This study analyzed the job characteristics of radiological technologists in charge of ultrasound examinations in the Yeongnam region. The measuring tool used in the study was a questionnaire, and the subjects were radiological technologists in charge of ultrasound examination at medical institutions located in the Yeongnam region from August 01 to November 30, 2021. In consideration of the COVID-19 situation, statistical analysis was performed using the SPSS/PC Ver 18.0 program using e-mail and SNS in a non-face-to-face manner with 158 questionnaires. As a result of analyzing the job characteristics of the radiological technologists in charge of ultrasound examination, the job satisfaction was 3.24±0.61. In the effect of job characteristic factors on job satisfaction, professional position, self-esteem, and trust relationship formation were found to be higher than the average of 3.0. However, as the dissatisfaction factor, compensation and appropriateness of work were cited. Therefore, in order to improve the job characteristics and satisfaction level of radiological technologists in charge of ultrasound examinations, it is necessary to do their best to improve the appropriate work environment of medical institutions and to continuously secure professionalism of radiological technologists in charge of ultrasound examinations.

대학병원방사선사의 복지만족에 관한 연구

본 연구는 대학병원 방사선사의 복지만족도에 관한 연구로 병원내복지의 만족요인과 개선해야할 사항들 을 분석하기 위해 실시하였다. 2014년 7월14일부터 8월14일까지 경남에 소재한 대학병원방사선사를 대상 으로 설문지를 배부하여 회수된 121명의 설문자료를 분석하였다. 병원복지지원요인별 복지만족수준을 살 펴보면 생활복지지원(2.83±0.43), 금융지원(4.25±0.65), 주택지원(2.28±0.46), 교육지원(2.58±0.50), 건강의료지원(3.02±0.56), 문화 및 여가지원(2.79±0.45), 기타복지지원(2.70±0.48)으로 병원복지지원 요인에 대한 만족수준은 평균정도의 수준으로 분석되었다. 병원복지에 대한 욕구조사나 일반기업이 제공 하고 있는 복지제도를 벤치마킹하여 효과적인 병원복지를 제공하는 것이 중요하다고 볼 수 있다. This research is a study on the welfare satisfaction of radiological technologists in university hospital, and was conducted in order to analysis of welfare factors and improvements. The survey was conducted on radiological technologist of a university hospital in Gyeongnam from July 14th 2014 to August 14th 2014, and we analyzed 121 of the questionnaire, which was retrieved by distributing. As a result, we looked at the welfare level of satisfaction by welfare hospital factors, each of the satisfaction scores were living welfare supports(2.83±0.43), financial supports(4.25±0.65), housing supports(2.28±0.46), educational supports(2.58±0.50), health medical supports(3.02±0.56), culture and leisure supports(2.79±0.45), other welfare supports(2.70±0.48) points. The level of satisfaction with the hospital welfare support factors of average score level it was analyzed. It is important that is providing effective hospital welfare through survey for hospital welfare needs and benchmarking of welfare system of general corporate.

A Study on the Emoticon Extraction based on Facial Expression Recognition using Deep Learning Technique

In this paper, the pattern of extracting the same expression is proposed by using the Android intelligent device to identify the facial expression. The understanding and expression of expression are very important to human computer interaction, and the technology to identify human expressions is very popular. Instead of searching for the emoticons that users often use, you can identify facial expressions with acamera, which is a useful technique that can be used now. This thesis puts forward the technology of the third data is available on the website of the set, use the content to improve the infrastructure of the facial expression recognition accuracy, in order to improve the synthesis of neural network algorithm, making the facial expression recognition model, the user's facial expressions and similar e xpressions, reached 66%.It doesn't need to search for emoticons. If you use the camera to recognize the expression, itwill appear emoticons immediately. So this service is the emoticons used when people send messages to others, and it can feel a lot of convenience. In countless emoticons, there is no need to find emoticons, which is an increasing trend in deep learning. So we need to use more suitable algorithm for expression recognition, and then improve accuracy.

방사선사의 병원감염관리에 대한 연구

본 연구는 경남지역에 근무하는 방사선사를 대상으로 병원감염관리에 대한 특성과 인지도 및 수행도를 분석하여 병원근무 시 감염관리에 대한 올바른 인식과 수행 능력을 향상하고, 병원감염관리의 개선 및 방사선사의 감염관리 교육을 위한 기초자료를 얻고자 실시하였다. 연구에 사용한 도구는 설문지로 2018년 04 월01일부터 04월30일까지 경남에 소재하는 의료기관에 근무하는 방사선사를 대상으로 설문지 총400부를 배부하여 연구에 적합한 320부를 SPSS 18.0 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 병원감염관리에 대한 요인으로는 병원감염에 관한 특성 5문항과 병원감염관리에 대한 인지도와 수행도로 손위생관리, 개인위생 및 의복관리, 의료기구 및 소모품관리, 청소 및 폐기물관리, 검사실 및 환경관리 등, 총60문항으로 분석하였다. 인구사회학적특성으로 성별, 결혼, 연령, 학력, 근무기관, 근무경력, 근무부서를 기준으로 기술통계, ttest, ANOVA, 상관관계 및 회귀분석을 하였다. 병원감염관리에 대한 인지도는 4.19±.60점으로 높게 나타났으며, 수행도에서도 4.22±.52점으로 높게 나타나 병원감염관리에 대한 인지도와 수행도에서 경남지역 방사선사들의 병원감염관리 수준은 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 병원감염관리에 대한 방사선사의 인지도 및 수행도는 유의한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 인지요인이 수행도에 미치는 영향에 대한 다중회귀분석에서는 66.1%의 설명력과 함께 유의한 양의 영향력을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 의료기관 다양한 부서에서 근무하는 방사선사의 병원감염관리에 대한 인식을 높이기 위해서는 지속적인 감염관리교육과 더불어 병원업무 환경개선을 통한 수행능력을 향상시켜야 하며, 병원감염관리 및 예방교육에 적극적으로 참여하여 병원감염관리 업무에 대한 전문성 확보와 함께 중추적인 역할을 수행하여야 할 것으로 판단된다. Targeting the radiological technologists working in Gyoungsangnam province, this study was performed to obtain the fundamental data to improve the competency and right awareness of the hospital infection management, and to educate infection management of radiological technologists by analyzing the status, awareness, and performance of the hospital infection management. During April 1, 2018 to April 31, 2015, after we sent out a total of 400 questionnaires for the survey to radiological technologists working at the clinic located in Gyoungsangnam province, 320 questionnaires suitable for research were analysis by using SPSS 18.0 statistical analysis software. As the hospital infection management factors, 5 items for hospital infection and 60 items of the awareness and performance for the hospital infection management were used. 60 items of the awareness and performance for the hospital infection management were consisted hand hygiene, personal hygiene and clothing, medical equipment and supplies, cleaning and waste, examination and environment. And as the sociodemographic characteristics, the gender, marriage, age, level of education, working organization, working period, and working department were used. Consequentially, the awareness for the hospital infection management(4.19±.60) and the performance(4.22±.52) were confirmed as high level. Using these results, the hospital infection management level of the radiological technologists working in Gyoungsangnam province was found to be high in arareness and performance of hospital infection management. There was a significant correlation between the degree of awareness and performance of radiological technologists for hospital infection management. Furthermore, in the multiple regression analysis of cognitive factors on performance, it was found that 66.1% explanatory power had a significant positive influence. In order to improve the awareness of hospital infection management of radiological technologist working in various departments, the infection management education and improvement of hospital work environment are necessary. And also, It is important to participate actively in hospital infection management and preventive education and to play a pivotal role in securing expertise in hospital infection management
