      • 가시발새우 껍질에서 제조한 키틴 키토산의 물리화학적 특성

        가시발새우 껍질을 부가가치가 높은 자원으로 활용하기 위하여, 이들로부터 키틴과 키토산을 제조하여 물리화학적 특성을 살펴 보았다. 가시발새우 껍질에서 추출한 키틴의 일반성분은 질소 6.84%, 지방 0.57%, 회분 0.32%였으며, 수율은 15.7%였다. 키토산은 질소함량이 7.52%였으며 지방과 회분함량은 각각 0.13%와 0.33%였다. 그리고 탈아세틸화도는 67.5%, 분자량은 9.1×10 exp (5)이었으며 수율은 75%를 나타내었다. 키틴 및 키토산의 잔류 아미노산은 각각 2.64㎎/g과 1.39㎎/g 검출되었고, 그 중 lysine이 가장 높게 나타났다. 한편 키틴과 키토산의 IR 스펙트럼과 고체상태 ^(13)C-NMR 스펙트럼 data는 분자구조를 확인하는데 도움이 되었다. The physicochemical properties of chitin and chitosan produced from lobster shrimp (Metanephrups thomosonii) shell were investigated. Lobster shrimp chitin contained 6.84% nitrogen, 0.57% fat and 0.32% ash, while chitosan contained 7.52% nitrogen, 0.13% fat and 0.33% ash. Degree of deacetylation and molecular weight of chitosan were 67.5% and 9.1×105, respectively. Yields of chitin from the shell portion and chitosan from the chitin were 15.7% and 75%, respectively. Chitin and chitosan contained 2.64 and 1.39㎎/g of residual amino acids, respectively, with both the most predominant being lysine. Chemical structures of the lobster shrimp chitin and chitosan have been investigated by the IR and solid state ^(13)C-NMR spectra.

        영아가 경험하는 숲체험놀이의 의미

        The purpose of the study is to explore the meaning of forest experience play for young children by investigating the interactions and plays involved in forest play for young children. For the purpose of this study, a researcher at I Daycare Center in G City, Gyeonggi-do conducted participation monitoring on seven toddlers and interviewed one teacher and seven parents. From March 2015 to the end of December 2015, this researcher collected video and photo data, formal and informal interview data, and field-note of researchers, and analyzed them according to the qualitative analysis method. The results of this study were as follows: Young children formed knowledge together and explored together, learned about the forest, and enjoyed sensory experiences together. They understood each other by building new relationships with peers, teachers and the environment in the forest, and the forest experience play also helped build positive relationships between toddlers and their parents. they felt a sense of unity with the forest, engaged in emotional interaction with the forest, and expressed their positive nature.

        36개월 미만 영아의 숲체험놀이에 대한 부모의 인식 및 요구

        본 연구는 어린이집의 36개월 미만 영아 숲체험놀이에 대한 부모의 인식과 요구를 알아보는데 그 목적이 있다. 부모의 인식과 요구를 파악하기 위해서 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 경기도 G시에 거주하는 36개월 미만의 영아 자녀를 둔 158명의 부모가 설문에 참여하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부모들의 76% 이상이 영아를 위한 숲체험놀이가 필요하며, 영아들의 정서와 신체발달을 촉진할 수 있다고 인식하고 있었다. 그러나 영아 숲체험놀이의 주요한 장애물은 안전성에 대한 이슈였다. 둘째, 부모들은 대체로 어린이집과 지방 정부가 영아들을 위한 숲체험놀이를 지원하기 위해서 보조교사의 지원이나 숲활동을 위한 학습공간의 제공과 같은 물적, 인적 자원을 제공해야 한다고 인식하였다. 부모들은 자녀의 숲체험놀이를 지원하기 위해서 동참할 의사가 있었으며, 숲 확장 활동을 제공한다거나 부모의 참여와 같은 영아의 숲경험을 지원하기 위한 가정 연계 활동에 대한 요구가 있었다. 본 연구결과는 영아를 위한 숲체험놀이를 위한 다양한 프로그램이 개발되어야 함을 시사한다. This study aimed to examine parents` recognitions and needs of forest experience play for toddlers under 36 months in early childhood educational settings. A survey was conducted to explore parents` recognitions and needs. A total of 158 parents who have a toddler under 36 months and lived in G city, Gyeonggi-province, participated to answer the questionnaires. The results of this study were as follows. First, more than 76%of parents believed that forest experience play for toddlers was needed and it would foster children``s emotional and physical development. The major obstacle to toddlers` forest experience play was safety issues. Second, parents believed that early childhood institutions and local authorities should provide human and physical resources for supporting young children`s forest experience play, such as substitute teachers and learning space for forest activities. Parents were willing to participate in forest experience play to support their child and wanted family-connected activities for supporting toddlers` forest experience play, such as offering forest extension activities and parent participation. The results of the study suggest further varied programs of forest experience play for toddlers should be developed.

        가시발새우 키토산 식이가 식이성 고지혈증 흰쥐의 지질대사에 미치는 영향

        가시발새우 키토산을 제조하여 이를 고지혈증 흰쥐에 식이하였을 때, 흰쥐의 혈청 및 간장의 지질대사에 미치는 영향은 다음과 같았다. 혈청 중 총 콜레스테롤 농도는 대조군(cellulose 분말급이군, 2군)에 비해 도라지분말 급이군(3군)과 시판 키토산 급이군(4군), 제조한 가시발새우 키토산 급이군(5군) 등의 순으로 낮았고, HDL-콜레스테롤 농도는 대조군(2군)에 비해 전 실험군에서 높게 나타났으며, 총 콜레스테롤에 대한 HDL-콜레스테롤 농도 비율은 대조군(2군)에 비해 4군, 3군, 5군의 순으로 높게 나타났다. 동맥경화지수는 대조군(2군)이 8.0으로 가장 높았고, 그외 실험군은 2.0~2.8 범위로서 키토산 급이군들은 효과가 양호하게 나타났다. 혈청 중의 중성지질 농도는 대조군(2군)에 비해 전 실험군이 낮게 나타났으며, 혈청 중 인지질의 농도는 가시발새우 키토산 급이군(5군) 및 시판 키토산 급이군(4군)이 그외 실험군에 비해 낮았다. 간장 중 총 콜레스테롤 농도는 대조군(2군)에 비해 전 실험군에서 낮았으며, 이중 가시발새우 키토산 급이군(5군)이 효과가 좋았으며, 중성지질의 농도는 대조군(2군)에 비해 전 실험군에서 낮았고, 특히 가시발새우 키토산 급이군(5군)과 시판 키토산 급이군(4군)이 더욱 낮았다. 그리고 인지질 농도는 대조군에 비해 전 실험군에서 대체로 낮은 경향을 보였고, 그 중 가시발 새우 키토산 급이군(5군)이 가장 낮았다. 이상의 결과에서 가시발새우 껍질에서 제조한 키토산의 응용실험으로써 흰쥐에 급이하였을 때, 동물 식이섬유로서 흰쥐의 혈청 및 간장의 지질개선 효과의 우수성이 인정되었다. This study was designed to investigate effects of lobster shrimp chitosan on serum and liver lipid levels in rats fed high fat and cholesterol diets. Male Sprague-Dawley rats of 4-weeks old, weighing 70±5g, were fed experimental diets for 3 weeks: basal diet+5% cellulose(group 1), high lipid diet+5% cellulose(group 2, control group), high lipid diet+5% balloon flower root (group 3), high lipid diet+5% commercial chitosan(group 4), high lipid diet+5% lobster shrimp chitosan(group 5). Concentrations of total cholesterol, HDL-cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol, free cholesterol, cholesteryl ester, triglyceride, phospholipid in serum and liver were determined. The results obtained were as followes: Serum total cholesterol concentration were significantly reduced in all supplemented group compared with control. HDL-cholesterol concentrations were higher in groups 1, 4, and 5 and the ratios of HDL-cholesterol to total cholesterol concentration were higher in groups 1, 4, while the atherogenic-indices were lower in groups 1, and 4 than control. Concentrations of LDL, LDL-cholesterol and free cholesterol, cholesteryl ester were significantly lower in all supplemented groups than the control group. Concentrations of phospholipid and triglyceride were lower in groups 3, 4, 5, while activities of GPT and GOT were significantly lower in groups 4, 5 than the other groups. Blood glucose concentration was lower in all supplemented groups than in the control group. Concentrations of calcium, magnesium and phosphorous were high in all treatment groups compared to the control group. Liver contents of total cholesterol, free cholesterol and cholesteryl ester were lower in the groups 1, 3, 4, and 5 than in the control group, especially lower in groups 1, and 5. Liver triglyceride and phospholipid concentrations were significantly lower in the groups 1, and 5 than in the other groups. The results from the data suggested that the experimental diet containing 5% lobster shrimp chitosan was effective to reduce the serum and liver lipids.

        This study has the purpose of having understanding and vision of sports policy of Korea by understanding basically the sports policy, the process of the change of the policy in general viewpoints by analyzing the sport policy of Korea, significance and results of Seoul Olympiad and World Cup as the successful examples, and the progressive vision of sport policy of Korea has been analyzed.Korea's sport policy has been decided exclusively by government or president without considering the various interests of many organizations resulting in the unreasonable sport policy. Policy making has been decided mainly by government in modern administration nation and Korean governments since the liberation have been unable to secure the fair will of people and effectiveness of the policy without having them participate at the process of policy making of sport. The reason why the important goal of Korean sports what we call the promotion of national sports has not been achieved would be the lack of democratic and participational nature in deciding the sport policy by government.Therefore I would like to present the following proposals for the policy as the subject for progressive vision of the sports of Korea.1. The dual administration in elite sports and school gymnastics shall be simplified.2. The long-term, professional, and composite plan shall be processed for Korean sports with the administration, sports, and working level personnels participating.3. The development of sports shall be sought with Elite sports, sports for all, and school gymnastics related respectively.4. The professional sports human resources shall be trained.5. The financial investment shall be performed bravely for the possible demand of sports and physical education.6. The decision, formation, execution, and the process of sport policy shall be open and transparent through participation.

        초등학교 학생들의 게임 중독과 공격성 및 인성과의 관계

        The purpose of this study was to find out the relations between elementary children's game addition, aggression, and personality, by making a survey with 360 children of 5th and 6th grade in the Metropolitan are. The results were made as follows: First, as it examined the real condition of computer addition, it presented a low level of addiction. There was a meaningful difference according to their gender, however no meaningful differences were found between the grades. It found that the more they had game experience, game frequency, game concentration, the more they were addicted. Second, there were significant differences when investigated the relations of game addiction and aggression, students who were in severe addicted group showed more aggressive attitudes. Aggression in general, seemed less related to the gender, but related to the level of addiction, showing higher level of physical, linguistic, negative, indirect aggression in the more addicted group. Third, when it compared the difference between the general personality by the level of game addiction, there was a meaningful difference statistically in the addicted level of p<0.01. In detail, more addicted children showed low level of sociality, achievement, mobility, stability, and they showed lower figures in comparison with normal user group. It is interpreted that they dislike to get along with friends, and unstable emotionally.

        전통적 방법에 의한 부각의 제조 및 저장성 향상에 관한 연구

        전통식품 개발의 일환으로 쑥 부각, 김 부각을 대두유(대조구)와 대두유+0.01% BHA, 대두유+0.01% tocopherol 등에서 튀겨 OPP비닐 포장하여 4℃(RH 40±5%)의 저온 저장, 25℃(RH 80±5%)의 실온 저장을 하면서 부각에 함유되어 있는 유지를 추출하여 품질 특성과 전통적인 제품 합리화 공정을 보며, 부각식품의 제조는 원료를 물로 세척한 다음, 그늘에서 물빠짐을 한다. 여기에 찹쌀풀을 바르거나 버무려서 건조대에서 80% 정도 2~3일 건조한 다음 열풍건조기로 수분이 13% 이하가 될 때까지 건조한다. 이렇게 제조된 부각을 건조상태로 포장하여 제품화하거나, 160℃의 기름에서 10초간 튀겨 제품화 할 수 있었다. 4℃의 저온저장과 25℃의 실온에서 저장할 때 부각제품 추출유지의 산가, 과산화물가, TBA가는 대체적으로 4℃의 저온 저장에서는 낮게 나타났으며, 품질 변화량도 적었고, 25℃의 실온 저장에서는 저장시간이 경과할수록 높게 나타났으며, 수분이 많이 증가하고 품질변화량이 컸다. 부각을 대두유(대조구)와 항산화제[BHA(0.01 %), tocopherol(0.01%)]을 첨가한 대두유에서 튀겼을 때, 항산화제를 첨가하였을 경우 저장에 따른 산가, 과산화물가, TBA가는 비교적 낮게 나타났으며, 저장 중 산화방지효과가 BHA가 가장 컸고 tocopherol도 다소 안정되었다. 저장기간에 따른 부각의 질감(texture)을 주관적인 관능검사와 객관적 방법인 texturometer를 사용하여 측정하였을 때 저온저장의 경우가 실온 저장의 경우 보다 품질이 양호하게 나타났고, 견고성(hardness)도 컸다. As a part of development of traditional foods, mugwort boogag and dry laver boogag were fried in soybean oil, and BHA or tocopherol-added soybean oil. They were wrapped up in opp vinyl film, and preserved at 4℃ (RH 40±5%) and 25℃ (RH 80±5%). During the storage of boogags, acid value, peroxide value, and TBA value were investigated. Changes of sensory evaluation and texture profile were also examined. Boogags were manufactured by washing the raw materials, drying in the shade, mixing them with glutinous rice flour, and hot-air drying up it to 13% of moisture contents after dryed it up to 80% of moisture contents on dry table for 2~3 days, in order. These boogags were packaged to manufacture goods with dryed state or fried at 160℃ for 10 sec. Acid value, peroxide value, and TBA value of boogags which preserved at 4℃ generally appeared lower than at 25℃. As storage time goes by, moisture contents of boogags preserved at 25℃ increased and its quality were gradually deteriorated. When the boogags were fried in BHA (0.01%) and tocopherol(0.01%) added soybean oil, changes of acid value, peroxide value, and TBA value were generally low. During the storage of boogags, antioxidant effect of BHA was higher than that of tocopherol. Texture was inclined to decrease as storage time goes by, but that of boogags preserved at 4℃ was a little more satisfactory. Hardness was also high.

        Vibrations on industrial generators can be divided into electromagnetic, mechanical and aerodynamic vibration. Among them, the electromagnetic vibration is produced by combination of natural frequency and harmonics of magnetic flux, so it is relatively hard to predict the electromagnetic vibration. In this paper, we developed 1-way coupled (magnetic, stiffness) analysis technology to evaluate characteristics of the vibration induced by electromagnetic field. With the analysis, we investigated the forced vibration characteristics considering radial magnetic force, which was calculated from the magnetic analysis, on stator core teeth of the generator. And structure design reducing the electromagnetic vibration of the generator was suggested from the analysis results.
