The purpose of this study was to see if a relationship existed between the level of modesty in clothing and clothing values of male and female university students. The difference between sex was also investigated. A questionnaire composed of Engelbrecht's "Modesty in relation to women's dress" and Creekmore's "Measure of eight clothing values" was administerd to 1,100 students and the data from 888 respondents(466 male, 422 female) was analyzed by t-tests. Findings were as follows: 1. There was no significant difference between male and female in the level of modesty in clothing. 2. Each score of sensory, economic. social, theoretical, and religious clothing value of male students was significantly high and exploratory, aesthetic and politicalclothing value score of female students was significantly high at the .005 level of confidence. 3. Each score of sensory economic, theoretical and religious clothing value was significantly high in Modest group and exploratory, aesthetic and political clothing value in Immodest group was significantly high at .005 level of confidence.

Special ploblem was placed on the clarification of water level changes and coastal current structure and influence of the enviromental factors in this area. And the route needed for the safety of passing ships and the developement of Mokpo harbour. So I studied on these factors.

국내 장애인 인권관련 연구동향 분석과 제언

본 연구는 장애인의 인권과 관련된 국내의 연구동향을 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 1993년부터 최근 2012년 상반기까지 장애인 인권관련 연구를 다룬 국내학술지 60개 중에서 총 95편의 논문을 분석대상으로 하여 연구 주제, 연구유형, 연구대상, 발표연도, 연구자 수의 분석기준을 가지고 접근하였다. 국내의 장애인 인권관련 연구는 연구주제가 11가지로 분류됨에도 불구하고 그 중 법률 및 정책이 71.6%를 차지하여 압도적인 우세를 보였다. 연구주제와 맞물려 연구유형 역시 6가지 범주로 분류됨에도 불구하고 그 중 문헌연구가 81.3%를 차지하였다. 장애와 관련된 다른 연구나 실제 환경적 맥락은 개별성을 제안하고 있으나 장애인 인권관련 연구의 대상은 18가지 분류 중 일반장애인이 55.8%를 차지하면서 각 장애대상을 고려하지 못하고 있었다. 그러나 이는 분명 장애인 인권에 관한 전반적 중요성을 각인시키는 데 기여했기에 반드시 회의적으로 받아들일 필요는 없으며, 다만 앞으로 인권실천현장의 대상이 보다 폭넓게 포함될 수 있도록 연구가 더욱 더 확장되어야 한다는 의미를 내포한다. 연구물의 수는 연구주제 및 연구유형의 결과에서 짐작할 수 있듯이 각종 법제의 등장과 함께 상승하는 경향을 보였고, 연구자의 수는 5가지 분류 중에서 1인 단독이 71.6%의 높은 비율을 차지하면서 다학제적인 최근 연구경향을 따라가지 못하고 있었다. 이러한 분석결과를 토대로 볼 때, 장애인 인권관련 국내연구는 이제 법률 및 제도의 비판에서 한 단계 나아가 인권교육에서부터 실천연구에 이르기까지 다양성과 조화를 추구하고 보다 체계적인 접근이 필요한 때로 판단된다. This study examines trends in research on the human rights of persons with disabilities. A total of 95 papers were culled for analysis from 60 domestic journals related to disabled rights dating from 1993 until the first half of 2012. Standards for analysis included themes of research, types of research, targets of research, publication year, and number of researchers. Although there are 11 categories of research theme related to domestic disabled rights, an overwhelming 71.6% of the content is devoted to laws and policies. Research types, also, while divided into 6 categories, were 81.3% document studies. Other disabled related research or actual environmental contexts suggested individuality, but the targets for disabled rights research were the general disabled person in 55.8% of the cases, in which no consideration was given to each disability type. However, it is not necessarily to take it skeptically as it has contributed to the stressing the general importance of the human rights of the disabled. Rather, it implies that the research has to be extended so that it can include human rights practice target to the larger extent. Number of studies, as suggested by the data for research themes and types, tended to rise together with the emergence of laws and then disappear. Number of researchers comprised 5 categories, among which single (1) researchers occupied a high ration of 71.6%, and the recent trend toward multi-disciplinary approaches were not applied. The results of the analysis show that domestic research on disabled rights needs to move forward from the existing legal and systemic critiques to more systematic approaches pursuing diversity and harmony, from rights education to practice-based studies.

중소기업의 표준화 활동 참여의 필요성과 정책방향에 관한 연구

The technical standard is an important factor in the national economy, and its importance is gaining more attention due to the emergence of the convergence industry. This is an essential element for implementing fusion technology because it ensures interoperability. Since standardization activities are essential for the growth of domestic SMEs, this study aims to diagnose the status of standardization activities of SMEs and to suggest policy directions accordingly. And we sought to clarify the status of the standardization activities of domestic SMEs and to draw some implications for the domestic promotion plan by examining the major promotion policies for overseas standardization successfully. As a result, it was found that the investment cost for the standard activities is burdensome, the professional manpower is needed, and the participation of SMEs is low due to the complexity of the standard technology. In addition, standardization activities have weaknesses in terms of technology protection, and SMEs tend to avoid technology disclosure. Therefore, in order to solve the difficulties of standardization of companies, it is necessary to establish cooperation system of supporting organizations. In order to promote standardization activities, it is necessary to establish legal basis necessary for technology protection. 기술표준은 국가 경제에 중요한 요소로서 융복합 산업의 출현으로 인해 그 중요성이 더욱 주목받고 있는데, 이것은 상호운용성을 확보해주므로 융복합 기술을 구현하기 위해서는 필수적인 요소이다. 표준화 활동은 국내 중소기업의 성장을 위하여 반드시 필요한 요소이기 때문에 본 연구에서는 중소기업의 표준화 활동의 현황을 진단하고, 그에 따른 정책적 방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 그리고 국내 중소기업의 표준화 활동 현황을 확인하고, 성공적으로 추진중인 해외 표준화 주요 진흥정책을 확인함으로써 국내 진흥방안의 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 그 결과, 표준활동을 위한 투자비용이 부담되고 전문인력이 필요하며 표준기술의 복잡성으로 인해 중소기업의 참여도가 낮은 것으로 조사되었다. 또한 표준화 활동은 기술보호에 취약하다는 약점이 있어 중소기업들은 기술공개를 기피하는 성향을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 기업의 표준화 어려움을 해결하기 위해서는 지원조직의 협력체제 구축이 필요하며, 표준화 활동을 장려하기 위해서는 기술 보호에 필요한 법적근거의 마련이 요구된다.

Recently, a patent holder of a technology that has been selected as a standard has caused considerable difficulties in enacting and using a patent technology standard as a patent ambush act that abuses the right. Major countries in the world are preparing legal grounds to prevent patent ambush, but in Korea, legal binding is very limited. Therefore, in this study, various proposals were attempted to prepare problems and policy solutions related to patent ambush in standard patents. In particular, we investigated issues and cases related to domestic and foreign ambush patents, it is considered that it is necessary to prepare a legally available device, clear standards for abuse of FRAND patent rights, and a patent compensation system to prevent patent ambushing. 최근 표준으로 선정된 기술의 특허권을 보유한 사업자가 그 권리를 남용하는 특허매복행위로 인하여 특허기술 표준을 제정하고 활용하는데 있어 상당한 어려움을 발생시키고 있다. 세계 주요국은 특허매복행위 방지를 위한 법적 근거를 마련하고 있지만, 한국의 경우에는 법적 구속력이 매우 미비한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 표준특허에 있어 특허매복행위로 인한 문제점과 정책적 해결방안을 마련하고자 다양한 제안을 시도하였다. 특히 국내외 매복특허에 관한 이슈와 사례를 조사하였는데, 법적활용이 가능한 장치와 FRAND 특허권의 남용에 관한 명확한 기준 그리고 특허매복행위 방지를 위해 특허권자에 대한 보상시스템 마련이 필요한 것으로 판단된다.
