Cloud computing integrates computing resources such as servers, storage, and networks with virtualization technology to provide suitable services according to user needs. Due to the structural characteristics of sharing physical resources based on virtualization technology, threats to availability can occur, so it is essential to respond to availability threats in cloud computing. Existing over-provisioning method is not suitable because it can generate idle resources and cause under-provisioning to degrade or disconnect service. System resources must be allocated in real-time according to the system load to guarantee the cloud system's availability. Through appropriate management measures, it is necessary to reduce the system load and increase the performance of the system. This paper analyzes the work response time according to the allocation or migration of virtual machines and discusses an efficient resource management method considering the system load.

In the past, conservative concepts have been applied in terms of the characteristic of nuclear power plants(NPPs), resulting in analog-based equipment and closed networks. However, as digital technology has recently been applied to the design, digital-based facilities and communication networks have been used in nuclear power plants, increasing the risk of cybersecurity than using analog-based facilities. Nuclear power plant facilities are divided into a safety system and a non-safety system. It is essential to identify the difference and cope with cybersecurity threats to the safety system according to its characteristics. In this paper, we examine the cybersecurity regulatory guidelines for safety systems in nuclear power plant facilities. Also, we analyze cybersecurity threats to a programmable logic controller of the safety system and suggest cybersecurity requirements be applied to it to respond to the threats. By implementing security functions suitable for the programmable logic controller according to the suggested cybersecurity requirements, regulatory guidelines can be satisfied, and security functions can be extended according to other system requirements. Also, it can effectively cope with cybersecurity attacks that may occur during the operation of nuclear power plants.

Nuclear power plants have a lower cost of power generation, and they are more eco-friendly than other power generation plants. Also, we need to prepare nuclear plant accidents because of their severe damage. In the event of a safety accident, such as a radiation leak, by applying a wireless sensor network to a nuclear power plant, many sensor nodes can be used to monitor radiation and transmit information to an external base station to appropriately respond to the accident. However, applying a wireless sensor network to nuclear power plants requires routing protocols that consider the sensor network size and bypass obstacles such as plant buildings. In general, the hierarchical-based routing protocols are efficient in energy consumption. In this study, we look into the problems that may occur if hierarchical-based routing protocols are applied to nuclear power plants and propose improved routing protocols to solve these problems. Simulation results show that the proposed routing protocol is more effective in energy consumption than the existing LEACH protocol.

온라인 게임에 대한 경영학 분야(discipline)의 연구들은 주로 플로우(flow)를 중심으로 선행변수와 결과변수에 대한 실증분석이었다. 기존 경영학적 접근들은 사회적 상호작용성, 소비자 기술, 편리한 기능 등을 강조하였지만 온라인게임이 제공되는 서비스 환경이 미치는 영향과 소비자가 느끼는 기술적 자기 효능감에 대해서는 간과해 왔다. 본 연구에서는 서비스 마케팅의 중요한 환경적 요소인 서비스스케이프를 온라인 상황에 맞게 조정한 e-서비스스케이프와 자기 효능감의 영향을 규명하고, 또 플로우, 브랜드 동일시, 만족, 재구매 의도 개념들 사이의 구조적 관계를 실증 분석하였다. 연구결과 e-서비스스케이프는 플로우, 만족에 유의한 영향을 미치고 자기 효능감과 사회적 상호작용은 플로우,브랜드 동일시에 의미 있는 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

In this study, fruit phenolics were investigated with using LC/MS and HPLC analysis in order to compare the differences between domestic (‘Campbell Early’, ‘Kyoho’, ‘Heukbosuk’, and ‘Hongju SDS’) and imported (‘Crimson SDS’ and ‘Thomson SDS’) grapes. In the case of fruit characteristics, imported grape ‘Crimson SDS’ and ‘Thompson SDS’, had lighter skin weight (300-350 mg/berry) and hard flesh (5.2-5.6 kg·f) than domestic grape cultivar. The phenolic compound contents of ‘Crimson SDS’ skin was higher, but resveratrol (25-29 mg/kg), quercetin (350-380 mg/kg), and myricetin (31- 32 mg/kg) contents were similar in to those of ‘Hongju SDS’. The anthocyanin content was different from differed between grape cultivars. ‘Hongju SDS’ grape was showed higher in Delphinidin-3-glucose (D3G) levels, and ‘Crimson SDS’ was showed higher in Peonidin-3-glucoside (P3G) levels. The contents of phenolic compounds were investigated differently for each grape berry part. Catechin, epicatechin, procyanidin B1, and B2 were found in grape seeds.

Green shoot cuttings of 10 different grapevine specieswere inoculated with Agrobacterium vitis to finddisease-related metabolites in the grapevine. Crowngalls formed 60 days after inoculation varied in gallseverity (GS) evaluated by gall incidence (GI) andgall diameter (GD), which were classified into threeresponse types as RR (low GI and small GD), SR (highGI and small GD), and SS (high GI and large GD),corresponding to resistant, moderately resistant, andsusceptible responses, respectively. In this, 4, 4, and 2Vitis species were classified into RR, SR, and SS, respectively. Gas chromatography mass spectrometry(GC-MS) analysis of the grapevine stem metaboliteswith A. vitis infection showed 134 metabolites in variouscompound classes critically occurred, which weredifferentially clustered with the response types by theprincipal component analysis. Multivariate analysis ofthe metabolite profile revealed that 11 metabolites increasedsignificantly in relation to the response types,mostly at post-inoculation stages, more prevalently (8metabolites) at two days after inoculation than otherstages, and more related to SS (7 metabolites) than RR(3 metabolites) or SR (one metabolite). This suggestsmost of the disease-related metabolites may be rarelypre-existing but mostly induced by pathogen infectionlargely for facilitating gall development except stilbenecompound resveratrol, a phytoalexin that may be involvedin the resistance response. All of these aspectsmay be used for the selection of resistant grapevinecultivars and their rootstocks for the control of thecrown gall disease of the grapevine.
