and job satisfaction than those who received training in private training institutions. In conclusion, with the tendency of private entrustment of vocational education and training, it is necessary to have a perspective of long-term performance and reform the delivery system of training services rather than focus on the program's short-term employment outputs.
