The monolayer engineering diamond particles are aligned on the oxygen free Cu plates with electroless Ni plating layer. The mean diamond particle sizes of 15, 23 and $50{\mu}m$ are used as thermal conductivity pathway for fabricating metal/carbon multi-layer composite material systems. Interconnected void structure of irregular shaped diamond particles allow dense electroless Ni plating layer on Cu plate and fixing them with 37-43% Ni thickness of their mean diameter. The thermal conductivity decrease with increasing measurement temperature up to $150^{\circ}C$ in all diamond size conditions. When the diamond particle size is increased from $15{\mu}m$ to $50{\mu}m$ (Max. 304 W/mK at room temperature) tended to increase thermal conductivity, because the volume fraction of diamond is increased inside plating layer.

To determine the physiochemical properties ofthe 4-a-glucanotransferase from Bifidobacterium sp., thebllj_0114 gene encoding 4-a-glucanotransferase wascloned from Bifidobacterium longum subsp. longum JCM1217 and expressed in Escherichia coli. The amino acidsequence alignment indicated that the recombinant protein,named BL-aGTase, belongs to the glycoside hydrolase(GH) family 77. BL-aGTase was purified using nickelnitrilotriaceticacid affinity chromatography and characterizedusing various substrates. The enzyme catalyzed thedisproportionation activity, which transfers a glucosyl unitfrom oligosaccharides to acceptor molecules, and had thehighest activity at 40 C and pH 6.0. In the presence of5 mM metal ions, in particular Cu2?, Zn2?, and Fe2?, BLaGTaseactivity was reduced. To determine whether BLaGTasecan be used to generate thermoreversible gels,potato starch was treated with BL-aGTase for variousreaction times. The BL-aGTase-treated starches showedsol–gel reversibility and melted at 59.6–75.7 C.

무덤은 피장자의 사회적 위치를 함축하고 있어 취락연구와 함께 규명되어야 할 과제이다. 이에 따 라 부장유물의 형식편년이 아닌 양식편년을 통해 무덤 편년 체계에 대한 객관적인 검토가 필요하다. 지금까지 부장유물의 형식편년을 통해 무덤의 편년을 했다면, 본고에서는 양식의 편년방법인 석촉과 석검의 순서배열보충법을 통해 동일문화권으로 평가하고 있는 대구지역 무덤 유구의 시간성을 검토하였다. 대구지역 청동기시대 무덤은 석촉·석검의 새로운 형식이 많이 출현하는 단계를 기점으로 하여 총 Ⅰ·Ⅱ·Ⅲ·Ⅳ기로 구분되어진다. 이를 통해 무덤의 변천을 살펴 획기에 따른 양상을 살폈다. 그 결과 Ⅰ기는 무경식석촉과 유구식석검, 유절식석검이 공반하며 재지계 계통 무덤이 축조되었다. Ⅱ기는 무덤에 송국리문화가 유입되는 시기로 송국리형묘제와 함께 무경식석촉과 유구식석검의 부장 은 소멸되고 평근이단경식석촉, 첨근이단경식석촉, 일단병식석검의 부장이 확인된다. 또한 혼축조평 수적식 석관묘와 구획묘가 등장하면서 후기의 사회로 진입한다. Ⅲ기에는 첨근일단경식석촉의 부장이 확인되기 시작하고 판석조평수적식 석관묘가 축조되기 시작한다. 또한 연접된 구획묘의 축조가 증가 하면서 피장자 간의 위계 차이가 증가한 것을 알 수 있다. Ⅳ기에는 이전시기 묘의 전통을 계승하고 있으며 무덤의 축조가 대폭 증가한다. 특히 혼축조평수적식 석관묘의 증가와 함께 석촉 제작의 단순화가 극대화된 능형식석촉이 공반하고 석검은 석검이 가지는 위신재로서의 성격이 가장 잘 반영된 석검 일단병식 Ⅳ식이 공반된다. 따라서 대구지역의 청동기시대 무덤 사회는 Ⅱ기에 송국리문화가 유입되지만, 재지계 무덤의 강한 전통성을 계승하고 있는 것을 알 수 있다. The tomb study implies the social position of the subject, and it is a task to be identified together with the village study. In addition, objective review of the tomb chronology system is needed through the chronology of the style chronology rather than the type chronology of the relics. If the tombs have been made through the type chronology of relics so far, this study examined the time of tombs in Daegu, which are evaluated as the same culture-area through the seriation-supplementation method, which is the method of the style chronology. The Bronze Age tombs in Daegu are divided into total I, II, III, and IV, starting from the stage where many new forms of stone arrowhead and stone dagger appear. The changes of the tombs structure according to this were examined and the aspects of the period determination were examined. In the first period (I), the tombs of the land culture was built, and the second period (II), the Songgukri culture was introduced into the tomb. Along with Songgukri type tomb, the Type 1 stone arrowhead and Type 1 stone dagger are extinguished and the Type 1, 3 stone arrowhead and Type 3 stone dagger are confirmed. In addition, the mixed-constructed stone coffin tomb and boundaries-burial ground tombs appeared and entered the society in the after period. In the third period, Type 4 stone arrowhead began to exist and the construction of the Plated stone coffin tomb appeared. In addition, as the construction of the connected boundaries-burial ground tombs increased, the hierarchy difference between the buried persons increased. n the fourth period, the tradition of this tombs structure was inherited and the construction of tombs has significantly increased. The simplification of Type 6 stone arrowhead manufacture has been maximized. The Type IV stone dagger are confirmed, which reflects the character of stone daggers as a prestige good. Therefore, the Bronze Age tomb society in Daegu area is introduced to Songgukri culture in the second period, but it can be seen that it inherits the strong tradition of the tomb of the land culture system.
전복양식 활동과 저서성 유공충군집의 부영양화 현상 (완도군 보길도)

Geochemical as well as trace metal and benthic foraminiferal analyses of surface sediment conducted in an abalone farm to understand the degree to which the farm facilities installed along the channel sea affect the benthic environment and ecology. Surface sediment composed of a fine-grained mud sediments, had a total organic carbon and total nitrogen content of average 1.34% and 0.12%, respectively, which were lower value than the surrounding area. Dissolved oxygen with average 5.06 mg/L and ratio of carbon to sulfur with average 5.28 shown a good condition in the degree of oxygen saturation within sediment. In benthic foraminiferal assemblages, Pseudoparrella naraensis-Eggerella advena-Cicides lobatulus assemblage with very low abundant frequency and E. advena which are indicate a bed habitat condition and eutrophication, respectively, is broadly appeared in the centre area with many abalone farm facilities. These may be not related to the geochemical data of surface sediment but the distribution in the centre area of planktonic foraminifera with low abundant frequency indicating the very slow flow of seawater. Therefore, a bed habitat condition and eutrophication appeared in abalone farm between Bogildo and Soando may be caused by the very slow flow of seawater formed by many abalone farm facilities.
